Super disappointed with the management and leasing office. I called their office and they told me to come in for a tour same day before 5pm. I went all the way to their office to find out they were closed. It was 4pm! Out of the 10 phone calls I made, only one was answered and I was provided wrong information. Definitely an indication this management is one to avoid. Too bad, the units seemed nice.

The apartment building is clean, well maintained and centrally located in the heart of everything Atlantic Station has to offer. Floor plans vary but are very cute and modern with a true “loft” feel. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relocate to the Atlanta area. We had a small hiccup with the parking fob but everyone @ Lofts at Atlantic Station was beyond communicative and helpful getting it worked out. Friendly and professional team of people making it very easy to work with.

I really like the Manager. Hard to pronounce his name but cool and friendly guy. He’s leasing agent was busy giving another tour but he stepped in and helped out. Very informative & professional. Was able to answer all my questions instantly. Im really think of moving into this complex. I also forgot to mention they where like professional companies on site the day i was visiting that where cleaning the carpets so not sure what the negative reviews are about...

They have some nice loft styles. What I found pretty cool on the tour was that the leasing office was an Actual Unit. Another thing I really liked was the Parking deck which was closed gated with assigned parking. Not sure if this where I want live yet, but for sure on top of my list.

Excellent place to live in! Have been living here for a few months and it has been great! The property management staff is super helpful and always making sure things are in order. I recommend this place 100%. Location is perfect and the restaurants and services at the Atlantic Station are all amazing to have right on your door step! Great place!

I can’t remember her name if it’s jazz or Jess but who ever you have in the front office who worked this weekend is so helpful and attentive and when she says she will do something she does. I am so grateful to have her at the leasing office she walked me around to every apartment I think was available to show me in hopes I will renew. I want a bigger floor plan and she wants to make that happen for me. I didn’t know this was an option and hopefully we can work it out and get me more room for a reasonable price. She also walked me to LA fitness to try to work out why I have not been able to work out under the apartments name. She took initiative she fix this and any other issues I have I feel she will take care of. Thanks for caring about me and my concerns.

The location of these lofts are perfect; restaurants, gym, grocery store,, and more. Jess was very helpful with providing me with the details of future availability, concessions, and prices. I would recommend this location to anyone who enjoys a good night out on the town, but stay close to home. I only wish that the lofts were more updated with a modern style, which includes appliances, because the loft I saw looked too dated - for the price. If interested, speak with Jess and Jess only if you would like a high quality tour and information.

The first place we visited was here, and Jess made us fall in love with this place! Not only was she very accommodating, she was very informative on all the units and features. Last year I was interested in moving here, but after many unsuccessful attempts to reach the leasing office, I assumed they were just busy. My lease is up again and I have been trying to get in touch with the leasing office all last week and again, no answers. Finally, I made one last attempt to call and someone answered and booked a tour with me the next morning. When I showed up, we called multiple times and only received one answer from a woman saying everyone was out of office and they would not know when they would be back, but she would pass the message along. We waited around for 40 minutes, no one answered the call box to let us inside or answered the phone. We even tried making appointments for self guided tours online, but even when we got the automated confirmation email the appt was booked, we were supposed to wait for directions in a following email on how to view the apartments. We never received one. Save your time.

Jenn Van is the best, was very welcoming when I was moving in and has been super responsive since regarding any questions or concerns, this property couldn’t operate without her. Maintenance guys are very cool and on point and come the same day as your request.The property is in 1 min walking distance of a lot of great places including LA fitness, regal movie theatre, and my favorite H&M. Definitely a recommended property to live in being that it’s a 2 floor loft for the price of some midtown flats.

I recently moved into the Lofts at Atlantic Station a couple days ago. In the interest of an honest review, I want to present my full experience in the last week Ive been here with an emphasis that it has only been a short time upon this write-upMoving into the building presents a challenge as there is not an easy way to move furniture into a very busy commercial center--Ive lived in a lot of them. Fortunately, the property manager allowed us just a little time to load in from the front, which is a privileged that I understand isnt offered very often.The only other misstep I had was that the entrance gate closed on my vehicle, causing some damage to it. Pinchas, the manager, assured that he would solve the issue ASAP and sure enough, he provided a swift resolution just a day after.These small issues aside, the fact that management has worked to address every and all issues that Ive experience is leading me to believe Ill have a good twelve months. Pinchas, Leslie in maintenance, and even the cleaning crew have all done their part to make me feel welcome and comfortable here so far.The location is really fantastic and the units are some of the best Ive seen in all of Atlanta in an industrial loft style. I cannot emphasize how beautiful the interiors are. I am very close to the highway and within walking distance of a grocery store, a cinema, and a multitude of dining options. I really recommend giving this place a visit to see the kind of value to be had at Lofts.I look forward to following up on this review further on during my stay.

