Love this gym. Its quiet, never too busy so all the equipment I want is always available. The staff is always happy, welcoming, and ready to help. The manager, Michael, is outstanding. He has helped me through all my work out planning, payments, goals, and questions. The personal trainers are very smart, dedicated, and know exactly how to motivate their clients. I can honestly say this is the best gym experience Ive ever had.
Update...5 months in and same equipment is still broke. Nothing has changed. Staff is more focus on how you wear you make rather than keeping up with equipment. Dropped from 3 to 2 stars.So, be holding off to do my review for about 3 months after starting..Cons- from the pics, these pieces of equipment have be down the whole time. Along with a few more other issues. Messy DB area and in needs updated cable attachments.If were paying outr dues on time, then these item need to be addressed.Pros- good quiet Location. Not too busy. Always clean. Staff is definitely ok. But need to be a little mobile and active. Plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Even a nice little track to run on.Nice extra gym to have.Happy to update once equipment is repaired. And covid is no excuse to have this addressed.
I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years, since my mom worked here as a personal trainer (Better Bodies). All the constant changes in management and prices are just plain annoying. Decent gym, but the skyrocketing prices are the reason I can’t keep coming back here. I miss when this was an exciting place to workout. Disappointed ☹️
I belonged to this gym for 2 years and decided to cancel my membership due to Covid. I did this in May of last year and had no charges for a year. Then very suddenly I got charged in May of this year. I contacted the gym and was told I had to request to cancel the membership in writing because they have changed payment processing companies. I wrote to that company and asked to do so. They said they would but it would be 30 days and they state they are going to charge me again next month! This is beyond crazy. I called the gym and they verified that their system shows I cancelled last year. I dont understand how they can reactivate my membership without my consent and charge me for 2 months when I havent been a member in a year. The person I spoke to at the gym said I needed to speak to a manager about this so I left my information and I havent heard from anyone. Be warned if you plan to join this gym. This is very shady behavior.
No complaints. I love going there. I can always get the equipment I want and work out peacefully. Staff is always good.
After reading the reviews I was hesitant about joining. After 3 months, I can say that things have turned around. I did have a chance to sit down with the new management who has taken the reviews into consideration and have made adjustments to create a better workout environment.
I stopped going to this gym for a while due to some bad experiences I had and the lack of team members who seem to care about the gym. My friend told me they made a management change and some new team members and things seem to be getting better. So I gave it a shot and went back today and all I can say is WOW.. Team was smiling and friendly as soon as I walked in. It was a great work out and I can officially say Im back working out at this club.
I was going to hold off from writing a review because I am not that type of person but something happened this week that I couldnt stay silent. The facility is great, equipment is good and trainers are friendly. My only complaint is the front desk employee Brandon (I think is his name).I do not like being addressed as hey girl whats up like you know me. I am a member, not your call girl. My boyfriend (also a member) has told me he allows members to come in without having to sign in or receive the gym card. Isnt the point of that to control how many people are in the gym? Howcome some members need the gym card and sign in and not others?Like I said, great facility, good equipment and trainers are knowledgeable. Theres a fine line between being friendly and addressing me as your call girl, please train your employee.
Good location. Why keep workers who are saying they are happy they put in their 2 week notice and are checked out? Volume control in front of members is important. Not professional. sad.

Been coming here since I was 15 with my father, just came in to purchase my own membership, as there’s not too many places with such accessibility and ease. Wonderful customer service, and not too much distractions within, come in, do what needs to be done, and get out.

I havent been to this gym in years. I requested cancelation last Sept and the manager told me it was canceled. In March I start getting collection calls saying I owe for a membership that was canceled. On top of that this is the ONLY gym that continued to charge while being closed during the pandemic.
Been going here for years new people come in and tell me that my account has been downgraded and I can’t bring a friend guy with the dreads is rude and should not be working with the public new staff have interrogated me and my family at the door. Totally disappointed in prestige fitness 😢

We signed a contract for what was supposed to be a month to month deal - they gave us a year contract instead even though we were clear about what we wanted. Blamed it on us for not reading it and demanded we pay the full length of the contract to cancel plus an annual fee. This wasnt what was charged of our other friend who canceled under the same pretenses. They also failed to provide a copy of the contract after we signed. Horrible customer experience.

