Been here 10 minutes and feel like being rushed.... Girl working on my feet has the nerve to call me sensitive uhhhh no theres a difference when your rushing versus actually taking your time 😒Im not happy at all.... I didnt get what I wanted because their too busy rushing through their jobs. I got a ¼ of what I paid for. I from out of town and this is the service they provide to paying customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

My daughters and I walked in(5 of us) and were seated in less than 30 minutes. The ladies were very nice. The massages were great! Nail done very nicely. Very happy with the services provided.

Not impressed. Came in a week and a half ago for a pedi and shellac mani- the pedi was fine, however the shellac manicure had already started chipping away after two days on multiple nails. Within a week I already had 3-4 nails coming off.

My daughter is special needs and very anxious about anyone doing her nails. The employees there are always very patient with her and make her feel at ease. She enjoys getting her nails done and they always look great!

Every time I come here, my nails end up looking horrible and they are very aggressive with cuticles. I went to get my acrylics removed and she just ripped them off my fingers, no soaking in acetone or anything. So my real nails are very thin and torn up now. I do not recommend going to this nail salon.

Paid for expensive arylic nails that didnt even last 5 days. One nail popped off the very next day. DO NOT go here

The placed smells like seafood just got warmed by staff but the odor takes over the entire store. Also watching on TV a rap singing contest in Vietnam language which is very selective and not considering 3 other customer’s preference. It intensified my headache with combination of malodor and noise from the media.I almost wanted to cut the service short in order to leave the parlor.

Had an awesome experience, all the staff are extremely friendly. The salon is kept clean and the customer service is exceptional. I am very picky with my nails but they came out exactly like how I wanted. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My new place for full set! I went back in and had a couple things changed because Im extremely picky. However, Lilly was very caring and understanding and made them perfect.

They did an amazing job with my dip and polish

Very unimpressed. I will never return. All the services are very rushed. During the pedicure, the lady cut my skin too short with the cuticle cutters (enough to make me bleed). I didn’t mention anything about it. To stop the bleeding, she used the same cotton ball that she used to take off my toe nail polish (doused in acetone) which caused lots of burning and discomfort. She never said anything to me about the mistake. The leg massage was done with so much pressure that I had small bruises in various spots on my shins. During the manicure (full set of acrylics) so many things were wrong... I asked for colored powder, but she insisted that I should not get them and should get something I’ve never heard of. The lady did not ask me what shape I wanted, rather just did as she thought they should be. She did not compare lengths to make sure that the nails were the same length (many nails were different lengths in the end). She did not take time to smooth the nails out, leaving them very lumpy and misshapen. This lady, as with the one who did my toes, cut the edge of my cuticle with the sharp grinding stone (enough to make me bleed) and did not mention it. A few of my nails even look twisted... very very unimpressed. Will not go back.

I would never go back here. My friend and I were recommended to go here because my normal salon was booked up. I dont know the name of the girl who did my fill but it was a disaster. Nails were not the same length, shape, not smooth, very bumpy and thick, nail polish pooled at the bottom of my nail/skin, no cuticle cutting, lotion or anything! I came in with a broken nail and she didnt even fix it just tried to make it longer with acrylic. Im not confrontational so as I sit there laughing at how bad my nails look about to leave I mention to the lady that I cant pay for it because Im going to have to go to my normal place to get them fixed. She was upset and asked what I didnt like about them. Basically anyone with good vision could see they were bad let alone someone who is supposed to be licensed to do nails. I told her a few things as we had already tried to tackle the non evenly shaped problem TWICE without success. She did what she could to fix them and charged me 10$ more than the posted price because she was mad I wasnt going to leave with a disaster on my hands literally.The only defense Ill give this place is the pedicure was good.My friend went back for a fill and got the girl I had and said she also had a terrible experience although I wont speak for her...Ive posted a picture for proof, mine are the orange nails before I said I wasnt going to pay.

I was in town for work and found Sunny Nails. I decided to treat myself to a spa pedicure and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very relaxing and clean. My foot massage was great and my nail tech was very professional and personable.

I was double charged for my service and when I had called to let them know the women on the phone just said it will be fine no worry there was no apology or anything. I went with my friend whos service was much worse than mine, Lily rushed through her and seemed apathetic towards her. Anny was great, she seemed new and almost afraid of Lily so if you do happen to go there ask for Anny but its no recommended, you will pay for unsanitary, rushed service with limited color options and prices made up as they go.

