My daughters train at D1 Fox Valley and their experience has been absolutely amazing!All trainers have something different to offer so I know they get a high quality workout each training session helping them reach their individual goals.It’s a great facility with good vibes and very friendly staff.

D1 was extremely well put together! Very new and clean! The hosts, staff and management were properly outfitted with the right attire to get me and my girlfriend focused on the task at hand that day! They had all the tools and equipment laid out with an instructor lead class which focused on endurance and balance. Overall it was a 9 out of 10 cause I thought they could have given a little more instruction to the experts in the class who were obviously keeping up or were ahead of the instructors at times. Something that I’m sure the instructor will hit on next time as they noted they were going to make it more challenging for experts next time!

This is truly an amazing place. I’ve seen a great change in me been only going since April. All the coaches are truly amazing very helpful very understanding. I started to take my daughter and she loves every minute of it. It’s really worth it.

D1 Fox Valley has such a great vibe. All the coaches and staff are super friendly and they a very focused on their clients to reach their goals and help in whatever way possible. The workouts are amazing and they are always different which keeps you wanting to do more! I am so happy to find this gem of a place and not only is it improving my overall game for soccer but at the same time it is helping me reach my personal fitness goals to look and feel the greatest ive ever felt!

To see the progress they have made on their focus, strength and team sportsmanship, is truly amazing!My sons favorite coaches are Coach Casey, Coach and Ken. Definitely recommend classes here.

My kids have really enjoyed the workouts. The workouts and exercises are different each week. The coaches are great with the kids. Facility and its amenities are really nice.

Absolutely love the training here! The circuits put together definitely activates all of my muscle groups and they are the best with making the necessary adjustments for my many old sports injuries!!

My boyfriend and I have been training at D1 and have been very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff, as well as the quality of the facility. We recommend D1 to all of our friends.

I brought my son here starting in March of 2021. After 2 classes we were both certain that this was the place for him to improve his strength, and explosiveness for his MMA, BJJ, Wrestling competitions. I now have my other kids as well as myself signed up, and I wouldnt have done that if I didnt believe in what was going on here at D1 Fox Valley. Not only have I seen an improvement in their physical health, Ive noticed improvements in issues with ADHD, Anxiety, and self-confidence.The coaches are great! We have had the ability to work with all the coaches and each one brings something a little different to the table. They each have their own ways of motivating you through the classes without the yelling and screaming form of motivation. The owners Paul and Jeff have been very welcoming since day 1 and I never felt pressured to sign my son up or later my other two kids. They were and have been upfront about things we have talked-about.Remember, you get out of it what you put into it. We have committed to the process as an addition to the sports they play and make sure they come here very regularly and the results are speaking for themselves!! I cant wait to see how far theyll go in the months to come!!

My grandson has just this week, he is enjoying going everyday, working those muscles so more, getting ready to go back into sports!Esp. football!Wonderful place. Kids are really enjoying it!

BEWARE OF THIS GYM. THE HEAD TRAINER IS NO LONGER THERE. IF YOU DO GO DO NOT PAY IN LONG INCREMENTS!!!Ive been going to this gym since it opened. I went especially for the head trainer, who is amazing. The two owners of the gym, Paul and Jeff, have no idea how to run a gym or how to treat their own clients and employees. They are also very manipulative. They had the previous head coach and had him move from ARIZONA! They then fired him in a parking lot with no warning to him or the clients. People just showed up on Monday and their trainer is gone. Completely unprofessional, and not fair to the people who trained with him. They dont pay overtime either, why would you want to go to a gym that treats its clients and employees like that? They pick and choose who to not give refunds too depending on whether they think youll fight it or not. So many people cant get a refund even though they fired the only qualified personal trainer. Now its just a bunch of people right out of college who are very nice but dont have the experience to train people who are in competitive sports. The only thing they care about is money it seems. Very limited services also for the price they charge. They dont sell anything healthy either, just Gatorade with a bunch of sugar and some gummies that are basically candy. Youve been warned.

I love atmosphere and the amazing trainers. It’s always a great sweat session and I look forward to coming back day after day.

My son loves D1. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. My son looked forward to going every week. They play good music to work out to too.

Exceptional Team❤️ My workouts with Coach Jayson - he is a conscientious trainer and great motivator. I feel so much better since I joined D1. I feel very safe there the team places great emphasis on cleanliness of their facility and my health.

I have personally had a very pleasant experience with Coach Cody and D1, especially during this quarantine. The executed work out plans are phenomenal. The Tabatha course is intense cardio, but I love it. I am determined to get better at it. Just when you feel like giving up Coach Cody is right there encouraging you and pushing you not to give up. Also, D1 makes it easy for you to sign up for the offered classes. I am happy that we have it as an option during this quarantine.

Coach Cody is an incredible trainer. He is attentive, passionate, and was committed to helping me get ready for my upcoming season! Improved my vertical jump by 6 inches!!

My boys started there before they opened with outdoor training & really enjoyed their training with Cody. Now they look forward to going every couple of days.
