My family and I worked with Olga Palmer and I want to start off by saying Olga deserves more than a 5 star! She was honest, upfront, professional and was able to find us a wonderful home that fit our familys needs. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times, WHICH IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND in a realtor these days, especially in this market. She was very personal and that made our experience that much better. I needed to rent a house fast after moving back to the USA after over 14 years abroad. I had to get my children in a good school district and registered for school before the start of the school year. I didnt have much time but Olga Palmer exceeded in her role as a rental agent and got me in a great house in record time. She told me what I needed to and when I needed to do it. Never would I recommend these people they dont actually own the homes. They have to get approval from the actual homeowners to do any repairs. You have to change your own hvac filters. They will try to stall all repair orders by send different people out for a second opinion hoping you give up.

I was at the verge of selling my property since I couldnt find a good management which is when I contacted Renters Warehouse. They helped me get in touch with Olga Palmer and she called me immediately with few minutes. In the very first call I could make out that she is VERY VERY responsible. Olga is THE BEST person I have met so far. She handled my property as if it were her own and helped me get everything done as quickly as possible to get my house back on rental market. She is very easily accessible and responds within few minutes. If not her, I would have sold my property. I would give her a 10 star or a 100 star if I could :) Thank you Olga. YOU ARE THE BEST :)

Customer service was nice otp, but they denied me a rental saying the owner wants someone with a stronger credit score... note theyre score requirement stated 600 or more and my credit score is 643 with exceptional payment history..., good rental history, no criminal record and been with same company 8 years making way more then the income requirement. Their reason for denial doesnt even line up with their own requirement. Make it make sense!

If you want extra chaos and stress in your life.... then rent from them! Take photos and save all communication—emails, and texts just in case. I am not sure what they do for the homeowners. For example, we submitted a ticket because the A/C went out. It took over 72 hours for them to get someone out. After the handyman came, he asked us where he sends the bill. Isnt that RWs job to be the middle person for the landlord? It is just bizarre, and the lack of communication is astounding to me—we, as renters, scheduled everything. We even had to prorate our own last months rent because they did not change it in the system. My advice is if you can go directly through a landlord, do just that. We turned down another rental property because Renters Warehouse was managing the property. It just isnt worth the stress for us. There are extra fees with this company that is not helpful in any way for the renters. They charged us 20 dollars a month for services but none of the services applied to us. Once again, if you want chaos, rent from them. If you do not wish to deal with a mess, dont.

Olga Palmer was extremely helpful over the last few months. She was recommended to me by a friend. We were using a different property management company which wasn’t the greatest experience. Olga treated us like family. She helped us acquire a new tenant in about a week. She was on it! She is committed to her profession. We have had a nightmare rental process with a former property management company - so far this has been such a night/day difference. Katie and Amanda have been wonderful, so responsive, and incredibly kind. This is just the beginning, and we hope it remains positive…but so far this has been truly wonderful.

The Bee team was awesome! Katie was very helpful during the application process. She always answered questions promptly and made the whole process smooth. Amanda did a great job with the walk through inspection and was extremely thorough. I would definitely work with Renters Warehouse again. However, a major problem I encountered during the inspection was that the house was not professionally cleaned, which was surprising for the amount of rent I am paying. Some examples were cobwebs, dirty counters, dirty refrigerator and dirty kitchen garbage cans.

I wont speak about RWA specifically until after I have moved out, BUT I just want to say that if you have an opportunity to work with an agent, work with Olga Palmer. She is the kindest, most patient person to ever work with when dealing with a home. Shes thorough and she does what she says she will do. Shes no BS and she handles everything with grace. I just love her and I cant rave enough about her.If youre looking for someone who gets the job done and follows up, follows through until its made right - work with Olga. You wont regret it.

You will find better rental agencies than this one. Do not expect anyone to respond to your questions/queries once you vacate. Nor will you get a chance to dispute any of your security deposit. We spent several emails/voicemails to Jennifer but never got any response, but just the remaining deposit back several weeks later.The only time they will be engaged is when your trying to rent.Pls find someone who actually cares

It appeared that all aspects of renting, including managing and evicting, were professionally and contractually addressed. With all parties understanding their obligations and responsibilities, it became a comforting experience to undergo. At leases end, I suspect my review will remain unwaivered.One recommendation I would make for Renters Warehouse is that visits be made to the property quarterly rather than annually.

