I would have given this place zero stars after my experience yesterday. I have gone here for years and haven’t been here for awhile and decided to get my nails done to cheer myself up. The lady at the front acted irritated that I came in and I waited ten minutes which was no big deal at all as a walk in. The lady that did my nails nicked 5 of my fingers cuticles and the sides of my finger with the rotating tool and the file. She cut my finger open with the nail file and just laughed and said sorry. I asked her to not touch it and she kept grabbing the cut and turning my fingers and it was burning and bleeding. She kept getting angry that I wasn’t placing my hands properly while she was filing them but she wasn’t telling me how to. I wanted to give her no tip but she was standing over my shoulder when I was paying for my nails. This was such a terrible experience and my fingers are hurting so bad today. I’ve never had someone cut and nick so many fingers, especially how hard she filed my finger and sliced it open . I should have gotten a discount for how many fingers I have cuts on right now. I don’t understand what happened to this place but the people who work here now are not kind and rush through the nails and my fingers paid for it. Never coming here again and it makes me sad.

Had an appointment with Tiffany today and she did an amazing job!! ☺️ Showed her my reference picture off Pinterest and she nailed it. She’s so sweet and always so bubbly. Would highly recommend, and the prices are so affordable :)

I thought this place was taken over by another Nail Salon. So glad to find out they were still there.I was very pleased☺ Although I just needed a rebase U.T. was very nice and knowledgeable in herjob. Thank you U.T. I will be back🌞

Went in with my 9 year old daughter for pedicures. The tech who painted my daughters nails left several spots on her toes unpainted, and several spots on her skin painted. Highly disappointed for a $25 pedicure.The tech who did my nails did a good job save an argument over an additional $15 charge plus $5/nail for a cats eye shellac which she said she could try but would be too hard to do. Ive had this service at other salons without trouble or a $5/nail upcharge.In a pinch, its a fine salon to go to, but I will not be returning. $75 for half painted nails and less than stellar customer service.

Omg!!! this was the best experience ever I came in today to get my eyebrows done and the lady who did my eyebrows * I wish I had her name * did a wonderful job on it and, it came out wonderful and I’m super impress with them... my eyebrows was looking messed up and the lady fixed it and I’m super satisfy and i will be coming back to the shop.... super professional and shop was clean and the staff was wonderful... they are adorable... thank you for saving my brows YOU GUYS ROCK !!!! ❤️🥰✨

I had my nail toes and eyebrows waxed, was in & out 1 1/2 hr without any cuts. The last place I was at it took 2 weeks to heal from all the cuts & bruises CRAZY HUH!! They did a great job at All Star Nails & I will definitely be going back.

Ive been going here for 20 years been through 4 different management in its under new management place is remodeled looks beautiful in clean I go to Diane she is Awesome she listens to what you want doesnt rush you for the next client! she gets the polish on every corner every inch .. she wants you to leave happy! Im a sample nail girl but picky !! But I love my nails 😄👍🏽

I highly recommend All Star Nails - Diane, Uti and Tiffany are always so welcoming. The salon is clean and the pedicure chairs relaxing. Staff listen and offer suggestions when you ask. They have an immense selection of polish types and colors, styles and designs. Eye brows are a must.Suggestions: gotta try the cat eye style, ring finger and toe designs and the paraffin hand wax.

I love this place!! Everyone is super friendly and social. Ive been to a few different places in Aurora and this is the best place my nails always come out super nice and straight and the prices you cant beat

I have been going to this place for a very long time. Both the old and new management teams have been friendly. I current owners renovations make the place look classy. I love the fact that now they have more people working in the shop than they did before. I have only had one bad experience in the years I have been going there. I would definitely recommend.

Had a pedicure and a full set done today and they were amazing! I have never been happier with my nails. I didnt get the techs name but she made the shape perfect and was very quick. Will for sure be coming back!

Came after their remodel and their service was great! Not that I didnt like them before they have always done a great job. Their remodel does give it very different feel though I tried their new deluxe 2 pedi and loved it! And they are always so friendly here!

Tiffany is great, was really nervous to get my eyebrows waxed, but turned out to be a good experience and my friends thought it looked great.

Uti removed my acrylics and gave me a wonderful mani last night. I will definitely be back. Thank you Uti!! I feel I have finally found a nail salon that does quality work for reasonable price. This nail salon used to be my favorite until they got new owners. The woman who owns this place had done my nails and when I told her that I wanted to certain and design she told me that I didnt want it and did what she wanted to do anyways and everytime I try to correct her Im doing what I wanted to do she told me know that I wanted it done a different way. Do not go to this nail salon theres tons of other nail salons that will do what you want to do. So sad that this place isnt what it used to be.

First time going there, the job felt rushed. It looked like I put the nails on myself as there was acrylic showing on the sides of each nail.I tried to give them another chance and went back for a rebase. She fixed the acrylic by filing it down but the nail polish is lumpy ( it’s supposed to be shilac) and she charged me $5 less than what I paid for a full set.They were really nice and friendly but the quality of my nails sucked both times.

Was great until new ownership a few years ago then the quality of work seemed to go down. I thought i would try again a couple weeks ago and the quality was not any better. In two weeks i had nails break off and i never have that problem...wouldnt recommend...the owners are not very polite either they rush you out the door fast....

The nail lady sliced my finger right open. Very large cut and while doing so sliced off my nail. I was bleeding pretty bad and it took way longer to finish my nails since I was in the middle of the service. Once done she charged me full price. I asked how that could be after slicing into my hand....her response was she gave me a $5 discount for replacing my nail. I will never go back

They charged me $50 for a refill tried to force me to get a pedicure then overcharged my card charged me $60 I had to agree to pay 50 for a refill and then my card got charged twice for $60 I will never go here againThe first time I paid$ 200 for 2 full sets n my sister in laws nails broke & popped off within a week plus the $20 tip I left was met with attitude . Im just done with this place

Love the new management. All their equipment is new, very clean.. They have a lot of color options. Ladies are superfriendly. I been in when in a major hurry because of traveling and they manage to get me in and out in a timely manner. Two ladies working on me at the same time! Amaizing. I also get my eyebrows done here and they always a good job. I dont have a favorite tech because they all do a good job!

I only go here for my eyebrows, and they do them the best every time!

Horrible service, they rush to get to the next client. I could have done a better job myself, as a licenced cosmetologist for 11 years. Take my word and go some where else.
