Booked pedicure during lunch break. Seated me exactly at appointment time and we finished 5 minutes early. The environment had soft lighting, relaxing music, and a large TV if you wanted to daze at the Food Network. Perfect for my needs!

The manager of this salon is very unprofessional and rude. I witnessed two African American women get treated so poorly that it was distasteful. I was getting my nails done and saw the manager give preferential treatment to a white woman that did not have an appointment to sit and get her pedicure first. The 2 black women arrived to their appointment early and the white woman walked in after them and was told to immediately to take a seat. This forced one of the black women to wait which is racially biased. This treatment is completely unacceptable and the establishment should not be patronized. They also pointed and shook their heads at the customers in disgust. This establishment will no longer get my business nor my money. The work done on my nails were poor at best. I dont recommend rude and prejudiced services to anyone. The cleaning was minimal and the prices are much too high for basic work.

I have always always gone here to get my nails done and have never had any issues. Today I went to go get my acrylic set for prom. Like any nails, I paid for them before the color was on. Once the color was on I sat down in the drying station. I was told to let them dry for 10 minutes then leave. When I went to go put my shoes on very carefully after 15 minutes of drying, I noticed both of my thumbs had just indents and cracks in them. I then sat there for 40 minutes waiting for a single available employee or maybe even the one that did my nails to tell me I could leave or something. I eventually asked someone who didn’t do my nails to fix it. She looked at them and rolled her eyes. She sat me back down in a chair and put another layer on and both of the indents were STILL there. I sat for another 20 minutes without even being looked at and eventually took the nail polish and filled in the gaps myself then left. I am very disappointed and do not plan on returning my nails look awful andI was getting them done for something important:(

I went In for Gel set and she put Acrylic set claiming it was gel. They are just scamming people thinking they are putting them gel when its really acrylic. I do my own nails at home and have research when I first started and I know the difference but I had a last minute party and needed them done fast but I wont ever be going back. Its sad most people dont know the difference and they get taken advantage of

I always have a great experience here. The salon is comfortable, clean, and relaxing, and the service is always top-notch. Great selection of colors and pedicure options, and everyone there is friendly.

I went in for a set of acrylics and the nail techs continued to rush me on picking a color and they were extremely rude to me during my experience. I had to have them also fix a smudged nail and they gave me so much attitude. I would not recommend going here, so disappointing that I paid someone to do my nails and they acted like it was a disgrace.

The best place to get your nails done!

They didnt do my nails like I wanted for my wedding.The woman convinced me to agree to a color and style that just didnt work. When I came back in for an adjustment, they gave me a huge attitude and they were rude and mean. I had to go somewhere else to get the nails I wanted. I will never go there again.I do not recommend!!

This location is not particularly different than other nail shops. They are friendly and professional.

Fantastic Customer Service and Skills.

This is the first and last time I ever visit this place. I went in for a gel fill and repair. From the onset, my nail tech was rough will the file and drill hurting me several times, rushed through the entire process, over filed my nails even though I specifically asked for the shape to stay the same, and did a messy job with the polish leaving debris on my nails. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Ive gotten acrylic sets done here twice and each time I was disappointed. Too thick, not even, and lumpy. Then I decided to give them one last chance and got a no chip. The guy was rushing and ended up cutting me with the electric filer. Then brought a bowl for me to put my hand in and I thought it was just water, it was ACETONE, after he just cut my finger and it was still bleeding, burned like hell.He then took the bowl with acetone in it and proceeded to poor it back into a container to reuse! I was disgusted. Then he forgot to file the tip of my nails, so I had to remind him and he was irritated with me! And to top it off, my no chip manicure chipped two days later! Never coming back!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! Communication is poor. Manager is rude!!! I asked her a question about the price because I was incorrectly charged. She goes on arguing with me in front of clients. Workers are rude also. I am big on customer service. Theyre horrible. If I could give it a zero, i would.

I feel like they could have been done better and cleaned up more. A few of my nails were also very noticeably crooked. People were very nice but I was not satisfied with my nails.

I was able to get an appt on a Sat afternoon for same day. Manager Emily, actually did my nails and Mindy did part of my pedicure. Very clean, professional, large asst of colors too! Definitely will return, hidden gem!!!!

American Nauls is blessed to have Bic as an employee!! Bic is the absolute best at pedicure and manicures. She is consistently good and has been for 23 years I have known her. I follow her everywhere. She is honest and truly cares about doing a good job. No one else can replace her. Age should not be a factor, only that her years of experience have made her excellent. I have been trying to find a god nail place that didnt charge for every lil service and I gave this one a try. Loved the experience! They were busy but was greeted promptly as I walked in, with a warm smile, sat down in due time, had a little wait even while feet were in water but was checked on twice while I waited. Then I received the winter treatment pedicure and it was fabulous. Hannah did a great job! I will definitely be coming back!

The owner is nice enuff I guess. And they do a good job...but the workers are like robots🙄 no personalities what so ever. They dont seem to have time to do new sets. They just wanna fill, and charge extra for fixing them so then u pay just as much if not more than what u would for a new set🤷🏽‍♀️ They lost my business.

I love the service !! As soon as I came in I was whisked a way to a chair. Sam did an excellent job on my nails. He was very efficient and precise with his work. I will definitely be back and as well as recommend this salon to any and everyone.

The best pedicure I ever had!

