My two friends and I went to Lucky Nails today, and we have never felt more welcome and important in any establishment than we did here. Every staff member has the kindest hearts, and they are truly the most talented nail artists you’ll find here in Auburn. They are INCREDIBLY affordable, and will never take advantage of you, or charge outrageous prices! They care so deeply about each and every one of their customers, and they put so much detail and focus into the nails they do. The focus and attention to detail that they have when they do your nails is incomparable to anywhere else. Okay, so! I don’t usually post google reviews but THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! They are very nice and professional; the work they did was beautiful. I’m usually a finicky person when it comes to nails and they truly EXCEEDED my expectations.

These are my nails after 2 weeks the acrylic lasted a long time also the BEST pedicure you can find in auburn! The staff here is extremely nice and they make sure you are satisfied. I am a little high maintenance at times and they are very patient and cooperative. This place is honestly the best nail place I have ever been to and that is saying a lot because I’ve probably been to at-least 100 different places. I have gotten designs here and they did a fantastic job! They have a wide variety of colors and have books to look at so it’s not overwhelming! I will never go to another nail place after coming here. This place is awesome! One time I had my nail break just because I am rough with my hands at work and they got me in quickly to fix it at no charge. They also take their time and don’t rush because they care about your satisfaction. I will be adding more photos soon!

My friends and i got our nails done here today and they have provided the BEST results i’ve ever gotten in auburn. they have such a nice and friendly atmosphere and really do a quality job with your nails. 10/10 will be a regular customer from here on out!!!

I have lived in Auburn for 10 years and have tried many nail salons but this one is one of the best. Their work and results are consistent and they are very kind and accommodating. I will be using them again!

They were so incredibly kind and got me right in at 10am for a mani-pedi and eyebrow wax. My gel pedicure was fantastic and is still going strong 4 weeks later. And they did a GREAT job on my eyebrows. Ill definitely go back there for that. But my gel manicure started to peel off in 3 days, and were all completely gone in a week. They seem to have painted past the edges of my nails so it didnt seal. Super disappointing because Ive heard such good things, and the rest of the services were incredible. Ill likely give them another shot, but probably not with a gel manicure.

I had dip powder nails done there, today. I got glitter on some of my nails. The cuticles on those nails, are so messy, the glitter is rough and bumpy, and one of them has glitter sticking up still. They really should have put clear dip on top of the glitter. I would have suggested it, but I already had about FIVE layers of dip, and I didnt want it to get any thicker. Im giving 2 stars instead of 1, because the solid color dip looks nice. I will not be going back, though.Im knocking it down to 1 star, because Ive already had 2 nails pop off. After 3 days(happened yesterday).

I love it there!! Im new to Auburn and tried another place before I came here. I havent been anywhere else since. Theyre so fun, and professional. My nails ALWAYS look good, plus the pedicures are so thorough. You wont be disappointed, I promise.

I have been to most salons in the area and this is by far my favorite. The best pedicure and massage!! I get SNS dip powder and they do a great job. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they are very clean, sanitizing after each customer. I would recommend lucky nails to everyone!

Lucky Nails and Spa has the most incredible service and staff. They have the finest nail color selection and nail services. Their brow waxing is great too! It is the highlight of my week going to the nail spa. They give the best massages with manicures and pedicures. They are always prompt with service, and I rarely have to wait if at all. I have been going to this spa for over two years and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Lucky Nails and Spa!

I went to Lucky Nails & Spa yesterday and had an amazing experience. Everyone knew each other and was greeted at the door by their name. This business is intentional about making one-on-one connections with their clients. It feels like everyone is family and cares about you and the high quality services that they provide.After just one visit, I am now a lifelong customer.

Very disappointed. Mani pedi with French tip cost $55 and the quality of the hands was horrible. You can see the file lines, theres a bubble or 2 in the French tip and they look plain sloppy. They offered to fix them but I declined. 2 hrs on a mani pedi and it needed to be fixed. Chose to leave rather than ruin the experience any further for my daughter.The whole point was for pictures where the hands and feet will be visible and there will be a close up of the hands. Ill have to fix them myself at home.I couldve done a much better job but my daughter wanted her first nail salon experience. Save yourself the time and money and do them yourself for the work they do.

