The staff is great, its a very clean facility, could use some equipment updates and upgrades but its a good place to work out.

Since the reopening during the pandemic, it is never crowded. Im glad they went back to regular towels after that paper towel experiment. Its more spacious than other Planet Fitness locations Ive been to.

The manager is very kind and was extremely helpful with information to sign up.They let you end your membership on the phone here, you dont have to send an email or go in person or send a letter. Just a phone call!I would reccomend signing up for a membership here, they management and workers here seem to really care about the customers needs and happiness.It smells extremely clean, and during the tour I saw that the facility is spotless for any trash or dirt.They seem to really care about the clientele and offer private classes and training as well as more then just 2 weight racks and squat racks.The general people here are all varied from thin to thick to tall to short to muscles to just starting. You wont feel alienated by the demographic of customers as they have all races genders and types of people.All and all seems like a fantastic gym!

I have been visiting many locations in the Denver area and this one is currently one of my favorites! Friendly staff good atmosphere and nice and clean! What more can one ask for? Will be visiting this location again soon!

Great gym, clean, friendly staff, sucks there is no one on one certified personal training available for people that really dont have gym experience. Form is so important in training and is too easy to developed bad habits.

Watch out this place will get you sick, female restroom continues to be filthy, after reporting these unclean conditions for over a month I took a video for proof, the next day the manager canceled my membership and forged my signature . This is completely illegal for retaliation and signing my name on cancellation contract.

I joined in September, saw how bad it is and canceled my membership a few days later. They continued to charge me until February. I went to ask them to stop on multiple occasions and they kept telling me Manny, the manager, would take care of it. He did not. He was never on site, and to this day, I have not gotten a refund. Horrible business, horrible customer service. I have gone back to lifetime fitness. You get what you pay for.

Best PF Ive been to, staff are the best, will catch her name next time. I love that they dont discriminate in hiring because I absolutely love the tattoos. Not only that but it was hassle free fixing my account & getting me a workout quick. Thanks made my home gym!

I love this gym. It is never packed probably because it is so huge but they are true to their motto. It really is a no judgment zone there are people of all ages and walks of life. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves and there is no waiting for machines. And they are very Covid compliant. Oh yeah, and the price is definitely right! Great gym!

Staff was super helpful in introducing me to the location of machines and dumbbells. Very clean and not clustered. Would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

No hot water in the showers for two months. Staff says nothing they can do its the citys problem.

Everyone wears their mask like a chin diaper here. Out of the possible 30 members less than 5 had their masks on right. No one enforcing masks properly. Was in there for 5 mins before realizing place was a super spreader event. Machines not being cleaned by members. People sharing equipment and then not cleaning it. No cleaning seen by members and hardly anyone wearing their mask properly. Hard pass. Ill go out of my way to avoid this location.

My husband passed away, I called to cancel his membership but unfortunately the day I canceled his membership is also the day they charge a cleaning fee for the up coming year. I asked for a refund and the manager said they could not refund me since the day I canceled was the same day the fee was taken out. That is ridiculous.

Clean gym with plenty of extras. A working App, massage, tanning and more. And the price cant be beat. Other gyms in town have high preassure sales and highly inflated prices. For 15-23 dollars a monty PF cant be beat.

Great low rate! No commitment! Social distancing, masks, and cleanliness adhered to dilligently by friendly staff. Dont even bother with the $10 plan. The Black Card is about half the cost of other places and the aqua massage table alone makes that worth the fee.

Love this location. I come here everyday. Everybody doing there own thing, minding their business and machines are usually free and no waiting time. Access to cardio machines or weight racks/machines are spacious and accessible. Due to covid, unfortunately, some machines are shut down due to the social distancing but it affects the whole country so its not a big deal especially since this gym is still open.

Id recommend you go to any other Gym thats not Planet Fitness. My experience here was horrible and the business practices are extremely poor and anti-consumer (you cant cancel over the phone or email to try to pressure you into staying, you cant get in touch with a manager except by emails which they dont respond to after multiple attempts, etc). Youre better off paying some random person off the street to be your personal trainer than coming here.

This used to be a very good gym to workout at with a professional staff. It has gone considerably downhill in the last year. Please note that I can only speak for this location and have had very pleasant experiences at other Planet Fitness locations. Very disappointing to cancel my membership and move on.Adding in response to below: Staff member Amanda refused to share management information. I decided to go ahead and cancel at that point and have moved on to a different gym. If it wasnt important enough retain a customer (actually three, because my workout partners have joined me), I highly doubt it will be important now that you are not getting our money.