Renters Warehouse let me down in many ways:1) RW’s tenant screening system is not reliable. Meanwhile RW has no compatible landlord protection mechanism in place. The tenants placed on my property by RW ended up owing me $12,397.67 and a broken refrigerator. But RW could not and will not do anything about it.2) RWs Professionalism is questionable. The tenants had pets on my property and there were dog urine/pet poop/pet residue everywhere. However, RW said they did not find any evidence of any pets when inspections were done, not even during the 2nd inspection which was executed after those pets had been staying there for 9 months! My lease contract could have been terminated a few months earlier for violation of the “NO PETS ALLOWED” clause. And this earlier termination would have prevented such a big monetary loss, the extended damage to the property and the long lasting mental torment that I suffered. But, RW didn’t care and did not enforce the rules of the contract as long as they were legally safeguarded.3) RW’s maintenance team failed me as well. HOA fined me for ‘weeds in lawn’ due to the negligence of the tenants. I paid $335 one-time fee to RW’s maintenance team to treat the weeds. At first, I received an invoice of $335 with a service description of ‘Grass Cut front and back’ only from maintenance. When I questioned why the weed treatment was not mentioned on the invoice, which was the main purpose, I got a revised invoice with the added description of ‘Treated for weeds’. However, one month later I get another HOA fine; there were no signs of weed treatment when HOA inspected the lawn.4) The management excellence is surely not what you would expect from RW either. The agent who convinced me to sign with the company made some empty promises. After signing the management agreement, the agent didnt even contact/update me for months. On 3/9/21, when I was inquiring about February’s rent the tenants owed, RW told me that one of the tenants filed bankruptcy in December 2020 so RW could not even make the tenants pay any rent they previously owed. Isn’t this something RW should have known earlier and I should have been immediately notified about?This whole rental process has been a nightmare.

Rented the home on 4/22/21, took possession on 4/26/21, management was aware of all the issues and the house had been vacant for two months. As of May 9, 2021 I still have no hot water, no air conditioning, no working kitchen, no shower in the second bathroom and much more. I am going to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney Generals office and the TV channels for consumer rights to get this home habitable since I have paid all the money and fees

Currently questioning whether or not this is a legitimate company. I have submitted an application as instructed on the website and have yet to receive any communication from anyone though I’ve sent emails and voicemails. No one has reached out to me to inform me of anything. It has now been a week.

Our Agent, Olga was so helpful with our moving process. My partner and I are so thankful we came into contact with her. She worked with us and walked us through everything we needed to do step-by-step. Being a student, it has been hard to find a leasing agent even willing to work with us but Olga worked with us and our specific situation. She also worked with us to add our emotional support animal onto our lease as well which we greatly appreciated. Please be advised that this company is so unprofessional. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. I applied for a home with this company on Monday. When I applied, I attached my business tax return,6 bank statements,DL,etc. They requested that I submit my rental ledger and my lease agreement due to the address being different. Everything was sent in. They then started asking for more documents and I asked them what the “Real” issue was because I was qualified for this home and more than enough was sent in. My credit score is no issue, income no issue, previous landlord had no issues, so what is the deal?When I asked that, they told me that they would look over my info and let me know something. I reached out to them three days straight. I checked the home daily and noticed that the house was no longer for rent. I questioned them about that on Wednesday and Thursday-NO ANSWER. I reached out today(Friday), and she said they would let me know something shortly. They sent me an email saying that I was denied due to the owner choosing another applicant. Fortunately for me, I was able to get approved for another property with less hassle. I feel that this decision was definitely based off of a personal decision and not a business nor professional decision. To be quite honest, I was OVERQUALIFIED for this home. They received more than enough verifiable documentation, yet they gave me the run around about an address on my license.They did not update me for three days and they knew that the home was unavailable for two days. I am moving from another state, so this was not a good experience. Thank God someone else accepted me in a better home and community with the upmost respect.Everything happens for a reason. I wouldn’t want to deal with them anymore after this.

Lord knows I wish I read these reviews before wasting application money and time that I could’ve/should’ve spent elsewhere. The communication is terrible. I’ve had to constantly reach out to them in order to get a response and then the responses always have the nerve to be foolish. One minute a house is available and they’re telling you they’ll move your application to a different property/send it to the owner for final approval (apparently this takes either 1-2, 3-5, or 5-10 days… who knows the truth) the next minute it’s not available anymore and you have to choose another house for them to do the same thing over but then that house won’t be available either so…..repeat!This feels like a cruel joke BUT after getting my hopes up and constantly believing everything they’ve told me for weeks instead of trying to seek assistance elsewhere, I’ve come to the realization that I’ll be homeless come tomorrow. Can’t wait :)

Dont believe what you hear on the radio. As an owner, I can say they are the worst management company Ive ever worked with. They charge a ton of owners and tenants fees and do nothing to earn it. Ill go back to managing my own after contract ends. Worst tenants, bad service, Ive worked more on my property since having them manage it, than when I did it on my own.

