My first SNS - Made by Jacob. He did a really good job

I get SNS and Jacob did my nails. I must say he did a GREAT job. I am completely satisfied and will return so he can do then again!

I was unsure because of the reviews but everything was great. The tech I had did a really good job on my nails in a timely manner. I will be back for sure.

Service was fine; paint job was okay. My cuticles were a bit raw after and gel only kept its look for about a week. They were accommodating and open to doing what I brought in pictures of, but ended up with something similar. The store was sort of clean- tools were sanitized and washing sink was wiped down as we were in the store but wouldn’t want to get a pedi here.

Cindy gave the most incredible pedicure I’ve had in my entire life. I felt like a queen. I didn’t have my nails painted, but had the volcanic spa treatments and my gosh, it was an out of body experience. I will DEFINITELY be going back again and requesting Cindy. Incredible experience.

Victoria Lindsey:For the longest time I told all of my friends and coworkers to get their nails done hair because they did an exceptional job. Today I went in there with 45 minutes of time before needing to head to Work inside the mall. After two coats of the green shade I wanted for a Christmas party I noticed that it was still trans parent and suggested a third coat. The color was Still trying to parent and you could see all the way through to get in perfections onto my fingernails. I suggested she take it off because I did not have time to search for another color and or sit there and have them continue to be polished. The tech was aware of my time limit and this has never been an issue before as I have gotten my nails done here several times before work. She wanted to charge me $15 to remove the polish so that I can leave but I didn’t have time to get the polish removed before getting to work however I planned to come back later in the evening and find a different color. The tech persisted back-and-forth with with me about the charge and expressed my feelings about this being on acceptable given that the sample color was not trans parent and she was unable to find a solution for me. I strongly feel that I was not being unreasonable however wanted to wear green nail polish to a Christmas party and have limited time this week to get that done anywhere else. I thought getting it done on the way to work would be the best course of action given I’ve done this many times before and the time limit was never a problem. Had to color been right and the tech was able to find a solution for me I would’ve never run out of time but she wanted to charge me $15 to take it off and I really don’t believe that that is acceptable because I wouldn’t want it off at the color was right to begin with now I’m walking around looking like this:I would never deny someone payment for providing a service to me but this was truly unreasonable and she continued to use words like “whatever” and “just go” to add to the humiliation while I’m crying on my way out.

Before I went there I looked at the positive reviews and I was like okay I’ll try it. My friends and I went there and they were rushing everything!!!! They didn’t take the time to make sure the nails etc was done well. Long story short literally right after nails were done(full set) matter of fact while one of them was doing my nails I saw that he wasn’t painting up to the cuticle or and that the acrylic was nowhere near there either the next day I looked at my nails and they looked like they’d been done for 3 weeks and my friend’s nail fell off 2 days after!!!! I do NOT recommend going there! Save your money!

I came into this place yesterday for a cut down and color change. They did a great job. There was a very small wait but they took my number down and called me when a technician was available. I am visiting the Atlanta area again in a few months and hope to come back and be able to request the same technician! He was awesome! I didn’t get his name but he had a tattoo of a barcode on his arm! He was very precise with my color and shape!

I can not believe how my nails look two days later. I got gel SOS polish and this is the worst I have ever had. My finger tips hurts so bad on my left hand. I have cracks everywhere. It hurts if I put my fingers in alcohol or any cleaning products. I should have known when there was a customer in the waiting area about her nails not lasting. The Biggest concern is that my nails hurts. I have never had this happen before. I told her not to cut my nails. My toes I just got a polish change and they are okay. The gel polish on my hands are horrible. DO NOT GET GEL POLISH!!!!

Live this folks. No one removes gel as gently. Really good service. I always RIP because they always earn it!!! They also have the powder that I would like to try next.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Some people had appointments and others didnt. The cashier put people that didnt have appointments in the chair meanwhile the people that did have appointments had to wait.

I went in to get my nails done at 8pm. The salon hours said that they were open until 9pm. After standing there 5-6 minutes without being greeted, one of the technicians looked up and said they were closed. I could have accepted a “I’m sorry, we accept our last customer at 7:45.” I won’t be patronizing this establishment again. I should have saved my time and gas and believed the reviews. Rude technichians. Very unprofessional.

