Renters Beware!!I was a resident for almost 4 years with One Source Management. Ive had nothing but issues with the unit since I moved in. I asked could the carpet be replaced in 2017, my response was NO but upon being told I had 60 days to vacate the property on 12/28/2020. I was charged $175 upon move-out since I didnt have the carpet professionally cleaned after being told you have 60 days. During my 3 year stay I experienced a flood, the water heater line exploded and I had stay in a hotel overnight (which was credited back to me). The house smelled of mold and mildew the entire dining room and kitchen floor covered in water. Was the carpet replaced then, NO. They just dried it and put down new padding. They did replace the kitchen vinyl but no carpet. Just please be warned / aware that a professional property management company arent supposed to be unprofessional, unresponsive and argumentative towards their tenants.I want to send a special Thank You to the One Source Maintenance Team and Noah Nichols you were indeed 5 Stars***** and you both gave top notch customer service and it was truly appreciated more than you know.

I previously was a tenant leasing a condo with One Source Atlanta Property Management, and I must say that I enjoyed living in my home, as well as being a tenant with such a professional property management. Ive leased quite a few homes as my career requires traveling, and thus far they have been the best. When I was searching for a home to lease, I gave them thorough details on what I was looking for, what area I needed to live in, and how important it was for my children to attend a great school. And immediately, their staff got on it! The next few days they gave me many options to choose from, as I viewed them all, it was hard to choose. And each property had an office space. I was amazed. After, choosing the condo that was the perfect fit, and going through the process. I moved right in, my neighbors were friendly, my son loved his school, and most importantly,anytime I needed to communicate with One Source, they were right there like family, and very empathetic towards my needs. I wish I could use them as I am relocating to Texas. I am going to miss my home, and them as well.

I must say the agent Khadijah is the sweetest person I have ever met. I wanted to see a property and it was my last night in town, her and her husband came to meet me at 7:30 in the evening. I felt so bad about asking her to come out so late but she told me to not worry about it and said she was on the way. When she arrived she greeted me with a smile and some encouraging words and I really appreciated that. Although that property did not meet my needs, I was still able to meet an angel. I would recommend using Khadijah as a showing agent anytime!!

Good day! My husband and I have been living in a One Source Atlanta Rental property since January, 2012. There were some problems with the house in the beginning all it needed was someone to live in it and love it! Once I contacted One Source with the few things that were going on their office was johnny on the spot with the repairs. This is a great Property Management Office very professional and they make sure their tenants are taken care of! We will be living here...Until!Thank you One Source Atlanta where Tenants are First!

My experience with this agency was HORRIBLE!!!! I called the agent before my appointment to just ask simple questions. Khadijah (Agent) sends me a text message stating that I need to text her instead of calling. After this incident, I booked an appointment to view the available townhouse. My appointment was confirmed two hours before I arrived. After I arrived at the townhouse, I was notified by the agent that there were two pending applications on the home that I was viewing. I explained that I took off work and that she wasted my time. This information should have been relayed to me before my appointment time! After I leave, I received a text message stating that the property was no longer available. I will never in my life do business with this company EVER AGAIN!!!!

This company discriminated against me because i have a transgender child. My daughter was attacked where we live now. I was desperate to get my kids out of this neighborhood. I offered to pay 6 months rent and deposit up front and even offered to pay double deposit to show good faith because i had recently started a new job. I had an eviction that was an error which was verified by the company. My job wasnt even called. I wrote an email practically begging to be reconsidered for the property. I got a nasty sorry not sorry email back from Mia. So when she says they are willing to work with you they are lying. Im just glad I bcc someone in the better business burea and other people in my email so they can see what is going on. All my information was verified by the other people that were bcc in email and they agreed that this was discrimination. They are attempting to contact the owner to let them know what kind of company they have representing them.

This is NOT a good company to affiliate with in any manner. Any 5 star reviews you can just assume its from friends and family or paid reviews from Fiverr or something. Terrible experience, untrustworthy, scam artists, and so on.

They approved one application for a house for us, then gave the house to someone else. They agreed to apply our application to another property which also went to someone else, but somehow the application that was previously approved was then denied. I called them to find out why it was denied and they told me to call Resident Research company that did the background. Of course the research company told me I had to contact One Source to find out why it was denied. They went back and forth pretending not to have an explanation. One Source claimed that have sent me a letter with a reason for the denial, but that never showed up either. The rest of my phone calls went unreturned. Avoid this company. They basically took my application fee and left me hanging. Unprofessional!!!

I am not one to compose many reviews, but rather I needed to recognize the magnificent service Ive gotten from this organization. My people group has had a few diverse management organizations in the past and I am so happy we are currently with OSA.

One Source is a terrible company to rent from, my AC went out and when i called to inform them they wanted me to pay for it and they reimburse me hahaha didnt happen. They let me borrow a window AC which was infected and i woke up to a room full of crickets. I was told that the Owners could not be reached and i had to wait. So much was going on with this house my family and I had to move. I had a Very bad experience with the Manager and her team that was very UNPROFESSIONAL the way they handled my stay there, they never answered my calls and they Evict me and i spent a year living in a shelter.So i will never recommend this company to anyone.

I was simply reviewing the company to see if I wanted to rent with them and the response by management to the commenter who complained about her AC and being evicted showed me they are truly heartless and my family and I will not be renting from them, it only took that one nasty response from the Property Manager to change my mind about giving them or any of their landlords our money.