As an owner, Janise and Arvis made finding a tenant and move in process very easy. They took care of every detail.

I’m hoping that homeowners are paying close attention to their tenants satisfaction since they really aren’t dealing with us directly, but this company is awful. Be prepared to pay about $700 in administrative and other fees, with no benefit. I moved in with non-working appliances that should have been revealed when the last tenants moved out (hence a $300 move out inspection fee). They respond to text about a day later, if at all. I recommended better research before hiring this as your property management. I will likely never rent a place with the same management company. You’ve been warned.

From the landlord side they are probably great, a faceless organization adding fees to to your tenants monthly payment. On the tenant side they are terrible, and actively take away value from the home renting experience. Its the kind of property management company that makes you want to destroy the property youre renting.Hey, would you like to wait four days while we contact the owner and approve repairs to essential appliances like refrigerators and HVAC?Hey, would you like us to send out an inspector to see how the property is, but do nothing about the problems we find?Hey, can you give us $150 to process a DIGITAL file?If you enjoy answering yes to questions like that, then you will love renting from Renters Warehouse.

RWH provides a great service. Im a first time landlord and they made the process of renting my home fast and efficient. We thought we would have a difficult time putting our home on the market in December and RWH had an excellent tenant within 2 weeks. That was almost 2 years ago and they are still going strong!!!

They do not communicate about these charges or go over an agreement with you so you may need an attorney to review what should be basic agreement . Their repair services were terrible, did not fix issues, and they charge the owners for every visit despite sending out the wrong repair services/not fixing things which is THEIR fault & should be THEIR expense. Total ripoff and misleading. Look elsewhere as an owner and renter. NOTE_- they will also send employees in your home with no mask showing zero respect for you or your families health after they have been going from place to place picking up lord knows what

Have wonderful homes just slow on calling back

So put in an application on 11/2 for a house I was interested in. I know for a fact I passed the background, credit check and qualified for the income requirements. It is now 11/15 and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone via phone or email. And after doing some research the realtor/agent that is suppose to be managing the property live in Minnesota. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service overall, especially their maintenance department. Alondra Bravo and Jessica Chadwick were very disrespectful to me on multiple occasions and Im the owner! They often have a condescending tone when writing their emails or sending text messages, and will do anything to do the LEAST amount of work!!! Stay far away if customer service is important to you!

In hindsight, from the first initial contact with this company I should have turned the other way. From the day I inquired about viewing a property up until now this has been the worst company that I have ever dealt with. From the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, inability to effectively fix repairs, disregard from occupants safety and health I believe that anyone who wishes to rent or have them manage there properties should seek another candidate. When speaking with an employee from the homeowner who contracts RW they acknowledges too that this isnt a good company and are looking into various situations similar to mines. They are sure to over promise and under deliver. Over the past year Ive had random people show up to the property with no contact prior to visit. The repairs that were supposed to be fixed prior to move in have gotten worse and we contacting RH there is usually a delayed or no response. We are being overcharged without and contract in place as well.

I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE STAR . I put in a application over 2 weeks ago, and have not heard back from them ever . I talked to a agent once (VENETTA GIPSON) and she was beyond rude and unhelpful . I tried to get in contact with renters warehouse they NEVER answer the phone . Then they transferred me 4 times to a number that went to voicemail . This is probably THE WORST home finding company EVER

Renters Warehouse does not do a very good job of communication. They do a great job of taking your money and not calling you back or returning emails. We rented a house through them and had a lot of issues with the house relating to repairs. Renters Warehouse failed to return calls and emails requesting repairs. But they made sure on the first of the month they collected rent. The biggest issue we have is the home owner notified Renters Warehouse they were selling and our lease needed to be terminated early. That would not be a problem had Renters notified us. They finally did only to tell us “oh well we forgot to tell you but you need to get out of the house”. When we showed our contract to them and said they had to give us proper notice they didn’t care. We dealt with Todd Barton, a real piece of work that guy is. We do not recommend Renters Warehouse. Save your money and go somewhere else that looks out for Botha parties not just themselves.