I am a firm believer in mistakes happen. With that being said I went and got my nails done 4-5 days ago. When i got home I noticed they were pretty crooked at the bace. The girl who did my nails did no prep work and just added acrylic above the cuticle. Also I noticed the sides of my nails weren’t even cover correctly. I went back in today to have them removed and when I did the women who did them said “they grew out” im sorry but NO ONES nails grow that fast. I’m extremely dishearten that she didn’t even apologize. I can say that this location does have a very good client relation sadly I personally didn’t get to experience that. Maybe I’ll try again here in a few months.

This place is amazing. I usually dont do my nails because I feel a bit out of place. Mai made sure that I felt comfortable from my pedicure to my no chip manicure. The entire experience was great and I cannot wait to go back.

#1: the website says website not available and I think its because the nail salon is closed but that has nothing to do why the website should not be available.!!#2: the store, when the did my nails they did a good job. But they didnt ask if I wanted a design or anything and I said, Im can you do a snowflake please and she said sure? So I was like thanks? So I would give this nail salon a 1 star for the website and 1/2 for the actual store.

I would give them zero if i could. Horrible customer service. Do not let Sam do your nails. You will regret it. And dont complain to the salon manager. She will not do anything about it. Save your money and go to another nail salon. Waste of money.

Asked them to fix 2 of my nails because it was very crooked and lady acted as if she didn’t know what I meant even when I pointed it out. 10 minutes later while waiting for my friend and some nails had peeled even though I got no chip, my friend who had came with me asked for stiletto and they left her with some very thick almond shaped nails. They did not even have the right tools to shave under nails.

I have been to various places in the area & always give each a few visits, unless completely horrible from the start. I found all to be a huge disappointment from rudeness, quality & sanitation. American #1 Nails in my past visits have always been pleasantly friendly, nice selection of colors, clean, fairly priced, relaxing & accomidating without an appointment. I plan to revisit soon!

First time experience was horrible. The lady that greeted us was rude ! The lady that did my pedicure was super fast .(we walked in as people were getting pedicures and left as those same people were getting their pedicures )she did not do a good job painting my toe nails it was a waste of money . When we asked questions they would answer with an attitude and then speak in their language to their coworkers and it was each time a question was asked . Everyone who walked in was asked if they would like something to drink & were treated respectfully, not us .I do not recommend this place .

This place doesn’t know what shaping means. I got acrylic nails and asked for coffin shape. The lady did such a terrible job. The nails are not even at all. And she still expected me to pay. Never coming back again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else if you’re looking to get a full set.

I haven’t done my nails for 2 years because KIDS. Finally, I decided to treat myself. I’m so happy I found this place. It was clean and calming. Helen took her time during my pedicure and no-chip mani. It’s been 3 weeks and besides the nail growth, the mani still looks great! Moreover, it was DOWNPOURING right as I was about to leave. Helen grabbed her umbrella and kindly walked me to my car so I wouldn’t get wet. I appreciate the great customer service and I will definitely be back!

This nail salon is a disservice to their customers. I went there Thursday to get a mani/pedi by Friday the nail polish started chipping. Saturday I went in to have them polish the nails over which most other salons will do. The nail tech proceeded to polish ONLY the chipped part of the nails. After a few moments of the nail tech doing this, I realized he wasnt going to remove the polish and do them over. I asked is this all that youre doing he said yes.The manager Emily came over and said they will fix for me this one time as I need to sit under the dryer longer as I only sat for a short period. I told her thats not true. She walked away mid sentence. I got up and said this is ridiculous and another guy came over and asked if everything was ok. I said no and proceeded to tell him what happened. The owner came over and announced himself and said he heard everything then proceeded to blame me for not sitting under the dryer (table fan) long enough. I explained to him that your employee Lana told me to sit by the dryer as they were closing. I sat there for more than 10 minutes to allow drying time while they were closing up.I didnt knick my nails nor were they smudged. The polish simply chipped off the very next day. He continued to tell me its the customers responsibility to sit under the dedicated dryer even after their employee told me to sit near the fan due to them closing.The fact that he didnt want to address how the nail tech fixed the polish was unnerving. To only polish the chipped part of the nails (5 of them) was unprofessional at best. He continued to argue with me that its the customers responsibility to allow proper drying time. So youre just going to ignore how you choose to fix nails? Oh okay.This place was tolerable as its close to home but the level of professionalism and customer service is awful! Emily is just plain rude and the owner (whom Ive never encountered before) continuously blamed the customer for their watered down products. They nickle and dime you for every little service and they cant design!Please read other reviews before you patronize this establishment so you wont waste your money. I will be notifying the BBB as they use the same files/utensils on everyone.Needless to say, I will NEVER return.

This place was completely horrible. the ladies were extremely rude and kept giving me attitude. they treated me horribly and they rushed doing my set and embarrassed me in front of the other employees and customers. worst place i’ve been to. they even told my boyfriend to move his feet when we hasn’t in the way and looked at us as if we didn’t know anything. i feel they were racist and will never be going back.

I got acrylics done for homecoming here and they ended up staying on my nails for over 2 months and when I went back and told them that, they said theyll take them off for 5 dollars. They did a terrible job, my nails were completely ruined and the lady completely cracked one of my nails down the middle and it hurt really bad, she had nothing to say about it not even sorry. And needless to say they did a terrible job with my nails this time and were very rude.

The manager Emily is so rude and mean to the customers and the employees. She is a TERRIBLE person. Dont go there. The worst nail place in America.
