I went to this place a few weeks ago, and by far I LOVE going here. For the last few years since living in Colorado I’ve been trying to find a nail tech that listens to what I want as well as providing excellent customer service while getting my nails done.Jay was one of the techs who serviced me the day that I went in and he had me laughing through the entire service! He also expressed his passion for doing what he loves and made me feel so warm and welcomed while there.They have very affordable prices and this was the first place that hasn’t over charged me for using gel polish. I’m not quite sure the pricing on all of their services, but it definitely won’t be the last time I visit being that I was so impressed with the first full set I received here. By far the best that I’ve found in Colorado for a little hole in the wall nail shop! 😌

My mom and I loved it . Both Jay and the female that helped us were very really nice and thoughtful and make sure that we were happy with what they were doing. We cant wait to go back . My mom is really picky so iam happy she found somewhere she likes.They get busy probably best to call before going . Also he was fast and the quality of his work is great !

Been coming to Pro nails since they opened up shop and I love their work so much & wouldn’t go anywhere else! I always get plenty of compliments on my nails because they are simply THAT good at what they do! They are so patient & try to fulfill any weird or crazy requests I have; it shows in their work how they continually pull through for me. The massages that come along with your pedis are also amazingly relaxing. Best shop in town!

This place is great!! 😁I came in late without an appointment and they still took care of me and my sister. They were super friendly! We showed them pictures of what we wanted and they ended up doing something better! We were so happy and their prices are the BEST. Thank you so much!!☺️

Ive been a few times, the first time was great, the second time was very bad. I paid for the deluxe pedi the girl that took care of me rushed through the entire thing and when she was done my feet looked and felt the same..except with painted nails. I was very disappointed.

Really disappointed, even checked the Google rating before visiting! Seems like Jay is good (from actually reading reviews) but I had someone else. First I was upsold on the pedicure, which turned out to be $10 extra dollars for the young lady to rub lotion on my legs for 10 minutes and purple wax that burned my feet. No real massage at all, not even when I was drying my nails. I think thats pretty uncommon...The nail polish I selected, red OPI, was really old and stringy. It looks decent but was really nothing special. Was looking for a comfortable, relaxing experience that didnt happen.

I brought my daughter to get her nails done. Jay did an amazing job. Weve been looking for a good place close to home. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this cute little nail shop 🥰 and i highly recommend you get your nails done by jay. his work is incredible. their pricing is pretty decent for the quality of the nails. whatever you wish to have done with your nails can be done. you should also try the pedicures as well. this place is amazing and so are the lovely people that work here. i look forward to coming back.

Today am very satisfied with Jay and the service. The atmosphere was very welcoming. First time I have every had this done to my nails and they are the bomb dot com!

At first I loved coming here the girls who do the pedicures are great but I was definitely overcharged a few times when I got my nails done I almost always got the same thing but it kept getting exceedingly more expensive each time. That’s was led to my last experience which resulted in finding a new nail salon.

They are very meticulous and do a highly professional job!

I have only been there twice but in the times I went I was able to call ahead and speak to someone about what I wanted and what they had I was able to get fast great service. Also they were very kind. My second visit was a couple days later when they chose to not charge me for a broken nail! The nails were amazing and I got May complements on them I will be back!

I went here to get a full set as well as a pedicure. I have not been here since they got new owners and they are such sweet and welcoming people! Jay did my full set & I let him do whatever he thought would be best and I LOVED my set! Could not be happier! They have EVERYTHING you can think of ombré, so many different dip powder colors, beautiful nail decor, mood changing polish literally EVERYTHING! I highly recommend this place! Will be a returning customer for sure!!

Great find in Aurora! I tried this place based on google reviews since I needed my nails done for a cruise and it was well worth it! I got a spa Pedicure and acrylic nails and both look amazing. Lisa took the photo I had from pinterest and gave a me a unique set of nails that look 🔥🔥 and the massage for the pedicure was AMAZING.The shop is small but very clean and the staff is super friends and addressed 2 of their regulars by name when they stoped in. Overall great customer service and experience and I will definitely be back !

JAY IS AMAZING! not only did he get all 3 of our full sets done in a hour without compromising the quality, he is crazy talented with ombre nails. I can tell he has a busy schedule so Id suggest scheduling a appointment but hes absolutely worth the wait if you walk in.

My daughter was looking for a place that does unique non traditional nail designs and you cant really find that in the Centennial area so we looked up nail salons outside the area and found this hidden gem the pricing was very reasonable and it took the tech about 1hr and 15mins to do a full set with nail design (gel polish). Will definitely return for a fill in service which is only $17 before any add ons.

