Got a flat tire and I had a spare. It was in the middle of the night and everyone by the Southside of Austin was not picking up the phone. I called 24x7 Towing & Repairs Texas and asked for a towing service. Nice when somebody shows up in a newer model year tow truck thats clean. The driver gave me price upfront and did everything he said he would.

My car died near south Austin. I called these guys and the tow truck driver arrived promptly. All in all, 5 star for this towing service.

Very rude lady answering & on the phone, acts very annoyed with her own job that she’s doing. Then she gives me a price of $185 to go 1.5 miles to my destination. Highway robbery... literally

My husband was out of town and my car wouldnt start. A gal friend and I had just gotten out of an evening movie so most places were already closed. I called the number of the towing company on the sign for the parking lot. These guys are 24 hours and answered thankfully. To my delight they had someone nearby who was able to come and jump start my car. We made it home safely, thank you!

Automated line said it was for towing, but routed me through to a line that said it was only for those needing electrician. Not helpful at all.

When my car wouldnt start and I called 24x7 Towing I was surprised to learn that my insurance actually covered the tow. This was certainly a plus in a crummy situation. It didnt take long for the tow truck to show up to the venue I was at downtown. The gentleman was so sweet and patient with me. Before just throwing my car up on the rig and hauling it off he did some debugging with me.It turned out that all I needed was a quick jump start and to replace my cars battery ASAP. I was really thankful for all of the help. If you are in a pickle I recommend these guys.
