I called them today, I was informed of the available apartment at our requested date. Booked an appointment to tour the property. After I went there (pulling my wife who is a new Mom that had C Section, out of her feeding time for baby), I was informed they dont have any available. The person in the office did not bother apologizing to start with, she casually said we dont have any available till October. Only after I expressed frustration and informing about my wife she threw an apology in there. I called the number back to express my frustration, central office is surprised to hear there are no apartments available. They keep insisting there is one available at our requested date. It is for sure one of them is not telling the truth. Extremely frustrating experience.

Falconhead Apartments were wonderful when Greystar managed the property. UAG seems to be more interested in keeping the owners happy with renting out units and gathering income no matter what the condition. Service requests are ignored.

I recommend falconhead Apartments for anyone looking for a apartment the maintenance team is awesome and the managers are awesome always willing to work with you and they treat like family I lived a year and I love it.

Theres 38 reviews with 5 stars and I am having a hard time believing it. From the moment I moved in this place it has been on going. Moved in over the summer while moving in the blower motor caught on fire and supposing the said it was ready for move in.Dont get me started on the roach and pest problems/ they didnt even attempt to clean the apartment. I documented all on the move in missing close doors/didnt paint the walls even with them being all scratched up. The carport fell on my car.And when we called it in the after hour person answer was you need to call during business hours. If arelooking for a place to live .Be cautious cause I have never dealt with so much bullsh$t.

Love working with falconhead! the staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, the units are beautiful, and the amenities are top notch. cannot recommend highly enough!

First off I want to say Toni the leasing director was great. She made moving in a breeze. The issue came when I started staying at the apartment. For an apartment they state is renovated you wouldnt think youd be dealing with so many service issues. First off I had to deal with Spectrum on the phone and in person due to none of the coax cables being hooked back up after the apartment was painted. This took a lot of my time which I do not have having just moved and working full time. Then it took 3 service request to get the ice maker working. When I went to clean the floors on move in they came up disgusting. Also paint chips all over the floor from a messy painter not covering the floors when painting. The new ceiling fans were rattling. I reach out to United Apartment Group on 6/21 and still have yet to hear back. They need to get it together when it comes to leasing an apartment as renovated and actually respond to customer complaints.

I have been living here for a few months, and I love it! Angela and Brittany are beyond incredible, it’s clean, cozy, the amenities are fantastic and they’re quick and efficient in their responses! I feel safe, cared for and connected to this little community! They put on great events and we have a ton of fun here! Highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in this area to make this place home!

The best priced apartments in Bee Cave; Everything else is ridiculously overpriced and significantly smaller.I will say I have 2 major gripes: The Parking is absolutely horrible, I frequently have to park outside the gate because theres no other parking on my side of the complex. Second, there is just not enough lighting around the complex. Its very hard to walk around when its dark. On that note, the entrance driveway could be better illuminated, its nearly impossible to pick out at night, or just when its overcast.

Great Community. Personnel is A+. Nice apartments and floor plans. Very well kept. I dont see dog poop anywhere, everyone picks up after themselves. Should have moved here sooner.

Might as well come back when i need a house lolthey have a playground and a lot of space for you to run around, and if you arent working out, you can come back to your apartment and watch KVUE. also great positioning right next to the galleria lol

I have been here a couple of months and love it so far. The office is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The apartment is beautiful and love the wood floors.

I’ve only been here 2 months and am extraordinarily happy! The staff is always very quick to respond, and best of all friendly! Residents are nice, which also makes it a friendly and safe environment for all!

Moved in this week and so far so good. The move in process was simple and staff was amazing and friendly. The place is quiet and well kept from what I can see. Loving it so far!

My Wife and I will be moving in to the Falconhead Apartments in June of this year, Thanks to Angela . She made the process so simply and smooth for us, her attitude towards us was beautiful and pleasant. She made sure we felt comfortable and were very happy and satisfied with the tour . She answered all of all questions and she gave exceptional feedback . Management was very nice . It was a little over our budget by a few bucks, but we couldn’t help it, Great Location, Excellent Patio View of the Mountains, and Exceptional Elementary School for our DaughterThanks You Angela and Staff

On 09/22/2018 around 4:30PM, The lady works in the office can hear only crickets. We enter their office to check the complex and possibly sign a lease and no response from the lady in the office. She was wearing some headset and on the computer. Stayed in the office for about 15 minutes thinking of a possible response and left without anything. She can atleaset sayWe are too busy—whether perceived or actual rather to ignore a human enter a business to do some business.Low priority or no priority either way this is not a pleasant atmosphere or attitude.In my life experience no businesses intentionally ignores its customers but this is new....

We called around 5 to see what time they closed because we wanted to see a apartment there. We were leaving out of state the next morning & were looking for a apt before we left Austin. Yes I know cutting it short on time but it was our last one of the day we wanted to see that option. Well they closed at 6 we said we could be there in about thirty minutes but the lady said they dont show after 530. So we asked if we got there around 530 if they would still show us because of our circumstance of leaving town.. & because we werent sure exactly how long it would take. The answer a plain No...You could just here in her voice she was just a B. The whole conversation she was pretty rude. Even when she answered... It was like Blah blah blahhh

New Management reached out and made everything ok. They didnt know the issues we were having with previous property owners. I hear they are updating the property which will be nice.

If I could only begin.... horrific experiences that’ll forever scar me from this place... I lived there a total of 3 1/2 years! AUG 2017-JUNE 2020, like how I don’t even know!I originally had a 5* review (LONG LONG AGO)because in the past like I said long long ago I liked only one of the staff members up front— but she left very quickly and I wrote that review just for her.No one stays long working at FALCONHEAD and it’s so unsafe, unclean and not to mention heartless! God help anyone who moves in to this ****holeFinally in a home now, thank you GOD

The best apartments in the area, very good service and management. Comfortable and perfect location, the gym has good equipment.

When we first moved in the staff was friendly and family friendly. After being here 2 years we found that management changes are now NOT family friendly and in fact they want all children to be not seen and not heard. We know of multiple complaints of children playing without supervision in halls and being threatened to be sued or have CPS called. In addition the homes are not clean. When we moved in there were cockroaches and although Falconhead professed to having a pest control person come spray - they never went away and so I personally had to buy bug bombs and set them off periodically to get rid of the pests. Overall I am very displeased. The atmosphere is unfriendly, the amenities are nice but not maintained well or the fees for use are exorbitant. A child playing is frowned upon and you get angry glares and stares when your child makes any noise outside.
