Great service,, even at night, driver said 30 to 45 mins,, arrived in 29 mins, very professional, more than fair prices after hours, will use them again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL if you request for them to come out a certain time after paying $125 + THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU AND NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Very disrespectful do not recommend calling them “after hours “ they won’t do their job

Asked for an unlock, daughter stranded, they promised to respond within 45 minutes, an hour and a half later..they didnt put in the call apparently.its somebodys kid...what would you do if it was your child?

Superior Towing is a professional Towing company. They were very friendly on the phone and arrived in a timely manner. Cant remember the drivers name but he was a great guy and took great care of my car. I would recommend them for all your towing needs.

Car broke down in Auburn and found Superior on google. He was the in under 20 minutes and took me and my car where I wanted to take it. Super nice guy! Very reasonable on price as well.

I had to tow ford white van for my parents and I called 3 towing company including this one. Price was cheaper and they were very very nice on the phone! I asked to call back before 10 to 15mins of arrival because I couldnt be there with my parents. The driver gave me a heads up and I was able to tell my parents to be at the location and they told me the driver was very nice and friendly that they DEFINITELY WILL call again for towing in the future! I had mechanical issues with my vehicle,that left me stranded in the Auburn area. I asked if they could possibly repair my automobile,if not Id get it towed. They said they would try their best and be there soon. They arrived promptly and repaired my vehicle in a short time. After hours of waiting on another tow company(that never showed), and being turned down by 4 others it was a very good experience that left me more than happy to tip extra.Thank you, Superior Towing!!!

Steven towed my car, he was professional and friendly. Also tried to jump it for free. Only complaint was that he didnt wear a mask during the service.
