Okay SO... I am Beyond Disappointed with my nails. First off I asked for Gel and the lady continued using acrylic on my nails. I wanted a FullSet w Red French Tips. I had been growing my Natural nails out for about 3 months, my natural nails were very long but she said she had to cut them all off in order to proceed With longer fake nails. I allowed her to cut them but I was already a bit sad about that. She DID NOT push my cuticles back or cut them at all, she actually ended up Splitting 2 cuticles when they were perfect before. It’s only been a week and it looks like I got this set done weeks ago. But ON TOP OF EVERYTHING I Kid you Not The Very Next HOUR the nail on my middle finger Broke off. The lady was nice enough to fix it the next day though. But there was barley any friction when it broke, the hold should’ve been its strongest at that point. A week later and the other middle finger didn’t break off but it popped off out of nowhere like a press on. I was literally just walking. I paid this Lady $50 for this and they couldn’t even last a week. I’m so upset. I’m giving 2 stars cause my moms nails looked great but then again the other lady took her time.

I would not recommend this place. Went in to get a fill done and they ground my nails down into my own nails and it actually hurt to the point where iwas in tears.

Thu (pronounced two) did my pedi and fill. I was pleasantly surprised since this place does not have thw best reviews. Pricing was pretty standard and since they are so close to home Ill be back!

My rating changed in the past three weeks... Attitude is everything in this business!! And they have some sour nasty attitudes when you tell them what they need to fix before you pay. Nhu the one that always wheres heels told me I just didnt want to pay thats why I was complaining...smh when in all actuality I just wanted my nails done right and a 3 dollar discount for cutting my skin open. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon before flying out to cancun. The women were rude, the one doing my pedicure asked me what color and I showed her and she tried to get me to change it to a color that wasnt even close that would cost me more.Then she tried to convince my husband to get a manicure when he really didnt need one. Then had the nerve to look at me and say you need your eyebrows done too I just got them done last week... Way to make your customers feel welcomed. Not to mention she quoted me a price and then nearly doubled it.

As you can see Dee doesnt know how to shape. The ring finger is more wide than my other hand. She cut my nail bad and made it bleed, then cut me 2 more times. Painful and unpleasant experience. Definitely NOT going back to her. Will go to Anna or Meme next time. Painful lesson learned. Do NOT go to Dee!!!!!!

My 5 year old daughter and I had our nails done this morning. We both got pedicures she got a manicure done and dip on my nails ever one was so nice and welcoming. Nhu who did my nails did amazing on my dip nails. I will be going back to her to do my nails again

Ive been going here for a couple of years now. I only let Tina touch my nails and toes. I went to a trade school to be a nail tech(I never got my license) so I am very picky about everything from shape, length and my cuticles. Tina has NEVER disappointed me. She is the best :-)

I’m very disappointed with the way my nails turned out, the lady I had, I had to repeatedly ask to change the shape of my nails, she did not listen to me. I ask for the black with out glitter in it she completely did not listen to me . My nail is already chipping even tho I got them done yesterday!!! And made a very rude comment that I need to get my eyebrows done, which to me was very rude. My nails were not worth $50 I can get them done for 30 and get a lot better job done at a different place! Honestly wish I can give them zero stars…!

Love this place they take good care of their customers and do an AMAZING job! They even accept walk-ins. I get long nails when I get them done and they will take the time to remember you they remember me. I would highly recommend this place! My nails are the long pointed ones in the pictures for them CHECK THEM OUT! THEY ARE AMAZING!

I asked for a fairly simple set. Gray with sparkles on my ring finger. What I got was bubbly nails with terrible shape. The paint wasnt able to dry properly, so it created air bubbles and my matte nails look insane. Im actually embarrassed of this set and so thoroughly annoyed.

If I could I would give them a zero . I got their at 1pm and am just now leaving at 6:00pm no their wasn’t a wait but I had to keep telling her to fix them . She did my sisters nails and messed hers up too . When I called they said the nails would be $20 it comes at as $110 for 2 people who only got paint ! And coffin shape . I will definitely be posting the results on yelp ! So everyone can see what a horrible job they do ! I don’t care if I’m paying over $50 for one set of nails I should be able to get that type of quality .

So this Cindy lady is so money hungry I had a appointment 2 days prior I go in there she tells me to wait 10 minutes outside in the heat that is not professional at all I use to love this place you lost a good customer mrs Cindy learn how to treat your customers better won’t ever go back.

THE WORST EVER!!!! My daughter was unhappy with the shape of her nails and the manager was the one doing her nails and actually came out yelling and screaming because my daughter had asked another lady to reshape her nails. I refused to get shelac and after that they did a mediocre job. When I asked to speak to the owner they refused.

