VERY UNSATISFIED. This is what my nails currently look like five days later after a fresh full set. I was visiting from out of town Memorial Day weekend and scheduled an appointment for fill-in, but the tech recommended a soak off and new set which I did not mind because they are the “experts”. Never have I ever had this much damage to my natural nails. I am highly upset. Not to mention my request for eyebrow tint and getting waxed instead... There seems to be a lot of miscommunication between clients and technicians here. They even attempted to charge me for the service after I clarified that it was not what I had asked for. Stay away if you prefer to be understood and taken care of as a customer!

My nails and toes look beautiful and they took their time... the gel polish is EXTREMELY expensive compared to other places. They also didnt give my daughter the design she asked for and nails started coming off less than a week later.

I had a great experience! The ladies did an excellent job. With my pedicure massaging my legs for a long time. My manicurist did a great job painting my nails. She did three coats instead of two, last a long time. I’m really excited to go back! Everyone was very professional and great service!

I love this place. My daughter turned 7 years old and I had her birthday party there. They let us use a private room usually for bridal party for she and her 3 other friends. They were able to choose 3 colors for toes and fingers. At only $10 per child. We were able to decorate and bring food/cake. We had the room for 2 hours which was enough for games, snacks, and opening gifts. The place was clean and the staff was so sweet and professional. Cant wait to go back for myself.

I loved my experience here SO much! I walked in on a Friday around 5:00pm and I was taken care of right away. I had acrylics taken off and my nails were looking ROUGHHHHH and my nail tech somehow transformed them into beautiful, smooth, iridescent masterpieces. She had amazing attention to detail but also was super speedy. I am so impressed. I will be back again and bring my friends! Thanks again for an awesome experience! I am so happy to be able to use my hands again lol (I had acrylics that were way too long that I had gotten done somewhere in Birmingham and I could barely function with them). Oh yeah--they also actually disinfected the counters in between customers which I really appreciated. I know a lot of places cut corners and are kind of gross.

Ive been going to Nail Boutique Spa consistently for almost a year now, and they never disappoint! I always go to Maya (definitely recommend her, shes the best) for my acrylics done. The picture shown is a set she recently did for me, with a new design technique on my accent nail

Prices are overrated here and the Person that worked there told me he didn’t have time to do the nails I wanted And proceeded to do the nails he wanted to do. 0 stars. Don’t recommend!!

I hate writing bad reviews but this is a must.....I just moved to Auburn and thought to give Nail Boutique Spa a try. The young lady with the short hair was over the top RUDE!! She was irritated that I didnt think the colors match to what was on the sample nail, so I kept requesting a different color in the color family. I mean I thought it was their job to assist and make customers feel satisfied... I asked her if she thought the colors looked the same..... Her answer I dont know(with an attitude)...Who says that??? I was saved by another lady who was nice and helpful... I should have listened to the reviews. One bad apple can make a business look bad....Will definitely spread the word and not return....just so sad!! I see why its always empty

Took my 3 year old to get a pedicure with me two weeks ago and had no issue. Return today with my daughter and they refuse to serve her without her mask. Stated it was state not them when gov mandate states it’s for 6 yrs and older.

Best nail salon in town! The nail techs take their time, thoroughly prep your nails before starting dip or polishes. They really do everything they can to meet your needs. They make sure you leave satisfied with their services. They have always did an amazing job on my nails and I get tons of compliments on my nails every time.

First time here...and I’LL BE BACK!! Such attentive staff. Very sweet and also creative and talented. Maya did my full set and she really impressed me. So talented! She was also very concerned with my experience at the spa and was very transparent with how she priced my full set and pedicure. The salon was very clean and spacious as well.

After trying 4-5 other nail salons in town, I was shocked to find this jewel. Nothing fancy, but the nail techs are so sweet and friendly and the end result was absolutely flawless. I was lucky enough to get Linda when I walked in one day without an appointment and have used her ever since. She is an older woman who has been doing this a very long time and is a perfectionist when it comes to your nails. I am so happy I found her and this salon because I was giving up hope on finding a good salon in Auburn!

I wanted to try this salon because the reviews were good. I was very disappointed, my nails looked better before I got them done here. I asked for dip powder one color, I let the lady know nicely that I liked my nails very square and I wanted to keep the length, I walked out with very “bubbly” and short nails. My nails also looked like they had been on for 4-5 days (even though they were just done) because the dip powder did not cover my entire nail on multiple fingers.

