Had appt at opening time of 9:30. When I arrived they were very busy. Then the owner asked me if I would mind waiting due to a wedding group that came in. I was kinda in disbelief. I said NO I cant wait and left. Went somewhere else.

Horrible experience that I had. The woman that was putting on a new full set of nails. Made my nail cuticles bleed while she was grinding my nail. I said outch and pulled my hand back and all she done was look at me and kept working. She made another one bleed. And I said im done. I got up paid and walked out. I will never go back.

Excellent service, a bit pricey but my nails look great, I had the solar powder which Tim said makes the nail look more natural and cost a bit more, full set of acrylic nails with metallic polish and magnet technique to give it a diagonal line, I hadnt been in for a number of months and needed a lot of filing and trimming. Ive gotten lots of compliments on how they look

It has taken me a very long time to find a nail salon that can air brush. The lady did pretty well, she shaped my nails perfectly. She sprayed them unevenly, but fixed them at my request. My hand massage only last about 30 seconds though. Which is why I didn’t rate 5 stars. I was going to get a pedicure, but if she didn’t spend the time on my hands, what would a pedicure be like? I would definitely go back for nails! They look great!

The pedicure was really nice, and so were the employees but the prices are very deceiving. I selected the $30 package and my total came to $50. I assume this is because they used gel. I didn’t ask for gel nor did they make me aware that there would be a $20 up charge for it.

Not happy with the over charge or the quality of polish or shaping of nails. Just pulled a blanket off my feet and snagged on what should be smooth nails. 😳

Amy did a fantastic job!!! She is very professional, nice and knows what she’s doing. She does very neat designs. She’s been doing my nails for 16 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! You can’t beat the prices either. Great job again Amy and see you in a couple weeks! Keep doing a great job like you’ve always done. Highly recommend! 😉

I aint to happy cus when he did my nails(full set) he made me bleed cus he went across with the sander and made them bleed pretty bad. What upsets me most of all is that he still charged me full price after he did this to me. Dont get me wrong they r beautiful but I dont like to bleed.

Nor horrible, but definitely wont be returning. nails are all uneven and the shapes all look different, and the staff is not friendly. I had a male tech, and I told him 3 times I did not want my nails cut shorter, but he proceeded to cut them. I got a fill, and one of my nails had fallen off from my previous nail appointment and when he put the nail on, he didnt check the size, and it ended up being too big to the point that my finger is very sore. He was also very grabby with my fingers, bending them in ways they shouldn’t bend lol.

My mom and I went to get our nails done today. The lady that did mine was completely rude to me. I picked out my polish&she told me to have a seat. As soon as she got the polish I had on, off she grabbed her purse, phone&keys and told the other person that was working bye. I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to say something but nobody did. She finally came back after about 15 minutes. I told her I didn’t want gel, but she did it anyways. She rushed through doing my nails. The tips of my nails were extremely red and very sore. They are still sore. I don’t care for that place and don’t think I’ll ever go back.

First time coming to TD Nails. The experience was the best I’ve experienced since out of Ohio. I had Amy. She was a sweetheart. She did my nails exactly how I asked. Great conversation. I walked in right when they opened, all the employees were very welcoming and inviting. No flaws in my nails.I got a pedicure also. Omg I loved it.Definitely a 5 Star. I definitely will be returning.Thanks TD Nails for the great experience!

It honestly wasn’t too bad. I really like my nails and my sister-in-law likes her. The tables were a little dirty, and I didn’t see him wipe any of it off for the lady that was behind me. I also didn’t see him open any new nail kits to use. So for all I know, people have used the same one that I used. He never asked me what shape I wanted or the length, so he cut my nails shorter than I wanted them too. They pushed my sister in law to get the gel nails, when she just wanted a regular paint. It took my nails 15 minuets to do. I like how it was fast, but I would also like to be treated like I matter to them.

My sister and I had a full set and a pedi. The staff was nice, clean and professional. They take coupons from different Nails shop, I received 5 dollars off for bringing in 5 friends.Thank you Doan and Vivian,You guys made my day.

