I received a mini package for my anniversary gift. I got a 50 minute massage from Madalyn, which was by far the best massage I have ever had! Then I had a manicure pedicure with Beth, and she did the cutest design on my toes! I had the best experience, I love this place!

I have never disliked an experience here. Any facial, pedicure, or massage has been nothing short of perfection. If you want to relax and feel a true spa experience, this is definitely the place to go.

I received a signature mani and pedi on 7/1/21 and it is already peeling on my finger nails. The only thing that I’ve done in this week is wash my hair. I don’t do anything else that would be hard on my nails or contain chemicals. I paid $100 for both of these services and gel should definitely last longer than one week and one hair wash. Even though the new location is great, staff is friendly, etc you could definitely save money by going somewhere else in town.

So far very good. Went in to get gift certificate they were very nice took us for a tour of the place. Looks very clean and some great packages available!! Great employees !!

Do not go here for nails- it was a waste of money. They DO NOT do quality work - they turned out super sloppy and thick. My sister came with me and hers were just as bad. I pulled them off the next day because they were already lifting at some edges. gel nails should not peel off easily.

What is a very relaxing place very well-managed. Went for one of their packages massage pedi and manicure everything was excellent. At reasonable prices. They also have couples package with the jacuzzi tub.. jacuzzi tub which I will say I spent 30 minutes in and is excellent too..💜💜 very relaxing atmosphere.. and also love the location. Ladies a must do if you live in the area. And men great gift packages with Valentines coming up and all hint hint..😉🙃

My husband and I booked an appointment at Xhale for our second wedding anniversary. We had never had a professional massage done and the ladies at Xhale gave us the best first-time experience! We LOVED it. You walk in and the aroma in the room is so beautiful and zen. The staff is so kind and welcoming. We got the sweet escape couples package which includes a jetted tub soak after with sparkling cider and mini snacks. We were so happy with our experience there and will definitely be returning.

Today I had cupping done for the first time. As to be expected, it was a much different feel compared to a deep tissue massage. Im am currently 2 hours post and still feeling great!

I had the cranberry pedicure, it was spectacular!! It was so very relaxing. I cant wait to come back and indulge again!

Simply the best. I booked my second massage already! 50 min massage + facial + pedicure for less than Ive paid for a hairdo. I seriously cannot wait to go back. Ive already promised my mom a trip 💜

I went in for a facial today. I was told to be there at 1:00 pm. I walked in the door promptly at 1:00 pm, where no one was available at the front desk to check me in. It took a few minutes to do my paperwork, which I wish I was informed about. I would have been early to do so, as to not cut into my service time. My therapist did not escort me to a room until 15 minutes after I was checked in. The facial did not begin until 1:20. The service was nice. She seemed to preform her job just fine. However, at 1:50 it promptly stopped and I was told my time was up. So my total facial time was 30 minutes. I was charged the full $60.00 for less than half of the 1 hour service that I booked and paid for. I was very disappointed.I will not go back, and will not be recommending this spa to anyone that I know.Update: 4/12/2021I received a phone call from the owner regarding my experience, in which she explained, ad nauseam, that my entire experience was a miscommunication and my own fault for not understanding how scheduling works. Thank you for the follow up. Instead of just agreeing with me, she began to nit-pick the exact minute that my facial started, and how many clients went to the bathroom before or during my appointment (which was never me).Its worth mentioning that they did nothing to try to compensate me for my wasted time, or to try to make it right by offering any kind of redemption facial or treatment. I will not only never return, but will now strongly encourage people not to go to this spa. They have terrible customer service. They harass their customers on the phone that leave online reviews, and take zero blame for anytime that occurs at their establishment. However, the customer is always wrong. Isnt that how the saying goes...??This message is for the owner: When calling customers about their good or bad experiences with your spa please ask them about their experience and what you could work on as a spa. Accusing someone of how they perceived your company is not going to solve the problems that you have internally and is usually a solid representation of other customers experiences that are too afraid or busy to speak up about.

My experiences at Xhale over the years have consistently been awesome! I go to Xhale for a variety of different services and have never been disappointed! The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing and clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Ive never had a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure that wasnt top notch. I love the renovated building on 1st street and am so happy to have such a wonderful spa to enjoy in Idaho Falls. Well done Xhale!

I came in 8/27 to get a deluxe cranberry pedicure I took time off from my work to get one & only to relax I was only running 10 min late & when I arrived they told me I cd only do a signature pedicure because I was 10 min late which was fine!When the gal looked at my feet she said I am not trained well to take gel polish off your feet & took her large file out & started vigorously filing the gel polish off my feet & started be abrasive with the nail file she also started to tear skin off my feet 🦶 I was in so much pain I told her to stop & she also made comments since I had gel nail polish on it wd take 20 min off my pedicure at that time I was in so much pain I told her I did. It feel comfortable with doing my pedicure I went to front desk to complain & try reschedule they said I wd be charged for getting a full pedicure even though I did not cancel I only stopped the pedicure because i felt the girl was not trained well I wd not recommend Xhale spa for Pedicures go somewhere else of you don’t want to be over charged & treated poorly!!

