My father and I were stranded after a two tire blow out at 11 pm on a Friday night. After contacting Customz Wrecker they were there in less than 30 minutes. They were fast, good attitude, and very professional. Highly recommended.

Terrible business. Towed my disabled dads car when he parked 6 over the parking space line! Then they towed my sons loaner car because they didnt know what the temporary permit from the apartment complex was on his dash when he had a loaner car from his car dealership and his car was in the shop for repairs! Then, they towed it AGAIN (not even 24 hours later)! The permit slid off into the seat! Told my son they could only take cash when they took a credit card before! I personally called them for the owners name and number and the guy answering refused to give out any info. including his own name! Thinking of pursuing legal action. BEWARE!

They stole my truck charges were brought against company not only that they damaged my truck and they didnt have insurance.the state took the license away they cant tow vehicles any more. They are still going around towing vehicles there license were suspended for a illegal tow and not having insurance.

BEWARE! They will do whatever they can to get more money out of you. They towed my car then refused payment and refused to return my car! I ended up having to get 2 Wilco Sheriffs to come onsite to FORCE him to accept the payment and return my car. They threatened me, they threatened my Mom and cursed at us...Originally told me that I could NOT come get my car, then when we finally got someone on site, he again refused me and LEFT, causing us to have to call the Sheriff to get involved and get him to return to the site as well as get him to take the payment and return my car. THE MOST unprofessional service I have ever encountered. Admittedly, dealing with a tow company is never easy but this was just ridiculous. Even the Sheriff admitted that he was being completely unreasonable and was trying to bully me into being forced to leave my car there for another day or more in order to collect more money.

They towed my car from my apartment complex at 845 in the morning and said it didnt have a permit in the window. The apartment office called and the guy insisted there was no permit. When i went to pick it up I looked and sure enough it there it was in the window. Guy at the lot called his boss (who office spoke with) and he said yeah he saw it when he got the car to the lot but it wasnt visible enough. Visible enough that he saw it at the lot despite insisting it wasnt there not 45 minutes earlier. So I had to pay an expensive cab ride plus tow and impound fee...for nothing. By this logic they could tow your car at their whim and just sat it wasnt visible enough. I hope this review is visible enough to these scammers.

Over charged, did not have equipemnt needed, a tow that should have cost $600 was charged at $1600. BEWARE
