Had amazing service this past week. I called ahead to order a new spare for my jeep wrangler and it was ready same day, however i could not get there until the weekend. Salesman Chris did a good job during the purchase process was not expecting to jump out of a high interest loan of 20% on a 2014 vehicle to 8% on 2021 vehicle. We purchased our Cherokee from this location back in 2016. Excellent finance team they worked really hard to work out a good deal. Sales people and their managers are not on the same page. Was provided info over call, went in for test drive, spent more than an hour just for the sales manager to come in and tell me that they wont honor an offer and that the sales person did not have updated information. After that, the sales person did not even talk to us. Just left his cubicle.

We switched our service department over to Nyle after having not-so-great experiences at some other service departments. So far so good. The team seems knowledgeable and friendly and communicative. Looking much more promising going forward.

I didn’t like my experience. I was not aware of the appointment process so I had to make two trips. The nice black lady helped me get an appointment. Then when I came back, there was this guy who was not the best to interact with. He seemed like I was annoying him. Lastly, I was never informed my vehicle was ready and had to see it outside to ask about it. I’m just over this place.

Have always been a loyal customer. Went in for an oil change and was told wait would be 2.5 hours for Express Lane service. After 3 hours my vehicle hadnt even been pulled in to the shop yet. I received no update until I inquired. After asking for a service manager, I was told there was not one on site for they were at their Fiat dealer. I calmly said, look, Im a reasonable customer, if you told me it was going to be 4 hours for an oil change I simply would have gone elsewhere to which the service agent replied why, so you can wait longer over there?. When I asked why he felt the need to be rude, he told me they are short handed and it is what it is that I have to wait 4 hours after being told 2.5. I said I would be happy to contact the dealer Management to discuss it as I have never been treated so poorly there before. He then told me to wait and went to tell them to pull my car in. I normally buy two or 4 packs of oil changes from this dealership but once my car was finally complete, which I found outside, not by being contacted, I inquired how much it would be to pay for a single change instead of the new pack I was purchasing. They said it would be an additional $25 so I said, fine,I will pay the extra and just give me the one as I am not really looking to return. The guy seemed really disturbed and said they are covering it no charge for my wait. I said, thank you, but I am happy to pay for the single change. He refused to charge me so I left. While sitting waiting, I also witnessed a salesperson and a finance guy absolutely grinding a customer on his decision to not purchase gap insurance. It was so ghetto. I dont know what has happened to this dealership but it is not the same place it used to be. Steer clear folks.

I pulled into the express oil change lane this morning at 7:30 for a free oil change . My new jeep came with 4 free changes .I had to walk into the building and wait for someone to say theyd be with you in a minute. After a moment or so i was able to pass over my keys. i was told it would be about an hour and a half to two hours. After 2 hours or so, i called to check the status. I was told that they did not know but would find the Service Advisor and have him/her get back to me right away. After another two hours of not hearing anything, i decided to go back to the dealership and wait it out. When i got there they couldnt find the paperwork or vehicle. After about 10 minutes of searching they found it parked behind a delivery truck and that i would have to wait until it moved. The first star is for the free bottle of water. The second star is for the fact that the oil change was free. The third star was for the courtesy van.I dont know when the service was completed and was never called when it was. I just know it had been sitting behind a delivery truck.I can appreciate the service dept being busy. Appears that it always is. But to buy a vehicle with a promise free and convenient oil changes...This service department has not established itself as any different than any other vehicle service dept.

Great services. My minivan was unable to start, and I was calling Nyle Maxwell to get help. The service personnel was able to guide me to get towing service arranged, and my service adviser was awesome for not only quickly diagnose the problem and also help arrange additional services including recalls etc. I dropped the car off on Saturday and the car is available to pick up on Monday.

Service Department is great!!!They do what they say...Sales on the other hand is not.I received an email from them wanting me to trade my 2019 Ram 2500 for a 2021 and in the email it said that my payments would be only $35.64When I showed the salesperson that he thought it was funny and said they couldnt do that and he didnt know how I received the email.After I mentioned false advertising the salesperson didnt really want to talk anymore.

Sales lady Naomi and manager Bob were super friendly and very helpful. She even helped me move some of stuff into the new car.
