The facility itself is amazing with great amenities! The place looks so luxurious, and I love how I was able to get a great apartment at a great price, AND fully furnished!! The 9 at West Campus truly is a great place to live, and I cant wait to live there really soon!

Management is extremely nice and helpful. Maintenance always comes the day of or after...super fast!! Amenities are amazing, specifically the gym and pool. Amazon gets delivered directly to the door and the wifi is so fast. I love living here.

Great staff and great facilities! Love that its so close to campus and usually kept pretty clean and quiet. The office staff are always super helpful and friendly.

The apartments are so nice and clean. Staff was so informative and amazing! I just took a tour here and will most likely sign a lease here. Oh yeah and the view from the pool is AMAZING!!!

2019-2020 I lived here and it was a mistake. Management is out for money, you can’t talk to a single human that will be actually willing to help, and we didn’t get any money back for the amenities being taken away(even before coivd).They also charged me a “light cleaning fee” when moving out. Genuinely place is after money. Majority is boys that live here also.If you’re trying to find a fun place to live your first year at UT or second year in an apt... while this place looks tempting... DON’T! So many other apartment complexes have same ammentities and a management willing to work with you.Regents west, moon tower, sky loft, inspire... just a fewGenuinely waited a year to post anything because I wanted to see if I still felt as strongly... and YUP.

The pool view is INCREDIBLE, and the units are honestly so cute! Love the staff too, they’re so friendly!

All of the staff is so kind and helpful, especially Madison when it comes to any questions about my lease or my apartment.

Absolutely the worst management ever. If you’re looking to go here understand there are WAY better options. Me and my friend tried for Weeks to get a call back after we sent multiple emails and called multiple times. Stay away!!!

This is the worst possible management ever! Don’t live here! We called 4x to speak to Luke, we also emailed 3x and never got a response. Childish and unprofessional to say the least. There are a ton of other places to live! Horrible location, disgusting hallways, trashy building altogether. But, the girls at the front were super nice!

The worst place I have lived on west campus. First, they ask you to write a review for the complex before you move in. Secondly, it is the worst management ever. They are constantly forgetting to complete things, they respond poorly when you ask them, and charge ridiculous fees. Do not live here. Much better places to live in west campus for less.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management is unresponsive and unhelpful. They have refused to open amenities despite still charging us and have been unwilling to compromise. I have called the front desk multiple times during hours and been sent to the off-site center who knows absolutely nothing preventing us from picking up essential packages. The system for packages is severely flawed. I emailed one manager about being over charged for my rent was directed to another email, and then that person sent me another email. The final person I emailed has yet to respond. I was promised a $150 gift card that I never received. Everyone I know who lived here highly suggests that you live elsewhere! Besides all of this, the girls who work in the front office are extremely nice and do actually try to be helpful 😁

Would not recommend this place to my enemy. Over charged for what you get and management is very stubborn and not helpful. They are taking advantage of students. Would recommend somewhere else.

Do not live here. The management in the front office is the worst part about living here. They make sure that they do not have to talk to the residents. Office is locked, will deny your phone calls. You like to grill? Too bad, grills don’t work. You like to swim? Too bad, pool is closed. You like to work out? Too bad, gym is closed. Endless amount of better options in west campus.

They use an answering service to redirect calls from the front office so that they can avoid answering complaints. They barge into your room without warning frequently. Read the lease document carefully before signing, and youll realize they dont care at all about the well-being of their residents and only care about making money.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The new management at this place is absolutely terrible. As part of my lease I got about $1000 off and I told them to apply this to my first months rent. Not only did they forget to do so, they started charging me late fees. I talked to one of the mangers there, Luke, and he refused to do anything to help. So I had to email his boss as well as the accounting department and it took weeks to get my money sent over. The amenities have been closed for months and the grills were broken all year. The office is locked and they dont answer the phones. Once I was able to make contact they said they wouldnt fix the grills because it wasnt safe. On move out day my neighbor said that the manager, Luke, told them he was going to charge them three months rent for moving out after the 11:00 time. The amenities were useless, the furniture is cheap, and the management is extremely childish and unprofessional

This is the trash can of student living. Save your money and live somewhere else. The rooms are nice but the management actually makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a spoon

Ive signed a lease for the 20-21 school year and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The process was fairly smooth and straightforward. Im excited to be living here in the coming future.

I have lived here for 2 years and have loved every minute. If you are thinking of living in west campus, this is the place !

Lived here the first year it was open in a 4x4 with random roommates. The complex is well built, you hardly hear people above or below you. Utility bills averaged $50 per month per person for water, electricity, and sewer fee. Parking is limited and inconvenient, I lived on the first floor and it took 7-10 minutes to go from my apartment to my car. Maintenace is timely and the front office is always there. Amenities are nice, my only complaint would be parking inconvenience.

Would give a Zero if I could. Hate this place. Living rooms are tiny and the sink, dishwasher, washing and drying machines are awful. Parking garage is in a back alley. The amenities are cool but there’s an endless amount of better living options in west campus alone

If you sign for a specific room do not expect to get that room or a similar floor plan. lived at the Nine for 2 years and both years they gave us significantly worse rooms then what we signed for. Also the new Staff is much worse than the opening staff. Received a lease violation for saying damn.

This place is awesome Im living here starting fall semester. Its brand new and everything about it is super fancy and nice, unlike anything else in west campus. Looking forward to all the cool amenities like Jumbotron by the pool and club house to hang out at. Everything in the units will be new too so very excited

Overall have loved my experience here. It definitely makes me feel at home and there are many amenities to enjoy while I focus on my studies