Excellent place to get your nails done and waxing too. Its under New Management and can sure tell tell. The shop looks so much nicer and the prices are great. I recommend it to all my friends. I just love it here, theyre all very nice.

Got a full set of acrylics with my friend here. The nails are perfect, Jay did mine and he’s so quick it was great. Everyone there is beyond nice and pleasant, definitely going to make this a regular go to for my nails.

They give excellent service. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Clean instruments prepackaged is my favorite part of this salon. My manicure lasted 3 weeks 😊

Very friendly, experienced person for my pedicure. I got the most deluxe option & it was perfect: foot scrub didnt tickle, she removed some wicked callouses, massage was gentle & relaxing (other places have been too hard), she listened to what I wanted & my time restrictions & followed my requests without trying to talk me into something different. Going back tomorrow for a manicure!

I flipped my car and got into a terrible accident, and all of my nails came out intact AND NONE of the gems fell off! JAY IS AMAZING ‼️😭

Save your money and go elsewhere. The employees are nice enough, but not skilled in either regular pedicures, regular manicures, or dip manicures. The tech I had for my pedicure didnt know how to massage, stabbed me with the cuticle trimmer 3 times, used cuticle cutters on my toenails, and wiped red nail polish on my sandals! She messed up so bad that one of the others had to come back and redo them. Firts time there and it will be my last.

I have been coming here for years and I can always depend on them to do a great job on my nails and feet! Now they need to learn how to do more designs and I will give 5 stars!

Poor work.. Poor quality. My thumb nails cricket.. He said he doesnt have time to fix it.. Didnt put a top coat on my toe nails when i got pedicure. Very cold atmosphere...

Under New Management its a husband and his wife its a family-run establishment just make sure you get one of those to the other two are in training.. check out their new colors they also have new prices and I dont worry about being price gouged here

Called and asked if they do dip powder they told me they did. I got there and they insisted that I do gel color because its too hard too change the color on powder which Ive never heard before and hav never had a problem with. They had new aluminum decals tht Id never seen and the nail tech offered to do them because it would look so nice and spent the next 7-10 minutes failing over and over again. Clearly he had not taken any time to practice the technique and was using me, a 1st time customer, as the tester. This is after ACRYLIC was put onto my nails instead of dip powder.... smh I had an event to go to with my husband and with a half done hand I had no choice but to allow them to finish.. at the end u would imagine they would change the price because they just gave me cheaper nails from base to color but no, they charged me for a powder set..i didnt even notice in my rush and didnt feel like going back to go back and forth with them. Definitely not a good experience.

I’ve really tried giving this place several chances. First time was mediocre. My pedi had started looking messy and a tech had to step in and take over. Last time, the place was completely empty with available nail techs and he still rushed through my full set, not paying attention to detail. Several nails broke in the first couple days,got them fixed, then others broke. Many foreign salons I have visited don’t understand the concept of good customer service and what that means for a business in America. This place is especially unwelcoming without any good customer service whatsoever. Overall, sloppy work,rude, bad vibes.

I had the WORST experience yesterday evening 7/6.My mother referred me to Jay.Mind you Iam a cosmetologist (hairstylist) myself and I know for a fact how customers should be treated and how the salon environment works. He did not know this.First his attitude and presents made me very uncomfortable like I was a waste of his time. He kept huffing and puffing while was trying to choose my nail color which made me nervous and I just grabbed something. Then he RIPS my acrylic nails off, with no care in the world to be gental, I said “ouch” several times. Very rude guy didn’t say two words to me the whole service, weird and uncomfortable. On top when we were finished I accidentally nicked my nail and he was so pissed that he had to fix it! He literally sucked his tongue at me because he had to fix it. I tipped him 2$ after all that. Handed him cash and he didn’t say thank you. I asked him to get my keys for me so I didn’t mess up my nail and again and he ignored me while he was ALSO arguing with another customer about her price. Very unfortunate that my mom referred me to JAY, and I had such a bad experience. I had to re do all my nails because they were shaped like beetles :-( I left it alone and took off all the polish and re did them myself.Jay is terrible.

The people were very friendly, but also tried to push services that were not asked for! Low rating because I paid for 3 No chip manicures and they did a good job, but the polish chipped the same day 😢....not a good thing for paying for no chip. Kinda disappointed that I paid so much for poor quality polish.

Never going again. Spent $40 For full set shelac. Theyre super uneven and very bulky. Told them 20 times they were uneven. Still kept going.
