I usually go to Bryant who is probably one of the best there but he will have you waiting and hour- hour and a half just to start. My foot massages aren’t massages, they are more like somebody just putting oil on your feet. He will also rush your nails or toes just to make up time for being behind. The last straw was when he ignored the fact that my nails were unacceptable. If I make an appointment he responds but when I have an issue, his phone stops working. Poor customer service. This happened 2- 3 days after getting them done.

I chose to give this place a try because they’re close by and was highly disappointed. I got a gel pedicure and manicure and it looks awful. The polish is all over my cuticles and just very uneven. You can visibly see bumps in the polish. The lady doing my pedicure tried to use the same pumice stone on my feet that she had previously used others and then proceeded to cut me. Then my manicure I was told “it’s hard because your nails are short” and kept being asked if I wanted long acrylics instead. A gel manicure is one of the simplest things to do and they made it complicated and messy.

Never going back.one of my nails came off the next day after getting nails done smh.The guy also placed some of the nails on any kind of way.I told him the colors I wanted and he picked out a color his self smh worst experience ever, but the people next to me nails where cute.I guess its a hit or miss with that location.I should have walked out but I didnt have time to search for another place.sheesh

Visiting this salon was a “last resort” type of visit. I had an event to attend and I wanted a quick pedicure with polish, but trust me I could have gone without.My feet were barely scrubbed and my polish is bumpy and raggedy. No quality time was spent to do my pedicure.

They were so unprofessional when I told them my nails weren’t straight. She curved my finger to make it appear straight so she didn’t have to redo them. One hand had shorter nails than the other hand. They also painted my nails very sloppy. They were also very expensive for the quality. Y’all I almost cried because of how bad they looked.

I went in for SNS nail service. The tech that did my nails applied the SNS with acrylic & a brush, which is a technique Ive never experienced before when going to other shops for the SNS service. My nails looked bulky and extremely unnatural to the original shape & curve of my nails. The work was rushed & sloppy! I had to request for my nails to be filed evenly. I also had to ask the technician to clean under my nail where the acrylic powder caked up under my nails. She was going to send me on my way with all that mess under my nails. In her haste, she damaged the cuticle on the side of my finger while filing/ drilling the nail. Needless to say, that was my last time going there.

On Friday February 19, I got a full set (gel polish).. everything was good. Fast forward two days later, my index finger on my right hand is infected. I had to go to Urgent Care. I’m not sure what the lady did but my finger is infected. But, overall my experience was ok

My nails looks like a kid did them . Uneven and the acrylic was not filed down . I was charged 70$ for a short set . And my toes were even worse . The paint job is all bumpy and she didn’t even scrub my feet

This place was the worst, and I dont recommend it to anyone. They tried to over charge me, despite the price being listed, and I didnt get anything extra. They dont clean their tools, seats, or anything after the previous customers, and when I asked for new tools before they began my pedi they got mad. The staff was completely unpleasant and unprofessional and the overall work was awful. I asked for square shaped nails, which I have worn for years and they couldnt do that

I went and took my nieces two weeks ago and paid for a fill in. It was rushed and a big noise had occurred and the lady that was doing my nails got distracted and cut my pointer finger. My nails were bulky and they was horrible. I will never go back ever again. I just got my nails done at the Walmart in riverdale and the lady told me she couldn’t believe I walked out of there with my nails looking like that. It was horrible. Very bad experience and will not recommend to anyone who actually cares about what their nails look like.

The lady didnt understand what I wanted. She didnt give me a proper pedicure. She didnt treat my nailbed and she didnt file my nails correctly, they are uneven.

The polish chipped the next morning and they charged extra for sea salt to remove the dead skin and it did nothing. All the dry dead skin is still there.

Thursday I was looking for Lulu she wasnt in. I was greated with a smile. Mary in the front right did my nails. I explained to her several times I have a tip/overlap thats needs to be taken off as well. My nails were once uneven. I also have sns. She popped my nails off with another nail and cut them in a awkward shape. She insists I must put another overlay. Because of the shape. I told her no nicely several times. If she had soaked them off instead cutting and popping them off they would have a shape. Then she starts to file my nails extremely rough. When I mentioned it to her she hit my hand and told me to leave her chair.It took everything in me to just yell and walk away. These people dont care about the people in the community they serve. I pay taxes in this community. They come to the urban areas because we spend the most. They could have easily went to Cobb County. In todays climate they are lucky I didnt start a protest. This is why this community needs to support each other. The Black dollar has so much power. Imagine if we spent it within.

Poor service, I went in for fill in and the new person cut off my original nails and they did not even want to get me a discount also the fat boy up there tried to charge me $30 for filling saying my nails were long, when feelings are only $25. He tried to charge me $60 for my nails and my pedicure and gave me $5 off for my nail design

This is a bad place to go for anything. I got my nails done here and it was messed up so bad it look like a 5 year old did it it was awful. The nail doesn’t even fit my nail you could see my nail on the side of the acrylic. I had two more people to try to fix the problem nails still look a mess. These people can not polish or shape nails. I will never return here! and, I wouldn’t refer anyone to this place. This is terrible I left unsatisfied and still paid regular price. I didn’t receive a massage with my pedicure. I thought it comes with the service but I guess not and, I wasn’t so pleased with the way my toe nail was cut or polished. I’ve had better experience other places at this one it’s just not the move.

I this place needs to be shut down. My family and I wanted to get our nails did on Saturday and they rushed our nails. The weren’t Concerned on how my nails look or if I liked what they were doing they were too busy wondering who is going to pay. they needed me and my family to hurry up and get up so I can get the next person out of the way. they were very rude and that it didn’t make me my family feel comfortable I will not go back there ever again

Its my favorite nail shop. Very friendly and feels like family. I have been going there for over 14years. I get my nails and eyebrows done. I dont trust easily, but I do with my nail tech. I did try others, but no one is like them.

This was my first and last time coming here. The one working on my feet seemed like he didnt know what he was doing and scrubbed my foot so hard on the side (not the sole), it bled. The job with the polish looked like something I could have done myself. Others were complaining about the polish looking tacky as well. Will not be back!

The black community needs to stick together and DO NOT support this nail shop. There are plenty more in the area. I was there when the manicurist who claimed to be the manager destroyed a little girls heart and he cut her nail completely off after being abusive. She was in complete tears. I do not know what happened after I left but it was awful to experience as the young lady sat and cried. DO NOT SUPPORT SHOPS LIKE THESE!

The service at USA NAILS is always A1. From the pedicure to my gel set. LueAnn, Karen, and the owner Mr. Jackson are the best. When my daughter goes in for her polish change they always treat her like a princess.The wait time is never too long and the prices are worth the services given. Ive been a loyal customer for over 6 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.
