They cannot give correct information when asked about apartment. I paid a $55 app fee then withdrew application BC I wasnt interested any longer, they kept my $55 app fee and I was told they cant apply it to another apartment. Really!

If youre also dealing with the unfortunate experience of participating in the housing market right now, this company wont make it any easier. Trying to get someone on the phone is practically impossible. After many voicemails, emails, and texts inquiring about a property I finally got someone to call me back after 8 days. We scheduled a viewing of the house. We drive 45 minutes to said house. No one is there. We wait, I call their direct line - leave a voicemail and text - nothing. No one showed, and 2 days later they still havent even bothered to follow up (even after I left a message with a superior at the main office). On top of all this, the house we were interested in looked NOTHING like the photos - the outside was filthy and unkempt. Dont waste your time.

Ive used Leo Prime property now for more than 18 months and I am pleased with their work. I managed my property on my own for more than 10 years renting it out and managing all tenant requests. I was skeptical about using a management company but because of work-related issues, I decided to give it a try. I am convinced it was a good decision.Ive experienced a very responsive and professional team that looks out for you as the owner of the property. So far, any issues with maintenance have been taken care on time and the tenant feels comfortable reaching out to them and getting a response. About 2 years ago we have reached out to LEO Prime Properties with a complex situation – our former property manager had disappeared and left our assets unattended for a while. Some of them were damaged severely, one was about to be foreclosed. None were leased.Debts (HOA, utilities, tax) were out of control. Since we are not local, physically far from the assets, we did not know what to do.LEO Prime Properties helped us rehab one of the assets and rent it to a good tenant. They negotiated with the HOA, brought past due balances current, and helped us sell the other 3 properties, while minimizing our losses as posdible.They were very professional and provided great service. I stayed in a property ran by Leo Prime Properties for 2 yrs and I just moved out in 2018. The move out inspection and return of my security deposit went smoothly and I appreciated that,I did not feel like they were trying to screw me out of it. There was a time or two that responses to maintenance issues were a little slow or I couldve been impatient a little but either way issues were always corrected or replaced. Overall, when you hear about the nightmares people go through with management companies I am happy to report that I did not have that experience with Leo Prime.

ZERO STARS!!!! I had to check one star for google to accept my review. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COST!!! If the idea of throwing your money in a hole and getting no support at all from this so-called property management sounds good to you, this is the one for you! Otherwise walk away with confidence knowing that no matter who else you choose to rent from, youll be in better hands. I reported an emergency ceiling leak 2 months ago and there is major sagging of the ceiling throughout the apartment. It took 7 weeks before I was able to see one of their repair men, and the kicker is that he was on site to check 2 other apartments for leaks, not mine. I had to request that he come up to check mine while he was there. A total of 4 professionals assessed the damage and all of them concluded that it was severe with a very high threat of mold between my ceiling and the roof, with the threat of the ceiling collapsing. The house needs to be reroofed at the very least and the entire ceiling in my apartment needs to be replaced. I have zero confidence that it will be properly repaired. I made the choice to protect myself and find a new apartment and terminate my lease. They have been unresponsive throughout 90% of my attempts to communicate with them over this matter. Ive gone out of my way to try and help them do their job multiple times and I find myself being constantly ghosted in return. Im still trying to get closure on terminating my lease and they are dragging a$$. Rent from them at your own risk!

Wish I could give zero stars. With all the property managers weve used, Agent Shane is the most incompetent - very inexperienced with his job and unprofessional. This company always over prices everything - often charging double or triple the going rate for services like deep cleaning or trivial repairs requiring a handheld screwdriver. They would order unauthorized maintenance or services and then bill us at these inflated prices. On top of that, they allowed random neighbors to enter our property and discussed our private information with whoever asked. The broker/manager, Atir, would often take in excess of 10 days to respond to emails, and good luck getting your calls returned when you leave a voicemail. Its a recurring pattern - the agents voicemail box was always full. If you dont agree to pay for inflated repairs or services, they would use that as an excuse why they couldnt rent out your property and then do everything but explicitly blame you that you didnt pay for what they asked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have a property under LEO Prime Properties. You would imagine you would be treated differently because you are a small client. But you are treated just the same. The staff treats me with respect. Hes always responsive by email and/or by phone. Ive always been able to get updates of the property (leasing, repair, eviction, etc.). I couldnt be happier. I would recommend LEO Prime Properties to anyone whos got rental properties whether small or large. They are the BEST in town.

Ive been renting via LEO PP since April 2018. I found my listing, viewed the property, and signed my lease within 24 hours. They were very accommodating of how interested I was in the property, and were helpful with my move in date to align with my old propertys move out date. Upon moving in there were a few issues (no clicker, disposal not working) and they had a repair man come to resolve the issue very quickly. Shane, who has been my main POC, has been very responsive and is always there when I need him, as well as Atir, who has been a huge help as well. I would definitely recommend.

Scheduled a tour for a house on Saturday, received and pressed confirm on at least 3 reminder emails /texts, and drove an hour and a half to go see the property only to have nobody show up or call me. Couldnt get someone on the phone, as the number they provide goes to a robo answering service that dead ends to just a link to schedule a tour. Stopped a neighbor to make sure I was in the correct place and they warned me not to move there and told me about all the problems theyve had and how its the worst home theyve ever lived in, so I guess not getting an agent there was a blessing. Tried emailing Elicia asking her to call me as I had limited data, didnt get a call back. Had to drive the hour and a half back home with no real answers.

Absolutely terrible && incompetent people. Just called and asked why the house I was about to look at had been swiped up from under me and they said “well we don’t always know what’s going on with our properties” then when I said thank you, you’ve been so much help, he proceeded to hang up on me.