Second time coming to Lucky Nails for my pedicure with gel. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They even remembered me after only coming once before. I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 mins with no appointment, the shop is also very clean. Hands down best pedicure in the Auburn/Opelika area!

I absolutely love this nail salon! I drive all the way from school in Tuscaloosa to get my nails done here! My mom, sister, and I all go here for manicures and pedicures. We moved from CA a year ago and this place is better than any salon we used to go to in CA! Jessica, Lynn, Tommy and other staff are the sweetest. You can’t go wrong with any of them!

*REVISED AUGUST 2021* As you can see from my previous review, I really appreciate the quality of the work they do at Lucky Nails. I still do… They’re so detail-oriented. Unfortunately, however, they struggle with punctuality and respecting appointments when accepting walk in customers. I consistently make appointments every three weeks. I’ve had to wait 30ish minutes (or more) at four out of the last five appointments I’ve made, and I end up being in the salon for 3 or more hours each time. No one has time for that! I’m hoping it’s something that will improve because they’re my favorite nail shop in Auburn.Previous Review:I tried a few nail salons in Auburn before I finally found Lucky Nails. I’m picky about my nails, and Lucky Nails was the only nail shop in town that delivered consistently. The nail techs are very detail-oriented and thorough; they make sure that the color, shape, etc. are exactly what you want. They are also happy, friendly, and super accommodating. Plus, they actually sanitize stations - and their hands - thoroughly between clients!

This was my second visit to the nail salon. I must say both times my pedicure was excellent. I was recommended by two individuals to get Jessica for my nails. I was pleased with my nails the first time, and Jessica suggested making an appointment for my next visit. So, I made an appointment with her for yesterday. However, three different techs did my nails. Tommy did the fill in and shaped two nails, Jessica shaped the other 8 and someone else polished my nails. The shape was terrible. I had to come home and try to reshape my nails. Also, I noticed at both visits they are not as friendly with certain customers.

BEST NAIL SALON EVER!! From the moment you walk in to the salon, you are greeted with a smile and treated like FAMILY! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my toes or nails! They are professional and personable and never disappoint! Do yourself a favor and go see them! I promise you won’t regret it!

1st time going and went based off positive reviews. Won’t say that they don’t do good work as I of course haven’t used them. Arrived at 5:45PM. Sign said “walk ins welcome”. Didn’t see many people or cars so I felt lucky. Once inside I saw a few women getting pedicures. No one even greeted me so I went to go try and pick a color. A young lady spoke up and said “sorry mam we’re closed right now” and then loud laughter followed after. It would have been highly professional of someone to come and greet me and then assist me with making an appointment or asking me to come back. Better yet turn off your sign and lock your doors. Don’t just turn me away as if my money or my cards aren’t as good as theirs. Maybe in the future I’ll try again.

As an early Mothers Day gift, I was going to treat my mother and myself to pedicures. When we arrived the door was propped open and several individuals were already inside being waited on. We were asked how we could be helped and when I told the worker 2 pedicures, she proceeded to tell me they were close, that they close early on Saturdays. I remind you that when we arrived the door was wide opened thats why we were able to walk in and again several other people where all ready inside. I feel the reaction we got was racially motivated because my mother and myself were the only 2 black people there. We arrived at 6:00pm to a wide open door, the sign on the door states they close at 7:30pm plus they take walk-ins, and lastly their open sign was still on, I took a picture because I could not believe this was happening. If I could give them zero stars I would and will be telling everyone I know not to give their money to this place that obviously thinks so little of them.

The service was great! I felt welcomed and my eyebrows came out great. I am especially in love with my nails. I highly recommend this place!