A friend of mine who sees Lillie at this salon recommended this facility. I went in to have a pedicure and was waited on by Selena. There was no wait time—I was taken right away. The staff members were friendly and made me feel like they really appreciated my business. I was able to relax in a comfortable massage chair while care was given to every aspect of my feet and calves (massaged, circulation stimulation and wrapped in warm towels). I was very happy with the finished product. This is my new “go to” salon.

Literally charged me $5 because I asked them to push my cuticles back and called it a “manicure” add on but didn’t do any other manicure type work on my nails. THEN they charged another $5 for length even though I didn’t go very long and another $5 for multiple colors. They didn’t even explain the additional $15 charge until the end when I was paying or before they did any of it so my $25 set ended up being $40. Super lazy and definitely would not recommend. They were super tough on my nails and nicked me with the tools and didn’t even apologize. Don’t even bother wasting your money or time here!!! When I asked about the charges she said any extra “work” costed $5 and was super rude even though I was just trying to figure it out.

The worst place i have ever been to i asked for square square couldent do that even asked for a simple design and not even half way through the lady doing then just stopped and had another try to finish them even at that i just went with no design at all figured that was simple enough i will not be returning

So clean and friendly. I feel very welcome. Nancy does an amazing job but I’m really happy with the work I’ve received from all the ladies! Definitely earned my repeat business. Recommend!!!

Service here was first class and very enjoyable. We were taken car of and from first entering greeted very pleasantly. The hospitality here is wonderful and look forward to the next time.

This used to be a nice salon, but its gone down hill in recent years. I went to get dip nails, because I dont want to use UV lights on my nails. The tech used a UV reactive top coat, and when I asked what she was doing she explained that it was shinier than the dip top coat. I asked her to use the dip top coat and she said they didnt have any. And now, the top coat is peeling off because it wasnt the right kind.The price discrepancies people mention are valid. They tried to charge an additional $5 to trim my cuticles when I got dip done. That doesnt make any sense! They just want to nickel and dime you on that.I will never go back here.

I love this nail salon.I have been coming to this nail salon for a couple of months now and have never had a bad experience.Everyone is so happy and extremely friendly. The prices are great too!I usually have Lily or Ivy do my nails. They are the BEST!

**NOT RECOMMENDED!**I came to this salon for the first time last night and didnt leave happy. The gal that did my shellac was very nice and pleasant to talk to however it was not a good experience for me. The color I picked out of the very small variety was a turquoise with sparkles. While painting the first 4 fingers the polish ran out. I told them Id do a different color but was ignored and told no this color is little different but it will be ok do I stuck through it since I was ignored and then what happens that on runs out as well. She then started putting the sparkles on super thin and then the top coat which was bumpy and thick and very uneven and She cut 2 of my nails way too short. So today I go back in because I realized how upset I was about them and that wasnt by any means any better. When telling them they all started yelling in their language and I felt intimidated but I paid for the service I wanted them fixed. They rushed through the the entire process and it was like they were talking bad about me and/or the situation and I was uncomfortable. Now that they rushed through it I regret going there to even have them fix it I shouldve gone to my salon I normally do but I was waiting for my husband to get off of work and thought eh why not? Well thats why not! I wish I wouldve read all the reviews before going here. I do not and will not recommend anyone here nor will I step foot in there again myself! I dont think the new owner and manager helped much from what I read in the reviews. One more disappointment was I was waiting for ten minutes while there were 4-5 girls sitting on the floor in the back room by the bathroom playing poker. Very unprofessional and poor business/customer service and all the yelling is as well! Disappointed!!I will say I didnt pay another dime and if they wouldve request I do I most definitely would have refused!

Did a fantastic job on my nails and pedicure. All employees were super sweet. I was surprised the prices were so afforadable let considering the amount of talent and service.

I moved from Castle Rock where I had a really nice nail salon that I went to all the time. We moved here to Aurora. I tried 4 different places. My nails kept chipping and I was very sad I couldnt find a place to go to that would do my nails nice where they would last. One place couldnt match my toenails to my fingernails. Then I came to Sunny Nails. Not only are their prices excellent, but their shop is clean and the people there are very friendly. Never have to wait. They even stay late. But my shellac nails last 3 weeks. Im very very happy here. So anyone looking for a wonderful place to go for manicure and/or pedicure this place is a must. You will be happy.

My deluxe pedi took the same amount of time as a regular which means I paid for a long massage n didnt get it. They have been out of the color I have wanted 3 months in a row when the manager said she would have it the second time. Asked for discount stir to this and was ignored. I will only go back to use my coupon of 30% off and that will be the last time. I am sure another place would like my regular business and give me my moneys worth unlike my experience here.

