I definitely like the atmosphere here. Ive been coming to budget truck wrecking for years all the way back since 2018 if I remember right. Ive always been able to find F-150 parts here for my truck and theyre relatively good on pricing. I like having access to loaner tools because I dont always remember to bring tools with me when I stop by but I definitely do appreciate the friendliness of the employees who help me find tools when I do need to borrow some. Everyone is super courteous and nice and seems like theyre in a good mood and the bargaining is pretty good too.
Pretty high prices. For pulling yourself. Pretty vague on car location. Cars are packed in pretty tight.
Fast, friendly. And All ways a pleasure to do business with..allso BEST prices anywhere... Definitely my first place to call while part shopping.. Good job guys!!!
This is a Awesome place translated : (Aaigghht)
I called them to pick up a truck but them I sold it on Sunday, and I forgot to call them the driver was understanding
Always kind and honest, thank you guys for doing a great job!!!
Way too expensive, and poorly trained staff who just ignore you unless you are already their friend. Wanted $75 for a used part. when $90 buys you a new part. Go to Pick n Pull ($8 for the same part), let this business go away. Keep the tire guys business, they are respectful and reasonably priced.
Fast friendly service. They helped me find the part I needed ad a reasonable cost.
Great customer service friendly knowledgeable all around great place to go to for used parts
The absolute worst customer service they treat everyone like criminals right when you walk through the front door... Ive spent a lot of money here and have never been treated fairly.
Great company great staff, they have helped me several times...
There yard was organized by vehicle makes. The grounds are easy to walk around and see the rows of vehicles. They keep the weeds down because I don’t remember seeing any around the vehicles that I was looking at.The guy at the counter was friendly, he asked what I was parts I was looking for and said that he gets that make of vehicle in frequently so come back in and check. It was my first visit here, I would recommend calling and checking the place out. They had a good selection of vehicle makes for parts.
Amazing place easy to use. Love it
I like this place cause when ever i need tires they have them and the not that expensive compare to grays habor used tires.. so ill keep coming back to you
Not sure how they call it budget as they seem to want top dollar for old worn out parts. Binford in kent has much more reasonable prices at a much cleaner yard.
Very easy to find what youre looking for customer service is great.
Absolute hacks. their prices have been raising and raising. I was quoted over 100 dollars for basic dana 44 locking hubs in poor condition. On the most recent trip i inquired about a dana 20 transfercase and when the older gentleman asked what vehicle it was out of, I said it comes in many different vehicles of many years. he wanted to argue with me and said its going to cost me 350 dollars. I have come here hundreds of times over the years for fsj parts and it has gone down hill since then. Besides some newer Cherokees they have had the same jeeps for about 2 years now, some for much longer. Also, anything older than 1987 they rarely have parts due to their stock being picked over and not freshened. Save your time and avoid this yard. I bought a dana 20 for 75 dollars on craigslist and saved myself 225 dollars. If i could give negative stars i would. Btw if the guy reads this, it was produced for 27 years for multiple different manufacturers, don’t argue with customers when you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Good people. Fair pricing, good yard. Overall really good place.
They were courteous and put me right where I needed to be to pull my part which they had. The place was organized well. Good job Budget yall done well I will be a returning customer if I might have been
Price is to high for used go to pull a part its half
Helpful staff. No crack heads allowed so that’s always good.
What an outstanding experience dealing with these folks. Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. And on top of all that, you cant beat their prices !
When I called them they said that there was a vehicle I was looking for in their yard but after I drove all the way down there there was no vehicle that I needed
I needed a Truck tire. 270/70r16.Took them a bit to find one but they had it. Good tread at a reasonable price!
I was on a budget and received a quality used tire for my SUV within my budget and with fast service!
No type of deals ever. Way over priced. He comes off the top of his head with prices And when your profiled for sure you pay more. If seen it while it was done to me..
I believe that staff made a honest mistake. When advising me that they had a ignition switch relay for a 1997 Mercedes-Benz E320. After driving from Tacoma to almost Seattle, we arrive to find out that they did not have the part and when speaking to management not the workers who were quite perplexed by someone telling us it was available.
Very useful in mechanic situation
Budget truck wrecking is a scam yard. I dont know of any other wrecking yard in the south sound that does business like they do. They are way over priced and their customer service sucks. Zero stars from this consumer.
Prices are reasonable. A little higher than pick and pull. lots of trucks definitely worth my Time.