Well first i got say this place is cool! living on top of a mall that means like u get to shop go to restaurant and watch a movie with out leaving the property.. when i first so the loft style unit there was so much space for such a fair price. The property manager was really nice and cool funny guy. He even introduced me to the supervisor of maintenance. Which I haven’t experienced in any other tour. Which I really like because, i knew if i want move here there on top of there game! I really enjoyed my tour and might need narrow my options of where to actually move..

This has to be one of the worse apartment experiences of my adult life. I advise you to not move into 17th Street lofts. These pictures only show a small percentage of what I have had to deal with. As you can see from the photos, my unit had mold growing over the window frame that they painted over, there is often dog feces located in the hallway, and the paint job in my bathroom upon move in. They treat their customers like scum, and unfortunately this behavior is exhibited at the corporate level, all the way down to the onsite personnel. This community is not worth the money.

I’ve lived here for a little over 3 months and I’ve really enjoyed it! Pinchas, Maria and Leslie are always responsive, kind and very pleasant to work with. The location is perfect as you’re close to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment; and the rent... very fair! I’d recommend it for those wanting city living, without the city living cost and the luxury of having literally everything you need right outside your doorstep!

I love living here! The building is managed like a condo building. It is very clean and the staff is super friendly and responsive. The location is hands down the best! I can walk to Publix, Target, H&M, Dillards, and lots of great restaurants. We have gated assigned parking spaces and lots of Atlantic Station security officers. As a young lady Ive always felt safe. I love the interior of my unit. It is modern and very spacious. I get a ton of compliments from visitors. It is not a cookie cutter home like most other new construction in the area. I would recommend it to anyone!

Im a fairly new tenant and I just loveeee my new place!! The lofts are absolutely beautiful. Nice spacious closets and generous sized kitchen and bathrooms. There are so many new things happening here in Atlantic Station and its been so nice being in the midst of it all. The new green space with new restaurants coming soon along with the renovated movie theatre and bowling alley, Publix, Target, shopping stores... Im literally in the middle of every thing I need.And the staff... they have been the best! I toured with Jennifer. Her energy made me feel as though Id known her forever. Throughout the whole process she was there to answer all my questions and even welcomed me to the neighborhood with a bottle of wine! The property manager and maintenance crew are so pleasant too. I havent had any issue but something tells me that if I do, these guys will be right on it. Seriously, cant say enough about this place. Looking forward to a long stay here!

There has been a leak in the hallway for months. They refuse to fix it and now mold has started to grow. This place is no longer safe to live in. The hallways are always dirty and smelly but mold is definitely not acceptable.

Worst building Ive ever lived in. $2600 a month for a leaky roof, dirty halls, broken gates, loud music and so many other things. They wont fix anything you request. They think by lying and ignoring you that you will go away. No. Not me. You will fix the problems that are disrupting my life. The pictures posted are 2 leaks that are on going. There are many other residents that are having similar issues and they are now sharing their pictures as well.Managers now try to respond to my post saying its due to Covid. Thats total BS. This has been going on way before Covid. Do not rent here. You will be making a big mistake.

There’s a huge difference between customer service and hospitality. The management here lacks hospitality. Cleanliness, a lingering smell and not properly fixing holes in hallways and leaving trash to sit for days has become a major problem. They recently painted the hallways but left large wood frames in hallways with huge holes in it. The carpet in the hallways are dirty and haven’t been cleaned in years. I’ve been here for little over 4 years. For the amount of money you pay for rent here you can definitely do better. If you can afford to live here then definitely consider other places strongly. We haven’t been able to pay our rent online for roughly 4 months now. They only accepting cashier checks or money order. They claim it’s do to new management take over, however that was months ago. This becomes a huge inconvenience on residents part! I forgot to take pictures of the wood board that’s been on the wall for months.. I’m not renewing here! Lease ends October 13th!!!!!! Ready to go!!!