My mom got severe wax burns on her face 😖 nails are done okay but face wax is dangerous.

Got a pedicure and my feet were terrible, I feel bad for that lady. But they are beautiful now

I had a good experience here. I havent got acrylic for over 10 years and randomly walked in, so a lot of firsts for me. I have to say Dee did my nails great and I am not disappointed I decided to walk in. She took her time and the work shows. Ill be back.

So I had heard good things about this place so I tried it. unfortunately I canot give a good review the girls were all wearing very dirty socks not just with nail product splashes but serious ring around the collar dirt. The girl who did my nails did not clean her tools before or after doing my nails. They constantly talked in another language nodded at certain customers as if making jokes about them. Would not recommend .

I have been going to U.S. Nail shop for a few years. Service is good and all technicians perform quality work. As a result, weekends can be quite busy and appointments are needed for weekend nail care. I recommend this location to anyone. I do not think you will be disappointed by the care or quality of work.

I did not like it. The lady that did my mom and mines was just on the phone. We would tell her to do something and did not fix’s it and hurt us a lot of times. If you like getting hurt them go but if you want good nails then don’t go

Didn’t like the service they are really pushy to make you get stuff done. I had to tell the lady like 3 times I wanted regular polish on my toes she was so pushy about gel. They don’t have prices anywhere so they just throw numbers at you. Didn’t like that!!

My botched pedicure resulted in a trip to urgent care, a heavy dose of antibiotics, intense foot pain and inability to sleep due to throbbing foot pain. Still unable to wear shoes or walk without pain.

IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD. Asked for coffin shaped nails and ended up getting oval shaped nails 🙃 i asked the lady to fix them and she said they look like that because of the color which was white. Oh and can i mention that i payed 45$ for refills on regular length nails. DO NOT COME HERE.

I went for a pedicure, nop I don’t recommend this place at all she did my pedicure in less then 20 min charge me $35 dls for something I could of done at my house. Never going back there. Expensive and low quality

Never ever again!!!! My daughter and I has appointments for mani/pedi. When we arrived we were not treated until they signaled for us to the pedicure chairs.These two employees were in some sort of agitated discussion and were not paying much attention to us. My daughter wanted a gel pedicure, but decided to just get polished because they really were not paying much attention to what they were doing.After the pedicure, we both got our nails done. I did a gel manicure and my daughter has acrylic nails and needed a rebase. It was horrible! The technician did a horrible job shaping her nails. My technician cut my nails so short and files them so hard that they skin around 3 of my nails split and bled.Ater that day, one of my nails started peeling! Not just a little, but the entire top part was peeling and by the end of the night it peeked completely off. All 10 of my nails peeked in large chunks within 3 days. My daughter had her nails removed and completely redone within a week because the job was horrible.Stay far far away from this salon.

Honestly don’t waste ur money I spent 55$ on nails that are not smooth there not the same length. As I was getting my nails done they were all half there staff and least 4 lady’s sitting on there phones listening to there headphones and being rude to a customer who walked in and asked for 2 nails to be fixed and laughed at her. Such rude and way expensive experience. Never going back!

I will not be back! I had the worst experience. To begin with they dont post there prices my pedicure was not a $30 pedicure. The guy doing my pedicure did a horrible job. The plastic over the small sink ripped the water was overflowing. He did no attempt to drain the water out and start fresh. His pedi was half ass, to top it off he made my toes bleed. I got a full set, shape was perfect. But I have never gotten a full set done where my nails hurt. He made every nail bleed, I mean I get it it happens but a simple sorry or are you okay would have been nice. I go up to pay she tells me the total. Its about $130 cause my younger cousin came along. She insinuated that I couldnt afford to pay the amount. I left no tip, that being said and will not be back.

I used to love getting my nails done here until yesterday a rebase plain rebase wit gel polish cost me, $54 when usually new full set cost me $55 unfortunately after years that was my last visit new pay system is a no no.

Yesterday I treated my granddaughter to get a pedi with me. The two nail techs were rude and tried no less than 4 times to up sell us different products. When I said no they turned to my granddaughter to pressure her. I was so angry I had to raise my voice and said look, we only want this pedicure (pointing to sheet that described the pedicure). After that they didnt even look at us but talked to each other the entire time they worked on us. I couldnt wait to leave. It was expensive and I will never return!!!

Prices are not posted anywhere, and theyre very pushy for upselling. I turned down shellac 5 times. Salon was clean and staff seemed nice. I wouldnt pay 40 dollars for another pedicure, but if prices were better I would visit again.