They told me on the phone that they had a part I needed I asked them to make sure double checked I drove 21 miles each way but when I got there they didnt have any vehicles of the year I specified passed me off
Couldnt find mercedes lug nuts anyplace. stopped at budget and they found a mercedes with wheels out back that hadnt been picked apart. The employee removed them for me and was very friendly.Price was great.
Nice place a lot of parts
They were very helpful but they didnt have the part I was looking for
Awesome people and their door clearly states no TWEEKERS...lol; who doesnt love that? 😂😂 Great customer service.
Great place for truck parts.
For once a junk yard with just trucks and they have another. Yard in kent all cars
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!Older man (salt&pepper hair) at the register needs serious help. No respect for customer and bit of a Jerk. Over priced and he thinks he is selling brand new items on shelf. This is a junk yard like you said. Don’t forget where you work. What a clown.
Zero stars, they charge waay to much.
They had just what I needed plus they were friendly and the price was right
Ive always had a good experience.
Great place to find what you need for your car and great customer service
Over priced with rude costumer service. Therr usually my last choice.
While trying assist a co-worker find a part for her truck, my friend and I went to this facility seeking nothing more than a sun visor for a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. When he walked in the staff could not be bothered from their conversation. When we polity asked for their attention and requested to know if they had this part available the response consisted of we dont have that !@# While I assume the competency level of a junk yard front counter person may not require much in the way of social skills this is a huge disappointment. I would highly recommend you not visit this location as they clearly have enough business that customers are not needed.
Terrible customer service the the worst Ive ran into. I was having a great day all smiles until I walked into this place. The guy at the front counter always has a very nasty attitude he needs to be in the yard, not the office!
Prices are fair and Ive been dealing with them 40 years plus. Good customer service.
They didnt have what i needed
High prices mixed with friendly service ...that only get you to a medium rating, at best
May have ur part
Ok. So I went by numerous times. Kept being told that the tire shop people would be there tomorrow. But they werent. I didnt give up tho bcuz I was referred here by someone else. I needed to have the tire I bought mounted on the rim I had. Finally the tire shop employees ended up being there and I got it fixed. They told me only a 15 minute wait. And the employee who helped me deserves a raise in pay!
They screwed me on some tires, but its the best place around to get truck parts.
If you need a part for a truck, and youre willing to use a used part. If you know how to get it off the vehicle, and youre willing to do so. This is a great place to start. Prices are reasonable, and they are a fairly friendly staff of people. They are willing to talk about you problem and give advice. Its just an all round good place to start.
Good service and friendly
Theyre reliable and Bart is excellent.
They r quick and cheap and have great service. :) I have been to them twice for blown tores and they were only $40 for used ones. I would definitely go back for all my repair needs.
Had my window with tint
Each time Ive come here Ive found what is needed or some cool factory accessory and the pri¢es are good too.
Two 17 inch aluminum Chevy wheels + tires Only $120. Ive come to this place since I was a kid they never did me wrong
They seem to have what Im needing only about half of the time the other half they simply say Dont have b4 i can finish my question!! A tad rude of customer service!!
He tends to have what Im looking for but he has changed the price on me twice. I talk to him in the first place to get a quote and when Im trying to walk out with the part the price changes dramatically. The prices arent too terrible unless hes a mood to change the price on you and youre left with take it or walk away. The younger staff is actually awesome and pretty helpful
No respect ... My friend and i purchased a rear end for a F150 was told it would be ready in a hour or two we waited we waited we waited we went back to be told it would be in the morning...they were all sitting around talking must have been eight employees in the front room talking... Then they argued about why nobody had even started to pull our parts ... the worst part was the guy in charge .. DAN .. Laughed and told me i needed to come back in the morning the part was $500 not one person did anything and the three hours we waited then he laughed because Im not sure why..Hey Dan next time show some respect to the people who keep you employed...i apologize if i seem angry ... I AM ....
Love trucks like you.
I have been to this place couple of times to buy parts. These guys are rude. They quote high and if I offer a lower price they start raising the price, just to mock you.
Called ahead they had the transmission I needed on the shelf. Fair price, 30 day exchange warranty.Arrived payed for the item it was brought out within 15 minutes
To high priced
These guys hustled at the end of the day to get my buddys new engine pulled for his V6 Tacoma. A couple scuffs and oil leaks were to be expected on a wrecker engine and we were happy to see some extra parts and pieces came along with the obviously meticulously dealership serviced engine! Thanks, guys for delivering a great product!
I like to be my own handy-man, as it is an independence I rely on to know about my own vehicle, an its parts that need replacement to operate correctly...