I scheduled an appointment on 8/26/2019 for 3:00. When I called no problem with getting a live person from office to answer. I was there 5 minutes early called them from call box she let me in no problem. I was shown 2 lofts. Management was EXCELLENT 100% customer service. No trash in the halls. I did not smell any POT smells at all. I am a business owner and when you read negative comments its someone that is posting because they are upset. Dont focus on negative review go see for yourself. What I will leave you with is intown living is what it is. If you want peace & quiet go to the suburbs. This review is from Marie a 53 year old female. I crossed my Ts and dotted my Is, so you do the same and judge for yourself. Cant always believe what you read!!! But the lofts & area is FABULOUS!!!!

Wow!!!I am really heartbroken to see all these issues since I moved from Atlantic Station. I loved every moment and the location is great. I did hear noise if a event was going on downstairs but we always knew of what events to expect on those early Saturday mornings. Staff was not the most professional; caught staff speaking poorly of the property manager since she lived in North Ga. and did work from home occasionally. Guess they did not like she had the flexibility. I definitely had to inform her of that because that is a no, no in my book.However most cases if I did have a concern they would address. Miss it dearly but got married and moved away. Perfect place to live in the city but scary how much it has changed. :(How if you do moved here moving times are tight but was worth it. :)

We lived here for 18 months and saw 3 different management companies run the rentals. The last company Trantor is the worst. Poor communications with renters and treats everyone like they are kids. Utility bills are made up with no back-up documentation on what you used. Response to emails are nonexistent. Maria is the only bright star here. She works at the leasing office and is friendly, although not informed on all processes and procedures. The loft apartments are old and run down. Ugly, flat yellow walls and dirty carpets. Old appliances and stained bath tubes. The Management company is after 1 thing: $$$. We were promised a portal to pay rent for months. Not sure it ever we t live. We paid our rent every month, in time, by hand delivering a check. There are too many options in Atlanta to settle on this. We broke our lease and are moving out. Renter beware.

The apartment manager lied every chance, he got they lied about rent more than once. They have a bad mold problem and did nothing about it the apartment leaked in many different places they’re was so much mold. They come and go in and out of your apartment and take what they want i had several things missing but conveniently they had no cameras. All the packages i had delivered got stolen or sent back. The worst place to live always noisy and smells bad!

Beware of the fake 5 star reviews from the building owner. I was considering leasing a place here and started reading the reviews. I noticed that one bad reviewer mentioned the building owner was located in Canada and they posted pictures of their issues. There was no response made to their post or pictures. I then saw 2 well written 5 star reviews with well written comments from the owner. What stands out is that the 2 recent 5 star reviewers are both located in Canada which is where the property owner is located. I give it a 1 star because any building owner that would focus on faking reviews rather than fixing tenant issues deserves to be put on blast for everyone to see.

My husband and I moved in about 2 months ago. We were under a tight time frame to get situated and Monique, Kristen and Jordan really assisted us in the process. They are friendly and helpful and work to address our needs expeditiously . We love our unit and find the area very convenient for work and exploring the city So far it has been fairly quiet for city living and we appreciate the quick response from our first service request. The common areas are kept clean consistently We are encouraged that management is responding to the previous tenant concerns in striving to make improvements.

Horrible Experience Horrible treatment. After traveling to Atlanta in search for possible living spaces, I stumbled upon Lofts of Atlantic Station. I set up an appointment to come in and view the Lofts at 530PM EST and was assured I was okay. On the way to the appointment I spoke with who I assume to be the property manager to reassure my appointment she said I was fine. Once I arrived I called again and she gave me bad directions to the leasing office(there are about 4-5 different leasing offices with separate entrances). On the previous call I explained I was from out of town, in my opinion the appropriate thing to do would be to come down and set up a meeting place In Atlanta station to prevent any confusion. Anyhow by the time I found the correct leasing office it was now about 540. I used the call box to call up to the leasing office without a response. I had to sit there and wait another 5 minutes before someone happen to walk in and let me in the building. I take the elevator to the leasing office the young lady is in the office suggesting she came down but did not see me. She did not try to call my phone or answer the calls from the call box. it is now 5:50PM. She then goes on to explain that no one let her know there was an appointment at 530PM and consequently she refused to take me to see any apartments. Although I explained I am from out of town she suggested I drive away in traffic and come back the next day instead of taking 15 to 20 minutes to show me one apartment. By far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any apartment complex. All in all I feel like a dodged a bullet. Any complex who would treat a potential customer this way can not possible treat tenants with good service. I feel like I dodged a bullet. I would not recommend these loft apartments to anyone,