Working with Olga at Renters Warehouse has been a pleasure. She has now helped me fill two properties in a matter of weeks. As a new investor it has been wonderful to work with a knowledgeable expert in the field!

DO NOT HIRE RENTERS WAREHOUSE IF YOU ARE A HOMEOWNER. They are all about the tenants. When my tenants moved out there was about $1500 worth of damage to my townhouse and they only refunded me $300. Plus the tenants took two very expensive speakers that were in my storage unit that never addressed. Unprofessional, rude, unresponsive staff is what I’ve dealt with in my experience. Oh and to top it off one of the tenants had Covid and they made ME pay the sanitation fee! UNBELIEVABLE!

Please do not use this company! I started working with an agent over a week ago. The only thing they have been prompt on is taking my money... which was wasted. First, I could never get a clear answer on my application status. Second, I was told that I was approved and that the owner would make a decision (that was a week ago). On the other hand, I worked with another company that gave me my approval status within an hour and had me approved by the owner by the end of the day. The agent was very slow to respond, even when we were adamant about our timeline. Things really move quickly in the ATL area so it is unacceptable that this group does not care about your time.If you truly want help moving in the Atlanta area, I would reach out to Alyse Washington @ [email protected] --she was amazing. Stay way from this group!

Do not use Renters Warehouse. I worked with BK Sabet a Leasing Agent. I applied to rent a home and received an approval for my application. He asked for some money to solidify the deal and then told me when the balance of the deposit was to be paid. He then gave me a date to pay the balance and requested for the property reservation form to be signed. He took the payment and the signed form and four days later he said he was pulling out of the deal because the entire security deposit was not paid. All he said was sorry and that I could find another place to live. I was treated like this and the application was approved. Disgusting business practices.

I had the best experience with Renters Warehouse and working with Olga. She is always prompt in responding to my calls or texts. Olga recommended the best way to prep my property, and we had an application within 24 hours of listing. I highly recommend Olga, and will happily work with her in the future!

This realtor group is extremely unprofessional. I have been trying for weeks to get in direct contact with the the professional assigned over the house i was looking to rent for my mother. When I do get in contact with someone they are not generous with information, pleasant to speak with, or have any type of charm. When I was directed to the person i was suppose to be in contact with she redirected me to someone not even on the listing. Now Im trying to contact them both and no one is answering the phone or have responded to my email in three days! If this is how it is before I move in.. Im sorry to the tenants this company provides service too.

They have great customer service as well as they make sure that rent money is paid.. but for property owners you’ll love them they over priced they trash at keeping up with things like termite lease or even letting the owner know hey the roof needs to be replaced. Again for ppl looking to rent you better off taking your money and time some where else.

Please save your time, patience and money. Very unprofessional. Seems to care about only taking people’s money. This company should be shut down. I will never recommend anyone. Not even a animal. Horrible just horrible

I am a current tenant of a Renters Warehouse and have had two very different experiences with the organization based on where we were in the process.During the application and move-in process, we worked with Katie and BEE team, who were very responsive and professional. This was a great experience.However, when moving in we also had many issues with various appliances and other aspects of the house that required repair. In one case, we even went over a week without hot water. This problem has continued later in our contract as we encountered other repair issues in our rental. We consistently had to follow up with them to get things fixed and have never felt like we have been the priority. They have repeatedly told us that people would be sent to the house to repair things only for no one to show. It very unprofessional and a reoccurring problem. For those reasons, we have been disappointed with our experience in the company.

They were very responsive, and our stay at the rentals was great.

My wife and I have rented from Renters Warehouse Atlanta for one and a half years so far. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. They have been very responsive to every maintenance request, including checking back with us to ensure the maintenance was completed to our satisfaction. They have been thorough in communicating with the home owner to make known our needs and ensure we had a good working relationship with the owner. They have been pleasant and helpful with every phone call. They have responded quickly to emails, voice messages, and notes via their website. Their website is very easy to use.If I ever need to rent another home in Atlanta, Renters Warehouse is where I will go for help!

We applied for a 4-bedroom rental. Our credit it not good, but our income is 5times the rental fee- only 3 times is needed. We have also lived in the same rental house for 8 years- so our rental history is excellent. This place basically stole our application money and never got back to us about the house. We paid $100 application fee and $60 in pet fees, just to get the run around and have to chase this rental- just to keep being told “we are waiting on the homeowner to decide” and then... NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PUTTING IN AN APPLICATION WITH THIS COMPANY. I read the other reviews and wish O had listened to them!

