Thoroughly unprofessional and unreliable. Scheduled to come get my car. Never showed. Never called. Never responded to any text even though they dais they were getting them. The way they answered the phone and conducted themselves, I was almost sure that I called the wrong number and was getting pranked. But its the number connected to the business.

They bought our broken car. They paid reasonable amount and picked it up. But, I didnt get a bill of sale or take the tags off, because it had a junk motor. Guy sold to an employee, who fixed it, and incurred toll bills -- that came to me. They promised to pay and then did not.

When you think of a great business, these guys have all the qualifications for it. Great customer service. Fast acting. Considerate and work for the needs of the customer. Negotiate fair price. Alex R. was the gentleman that helped me out. Great man. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Made me wait all day after offering one price and then when it was time to pick it up tried to low ball the price and ignored me even when I accepted the lower price. Probably because I’m female.

Just had an amazing experience while my wife and I were selling her 2012 ford focus.
