I live out of town and needed a manicure ASAP. I walked in 45 minutes before close and was surprised that no one else was there. Tom graciously took me for a walk-in dip removal & dip powder manicure and did such a fantastic job. He was super friendly and attentive. Great experience.

Very Nice in need of more nail tech but they are very pleasant, decent prices, and generous. I go to them often if they arent booked. I highly recommend.

After looking & going to a lot of other places, I was introduced to Qnails. Since then, I love going to the Clairmont location every time.

Both the husband & wife messed up my big toes from the shaping to the polish . I would’ve been happy if they would have said they can’t fix the acrylics on the 2 toes. It’s not even smooth & the polish looks 🤮. If you’ve ever seen the spongebob episode where he went round that’s exactly how my right toe looks, while the left one is hitting the shoulder lean😂 & I had already been there over an hour . N E V E R AGAIN!

I don’t want to come here anymore. It’s like they don’t know how to multitask and do two things at once. You have ONE customer and I still have to wait an hour for eyebrows?? Hire more people or close shop because it’s seems like they don’t want to cater to ALL people.

Let me say I usually don’t write a review on a business, but this place truly deserves one. I am sure everyone is aware of the covid 19 scare and I was very skeptical about getting my nails done during this time, however driving by I noticed a salon with very little traffic. I approach the building and I was told that I would have to make an appointment to receive services, yes!!!!!! I came back during my appointment time and let me say this place was clean, and safe I felt very comfortable during my time and I could tell that the safety of the customers and workers was important here. I did not have to sit behind a plastic curtain (Ridiculous) but we alll had face protection. I would recommend that if you are looking for a safe place during a scary time to relax this is definitely aA hidden gem!!!

Previous reviews are correct! Horrible service they cannot multi task will have you set appointment and take white customers ahead of you instead. They’re racist af stay away from this disgusting place!!

I hate to have to give this this rating but business is business. I was visiting GA and needed my nails done and stumbled across this place. The customer service was superb but the quality of their work was horrible. As soon as I arrived there was one lady who prepped me for the older gentleman. She used the drills and put the top on. Once I sat in his chair he a then began to apply the acrylic. While he was applying it I notice a bend on one of the tips. I had to make him take it off because I usually get plain nails with clear polish or a light color polish to make my nails appear as natural as possible. Fast forward to less than a week later my nails have air pockets in them and are starting to lift. I reached out to the older gentleman and he asked me to send photos to another number in which I did. No response, so I tried calling the shop and no one answers. I’m thinking that they’re busy. I call back the next day still the same thing. My nail pops off on the 7th day and I tried calling bothe numbers back to back and no response. Please stay away from this place because they do not stand behind their work or words.

I really gave this place several chances and I’m disappointed that the service continues to get worse. Only two people working at the shop, pedicure was rushed and I was the only client in the shop. No foot or leg massage. Asked for a brow wax and they didn’t make time to let me have that, but asked another customer who had come in after me if they wanted a brow wax. Every single time I get a fill my cuticles are cut with the drill. The people are very nice and I really hate to give them a bad rating. Will not be back.

I came to the shop to have a pedicure at 5:20PM and they close at 7! The nail guy asked me to COME BY TOMORROW????? Really NEVER AGAIN!!!

The customer service is amazing, but the quality of work was not up to my standards. They treat every customer like their only customer, no matter what!

I saw them using the same implements over and over on different clients without cleaning them. I believe that’s against the law.