I always come here, the prices are good for a quick mani and pedi while taking a break from shopping.Kim is one of the best, i love her and her service. shes very tentative and actually likes her job.The shop can get crowded and busy, if you are in a hurry come early or on a week day, the weekend is crazy.

**THIS IS A MAJOR WARNING!** DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT EVEN WASTE THE TIME TO COME HERE. I arrived on a whim after I couldnt find another open salon in the area after work. I was rushed to choose a color by the man at the front desk, so I did. NOBODY told me that the color I chose was a Mood Change color (gel). So I was sitting there getting my nails done for about 25 mins before she told me that the other color I was seeing would be a permanent reaction based on the temperature of my nails. After seeing my annoyed face, she questioned the man at the front desk saying, You didnt tell her it was mood change?!- she was obviously upset with him. They found someone else to fix my nails and expected me to pay full price. It was late, the work was done, so I decided to go ahead and pay the full $30. During my check-out process, I said, You guys couldve taken off $5 or something. The first woman who did my nails with the wrong color began going back and forth with me about a hand-written sign that read Mood Change that wasnt legible or visible. She LITERALLY began going back and forth with me about how it was basically my fault for not reading the sign- even though she was initially upset with the man. It made no sense. She ended our debacle by saying, Please dont come back. As if I was EVER considering stepping a foot back in that low-class, dilapidated establishment. They have no professionalism: literally arguing with the CUSTOMER (me)! In front of OTHER CUSTOMERS. IM WARNING YOU! !ZERO STARS!

Negative 5 stars! Please save your money these people are way over priced....and that’s just the beginning.One of my gel nails cracked the 2nd day. Another one starting peeling that same day.My toe polish started peeling the same night. NEVER AGAIN! The nail shop is a joke. I would never! Stay far far away!Here I am 5 days later having to spend another $65 to get my nails redone.

I was in town for a soccer game and decided to get my feet done. They where very busy, but the young lady told me 30 minutes and she would call me. I waited and fot a phone call on time and the technician that did my feet the best.

We came in to get our nails done and my friend asked for gel polish with nails but she wanted the dip power. How the lady just dipped her regular nails and tried to get mad when she told her this is not what I want. If you dont understand please ask because this is my money I am paying you.

If I could report zero stars I would. I came into the shop and requested for a gel full set (I then changed my mind to acrylic simply because I wanted to save money). Why did they proceed with a tacky a** gel manicure for $40 f****** dollars. I use to get my nails done here often but things have obviously changed. They didnt even cut hang nails or cuticles. Nor did they place gel to cover my entire nail. Waste of f****** money and time do not go!

Jay ( pretty girl with the nice tattoos) was amazing ! She shaped my coffin nails to perfection ! And was also very patient and friendly. Will be back !

Initially a woman was helping me, she did not speak English but she was doing a good job, she was assigned a pedicure and they changed me to a woman.She had a terrible attitude, she does not want to help me, she also broke a nail. and she tells me that my nails were very short, that she did not do the manicure. She told another person to finish my manicure. my nails were not short she broke me one and then she did not want to do my nails. because she knew that she had broken one and surely at the time of fixing it would be shorter than the other nails. she prefers not to do anything and leave me waiting for someone else.

I always go here for my Henna Tatoos. The ladies who work there are very friendly and try their best to make you as comfortable as possible.

They were very attentive and did try to do a great job.

The girl there cut the side of two of my toes and they still charge me full price. It keep bleeding due to the solution they used not working. The receptionist told me that it happens all the time to people. Really. The service is not what it use to be here. Definitely not coming here again for service.

They change their prices every time I go there I will never let them touch my feet again! The lady cut both of my toes, my feet hurt for weeks! I give them one star for my eye brows even though they are not to my desiree. Dont waist your time or your money!!!

I will never go to this salon EVER AGAIN!!! I came in to get a gel manicure. I currently had an acrylic overlay. I told the staff up front and my nail tech when I got in the chair. she didnt know how to remove the overlay! she ended up cutting my nail in half with the nail clippers and when I told her it was a take off not a cutdown she said no, dont worry its not your real nail!!! I was heated! another tech came over and began to take my nails off she began to get angry because I told her she was being rough and hurting my nails, she told me she had been doing this for 20 years angrily. I got up and left with my nails half taken off and one nail cut half way off !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I stopped in on my way to Apple Store around 11am, there were 2 customers already being serviced. There was no wait. I got a fill in ($15) and a week later the OPI polish is disappearing (he did two coats and clear over it) and I look like I had no fill in. Honestly, I would not recommend this place because they do not provide a good fill in.

