Can’t deny employees are very nice, but my French manicure did not go well. Just look at the pictures! That’s absolutely unacceptable from a “professional”!!!! Look at the shape, color and Cuticles! I asked her to clean them and she said it’s not included in this service. I paid $55 for this service and cleaning cuticles is not included so you know.

First time coming to this nail shop and I had a great experience! Also had my eyebrows waxed perfectly! This is their signature drink and its good! I definitely will be back! 😁

I’ve been getting my nails done for years all around the city and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, they have a great selection of drinks and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in a princess wonderland. Ann does a killer job on my nails every time! She’s patient, sweet and has a very high attention to detail.

This place deserves way more than a five star review!!! I will NEVER get my nails done anywhere else! The staff took their time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Phenomenal customer service. There was a mess up when I originally got my nails done and Angie personally reached out to set up a time to fix them herself, and they now look great - wonderful quality. I am thoroughly impressed at Chicness Nails professionalism and how well the take care of their customers.

Anne, my technician was amazing and provided the best experience getting SNS nails. My friend and I had such a good time relaxing during the pedicures with a massage and drinks. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back.

This establishment is doing everything right as they reopen after Covid-19 closures. The owner, Angie, is professional,kind,and truly appreciates those who support her business. Myself and 6 other family members were able to make appointments together thanks to Angie being so accommodating. We all were extremely satisfied with our pedicures and SNS nails. from the cleanliness of the establishment, the friendliness of the staff, and the safety precautions being taken and enforced made this a 5+ star experience.I highly recommend Chicness Nails and will be back next time I am in Austin.

Clean and peaceful. Even though I walked in toward the end of their day without an appointment the nail tech did a great job. She was very gentle and didn’t rush through my pedicure! This place has a very relaxing atmosphere, I will definitely be back for a mani!

Chicness nails was recommended by a coworker. Arrived early for my appointment, had to wait, which happens. The manager addressed me a few times to keep me updated on my time status which was great. My issue is once my dip started it took 3 hours until I was finished. I was there past closing and still got charged full price. They never addressed the issue.

Thank you for caring Angie!I found great reviews online and decided to call and schedule my first appointment. The experience was amazing and the owners are wonderful! I met Angie and she was extremely knowledgeable, she has done my dip once and I returned ever since. She uses the right product and really cares. My last appointment however, I had Ann work on me. I asked for dip powder with ombre accent nails but somehow she did not dip my hands in powder but used a purple liquid to do my nails. Soon I realized it was acrylic. I specifically asked for DIP fullset. I did not want to say anything since the process already started. The acrylic liquid really harms my nails so I switched to dip for a more natural alternative. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have NEVER seen acrylic liquid used with dip powder. Unless it’s an acrylic fullset. Please be more transparent and tell your clients what you’re doing! Then Ann had the audacity to tell me to write a review for her and kept insisting that I take pictures to post it. She offered me free designs and I felt it was a bribe for good reviews. I had other nail techs work on me and this never happened. I was going to leave a great review but how unprofessional. The atmosphere was wonderful and I love how clean the salon is. I hope this review will help the owners be more aware of their nail tech begging for reviews. Next time please don’t tell your clients to write reviews for you. It should be done on their own free will.

I came in yesterday and had a great experience. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I appreciated all the precautions they take to keep everybody safe such as taking your temperature when you first check in and cleaning the area after each client. I came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure and they came out perfect. Thanks again!

I loved this nail place! Im from out of town visiting my parents, but this place was wonderful. The owner came and gave suggestions when I said I had a wedding, and Vi my technician was wonderful- one of the best massages I have had that I opted for an additional shoulder massage. I will visit again the next time I am in town!

Omg, First time getting a pedi done in such a long, I mean long time!!! The staff is super nice, and they took care of us so well. They made us these house cocktails, AMAZIMG!!!!! I mist definitely recommend this place, and im not even from Austin but I would most definitely drive all the way back just to come here again!!!!

Ana and the team at Chicness Nails are amazing! The service is always consistently professional, personable and accommodating. They even squeezed my boyfriend and I in at the last minute this past weekend. They also take your temperature before entering the salon, and are always tidying up to make sure that everything stays clean. Theyre the best!

One of the worst set of nails Ive ever gotten. The staff is clean and pleasant but the nails were terrible. The acrylic was too thick and looked disfigured. I wont return...A very costly mistake. I would have added a photo but I went elsewhere to get the fixed.

I took my mom to Chicness Nail this week and Angie the owner and her staff are so wonderful! My mom has Parkinson’s and has limited mobility so Ana was extremely kind and patient with her and helping her get in/out of the chair, and very gentle while she worked on her pedicure and gel mani.I had the pleasure of having Sandra as my manicurist and she was fabulous as well! Very knowledgeable about the health of nails and every detail.Both girl sanitized the chairs we were sitting in as soon as we were moved and the autoclave was visually being used.I highly recommend the staff ans all services at Chicness nails, locally owned and one of the cleanest nail spas I’ve ever been to. During these unprecedented times its hard to find an establishment that not only provides great service but also clean and safe service. This place has it in spades. Setting up and appointment was fast and easy the owner herself was super responsive and replays back same day. I booked an appointment for my partner and myself and having been his first pedicure he raved about how comfortable and safe he felt. We will definitely be coming back thank you angie and staff

I stumbled on this salon by accident but it’s hands down the best nail spa around. Emphasis on spa - truly a spa experience in here. Not a quick nail chop shop. It’s relaxing and beautiful and the vibe is just totally zen. They use the best products and have tea and snacks. I won’t go to another nail spa in town...this is it.

Great place. Very sweet people, I went in with a friend and they had us wait a few minutes so they could seat us together. Very efficient too, if you dont want to spend your day in here. I got both a gel mani and normal pedi and it took maybe a half hour. Prices are reasonable as well. All in all, great experience.

Paid for a gel manicure. One nail chipped the very next day. 4 more nails have chipped and it’s only been 8 days. They must use cheap gel polish because this has never happened to me at other nail salons.

Don’t need to go to lacquer anymore - this place is just as clean and high quality!