EMILY was freaking amazing!!!! I’ve had massages all over the country...NYC, LA, Austin, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, etc. This 80 min massage was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. Called in for pedicures for me and my daughter. They told me I could not schedule until I paid for my no show appointments. I totally agree you should do that, but I did not make an appointment with them. I explained that I didn’t make that appointment that maybe they put it under the wrong name and that was why it was a no-show and she said nope sorry. I just felt it could have been handled better. I run my own business and I understand with no-shows, it’s money you are loosing, bur sometimes it could be there mistake.

I decided to try Xhale Day Spa. I like the fact that it didnt have that small salon feel to it. People were nice. I was taken to the waiting room, it was very cold, very plain decor, no aromatherapy type of smell to complement the nice people working there, ambiance felt bland, not relaxing at all. I had the facial for $80, the good thing about it was the warm towel before and after. Literally, the stuff she put on my face was so cold like it was stored in the fridge. No massage on my head just light tapping like she was afraid to touch my face. Next, when she turned my head to the left, I thought I was going to break my neck. It was not gentle at all! Again, not a massage but light pushes up and down with the tip of her fingers. That was that, then the warm towel to rinse off my face. In my experience, Ive done facials, massages, etc. When I get facials, the stuff they put on my face is room temp, when massaging my face, neck areas, they also do the shoulder and upper back, this was not the case here. Also, she did my facial late and was done ten minutes earlier. Either she was new or do not have the experience. Either way, paying $80, was not worth it, I could have had my daughter do it for free. I left very disappointed.

The first time I went with my niece, we got a pedicure, great experience. The treatment was so nice we felt like flying, we thought it will be the same with the hands, so we book a pedicure, it was average. I went a second time with another relative to get a pedicure, we like it very much too, I have it upgrade it with the spa pedicure and it was so good like the time with my nice, and I think is worth it the extra 15 dollars. But I will not recommend this place as a first manicure option, it was just normal or maybe we were expecting a little bit more, because we really enjoyed the pedicure. The Chairs look fairly new, the wait area comfortable and the place have a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

I love this place! I was finally able to check out the new location on 1st Street and...WOW! I cant believe what theyve done to the inside and I heard from the front desk that they are also completely redoing the outside this summer. I cant wait to see it all come together. I used to go to this location when it was a hair salon years ago and I am so impressed what Xhale has done to it. They made it look brand new! Not only is it a beautiful building, but the services are always amazing and the entire staff is excellent. I definitely recommend this place! It is exactly what Idaho Falls needed!

I used to love it here but unfortunately this visit was highly disappointing. I paid top dollar for 3 pedicures which they double booked us so they juggled 1 employee between my 2 girls and mine was a hot stone pedi which should of lasted 50 minutes and I was done in 35 minutes because my gal had another appointment waiting. It wasnt worth the money. I am a small business owner so my reaction was to contact them personally so I tried contacting an owner or manager to share my feelings and unfortunately a week later I still havent heard from them. I am sad that this was my experience because I like to support local but I wouldnt recommend them. They are overpriced for what they offer.

I just got done with my appointment at Xhale Day Spa, my name is Katelynn Rodgers, and I got their ultra hydrating 80 minute message I loved it, Melissa did a great job at making sure I was comfortable then i got the complete eyes done, which was the eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint and eyelash tint. I’m pretty disappointed with it. Gabby did great and was kind and honest but I just feel like my eyebrows didn’t change and the eyelashes didn’t either they both look the same. My brows are cleaned up nicely though :) so please don’t waste money on getting your brows & eyelashes tinted.

I very rarely treat myself to a pedicure, but have had a couple over time at Xhale. I have not had a particular favorite technician, as they are all great. I had an appointment with Beth this weekend, and she remembered me from another appointment over a year ago. She remembered things we had talked about at that time. It blew me away. It was also a really great pedicure. It showed me that she cared about me as a person as well as providing great service. I will most certainly come back more often.

The new location is beautiful. We had a couples massage for our anniversary and the girls were very good and very professional.Gabby is my favorite for facials and waxing.

I went in for the Ultimate Signature Package. I have never had a facial before and it was wonderful! All the staff were nice and friendly. I also got bottled water from my massages. I would recommend this place to anyone! Great atmosphere! It is pricey, but definitely worth it!

I was so pleasantly surprised coming here! I got the spa package with an 80 min massage & an hour facial for $125!!!!! WHAT! What an amazing price, and it was definitely worth it. Carson did my facial, she was so sweet and gave an amazing neck & shoulder massage. Jennifer gave me my massage & really focused on my muscles. It was a little more deep tissue than I wouldve liked, but Im sure my shoulders will be feeling much better. Highly recommend

I had a massage with rachel. She did absolutely incredible! She was kind, and easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. She listened and followed through with all of my comments or concerns. There was construction on the property but I was so relaxed that I thought it was a part of the noise machine. After my massage she made sure to ask how i was feeling, walk me out (which was considerate considering I was so tired I probably would have gotten lost lol) and give me after treatment tips. I was a bit skeptical seeing the property, but left feeling so lethargic I had to wait to drive! Very good experience!