Love this gym! I’ve been going here since September and I have no complaints other than I wish they were open 24hrs. Gym is clean, staff is friendly and welcoming, and it’s a comfortable environment! Price is great they charge your annual fee before that way your not wondering why this random amount is just coming off your card.
Flew in from Vegas and was KINDLY greeted and welcomed by EVERY MEMBER OF CLUB!! All team members are professional, courteous to all their clients, very attentive to their clients, and daily make sure equipment is clean and facility is orderly!! Couldnt find a better environment to workout in as you have variety, heavy body building equipment, and multiple work out spaces....you never feel cramped or stuffed into a square box! Dee, the manager is very personable and engaging, always calling you by name, making sure your day is going well. The trainers are always there to assist in making sure you are achieving the progress you strive for!! Having come from Vegas, I am so pleased with Prestige Gym and thank the team members for their dedication and commitment to ALL their clients!! Best customer service from East to West Coast!!

This gym is in a great location with great prices, it has recently added new staff to their management team and the change is very noticeable. Some of the best Group Fitness classes in the area!
Ever since I joined the club I feel in love with the indoor track, and I love the fact that it’s two floors and great selection of machines they have they have the best personal trainers at prestige fitness, and the staff is very friendly and make sure you feel welcome.
I have been to many gyms, and this gym, by far, is the best gym that I have been a member in!! It has all the equipment anyone would ever need for a successful workout, and soooo much more! And it’s beyond spacious! Nothing is worse than a gym crowded with equipment, but luckily, this gym is not! The staff is beyond friendly and very helpful. Also, not many gyms have a track field and this one does!! It’s really great for those who prefer to run on a track field than a treadmill. This gym also has a functional sauna! It has multiple machines, so you never have to wait for a specific one! And as a bonus, it’s affordable!! Overall, this gym is the best. I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone.
The Disrespect and Lies I have received from this company is outrageous. I have been attending this gym for 2 years and not one day have I been Discriminated against like I was when speaking face to face with Ricardo and over the phone. The way he treats customers he should be FIRED. The front desk rep Ricardo was rude, used profanity all because he didnt have answers. He wouldnt give me the proper information to his manager so I can get the answers I needed. When I was overcharged I called and spoke with Ricardo again and he kept me on hold until the phone hung up. I called back 30 times and received no answer. Its not hard to take my information and have a manager call me back. Ricardo pretended to take my information ONCE and never left a note for the manager . So I went into the Prestige in aurora and was told they werent aware of the calls. The integrity at this gym is a total fail. I canceled my membership a month ago today and Im being charged still even after I was overcharged with in my monthly dues and was not refunded until I complained 4 times in three months. I was told by the Manager Jim things were taken care of no more charges and STILL IM BEING CHARGED. FIX IT ASAP PRESTIGE AURORA.
Used to be a Better Bodies member. I had fulfilled my year commitment with Better Bodies and I was only there about a month during the transformation when the construction was happening and new equipment being brought in. Then I moved out of the area in June 2016 and talked with the then manager to cancel. Unbeknownst to me, they didnt cancel my membership and kept charging me. Was told the old members just were renewed with Prestige and werent told that. Ive not heard a peep out of them since June and now Im in collections for non payment? Seriously? I had no idea I was still being charged. I guess thats one way to keep making money off people. Unbelievable customer care. Tread carefully with these folks. I would never go back now even if I lived right next door.
Good price, recently updated facility & the only one around I know with an indoor track; the latter being the main reason why I wouldnt go to any other gyms in the area. Staff have always being nice as well. Overall very satisfied.

