Very clean shop, the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The customer service was immaculate. I visited the shop on a Saturday morning and didn’t have to wait long. Their service is higher than your typical shop in and around the area but it is worth it….Oh did I mentioned that I absolutely love my nails… they even come with a little 10 day warranty lol .. Go check them out now!!!

10/10!! Once I came here I knew this would be my new go-to nail salon. Good prices and the nails always stay on firmly. They take their time with clients, which is important to me Bc I have small hands! I usually get mine done by Tommi and he never lets me down. Love this place!

Most nail places you go to rush the entire process. I came in expected the same and received a the opposite experience! Great conversation while nails were being done. Great explanation on the differences between types of nails since I was unsure. I will be back! Loved my nails and the friendly experience. I think this place gets way overlooked and shouldn’t! Go here if youwant great nails AND great customer service

This was the worst pedicure experience I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars I would. The nail tech was unable to give my nails an even file. When I expressed concern about my nails being uneven they sassed me about how “they thought they should be”. In addition, the pedicure was subpar & minimal. Not worth the price or time.

I called a hour before going and was told one price. Then at the end of the service I was given a higher price than the initial. My nails are not what i imagined. Clean place, nice staff. Just hated how my first experience went.

I went an got a pedicure and polish. The service was pitiful. The lady that painted my toes had the polish so thick it had bubbles in it.never ever going back.😡☹

I came here for powdered dipped polish. I usually go to Nail Spa Boutique, but they was closing. So I decided to go here. I could have just waited. My nails are hurting. They dont look natural like they been looking. The look bulky and super thick. Some of the polish look matte. Jesus, I really hate I went. Although the people are so sweet. :( below I will post a picture of city spa work and a picture of nail boutique work. City spa are the hot pink and lots of glitter on index finger. The peachy color is spa boutique and also the shortest dark pink is boutiques. Only if could c cities in person hahahaha

I love it here. Customer service is on point. Would highly recommend this place if you are from Auburn or coming for home games!

This place is bad because when you want to get nails added on to your real nails they added too much glue on it that it can pull off your nails

I come here about monthly for gel/dipping powder and they have always done a great job. I’ve walked in with pictures and had them recreated perfectly on my nails in a shape that fits my hands. I get so many compliments after walking out of this shop!

Staff is always friendly, things are neat, clean and orderly, yesterday was kind of a bad experience....I had my nails done, the lady is always very friendly and nice, but my cuticles took a beating from the tool used. Six out of ten feels so raw warm water on them is painful, like a burn.... think they need to invest in some kind of guards or something. I do have to say that my nails look nice just painful cuticles.

I needed to have a pedicure and I chose this salon. My result was very perfect. With the staff making it feel like I was truly a valued customer. She was very kind. She did an great job cleaning up my cuticles. This place is consistently clean. Very happy with our experience. There is no doubt in my mind that Ill be back!

I decided to check this place out on Saturday and I was so impressed! The salon is clean and organized AND all the technicians I spoke to were so nice. Holly and her husband were so sweet and talkative. Usually when I go to a nail salon I don’t have a conversation with whoever is doing my nails but I did here and it was awesome. Not to mention my nails are PERFECT! Will be going here from now on!

This is the best nail salon that Ive ever visited. I walked in the door and its so beautifully decorated that it took my breath away. The staff was so thoughtful and caring about their work. They even gave us bottled water while we were having our pedicures. I loved my feet and nails, This place is awesome.

I’ve been coming to City Nails & Spa for a good while now. Its relaxing environment. I called at least a day ahead so I dont have to wait. My tech was super graceful. And also paid attention to details. Really enjoyed my experience.

My friend and I went for the first time here today. We had the BEST experience!! So many options for pedicures, manicures, and facials. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere. Loved the sweet staff too!

Absolute favorite nail place ever, from my hometown or Auburn or otherwise! The inside is newly renovated and beautiful. The staff are so nice, take their time and are so gentle.

At first I thought it was good. It was very busy and I thought it was a good sign but it was pretty mediocre. I asked for white tips on a gel manicure and light grey on my pedicure. I was on the phone and didnt notice immediately but the lady did tips on my toes so I got the reverse of what I asked for. The gel had air bubbles in it and started chipping four days after getting it done. The massage was nice but she did this weird punching thing that kind of hurt and I noticed no one else did that to their clients. For paying $50 plus tip, Im extremely disappointed. I would not have paid more than $25 for what I got.

I’ve had to come back 3 times this week for a gel manicure because it keeps chipping and falling off. I asked for a refund and they will not give one or provide a gift certificate for me to come back when it’s convienient for me. I have a 6 year old with respiratory issues, she can’t come into this salon. But that’s fine. I’ll just get with the BBB and not come here again. waste of time, waste of gas...

Terrible. I had to have them redo my nails because the thickness was uneven. Then I had to tell them to clean under the nail. I had three different people working on my nails because the technicians kept jumping from person to person. After having them redo my nails I still had to come home and fix them.

I just got back from this place, and I must say it was a very wonderful experience! She did a magnificent job on my nails. And she was very gentle.

Wonderful staff who takes their time with the details. Offers many different options with good quality. I will be returning soon!

My nails are absolutely gorgeous!! They took their time..they didnt rush.The staff also has wonderful customer service.

I use to love this place. The last 2 times Ive gone the male who runs the store has rushed my nails and left acrylic all over my hands. He also causes me pain and I get my nails done quite frequently

Arrived with 2 hours and 15 minutes to get mani & pedi. Service so slow I only got a pedicure which did not include the massage portion and it took so long to for the girl to finish that the polish was unable to dry & was ruined before I left the salon.2 hours & 15 minutes should have been enough time for a pedicure & adequate dry time. There was only 1 person ahead of me, and 2 others left while I waited & was being worked on .Most expensive & worse experience ever. Regrettably, wont ever be back! I had to go home & remove the botched polish & perform my own pedi for my graduation! DISAPPOINTED ALL AROUND!

Not my favorite place and she hurt my nail bed during removal of my nails one time. Fingers hurt for a whole week I was not happy at all. Ill just stick to getting my toes done here if I go in

Went and got my nails done here a week ago, I got the gel nail polish. It has lasted a week and starting to peel. The lady filed my nails crooked, didnt push up my cuticles, and didnt even paint all the way up to my cuticles. So yeah I was very unhappy and I will never be going back there.