Great prenatal massage, I wish I remembered the girl’s name so I could give her credit. She asked a lot of questions before to make sure I got the experience I wanted. It was nice and calm and she had recommendations for me at the end to continue with relief from pregnancy discomforts.

Very professional staff, well appointed and clean facility with a calming atmosphere. The massage was perfect and the therapist was attentive to trouble spots, ensuring the pressure was appropriate for comfort and effectiveness. Definitely on my list for return visits.

My sister and I went for gel manicures, and we had a great time with the nail tech! The atmosphere is fantastic, and we were both happy with the service. We had a little trouble checking out due to the receptionist being new, and she ended up over charging us. However, when I followed up on it we were refunded and taken care of very well. Overall a great experience!!

We planned a girls trip for a 30th birthday celebration and were blown away by how accommodating and efficient their staff was to our party. We were each impressed with the services we received and the professionalism of the staff; they are exceptional at what they do. This experience made our trip worth the 3 hour drive. Best overall experience Ive had in Idaho Falls. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and casual, but in a professional way. The massage itself was amazing! It was 80 minutes long, but I never felt like the massage therapist was slacking at any point. She did an amazing job from start to finish! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Cranberry Pedicure is lush. Its finished with a lovely dose of cream and a hot towel. Plus I upgraded my polish to the gel for an extra $15. Makes for a great gift.

I booked 4 pedicures for my daughter and her friends for her birthday and decided to book a massage for myself. I have never had a massage, so I was a little nervous about getting one. Cheyenne was excellent! She calmed my nerves and walked me through the whole process. The massage itself was heavenly! I will definitely be booking another massage with her in the near future and the girls absolutely LOVED their pedicures! Great place overall!

I have been to 3 different massage places, Massage Envy is get on the table here is your massage, get out. OK massage but not a lot of relaxing going on, very assembly line feeling.Xhale was I thought great at first but having been to 3 of the massage therapist I found one who was great two that did not give me the deep massage I wanted but each told me within a few minutes they were married or in a relationship as if somehow that was necessary for a massage. I get that Im a big scary guy but setting boundaries upfront where no inappropriate comments by me were (or ever would be) made is disconcerting from my point of view, kind of takes away from the I just want to relax feeling when you know the therapist is uncomfortable with you. Its that feeling you are not really welcome (even though you are paying to be there). So if your a guy I would go somewhere else or take your wife for a couples massage where the massage therapist can feel comfortable, after all arent we paying to make sure the therapist is relaxed and comfortable? I would think after a while a therapist would look at the client as just another body but if your male go somewhere else where you feel wanted and not as if you are up to something. Man hating is popular pastime today but I just want a massage nothing else.Cure Touch is where I go now weekly, with a therapist name Kara who does a great deep massage, the massage at Massage Envy and Xhale are 50 minutes long at Cure Touch the are 60 minutes long an extra 10 minutes my old body needs. Kara is cheerful and smiling when I show up and gives me the deep massage I want/need. I love chatting with her even seen pictures of her Christmas tree after the massage. But she is also all business when giving a massage, in short she is just a nice person. I feel comfortable around her she does her job and is always pleasant, she gives me exactly 60 minute massage no more no less I pay Cure Touch for a 60 minute massage no more no less. The difference is after seeing Kara I leave feeling relaxed which is what Im paying for. I also leave her a $15.00 tip because she is worth it. I dont know if this is a big or little tip but like I said her massage is worth it.This in contrast to the other places where I think I have put them out somehow.To recap, Massage Envy, skip them, Xhale, if your female great place, if your male go to Cure Touch. Cure Touch makes you feel welcome even if your a male.

Wife had a facial, first one ever, and loved it. We have both gotten manicures here and they did a very good job. I got a massage and Arial did an awesome job. The girl that works the front desk is very helpful and great to deal with.

Ive had a massage and a wax here and both were great. If you are looking for a place to go, I recommend them. Ask for Gabby when you get your wax.

I have never been to Xhale Day Spa. However, I can very comfortably say that the employees of this company genuinely care about people, which, in this age, is very important to any prospective customer. I know this because as I was driving to work one Winter day on the freeway, an Xhale Day Spa vehicle was kind enough to grab my attention and inform me that my back tire was flat! Im not sure how I didnt notice it, but I do know that the driver of that Jeep Cherokee was dedicated to inform me of my issue - he honked, waved to me, held out a written note, and I deeply appreciate the (high-speed) gesture. I dont know much about Xhale Day Spa, but I believe that new customers should be aware of this companys genuine care and compassion. Thanks mystery driver!