Horrible. I cancelled my membership a long time ago. They charged me off for a few months after the cancellation. It is so wrong. I sent emails to managers and came in and sign to cancel it and they still have it on my report. Be very careful because they will not apologize for it and they will continue to charge you long after you have left. 10 dollars turns into 200 really quick. 😔
This had been my home gym for the last 3 years. Management.. horrible, staff.. horrible. No communication there was a strand of continuous emails to try and cancel for the last three weeks. When calling to ask about why i was not being answered staff was rude. Manager accused me of making accusations when my lock was cut off my locker. I truly loved being here and the members that are here. I watched the staff and management be replaced constantly. I can firmly say I will never have a membership here again.

There’s absolutely no room to workout upstairs due to the fact that there are at least 30 kids running upstairs taking up a large amount of space. I didn’t know it was a public gym? Oh wait it’s not... I do not appreciate paying for a space I can’t even use. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Usually work out around 9-11 pm, pretty empty, fully enjoying work out. Don’t wait in line for anything . Equipments are fully load, bit old though. Luv the cardio section upstairs. No complaints at all, it only cost 10 bucks...

Jim morey was very rude, felt very uncomfortable being around him,eye balling me, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Management team was very unfriendly. Womans locker room was dirty and had roaches all over. Never going back again.
After the switch over from better bodies, now just poor customer service. The price change was never addressed, and I had to be told by a friend. And it would be nice for the gym to be complete again
My favorite GYM ever. Ive been working out in this place since April/ 2016, the staff very friendly, the place is very clean and the parking lot is wide open, and spacious and absolutely free. The GYM is equipped with brand new machines, free weights, dumbbells, cables..its full of whatever you need in addition to a sauna and a running trail on the second tier, all that is for less than a $13.00 a month!

This place is a scam. I tried to cancel my membership less than a month after I got it because I got a new job and the training would be intense. Even though I paid two months upfront, they let me know that i would still be charged the bs yearly maintenance fee and the reasoning was we have to cancel 30 days in advance. I didnt even have a membership for 30 days. I didnt mind the gym because it is cheap, but the machines are outdated, the hot water hasnt worked since Ive been there, and the employees and management are incompetent. If they pulled the same scam on you, report it and dispute it. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Terrible service. Was told that I was getting a one time fee membership by the manager. I then was billed for four months and came in to speak to the district manager Richie Rivera about this and he proceeded to tell me that I signed the documents. Its amazing how there is no remorse for an employee of his lying directly to a customers face and then further laughing as I explain this. Besides the equipment being ill repaired, a box the size of a prison cell they call a sauna, and a very dirty locker room, they have some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
I came to this gym hoping to find a better atmosphere than some other gyms I had frequented in the area and initially I was impressed on the remodel and what it had to offer. I was excited to work out here but things quickly declined; what was a well maintained facility has now become a neglected money-machine left to its own devices. I brought my parents in and have them on my membership but since none of the employees clean the machines or rack the weights my mother no longer feels comfortable going in here, and her biggest concern is the unacceptable condition of the womens locker room. Upon enrolling the manager at the time, Phil, was a blast to have around as he would greet and talk with the members and ask how things were going and if he needed to focus on anything but now this new guy, Richard Rivera, is running the place and its gone down the crapper. As a male I can tolerate some dirtiness but I refuse to deal with Richard telling my church group that we cant come in to the gym and work out together! There are tons of people that do this, hell, thats what a gym is for! He says we cant talk or spot each other which is a clear safety hazard for some of us. Even with the lack of social skills and professional behavior this guy cant even get the gym open at the posted times. I dont know how many times 10 or more cares have waited over an hour and driven away. Even more frequently its the same members waiting past 5 am for someone to open the doors. Some members are even being told to come in once a day! Maybe we would if yall opened on time! Overall, I would say that the support staff are just as lazy or at least untrained at operating a community service such as this gym. Bad attitudes, no attention, and a lack of professionalism run rampant in this place.Corporate needs to do something because I wont be dealing with this guy Richard telling our members how to conduct themselves in the gym and when to use the facilities. Get this place in order and then we can reconsider the review.