The only guy working there today (Friday) around 230 was horrible. Went in to get a fill and got my 2 little girls nails painted.The ladies that worked on my kids were perfectly fine. But the man was rude. Ive had my nails done MANY MANY times so I know what to do and how to put my hands but he was constantly grabbing my hands too hard to put them where he needed,kept telling me to relax my hands (I was relaxed till he kept snatching me up rough) he never said a word to me in conversation, looked like a complete grouch. He rushes through everything. Ive never had him before but I was warned from another customer prior to today that said dont get the guy hes rude. And boy were they right. Learn customer service dude

Worst service with even more horrible people. I went there to try their colors because i wanted this yellow that they had and LA did not. They did my sisters nails very quick and they look fine. But the guy started mine and i already had a thick gel on from la and they just shaved it off to the point that my fingers were burning in pain. I pulled my hands back multiple times and the guy continues and kept cutting me on the sides and my skin. I started crying because I was in so much pain and I told them that he was hurting me. My hands were shaking and very red and bleeding because they were in pain and bleeding. I looked at them and he did a hack job and broke three of my nails. The lady that was also working looked and I told her what was wrong and she just said that they were fine while im sitting there crying. They didnt even offer to switch or say that he will fix it. They told me I was being unreasonable while I was sitting there in pain. Worst experience ever and I told them I would not pay full price for my sisters and they blocked the door and were yelling at me. I refuse to go back and I will talk to the owner for a refund.

I feel that it isnt a place I would be going back to I asked for a full set and only got polished nails instead. Just took a long time to wait even and others werent happy as I seen one girl cone back in and wait 30 min until she got up and left. Had one nail.to be fixed!

My wife tried this nail shop several times before last year and was not thrilled but since a the ownership change in August, she has loved the results and the service and she now strictly gets her nails done here! 5 stars; happy wife, happy life!

The man (assuming the owner) is very rude and rough. He pulled and twisted my fingers as he worked on them. He did not speak a word, but pointed and grunted as to where he wanted my hands. Everytime Ive been there, he acted like he was extremely agitated because they were busy! I have NEVER had a nail tech be so rude and disrespectful! I will never go back!

I should have read reviews before I entered. My friend and I went And we didnt have a good time. When I was getting my nails done the lady didnt even talk to me. She rushed through it all. She didnt even ask me if I liked the length. When she went and put the nails on they burned my nails so bad and I told her and she kept going. The only thing that looks good is the polish. When my friend was getting her pedicure done, the guy charged her to get her nail polish off when it was on one toe. He didnt message her legs when it was promised. When he did her designs, they didnt turn out how she wanted. I wouldnt reccomened this place.

The woman named kim was horrible...she doesnt speak or understand English at all. She hacked my nails off without me asking for it to be done or her saying anything and the nail polish she used took 3 hrs to dry even w the uv lights...will not be returning

I was in town with an hour to kill before a meeting and I needed a fill... both pink and white. At first they said they didnt do pink and white. I should have ran! then one lady said she did. during the fill I kept thinking it would get better. by the middle it was obvious she had no idea how to do a pink and white ... the white was all in the pink area and it was getting painful as she was trying to scrape it off. when she was so done I had her paint my nails red because the pink and white looked like a 4 year old had done my nails. I told her I would not pay for the pink and white, only the red polish and she kept saying 40 dollars like she didnt understand how crappy my nails were or English as I was telling her how terrible my nails were ..I paid the 40 dollars once she mentioned the police thinking I would dispute the charges with my credit card.A few days later did dispute the charges. AJ Nails answered in their rebutal that my nails were perfect and I paid so I must have been happy... they said they even had me on video. well, yup... they have me on video making them cover their shoddy work with red polish. they have me on video paying because they threatened me with the police and they have me on video loudly proclaiming that I would NEVER come back! but they certainly didnt tell the credit card company that.I spent my next day off work having my nails soaked off for two and a half hours because they were so thick. the salon in ft wayne took pictures because they were so bad then charged me 65 dollars which was more than fair. the ft wayne salon said that AJ Nails employees used to work for them but they fired them due to hideous work and unclean utensils. Yesterday I showed the pictures to my nail guy in angola and they laughed and showed everyone because they were so bad. He said that AJ Nails have a terrible reputation and he has fixed many shoddy nail jobs done at AJ Nails.the worst part about all of this... I ended up with a nail fungus and was unable to wear nails for a month and I have worn them for 18 years with no issues.EVER!RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP WITH UNSIGHTLY NAILS, A FUNGUS AND 105 DOLLARS LESS IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