The worst management company I will never do business with them EVER again my family has been without heat since MONDAY and it’s going on Thursday! They won’t be put us in a hotel or NOTHING! Rude management! DONT LEASE THRU THEM! MY HEAT NEVER STOPPED WORKING! My heat was working JUST FINE and they sent someone to my house that BROKE my heat thank you very much ! You have no idea what you’re talking about!

Where do I begin..? Since the moment I visited a listing I saw on Zillow, I was in so much hope that I would get it. My viewing agent was Janelle and to be honest, the experience has been AMAZING. Every time I needed maintenance, they were there. If I had questions, they were there. I HIGHLY suggest giving them a chance. If I hadn’t relocated for my career, I’d still be renting. I would be remiss if I didnt share my experience for others here. LEO Properties is a nice, small company with a very friendly, kind owner and staff. Unfortunately, for some reason, my rental property that should have so quickly and easily leased in the summer during high season, never even received one application with LEO in charge. My property sits right on Piedmont Park (with no balcony, so that made it a little trickier...but it didnt seem to hinder the next leasing company I hired), and I think that LEO thought it would take no effort on their part to get it rented...so they put in very little focus on my place. But that back fired. Once the contract was signed with LEO they were VERY slow in responding to me. Initially, we needed to be in touch a lot, to get things moving. Many times, I would message 2-3 people on the staff and not hear from anyone for over 36-48hrs and sometimes, not hear from anyone at all. There were some critical mistakes early on, during high season, that were not fixed quickly enough and the property never recovered. For instance, it wasnt listed correctly on Zillow and therefore wasnt coming up in certain critical searches for at least 10 days (until I caught the mistake). I had to catch so many issues and mistakes, and then I had to beg to have them get fixed...all the while the clock ticking on my leasing permit (I had 90 days to get a tenant). After Labor Day, there were still not bites on my condo, so I had no choice but to go with a different agency. As of right now, I have a tenant moved in, and that agency found me someone in under 3 weeks. LEO and I had contact from July - early Sept. with no luck at all. Not one application on my property. They will say I was moving overseas and they had to wait on me until mid-August, which is true, but during high season, it shouldnt matter. They also said they would list it online for people to start looking, weeks in advance (so it didnt matter that they couldnt show it in person sooner). This, like other promises, didnt happen until the day before I moved out. Nothing was posted online for the public, in advance, in order to build interest. I tried so hard to be kind and patient with them, as they are nice folks..but in the end, I had to let them go (and they were amicable and professional during that process). They may be stronger with different types of properties...but my boutique condo in Midtown (with many HOA rules) was definitely not their strong suit.

I was recommended to use Leo Prime Properties after having a horrible experience with Cardinal Properties Management (Sean Tintle is an awful property manager / be forewarned). Atir Levin at Leo Prime Properties on the other hand has been a joy to work with, everything that I express in the positive for Atir was the exact 180 with my previous property manager. Atir always answers his phone or calls me back before the day is over. I have only had to pay for one service call so far this year (and it was legitimate) versus 3 service calls a month previously. He got the water switched over to the tenants name which was impossible according to the Sean. I also get my money on time every month without fail. I cant express enough how professional Leo Prime Properties is with service to me and my tenants.

We attempted to rent a property and no one would answer a phone call, and it took days for an email to be sent to us. When we tried to visit the house they booked an appointment and never showed up. Afterwards they leased the house to another person. I left four voicemails and never got a call back.I highly discourage anyone from going through this agency.

Atir Levin - Property Manager is totally scammer the way is doing business

I hired Leo to manage a property for a year, during which they also managed to evict someone. After they had left, I had requested Leo prime properties secure the house until I could sell it. This house had not only a wooden front and wooden back door, but also had iron security doors on the front and the back of the house. These were lockable. What I didn’t know was there was also a window -(visible, right beside the front door) which had no glass in it, which must have been broken by the previous tenant.I had asked two things. Lock the house, secure the house, and put on a lockbox. Their idea of securing the house was to simply change the locks on the wooden doors.The iron security doors were not touched. The window was also not boarded up.Of course the house got broken into - the black door jamb for the back wood door was destroyed, and someone tried to move in. That was police report and breakin number one. Leo’s response was that I had not asked him to board up the window. The fact that I did not know the window had no glass was beside the point. He had no response to not having locked the security doors.Of course, I asked them to lock up the security doors. They changed the locks on these, and this time I SPECIFICALLY asked them to make sure the security doors were locked- and upon seeing the broken window, asked them to board it. Again, I asked him for a lock box, and asked him for a key. Still no response from Leo, and no lockbox, and actually no key! I gave up, trying to get a response to a pretty reasonable request.The day after, not having a key, no lockbox, and no response, I asked someone else to change the locks again, and install a lockbox... so I might have a chance of selling the house. Keys are important, right?I go down to the house with the locksmith and walk around to the back door. The iron security door on the back of the house was wide open, and there was no sign of forced entry.This time, joy of joys, every single piece of electrical wiring had been removed from the house, including the electrical panel.Why were there no signs of forced entry following Leo’s team ‘securing/locking’ the house? Either the back security door was never locked, or someone used the new key to get in. Hence police report number two.I will be submitting a claim through the Georgia courts with Leo prime properties for not fulfilling and not securing my house, upon request, which of course led to my financial loss. Horrible, horrible service. Nonresponsive, no securing of the property, and two break-ins because of the ineptitude and/or apathy of this property management company.

Very unhappy with this company. Even after submitting all required information, no response as to whether my application was rejected or accepted. When an appointment was made to see the property the agent canceled and when I rescheduled and the agent never showed up for the rescheduled appointment. I drove 120 miles to see the property and the agent never sent me a message to let me know they wouldnt be there. No response since then.