I live in Kentucky and have been in Auburn to visit my freshman college son at Auburn University. I try 1st time this salon and really like it. Cathy gave me the great services on pedicure and gel manicure. Shes knowledgeable and super friendly. Shes not hurry while performing services and took time to talk with me also helped me to pick out the colors. Definitely, I will come back and recommend anyone I know about her and Nails Boutique Spa.

I was really nervous about going to get my eyebrows done here, especially with the lack of eyebrow specific reviews and previous horrible experiences with trying out new places, but the Nail Boutique Spa turned out to be amazing! I was serviced immediately, it didnt take too long, and my eyebrows came out great. They also had a great atmosphere and wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

I really LOVE LOVE LOVE this boutique! Having kids and trying to get my nails done in my spare time is hard. When I’ve went to other nail places, they were looked and looked irritated whenever I’d walk in with my kids... even when I’d get my kids nails and toes done as well. But not this place. They were so nice and patient.. even gave my babies suckers, popsicles and helped my daughter with her homework! I found me a new nail home!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I give them 5 hearts!

Acrylic nails are priced as $25 (not included that you pay extra for color and length ). I was not aware that you had to pay extra for the length or coloring. I feel they took advantage of my age by failing to tell me how much everything was. Won’t be coming back here.

Just moved here from South Florida and someone referred me to try. Well I will not be going back!! The place has a weird vibe, not friendly at all. The lady that did my nails, never even spoke to me. I asked her name and that’s it., not another word from that. I told her I was new to the area thinking she would say something, maybe ask my name? Nope! . Want to get a new client. Guess not. I looked around and none of the the other nail tech were talking to anybody. Just weird to me. Im not a huge talker but come on .... nothing. I get dips and 2 nails broke the same week which is not the norm for me. Will keep looking, this place is not for me.

Was not satisfied at all with my service. I came in to get a fill in and the lady (did not get her name) did my nails awful. All nails are a different shape and the polish is horrible. I asked her to file my nails more coffin and she lightly grazed the sides of my nails.. like ma’am, that did not help at all. I stated I was not happy with my nails and a man tried to fix them but they still look horrible. I could’ve filed them better myself. Also, my husband was with me and he got a pedicure and a manicure. He is very unproblematic and didn’t want to say anything but he didn’t neither. His manicure is just.. all of his nails are different sizes and shapes when he specifically asked her to file all of his nails short short. If I could insert a picture I would post them. This was our third time coming here. The first time was great! The second time was okay and this third time was just awful. Probably will be the last time coming here.

I have been getting pedicures for years.. so my nails are generally already shaped the way I like them, square. THIS LADY CUT MY TOE NAIL IN THE SHAPE OF A TRIANGLE!!!! She got paint on my foot and didn’t even wipe it off. She painted all over my cuticles. I didn’t even want to pay for my pedicure

Okay, so I had previously left a 1 star rating for this salon, and my previous review of this place will be placed under in quotes. But, one of the managers reached out to me after my review and offered to refund my money or re-do me and my friends gel manicures for free. They were super nice and apologetic when reaching out to me, so my friend and I decided to give them another chance. When we got there, they assured us that they do not want to disappoint us, and the two ladies who did our nails were super sweet and took their time to make sure that they did our nails well. The lady who did my nails even offered to do my eyebrows, and she did them so well! After being very disappointed with our first visit, our second visit definitely made up for it. For this, Im changing my rating to 5 stars because I can tell that they truly care about the customers experience. Our gel nails look great now!My friend and I both got gel nails, and they left a ton of space between the nail polish and the cuticle, as well as not completely covering the white tip of the nail. We both complained saying that we wanted the gap filled in, my friend complaining once and me complaining twice about it, but they said the gap had to be there so it doesnt change color or wont come off, but Ive been to nail salons where theyve gotten super close to the top. It was unevenly applied at the top too and looks terrible. I could have done a better job myself, and it was not worth the cost. This place is not worth my time and money.

What is the point of making an appointment (which they suggested), and me showing up on time - only to wait an hour to be serviced? Then To add to insult, there was a women they sat right next to me - and serviced her before me! IF I didn’t have a gift card, I would’ve left already. Ugh so frustrating. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Not worth the money and time. I was there for over an hour and all I got was a manicure. The man barely spoke to me and when he did he was telling me commands. He filed my nails horribly so I simply asked if I could fix them. He then proceeded to stare at me with an awful look on his face while I fixed the nails that he messed up! He did a horrendous job doing my nails with tons of bubbles and the polish is extremely uneven around the edges. I wouldn’t be surprised if I got an infection because everything seemed very old and grimey. They place a paper towel over the towel so they wouldn’t have to change it. Most of the nail polishes looked at least a few years old and were cracking. It may have only been $12, but I could have done a WAY better job myself for free and in half the time.