Gym is decent, far too many cardio machines to free weight stations. Suprisingly they still require you to give them your bank account info even after credit card and debit card numbers. I thought modern businesses were over these types of practices. Why cant I just pay up front if you dont trust me to pay with my card? Doubt Ill be going back because of this annoyance.

Not that busy when I went and LOVE that you can use any gym with one membership. They also had a sit up hydro-massage chair, very relaxing.

This Planet Fitness is SO much better than the one on Austin Bluffs. Its like comparing 24 Hour Fitness to Planet Fitness. Though it could be the $1 Black Card membership (for the first month) that makes me say that. Oh, and they have full pressure shower heads instead of the dribbling water saving ones AB has. I recommend the infrared body enhancement booth (its a whole body vibrator).

Always busy and crowded which is worse with CovidMembership requires checking and then got weird transactions that had to be disputed.

The fire people for following the rules. They would rather let costumers with over 100$ in back due payments in, than keep an employee whos trying to follow the rules and get the members to pay off their bills. Alot of them speak Spanish and they talk bad about other employees and the costumers all the time. They even take personal information about costumers to make fun of them or make their profile for their entertainment. The MANAGER goes out and smokes weed with his EMPLOYEES while they are on the clock.

Highly unprofessional and rude staff. Dont waste your money on this location, which is worth of nothing. And they dont even take care of hygine and dont communicate properly. Been trying to freeze since 2 months and still got charged on my bank and now have been trying to contact them and getting all the lame excuses and not been directed to any reasonable person other then just the location.The billing company is a third party and they say talk to your planet fitness location and the location says talk to them.If you love to waste ur money or likes to get frustrated and misguided this is ur place.

False advertising. I joined because they claimed that you did not have to wear a mask while actively working out. I found out the day after joining that thats not actually the case even though that is what their website claims. I cancelled my membership 24 hours later and will not be back.

Nice planet fitness.

This is a fun little place to workout. The staff is super friendly and I never feel intimidated. They are always offering fun little perks like pizza, bagels, discounts on athletic shoes, trial offers to headspace and free phones. My favorite is their most recent one. You can submit a New Years wish which is typed up and shredded into confetti for the New Years celebration on Times Square - what other gym does that ???

Was looking for a new gym to go to after my late night work shift and called this location only to be put on hold mid sentence and then picked up again to have the agent working right now tell me that she would have to charge me $20 for a day pass (weird because it’s $20/month?!) due to not offering any free trials at their location. Tough luck because Vasa welcomed me late night and offered me a 7 day free trial! Good job on losing a potential client! ✌🏽

For the price - the equipment is modern and works. Locker rooms are clean.

First time gymer here and I was pretty comfortable going in and starting this different lifestyle. I can admit though, I thought that via the email, Id get a bigger welcome the first time. It was kind of like welcome, heres your card. We need some signatures. Youre good to go. Enjoy your workout. No like explanation of anything or like where anything was. But the space is very clean and everyone usually wipes their machines down after use, which is cool. They do have a pretty big variety of equipment as well! I have yet to try the tanning rooms.

Love planet fitness! Due to traveling, I haven’t been there in a while, but I look forward to going back. Only thing it’s missing is a basketball court! But, I’ll settle for the massage table! The equipment is well maintained, Very clean and I love the fresh towels to wipe down the equipment.

They NEVER answer their phone. Every time I have tried to call them to fix something on my account and they never answer. I have called at least 5 or 6 times, each time the phone rings for a good 15 minutes and they wont answer.

Im actually motivated to go to the gym, and Im asking to bring my dad as a guest with the reasonably priced Black Card membership. This gym is clean, I feel safe going here alone (even at night), all of the other members have been great, so has the staff. Highly recommended.

I signed up for tanning. I have nothing positive to say about the ATB in my area. So for 22 dollars a month I have unlimited stand up tanning, they have 4 different rooms I have never had to wait. everything is air conditioned, so when you want to tan in August- you are heat stroke free.I will say, I would like to see the floors in the tanning area cleaner.I use the gym part of the pass once in a while, and always happy with it when I do.

Clean. Convenient. Affordable. Plenty of Parking. Equipment is well maintained. And the staff is friendly & attentive. The woman Im assuming is the manager (short hair & petite) seems to keep the staff busy. Only 1 critic (& its small) ... the water fountain water isnt very cold. Also, I think they should have some type of system so if youre waiting at the front desk and no one is there theres a way to contact the staff. (This only happens when I want to use the Black Card equipment.)