They are always speaking and smiling to the customer.😃 I had to get a repair for mother day and I had an appointment this morning but, they was so nice to change it to this afternoon for me. I really love how Jessica and her family/staff do my nails and pedicures. They always make you feel right at home every time you visit. I’ve been going to them for a little over a year and I’m extremely happy with all of my trips. Even with the COVID-19 hit us they have adjusted to all of the protocols and gone above to assure everyone protected and stopping the spread of covid-19. I use to do acrylic nails and Jessica told me about the dip and now that’s my style and it truly holds up and I’m extremely ruff on my nails due to my job duties. This was my first time at this place, and I probably wont be visiting again. My nails were done speedily but poorly. The dip was spread unevenly and the clearcoat was not even painted on evenly as I (on closer inspection) could see parts of the dip around the edges of my nails. At the end, oil was just spread on my tips like having me as a customer was a nuisance. Ive had better experiences elsewhere. The price may have been affordable but the customer service was poor. Im not sure if it had anything to do with my age or maybe that I was a new customer, but I was disappointed.

Fantastic. Im not your average customer ( male getting colored designs) but youd never know it dealing with them. Kind, funny, and an overall relaxing atmosphere make this a great pick if your feet and hands need some care. They also show Auburn games so if you dont have a ticket, watch with them and get some nail therapy at the same time!

Aside from the stunning job they did on my nails, the customer service here is unmatched. Everyone is friendly and the environment is very relaxed. I called to make an appointment earlier the same day for a friend and I and we felt very welcomed by everyone here. Our manicures and pedicures turned out amazingly and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else after our experience.

I came here with my mom for two pedicures. They have a station outside of their business with hand sanitizer and disinfectant. They seem to really have gone above and beyond inside for safety and cleanliness and it shows. They do ask that you wear a mask but they provide masks and disinfectants once you come inside as well. They have dividers. The tools were opened out of a fresh package and I saw them sterilize any metal tools. After we were done and moved to the lamps to dry they disinfected all of the chairs behind us. The girl that did my pedicure was thorough and she made it a lasting experience and took her time (there’s nothing worse than paying for a fifteen minute pedicure where you feel like someone is rushing the whole time). I will also say that Lisa waxed my eyebrows and she wore a mask and a face shield and I appreciated it. She provided great customer service and made sure my mom and I had a great experience. Overall, incredibly satisfied. It was very relaxing- I almost fell asleep in the chair.

This is the best pedicure I have had in Auburn - and I’ve been to a few. They took their time, I think I spent and hour and thirty minutes for my pedicure (I got the deluxe) and it was seriously the best, they did a fantastic job! This is the only place I got it from now on.

If they had known I was Vietnamese, then I am sure they would have censored what they were saying. The manager and the lady doing my nails were talking back and forth in Vietnamese about a customer who must have had some sort of disease or illness because her nails were so yellow and disgusting. One of the workers said Once I saw her nails, I did not dare to touch them. I decided to stay quiet until something happened to myself. As I was checking out, I decided to leave a tip and asked if they could split it between the two employees who serviced me. One lady kindly said yes, while the owner said it is only X amount of dollars for a tip... why would she want to even split that? Please note that everything I put in quotations are translations of what they were saying in Vietnamese. Tips are not required and I made a mistake of even considering giving them a tip after hearing how badly they spoke of their customers. I will NOT be back and feel bad for those who do not speak Vietnamese... youll never know what they are saying about you.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Ive tried out so many salons in the Auburn and Opelika area, I will be returning to this one from now on! They greet you, you feel like family, they make sure youre comfortable and the experience doesnt feel rushed like some other places, theyre very easy and make sure not to hurt you, they make sure everything is done right the very first time!!!! And you dont feel like theyre talking about you. I have had a bad experience with lu spa nails the very first two times I went and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

My review is long over due, and my apologies. What a pleasure it is to walk into an establishment that offers excellent customer service and provides excellent end results. The salon is a comfortable environment and very clean. Jessica is always interested and never pushy. She also does quite well choosing colors for me when Im undecided. If you are not getting your nails done by lucky nails, then you should be saddened. The entire staff is friendly and all well experienced.

Had a terrible experience. Asked for tips on my nails and they cut them so short to begin with, but then they proceeded to file them down until they were at my natural nail. Also, the thickest acrylics I have ever gotten. Woke up the next morning with my fingers hurting from how much acrylic was on my nail. They werent willing to take the acrylics off or give me a refund- only file down the acrylics. But that wasnt even worth it to me for how much money I had just paid. I then went somewhere else and they said it was the thickest nails they have ever seen and it took them 45 min to get the nails off. Will not be going back.