Great looking apartments and neighborhood is awesome! My issues are that repairs aren’t handled accordingly, the common areas and always filthy, elevators rarely work, hallways smell or weed all the time, parking gate came down on my car twice, management is the worse I’ve ever seen in my life. The issues steam predominately from dealing with the manager directly. He is a very evil man and he could careless about anyone who lives there. I’ve reported him repeatedly to his superiors who’ve themselves told me there have been other complaints made against Jeffery in the past. All in all the community could be great but there needs to be a new management team put in place that handles residential concerns appropriately and maintain not just the units but common areas as well. Make sure to read into the other reviews and not just my own the majority of the positive ones are generic and i don’t feel them to be accurate but the reviews that outline the issues are very specific.

All other negative reviews Ive read are accurate - however I havent read a review that documents the issues my roommates and I were having when living at The Lofts in 2016.To start, before moving in, we were told there was a new AC unit installed for our building. When I asked what temperatures to expect the unit to maintain during the summer before move in we were told it shouldnt be an issue to expect 68 - 72 (roughly) for the entire apartment.Well, that was a lie. While the design of The Lofts is aesthetic (think large, tall, unopenable windows) - it has several design flaws for apartments facing west - these windows allow in a remarkable amount of heat during the evening even with the blinds closed. When we complained that our AC would not go below 76 (in the morning nonetheless, 78 was the norm at night AFTER the sun went down), we were told via the service response form left by the maintenance staff that the AC was designed to keep at a cool 74 - 76 degrees. Well, so much for that.I was living in the bottom floor room that got the worst of it. No openable windows, and the floor to ceiling windows did nothing but allow in heat in the afternoon. I was working from home at the time and the afternoons were unbearable - I wouldnt be surprised if the room surpassed 85 degrees on a normal Summer day, with the AC on high. I ended up moving out early.If youve made it this far into my review and you arent turned off by the other issues mentioned in the negative reviews before mine, then no matter what you do, do NOT live in an apartment facing west.

The management is above expectations, this property is a great location for easy access to all of the city, great restaurant, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this property.

The staff is always responsive and work orders have been done quickly. Some of the neighbors are noisy, but its Atlantic Station. Were in the center of the city, everything is right here and I love it!

Very long.. But I want to be thorough:I’ve lived in two different units here, over the past 5 years:Plus:Walk to Publix/Target/shopping – I rarely use my carAll units have a half bath downstairs (loft style)Very nice floor plansParking included in rent (not sure if it still is – new mgmt. company)Maintenance is quick an efficientNoise hasnt been an issue as of lateMaria (leasing agent)Minus:Buildings aren’t very secure. There have been numerous instances of non-residents getting in and causing commotion. A couple months ago, someone was killed (shot) down in the main parking deck. The building where packages are held: garage entrance gate has been broken for a long time. The other day it was left wide open with a hazard cone in front.High turnover. I’ve lived through 4-5 changes in management while being here. Most have been inept. Newest company: Trantor. Headquartered in Canada. If you dont get someone in the leasing office - youre patched through to a lady in Montreal. Very unpleasant woman.No concierge, and no assistance after hours. One instance - stuck outside with another resident for about 2 hours. Our keypad codes and fobs abruptly stopped working. Second instance – stuck for 30 minutes. Our keypad codes were changed without prior notice. Atlantic Station security was, as usual, clueless. With the leasing office closed, no immediate help. No apologies after the fact, either.Central leasing office is 1 block away from my building. Package lockers are about 1.5. Good for you if your unit happens to be in one of these central buildings. For those of us that aren’t – it sucks. For reference, there are about 5-6 different resident buildings. None are connected.They do not have an online rent payment option.. Up until one month ago, there was also NO drop box or access to the leasing office building after hours. So that meant, you would need to physically drop off your rent to office staff between 9AM-5/6PM MON-FRI. Also, good luck getting a hold of anyone. There have been a few times when I’ve walked over, only to realize no one was there to buzz me up. They have now introduced an ACH form that can be filled out if you want them to direct debit your rent every month.Hallways/elevators are gross for the most part – carpets in hallways are dingy and stained (this depends on the building).. I’ve seen everything from dog feces, vomit, spit, to urine in the elevators. If this happens on a weekend – it won’t get cleaned up until the cleaning crew comes by during the week. One elevator (there are 2) is used as the FREIGHT elevator. Always smells, and is absolutely disgusting. This elevator is shared with a few of the restaurants downstairs – they use it to haul all their garbage out to the dump. Every day. Embarrassing to say the least. Especially when guests are over.Packages! I’ve had 3-4 packages disappear while living here, and numerous others delayed. One was a $400.00 item. Gone. Sometimes carriers leave packages in the Luxer system I mentioned earlier that’s 1.5 blocks away. Other times they leave stuff at your door. Sometimes they simply leave your stuff on the floor in the lobby downstairs. With the main office changing door codes without notice, there have been several times when my packages could not be delivered at all. Huge pain point.I’ve been mulling over a move for quite some time. Last straw was being offered a renewal rate that was $217.00 dollars more per month. Absolutely not. This place is a dump outside of my actual unit. You can find a very nice condo WITH resort style amenities for $1700 + elsewhere. Would I recommend living here? Not if you make more than 65k per year.No real amenities. No gym. LA fitness is downstairs, but youre on your own with that. Residents can use the pool at the Element. For reference, the Element is a wholly separate condo community outside of the lofts, a block or two past Target.Id suggest taking your money elsewhere. Receive the perks you deserve for the price tag. This is what Ive decided to do.