Went with my granddaughter for mani pedi. Great price for kids so they can enjoy along with you. I live in the Springs and paid less for my pedi than I am used to. Highly professional and speak in English so you dont feel left out

Nancy was beyond wonderful during my pedicure. Her nickname should be Butterfly because during the shaping and grooming, I almost didnt feel it! My feet are sandal-ready and I feel great. My suggestion? Come see Nancy!

A friend referred me to Sunny Nails, and told me to see Lillie. I called to set an appointment with her, and arrived early. She saw me immediately, and did a fantasic job on my nails! I got acryllic French tips, and they look wonderful! The place was very clean, and Lillie was very friendly. I will definitely be going back!

Excellent service and great prices! My feet felt baby-soft after the Special Pedicure with a parrafin dip and the hot towels were so relaxing. Lily did a beautiful job on my toes and my shellac mani. I will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend.

The service here was great. I had an appt and they took me right away, unlike other nail salons Ive been to who had me wait 45 minutes WITH an appt!! The staff is very nice and welcoming and they do a great job. Plus the prices are low compared to the other nail salons allowed. Highly recommend!

Sunny Nail’s had a program where after so many visits, the customer gets a 30% discount. I accumulated all the visits necessary for the discount. They apparently just changed management and are NOT honoring the discount program. Bad business! They are not trustworthy.

These ladies always take great care of me! They do a good job, and the stations are all clean! I go there regularly and have never been disappointed!

I Went to get my nails done with a friend about a month ago, and although they experience was bad for her, I decided to give this place one more try. However, this time around, I got the same nail tech as my friend from the last time, and was SADLY DISSAPOINTED. The service was TERRIBLE, and I will never be returning here again. The only saving grace they had last time was the pedicure was great, except this time on a scale from 1-10 I would rate it a whopping 1.5. My techs name was Lily, and she barely did anything besides paint my nails. She didn’t scrub my feet good, she didn’t get the calisus off, she didn’t rub my legs for longer than 30 seconds with the scrub, didn’t massage my feet and didn’t put on ANY lotion on. I even looked at my Gel nail polish and noticed pooling past my cuticle on my big toe. I was already SOOOOO irritated because I came back for a GOOD pedicure, not a half fast one my, but to make matters worse the manicure was just as bad. Lily RUSHED through my service, and finished my dip nails within 15ish mins MAX. She had me dip my nails in the water, instead of letting my hands soak, she charged me EXTRA for a cleanup of my cuticles which SHE DIDNT DO, she didn’t massage my hands with lotion or anything. This time around I went with one of my co workers, and we literally got the EXACT same thing: 2 pedis and 2 dip nails. Lily had rushed through my service so QUICKLY I was finished 35 minutes before my friend was even fully done(.) I could not believe what I saw, and was so angry I made sure I asked for Lily’s name before I left. I highly recommend if you’re looking to get your nails done, go somewhere else. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon, and I will definitely be taking my business else where.

Ive been here many times and I love the prices and service from the ladies! However, tonight my experience was not great. I got the owner and he obsessively kept cutting my cuticles until he drew blood, not only on one toe, but two of them. As if that wasnt enough, he rubbed lotion into my new wounds and cleaned up with nail polish remover over my cuts as well. At this point I was done with my pedi so I didnt even ask him to cut my toenails shorter or even file down the uneven and jagged edges. Ladies please do not be deterred from Sunny Nails but do not let the owner guy do your nails. Hes just too hasty!

I get there at 545pm they tell me itll be a 45 minute wait. So I waited with my 3 year old son. Then its 645 they finally take me and I say I want a brand new set. The lady ignored that and proceeded to do a rebase. So I stopped and said I wanted a new set. She said we cant do that its 7 now I can do a rebase. I said no I want a new style and longer length. She again said we cant do that you can come back tomorrow. Well some people cant go the next day like me. I told her to at least take off the acrylics I had on. She then peeled off the acrylic and it was GLUED onto my skin and she tried to pull it off and it started bleeding and hurt bad. All they said was sorry. Well say sorry for my son who judged waited an hour and a half of his time! No discount or free nails done after all that waisted time. Just lost a customer.

I have gone to this salon twice the first time i had gotten a full set of acrylics with a normal paint job and the nails were average but cheap so i came back 4 weeks later for another set and was expecting the same. The second time they were absolutely terrible they were uneven the sides and werent painted at all. Not to mention i paid 30 dollars instead of 22 for a slightly longer nail which i was not informed about until after the tech was done and it was time to pay. Lets just say i will be taking my buisness elsewhere and not returning.

I am very upset, my nails look horrible. The woman who did my nails made them crooked and cut them with scissors. They are all uneven and messy.The entire nail isnt even colored, the work was messy and incomplete. Would not recommend this place.