Probably will not return. I didnt feel comfortable there and felt like a number. I have had a lot better service at a lower price. Definitely not worth the money.

Had an amazing time today being pampered by Ms. Cathy at the nail boutique spa! Customer service was friendly and awesome . No wait!!!! Ms. Cathy went above and beyond to make sure that I felt welcomed. Special thanks to all the staff too 😘

The hours for Sunday need to be modified. Drove 25 minutes to this establishment as the reviews were the best in the area. It was a Sunday and according to listed hours on this page, they are open until 6:00 pm. It was 2:30 pm and the lights were off and the door was shut. I would like to try them in the future, but expect that the posted hours be accurate.

I very seldom do reviews but I HAVE TO REVIEW THIS nail salon. First of all let me say the staff VERY FRIENDLY and I didnt get or observe the usual Korean language that always make most Americans uneasy. But the service was the WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! First, NO SANITATION LINERS FOR THE PEDICURE BOWLS(I should have exited then). I was there for a pedicure which didnt consist of manicured LOOK because they dont use a cheese grater which I know is unlawful so to speak but instead used a battery powered pumice WHICH TECHNICIAN WAS VERY SCARCE IN USING, no cleaning under toenails and no smoothing or filing down ridges that the big toe mainly get due to growth and the polishing of was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The leg massage WAS PHENOMENAL though. I paid $22 for the service ONLY BECAUSE THE STAFF AND ENVIRONMENT WAS GREAT because I still not pay when my experience have been totally terrible so the technician enforced that to happen because of her friendliness but I would NEVER RECOMMEND though. Overall this visit was worth perhaps $8(with no sarcasm). I though coming here since its in the upscale area I would get fantastic service but honestly nail salons in the lower scale areas DO A WAAAAAAAY BETTER JOB(maybe not fantastic customer service) THAN NAIL BOUTIQUE. BASIC, BASIC, BASIC! I WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB AT HOME!

All you need to know, better than the rest and verified to be clean and professional.

On a scale of 1-10 my acrylic nails were a 5. I’ve seen a lot worse but I’ve also personally had a lot better. I can’t speak on the other nail techs that work there but the man that did mine (the older gentleman) was rushed and overall seemed to have a bad attitude. When I voiced my concerns he just said “It’s not done yet” and gave no further explanation. The other employees I had a chance to speak to all seemed very sweet and kind. Maybe this man was just having a bad day. But the acrylic nails were not blended properly and look kinda chunky. Also the nail polish application was sloppy, with the sides of the nails missing polish completely on some nails.

Went to get my pedicure as usual and accidentally dropped a nail polish. It broke, I offered and helped clean up. Went on picking my color. The guy sitting in the front chair got an attitude and started to fuss about polishes being messy. I kindly paid for the broken polish and left. I will not being be going back. If u want to be treated rudely then this is the place to go, no wonder they are always empty.

I got a pedicure and my eyebrows done today ! The lady who did it was amazing! She took her time . I didnt feel rushed like I have at other places and they were super busy !!! I will Definitely go back !!!

I was trying to find a shop that was open on a Sunday because I needed a pedi so bad. I called every place in town before 6. One guy told me they were closed at another shop and the others didnt answer. Nail boutique answer and the girl was really nice. I went there I was greeted and immediately helped. The lady did my pedi so nice. I wanted dipped nails the guy stayed to closed finishing my nails, he didnt rush to get home or anything, his wife went to publix and he stayed with me. They are Also friendly. They are the best nail salon I have visited In Auburn and Im from here.

I really don’t rate places because most of them do a decent job but this place I feel like I need to. I came in for a mani & pedi and it started off ok, but the lady started getting distracted while doing my pedi and my toe color is uneven and looks bumpy. I didn’t notice at first but that night I noticed that they could’ve been done a lot better. Then when we moved into my manicure the lady started being really rough with my cuticles and nails. She was rough with moving my skin back and I now have a scab on my thumb and you can tell where she was pushing it hard at. I even kinda finched when she did it. I got holo for my nails and she didn’t go a good job at cleaning my nails up. I took a video just Incase someone wanted to see. I don’t think I would go here again. Would be nice if I cold get a return though.UPDATE: One of the lady’s called me and apologized for the service I got and asked me to come back in to get my nails redone. They were so sweet and made sure everything was going well. This was th first ever nail salon that actually didn’t talk back and blame it on the customer lol. Give this place a shot and I’m sure they’ll make sure you’re in good hands!