I have been seeing a lot of mixed reviews! I just started going to this location about a month ago. my last location was newer, definitely no complaints! but the equipment here is way better! seems to be nicer and new machines. I havent gone during peak hours, but theres usually a good flow of people. I havent had any interaction with the staff other than checking in. I switched online to make it my home location. it said I would have to sign new paperwork and get a new key tag, but when I checked in and asked, they said everything was okay. Ill definitely write here if anything changes, but so far, I love this location!!

Something has changed the last few months. Lots of equipment with wear that has not been taken care of. Bathrooms are getting to be less and less taken care of etc. I have been going here for years and would like to see it recover to what I am used to.

Called to cancel a membership I had signed up for 2 years ago that was still being charged to my account (mind you it was only supposed to be a 1 year plan) and all i got was a nasty attitude over the phone and no competent problem solving skills from the troll on the other end. But whatever, Its cool. 24 hour is so much better and has good equipment compared to this Little Tykes - my first gym

Great location and staff. The staff members at this location are very professional and helpful. One staff in particular named Mervin who exceeded by far the most in being professional and providing guidance in fitness. His title was an assistant manager of the club I believe. He has excessive knowledge with respect to which workout provides the maximum result. He showed me proper posture when performing an exercise and the means to pull it off. He and his crew (River) always kept the gym clean and made sure that weights were re-racked for member’s use. Additionally, the bathrooms were clean! Which hard to find at gyms that are directly located by the highway. Needless to say, I would totally recommend PF to everyone. I had to terminate my membership as I was moving to ATL, GA. It’s very unfortunate that I have to leave a gym like this for another. Thank you guys!

Abbreviated review: Long time member. Gym use to be clean & staff was great! Key word was. I am eagerly waiting for the new PF on Buckley to open 24 hours so I can enjoy my workout again and hopefully not have to deal with seeing the staff members engaging in sexual activities while on duty in their car, while paying customers are inside. If they were engaged more in their work and not each other it might be clean and I would not have given a negative review.

Great gym. Very comfortable. I miss River she was really great and cared. She always addressed me by name.

This facility has everything you need for your basic gym needs and a little extra. The overall vibe of the people here is great too. No one is trying to show off or to ogle at you, but at the same time everyone is very friendly and polite. Due to that and the price of a membership its a 5 star in my eyes.

Pretty good gym for the price. There arent many gyms close to my house, so the location is excellent. The staff are pretty nice on the whole. My main issue is the place is very large and crowded, which can be a turn off for many. Also, some of the machines are a bit older and will have additional resistance beyond the weights. But thats only a few. Otherwise, its hands down the best gym for the price.

Lots of space, plenty of machines, bathrooms are generally very clean, staff is helpful. No complaints here. I go in in the mornings before work and never have to wait for the equipment I want. Parking lot is well lit.

Taylor(Trainer)is wonderful!!!!! The fitness center is nice overall. TRUCK PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE BACK!!! I have been to many Planet Fitness centers all over and this one is a little above expectations, but of course night shift is more relaxed than day shift. I LOVE PLANET FITNESS!!!!!! (live dont really have anything to compare it to though. 😆

You definitely dont feel self conscious here. The machines are clean. The staff is accommodating and friendly. It just needs an indoor track and sauna/steam room.

This gym keeps you motivated with your workouts, every time youneneternthe gym you get a positive energy, staffs are super awesome except few. The equipments are great, user friendly which makes it difficult for causing any type of injuries. I have been going for last few years here and recommend a ton of people. Love this place..

Michael the team lead is awesome! If you want to keep quality people, you need to offer a better wage incentive. The free membership is nice, but not enough.I owned my own business for eighteen years. My employees stayed and were hard working and loyal, because I took care of them.Its also good for moral!

For $10/month you cant go wrong. Yes it does get busy but what gym doesnt at peak hours. Parking lot is small but you are not walking a mile after you park. The staff is friendly. The gym is clean. Lots of equipment. The gym itself is not ghetto but some people that work out might be. My husband & I have been going to PF in Aurora, CO for over a year now & we love it! The place is clean, everyone that goes to workout there is friendly & cleans up after themselves. Micheal is one of the trainers & is super helpful & friendly. Dillon at the front counter is always super happy to help with questions of things we want to purchase. We always see him smiling & knows most clients by their first name. Good Job Planet Fitness! If you want a gym experience that has a clean facility, friendly staff & great equipment join here. =)