I have been going to them for over 10 years I love them but I gave 4 stars because they do not want to try Designs and I had made an appointment but as I was getting my nails done her other appointment came in so she double books and was not able to do what I asked her even though my mails turned out OK I really wanted a different design

U.S.A Nails on 6th and Peoria has been opened for over 15 years. They are a huge success and many were talking about the salon. Years later, U.S Nails decided to open up a nail salon a couple minutes away and had the same exact nail technicians name that U.S.A Nails always had, including Kacey (KC), Tammy, Tina, Anna, etc. Another salon just recently opened in Thornton called U.S.A Nails (salon & spa). Quite ironic. I understand that they admire the success but please dont steal peoples names, brands, and originality. Considering it as a compliment for U.S.A Nails, its becoming a trend ahaha. Bye.

They are really good but the prices arent set I kinda feel like I got got for my money. When you have a deal you would like to go back and spend more money. Maybe Ill be back?? Idk . They need to work on their prices and maybe Ill be a consistent customer. And designs are done poorly.

Been going here for 6 years. My manicurist is Tina. Awesome service awesome attention to detail, awesome care. With an appointment wait time is never an issue. Manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing all done and perfect within 2 hours..

Tina is the absolute best. Very attentive and not pushy and rough like some others i have been to. Book well in advance!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went in to get a pedicure yesterday with two of my girlfriends and the lady I had (Kacey) was disgustingly rude.This women had an attitude and gave me nasty looks from the moment I walked in to the store and walked out. She was rolling her eyes and just made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. EverytimeI get my feet done, I usually get compliments on how soft my feet are and how it really doesnt require much scrubbing but this woman was seriously acting as if my feet required hard labor. But lets just say that it did for the sake of it. Is this the way to treat a customer??? When she finished, without saying a single word to me, she just gets up and moves on to the next customer. I was in disbelief. All I can say is that this was my first time here and I can assure you it will be my last. I will never, ever step a foot in this dump. Shame on you US nails for having such kind of people work for you.

Ming is awesome and does a great job, I give her 5 stars. However I will not be returning because of the Owner who is a male sexist pig who treats all women (client or employee) in such a degrading way. I will be reporting him on monday.

I personally wont go back. Its not comfortable when getting my nails done, the lady doing my nails was talking and laughing in her oriental language with other employees. Its unprofessional and rude when they do this. Furthermore, my nails were so squared off that I had to reshape them when I got home.

I came in for an acrylic rebase. The nail tech first checked if I had gels which I did not then had me sit down at her station. I requested that the spots where my nails were lifting be filed off. The tech then got started on my right pinky using a large bit. She was not paying attention and cut me. I heard a lot of sorry, and had a cotton ball with a green solution applied to the. I did not see the bit disinfected or put aside to be cleaned. It was just put back in her box. Since I stays to have the base completed because the nail tech was sincere in her apology. I asked to have my tips then cut down and have the corners rounded. The tech did not round the corners even after making the request 4 times. I was later told the price of my service was $22 and they put a gel top or that I said I did not want. I will never go back to this location. I will give this warning to those who do go make sure that your tech is paying attention when using the machine on your nails.

Do not get the deluxe pedicures. They always push on it supposed to be a 5-step process and they only do maybe one or two of the steps. Basically this is their way of telling you doing a regular pedicure maybe too much work. Also the woman cut my foot extremely bad and it was bleeding all over the place. Then insisted I put it back into dirty water which I refused to avoid any type of infections. When I asked her to do my eyebrows I gave very specific instructions and that she flat-out ignored. Also if youre a nail biter be prepared to be embarrassed as they will call overall their colleagues to show them your hands

I keep trying to give this shop a chance because it is so close to my house but I cant anymore. The colors that I picked were nothing that I thought they were due to lighting in that place. But what pissed me off the most is I had to get my nails cut down and the tech I had gave me attitude for it. She did such a blunt cut down she was filing my fingers. She did not clean them up or make them look nice. I didnt want to pay the 5 bucks to get them filed down. This place is also on the expensive side. Im totally done with this shop. I recommend looking elsewhere. I ended up using my own polish for more of a color I wanted. Originally I had a coffin style shape but, it was not done nicely. The reason I had to cut them down was because I needed to use tools to fix on something and I kept jamming my fingers, but they rather have long nails there. Smh nope never again.

I went to get my nails done for vacation and it took nearly 3 hours. I had Stiphenie and she put Shillac and gel and all kinds of stuff with my nails that hiked up the price. She didnt tell me any of that until I went up to pay and it was $120- $130 after tip. I was raised to give a good tip but I really didnt want to give any. Ive heard very good things about Tina so maybe Ill try her next time. Ive never spent that much on nails.

As a construction worker my hands and feet were pretty rough and Linda made them look great. They have never really felt soft. Very appreciative.

I ask the lady if she can fix it and she tried but they look worse than if I would of done it. never again, people are fools for coming to this establishment. they dont even deserve 1 star.