Truth is, I love this gym... BUT its 5:38am on a Monday morning, I am sitting in the parking lot, and nobody is here to open the gym... 38 minutes late. Not sure who to call, since nobody is here to a swer the phone. When its open its a great place to work out. Since this is not the first time this has happened it makes me question my gym choices. Exceedingly frustrating.
New Management is hassling a group of us who work out together saying we cant train as a group, no talking, spotting or assisting. The gym has also failed to open on time on several occasions (I left after half an hour of waiting). The cleanliness has also declined since new management.

Pros:*Brand new equipment and lots of machine choices!*Generally clean facility.*New Locker / changing areas that dont smell - Yet.*Classes (not always on top of scheduling instructors though.)*Price - one of the best deals around.*Easy sign up and billing process.Cons:*They allow you to use personal blue-tooth speakers so you can often hear several loud music sources at once even when you are wearing ear buds. It can be very distracting at times. I have not experienced this in other gyms.*It seems like nobody ever wipes down the equipment after they use it. A few signs might help as would keeping the dispensers full (seems to be a struggle). How about two dispensers per station so when one is empty we can use the second until the first is refilled?*There are only a few mats for floor exercises (up stairs) and they are really nasty/old. Bring your own and pray you dont forget it at home.Neutral (you be the judge):* The times I have gone, there is a high percentage of body builders vs folk just wanting to keep in shape. There are other gyms that tend to focus on general fitness more than body building so if that is your thing, you might want to check them out.* The aerobic area (treadmills elliptical, stairs etc) is always empty and is separated from most of the other machines and competing music sources.* I am not convinced the machines are cleaned daily other than to have trash removed.Over all, I am comfortable with this gym. The cons are not that grievous and the pros are very attractive.
Clean, nice and it has a diverse group of people who are all friendly and focused on their fitness goal. I come here thru my boyfriends membership. Trust me Im not the workout type but I like this place and Im losing lbs and inches. Yay me lol.
Place is decent for the price a lot of options with equipment .Place is being remodeled so hopefully makes up for looking kind of ghetto .They should hire a person to keep the equipment clean or keep sanitation stations filled with wipes as it seems that theyre always empty.
This is not the place you want to go to. They sell you on their packages, and dont give what they say theyre going to give you. Then they say its your fault, that youre wrong in what you heard. They state that they can give you a fitness plan to work on, if youve got a goal youre trying to reach; but this is a lie. They dont tell you what that plan is even after youve had sessions with a trainer. And the only way you can learn it, is if you pay for even more sessions with a personal trainer. By learning, I mean they continue to tell you what to do, and you might pick up itd toth pay attention, what you can do on your own. They give bs statements, that they can give you a better gameplan after months and months of working with a trainer. That is straight up a lie. The personal trainers dont even show up on time, even to an appointment they have. If you want just a gym to go to, theyre okay. Place is not too clean, has a constant smell, and just feels unclean. There is no communication between management/trainers/etc. Overall, this place is only running off of false claims.
I was a member for the last 4 years before the gym was remodeled, they told me I have a daycare include in these month when I get there the manager told me I never have day care, so I show her a card the a get before she works there, and she just cut the card of my keys, because I’m not si post to have it .. I will never come back .

I’ve been going to Prestige Firness for 1/2 a year now they are working hard on making sure customers have a good experience, staff is always friendly I have been working with Adam Vannote and highly recommend him as a Trainner he pays close attention to your fitness goals and helps you and pushes you to make sure you get to your goals.
Good gym but I think they need to improve on a lot of stuff. For example babysitting should stay open till the gym closes, lots of ppl arent able to work out early, duh. Also there are signs indicating gym bags must stay in locker rooms but is not enforced, its annoying. A group of high schoolers go there all the time and they hang out on the track with 20 backpacks and sit there while others try to actually workout & run. I also went on a machine once and a girl got upset because she said she was using it; somehow she thought she reserved the machine because her gym bag was next to it. If your talking to ppl 4 feet away from a machine and your backs turned to it dont be surprised when someone tries to use that machine. Her gym bag was on the opposite side she was standing at too so how would anyone know who it belongs too anyway. Recommendation: if you want to use a machine, actually use it, and dont leave it until your finished with that workout.