Manager is extremely rude.. I seriously hated to have to give her my money.... I only stayed because i was desperate. And theres no sense in giving reviews because they dont give a shx about what you think of them or providing service to our ppl anyway

I had to go to the hospital after i got a really bad nail infection. Puss is coming out of my nail because they don’t sterilize their tools. i’m in sooooo much pain right now. I had to get antibiotics. This was my first and last time coming here.

I get my eyebrows done here all the time, but I wouldnt recommend manicures or pedicures. It didnt matter who did them, the paint is ALWAYS gone the next day to a week. Thier products are just not good quality for the prices, but my eyebrow lady get me right every trip!

Wish I would have read the reviews before I went in . Would give a no star if i could. Obviously thought that since it was in a higher end mall that the service would be better. I was so wrong. Customer Service was awful. Shop was full, had 6 technicians working was told to sign in and leave number and they will give me a Call because it was a 30 minute wait, Walked next door only gone about 15 minutes Only to come back and find my name along with several other peoples names scratched out as if they had waited on us. Then 2 more clients walked in they were told 18 minute wait, So we asked about us that were already on the list and was told there was 30 more minutes. Finally after Getting ready to walk out they called me back, One guy took off my Nail Polish and then a lady came over to fill in, took her all of 45 seconds to do that like she didnt even want to wait on me then he came back to paint. Will never go back again.

I had my nails being done here yesterday. I was so excited about it because I always did the nails by myself. I had the Acrylic full set $40+$5tips. Three people came after me got the service before me. One of my fingers was cut to bleed, she’s gone for minutes during the process without saying anything and left me at the table like an idiot...the entire process was fast but service was not good. After done, my friend said my nails need a fill in already! Won’t go to this place again. Today the nails look they really need a fill in... I want to take the fake nails off already...not worth the money 😐

Do yourself a favor and find another nail salon. Not enough space, poor time management,and customer service. Very disorganized and you expect better from a high end mall.

I got put on booth 7 and right off the bat the guy gave me a face for asking about asking abt the polishes, and then i changed my mind abt the color BEFORE he even put the acrylic! And i ask him i dont like the nail shape, he asks if im OK, like.. They are my nails if im gonna pay $50 i want them right

HORRIBLE!! i paid 38$ for a full set; i was charged 10 for the shape, 3 dollars just to use 3 colors and then the next day my nails looked like they need a fillin already. I tried to come back the next day but couldnt I finally was able to like 3 days later and they werent even open. I tried calling- no answer i was getting noooo type of communication back towards me but they wanna blame it on me saying they wont fix it its been too long. never again will i come there and neither should you!!

Do not go to Nail Premier at Perimeter Mall. Their products are not of quality. I got my nails done there and the next day they changed color. When I went back to fix the problem they wanted to charge me $20 to fix something that had to do with the product they used.

I called to get the price, a young man answered the phone he told me it would be $50 total for nails and toes. I said okay I am on my way. When I get there the lady named Anna or Hanna had the nastiest attitude and said they were closed. He then came up to the counter and said he was sorry but they were not taking any more people. I said sir you just told me to come. Hanna proceeded to be rude then when I asked who was the manager she said her. I asked who was above her and she said she was going to call security. Moral or the story I would never give them my money and I will never recommend it either!! Sad how they close at nine and you tell me you are not taking no more customers at 8:15pm, who does that!!

I will NEVER go back to this place. The service was fast but my nails dont even look filled in. They left a gap between the acrylic and my hand. It doesnt even look like I got a fill in. NEVER AGAIN.

Had the worst mani/pedi ever here! The older guy clipped skin way too far. Cut the top of my fourth toe open, and then tried to paint the skin that he did not fully clip off my pinky. There were two other employees there that just watched instead of intervening. Apparently, a customer never returning is worth them leaving on time. They would not refund me, but instead offered to redo it within 3 days. I left to go to Orlando, came back, and was told too much time had passed. But was reassured before i left, that me be gone for a few days wouldnt be an issue. NEVER AGAIN!

Poor customer service. I only needed a nail color change at 8:30pm and they stated they were closed, but it states they close at 9pm. They refused to service me and one person was wasnt servicing anyone.