Great to work with
Place is alright, guys are not total jerks, but are by no means rude, just ask your question, and go inside, a few of the guys are somewhat friendly too. Its one of the few places that has a nice inventory of pathfinders and hard to find Toyota trucks, prices are not fixed SO BE FIRM, throw a low number out, they will work with you because they want those parts gone. All in all, not a bad place to go.
I bought a jeep cherokee engine from budget truck wrecking and it worked out perfectly. They gave me their word that the compression was nearly perfect. I didnt want to hassle with checking it when it was removed from the donor jeep so I trusted their word and crossed my fingers. The engine runs silently, has twice the oil pressure of my old tired 4.0 and it runs like a champ. I would trust their word on any other parts they sell. They will be my primary source for secondhand parts in the future!
They had what I needed for a good price the employees were friendly and helpful
Very rude services i asked a young woman if a enter in to the other side of the wrecking yard were you haves to asked for permission wearing the orange vest o green best she told me to sign up first i enter in the parking i found her walking in same direction i was going she asked me with kinda attitude like what are you doing up here? I feelt liked they dont wanna do business with you stay away from this place also they should hired people with some knowledge what they doing 👎
Budget has a fair selection of vehicles, but they charged me the same price that I would have paid online for used parts. Usually if you have to pull the parts yourself, you should pay a better price.
Great place for those hard to find truck parts
Visited tire shop. Good customer service and quality work
Good price
Good service and lots of parts
Reasonable price, alphabetical cars in rows easy to find
Rad place for parts gmgood guys working hard all day long!
Was impressed with the selection of trucks available but not with the service . We had yo wait for quite a while for them to get around to the truck we needed parts from and had to leave because they would not get to it in time. Over 45 min standing in the yard. Absolutely ridiculous.
Heard about the wrecking yard from a local car rental company.I am looking for an email to contact this company.
Found the parts I needed for a good proce
Good selection considering how yards are dissappearing or moving further out from town.
Good for finding parts for your old favorite vehicle
When you walk in, try to avoid the younger guy at the front desk. He isn’t very knowledgeable, makes it hard to get parts at a reasonable price. Always jacks up price and is a dick about it. Other than that guy, I’ve never had a problem.
Went for a part for my Mazda MPV, was initially directed to the back row, it wasnt there. Went back to the office & was pointed to the first row, where I found what I needed. A lot more orderly than South End, easier to ID & get to vehicles. They let me have some bolts I needed gratis.
Very busy place but I still was able to get in and out of there no problem under a reasonable amount of time I was impressed
Will never be back. Attempted to buy a running, direct interchange motor for my truck. $550 later, it was the wrong year and model and had broken bolts on the heads. After a lengthy argument, where i was informed by the Manager that, They have sold motors like this for 10 years, and that i was wrong, they refunded my money, but was also told to go somewhere else in the future.
Good prices, good people
Great job, fair prices and no Hassel.
Booyah
Very good large selection of truck and van parts. the prices are a bit high but just dont check out with the skinny tall young white guy and you will get a little bit of a better deal.
Friendly helpful staff
Like this place. Last year my rear window on my Hyundai was broken out by vandals, teens throwing rocks (Lil Bastards). Thank goodness they had a wrecked Santa fe there had to take window of myself but only cost me 100 bucks. My car needed tires two weeks ago so thought hey Ill just go check them out well Needless to say they had four used tires for 170.00 mounted and balanced. Tags had about 80 percent left on them. Cant beat that deal in and out in 20 minutes. Tipped the installers 10 bucks. Great deal
I called to ask if they had a part in stock they said yes then they didn’t have the part and then they said they did so I got it and got home and the part didn’t work! They didn’t test it before I drove all the way there and back two times. I do not recommend this business unless you like to run around and waste gas and time!
Great place to to find all kinds of truck parts. Been there many times and found a lot of good parts.
The last few times Ive gone here they had what I needed. Prices were alittle high is why I didnt give 5 stars
I used to frequent this place looking for goodies at great deals, but no longer. I went in today looking for some replacement horns, and a Grill for a Jeep. When the guy behind the counter tries to charge me $20 for the horns, and $50 for the grill. These parts are over 20 years old, with no warranty (or guarantee the horns even work). Well, needless to say, I went to Oreilly auto and bought the equivilent BRAND NEW horns for $25 out the door, and Quadratec has the same BRAND NEW grill for $52, free shipping. Did I mention these parts are NEW with a warranty? Budget Wrecking has priced themselves out of business for me, and I wont be back. Maybe theyll read this and realize theyre selling Junkyard parts, and perhaps they should use junkyard prices?