Eileen, Katie and the entire BEE team took such good care of me, my son and his roommates. Eileen was quick to respond to questions about the home we were interested in and Katie...was patient and quick with responses once we decided to rent the home. They are a great team and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!😀

So far, we love renting with Renters Warehouse! Olga Palmer was our rental agent and she was very accommodating when we asked to see the house a couple times before moving in. She was very knowledgeable about the process with applying with Renters Warehouse and answered all our questions, morning or night! Highly recommend.

I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WATER FOR 4 DAYS!!, I have called numerous times and have not received a response yet!!! The property owner has not replaced the water heater in 15 to 20 years and now its taking forever to get an APPROVAL!!! THIS IS BEYOND AN INCONVENIENCE

Theresa Sands is the absolute worst. She does not communicate at all. I could see via the companys website that my background was complete and what exactly was on the report. She doesnt return calls, texts, emails, and her voicemail is always full. I even had multiple representatives from corporate try to reach her while I was on the phone and to no avail. I applied over 2 weeks ago and no response. I paid $120 for an application fee for no response at all. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money and took an unnecessary hit to my credit reports. At a time like this where renters need housing and landlords need to decrease the financial burden from vacant properties its agents like this that make the process more difficult than it needs to be. Renters Warehouse you need to do better.

I just believe we had an overall bad experience. We submitted our applications both of our scores are past 600 as they were awaiting the credit screening for my husband Teresa Sands asked was my husband a felon? Red flag #1. And of course he is not but that was unsettling to me but I let it go. Secondly it was hard contacting her my real estate agent nor could we reach her until I finally got a response that they found 1 thing on my husband credit 2 weeks later and it was disputed immediately but he was still in the 600s and she never checked again. I just emailed today to get a response that we were denied for credit although Im seeing people are being approved under 600. I feel like she didnt try to push for the sale at all as I am a leasing manager and knowing this business she did not try her best at all. I felt we were screened at the door when I was asked was he a criminal from the beginning although hes a maintenance supervisor. We are good people I didnt appreciate the lack of effort. Their loss as we are great renters and we will be searching elsewhere. It just sucks as the house was beautiful and now we know why this house been on the market for so long.

The folks at RW did a fantastic job of getting my place listed and finding a tenant in record time. Very communcative about the process, stayed in contact through the showing and application process, all the way through move-in. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and nice, mindful of Covid and safety precautions when doing in-person showings. Would def recommend.

Olga listed and rented out my property to a qualified tenant in 6 days.Absolutely top notch and a pleasure to do business with.I felt confident the entire time she helped me through the rental process which made it so much easier to list the property and finalize the rental.I wanted to be able to hand it over to her and not have to worry or think about it and that is exactly how it went.Olga is the best.

All I can say is Renters Warehouse was one of the best realtor companies that I have had the pleasure of working with. Krystle Alexander was beyond efficient in ensuring all of my needs were met. Prompt response time, professionalism, and a beautiful, affordable home was crucial to my happiness, and so far, I am ecstatic!!

Krystle Alexander Was an absolutely amazing agent. She was very professional and precise. She made our transition very smooth. She was such a courteous young lady. What a wonderful display of customer service at its best. I would recommend anyone to use renters warehouse.

Worst rental company. They do not respond to your maintenance request. If you call their customer service center, they respond very rudely. I will not recommend anyone for rental from this company. They don’t deserve 1 star rating as well(since we don’t have option).Please be aware about this company.

They basically stole our deposit. We left our house in near perfect condition! I have never had to paint when vacating a home but they tried to charge us for painting on top of keeping our deposit! I cleaned the walls, carpet and EVERY surface and we left the home with minimal wear and tear. Also, we had rats during our stay in the home and they scratched a lot of the carpet and even chewed a hole in the wall which they tried to charge us for! We had water damage in the basement and the owner refused to fix it. The driveway was completely jacked up and that was never fixed either. We tried to take them to court but we’re told we had to file in Ohio! Do NOT rent from this company because they will straight up rip you off!

While Renters Warehouse maintenance request processing staff is quite slow to respond, the agent I worked with to find tenants, Olga Palmer, has been extremely helpful in facilitating communication and speeding up maintenance requests between me and the tenants.