Worst place to live! DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you value sleep at all this is not the place for you! Every single morning we are woken up by a very noisy little street sweeper. Yes, 7 days a week. Even though this area doesnt open until 10 am on weekdays and 11 on weekends Atlantic Station insists on this thing starting between 7 and 7:30. Its the worst noise, Ive tried earplugs, white noise, nothing covers its noise. We deal with sewage pumping in the middle of the night as well which is also crazy loud. If you work nights run the other way! Youll never sleep again! The management company is awful and couldnt care less about anything. We were given two parking spots but of course our awful neighbor left a scratch and white dent on my brand new car because her large SUV doesnt fit in her parking spot. Management gave us 2 new spots however these spots still belonged to someone else. We let the manager know and he took his sweet time figuring it out. Now I deal with this gross stuff that leaks on my car from the crack above. This place is just awful! Its been stressful and the manager has zero ability to put himself in anyones shoes. Weve also tried to talk to his management which also ignores us. My guess, they get so many complaints that that cant deal anymore. Unfortunately for us we still have a lot on our lease but as soon as its up well be running out of here and will never come back and will recommend this place to nobody!

Unfortunately all the old issues have resurfaced..The smell of weed is masked by an occasion air freshener.. one apartment is a drug/prostitutes den, stinks of weed and has multiple people going in and out all day and night.Some neighbors are getting ill from the weed circulating in the air conditioning vents, and management do NOTHING!!There was a huge fight here a few weeks ago, furniture slammed on the hardwood floor, screaming and shouting.. when reported to management I get an email one line reply did I call the police?...really, no sorry, no apology.. just shifting the blame...I pay too much money to deal with this nonsense.Another new issue: people trying to break into my apartment, I was home early today and someone tried to open my door.. my wife heard the same thing a few days ago..If you like the following, this is the place for you:WeedDrug DealersBurglarsLoud musicLoud residentsUnresponsive management and staffCF Lane are all about getting vacancies filled.. they allow anyone to move in as long as they pay the rent...and the bad residents are allow to do whatever they want, without fear of eviction.If you decide to move here, not only are putting your self at risk, but anyone who comes to visit, due to the dangerous environment.I gave these people a chance to make simple improvements, but as I suspected, these issues are too intrenched and have become normal for CF Lane to deal with..getting out ASAP...dont waste your moneyYouve been warned...

Our main elevator is so dirty it looks like a freight elevator. Paint stains have been here for months. Management walks by it like they are blind.

The carpet is always a nasty mess on each floor. They have a cleaning staff that vacuums the floor weekly but walks over major stains like they dont see them. They have changed management companies 3 times in the last year so your requests go unanswered. Trantor Realty which is based in Canada needs to sell the building to someone who actually cares about the tenants who are over paying $2600 per month. They seem to be all about themselves and taking in big profits while the building declines daily.
