Great job,love my nails. Did a great job on our pedicure.

Got there 20 minutes early for a 1 o’clock appointment for two pedicures. We were in there for a good 20 minutes before somebody came and said hey you guys and go sit in chairs seven and eight. We sat there for another good 10 minutes before anybody even suggested to turn on our water. All-around bad customer service. The person that came in 10 minutes after we got there that sat before us and whenever the lady was done doing a pedicure started on her manicure. And then the one lady tries to get us to say after we’ve been sitting there for 30 minutes again for 1 o’clock pedicure appointment.

This is my neighborhood nail salon. Always happy with the service and quality provided.

Ive been going here for year. Very bad experience. All the things went wrong. This was the first time Cindy did my nails.1) I asked for Almond shape, she did it too pointy.2) She charged extra because I needed tips, although I still had all the tips from the previous time but she soaked my nails so they were gone.3) She got an attitude when I asked my nails to be shorter, I had to ask if there was going to be a problem. Rude.4) It took 2 hours and 15 minutes. The guy who I usually go to, he did the nails of 2(!!!) woman while I was still there.

I was in search of a new salon a few weeks back before a trip as my last one just wasn’t hitting it anymore. I found Nail South and was so glad I did. I got an SNS manicure and a gel pedicure. They got me in and out and did an awesome job. Everyone was friendly and the prices were totally reasonable. Will be back. Thanks again!

I went with my sister to get our nails done.The guy that greats you when you come in was really friendly.My sister got a nail tech that didnt know what she was doing. She didnt even do the hand warmer in her like they did with me. We had asked to get the same thing, but didnt.The guy that was going my nails had to remind her what to do. They guy that was doing my nails was rough removing the gel. Other then that it was fine.It was kind of expensive for a manicure with gel polish. It was $33 for that. Ive gotten the same thing for $25 elsewhere.

Called ahead and had a great experience. I came in with a picture of what I was looking for and they quoted me a price. About an hour and a half later I have exactly what I wanted and I am happy about it.

I wish Google would let me give half stars because they really deserve a 4.5! I got a pedicure and a fill in and was extremely satisfied. Dave was my nail tech and he listened to exactly what I wanted and executed accordingly. Re-did my shape and thinned out the nails in spots where it was a little bulky.

Dip manicure lasted a very long time! Super pleased.

Too high for mediocre nails I got sns they were not smooth kinda uneven powder wasnt dipped well.

They do an awesome job on pedicures!! The foot massage really was great!! They worked patiently on my feet and they look and feel good!

I went here because my usual place was closed Great work! Great conversations and they make you feel welcomed. I will definitely be going back! Love love love this place!

First time I went I got gel on my feet and SNS on my nails. The gel came off one of my toe nails in less than a week and two of my fingernails starting lifting in less than a week. When I went back I got a regular manicure. The tech that did them just walked away when she was finished and started on another customer. She didn’t make sure that I liked them or that they were dry. They were not done good at all. They also don’t seem as clean as other nail salons. I won’t be returning.

Took a friend for a pedicure for her birthday, and I got one too. We were both happy.

SOOO HAPPY!! My new go to Nail place. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, a light Pink/White shade for both my toes and fingernails. Think of Ballerina Slippers by Essie. I received the Gel on my toes of 119 but in S&S they did not have a close match for the shade I was hoping to receive for my manicure. The lightest pink was still a bit too loud for me.I was about to settle with a simple white until the Owner came up with the genius idea of just mixing a pink and white powder to create a new mix..!!!! Spot On with the outcome it gave us & I was floored. Sooo grateful. Even with my shape of the nail, they gave me a oval/ round in between shape. I’m telling you I had a vision of what I wanted my nails to look like and they made it happen! Thank you so much to team over there. Can’t wait to come back and see the new Pink on the color wheel :)

I was very disappointed. All three ladies kept messing up and after 3 long hours I left with unclean nails. The polish is all over my hands it looks like I did it myself at home. Also, my eyebrows are uneven, noticeably uneven. The lady told me that it was not the best work, but at least she cleaned me up. But I didn’t ask for a clean up I asked for my eyebrows to be done. I’m a firm believer if you don’t know what your doing than don’t try. I’m not a doll you experiment on. I paid $95 for a manicure and pedicure. The gel polish chipped in less than 24 hours. I will be calling the owner today. I’m super sad and I deserve a refund or a make up nail session. Now I have to find someone to fix it. Attaching photos.

So I’ve tried to find a nail home since I moved to the area and I think Nail South is it! Everybody is friendly and it’s a nice environment. They even sent a text for me to come get my nails done 10% off for my bday ☺️ I showed Jimmy a picture of what I wanted and he recreated the look to this masterpiece. I and everybody loves them! I even broke a nail the next day and he fixed for free! Thanks Nail South 💜

Everyone that works at nail south does an amazing job! Very nice, kind, and courteous staff! The salon is very clean and has precautions for Covid-19 at every station and upon entry! I’ve been a client for 10 plus years!!!

They did a horrible job . I spent $72 for a pedicure and sns polish with manicure. Within 2 days my sns color was chipping. I went back for repair. Two days after that, 3 more chipped. I went back. A day later chipped some more. Within a week my sns color was chipping and its suppose to lastb3 weeks minimum. They are not good with SNS. I have gone to Noire Nails several of times to get SNS and my color with manicure lasts up to a month everytime. However, the staff appears to be nice

This is a wonderful family business that my mother and I have been trusting our toes to for well over ten years. I went yesterday for an ombré SNS and I am beyond pleased! I of course was not surprised, because I always love everything about going to Nail South, but WOW! The craftsmanship of Jimmy’s SNS art was impressive. He was a perfectionist and I couldn’t help notice his full concentration to detail. Nail South is the place to go. My mother wouldn’t go any place else. And like they say, “mama knows best”. Thank you Jimmy and thank you Nail South.

Nail South is my favorite salon! I have gone to others, but they never measure up to the friendliness and professionalism of the Nail South team. They treat you like family! I especially appreciate how they use the plastic bags to soak my feet for my pedicure; very sanitary. My nails always look beautiful; and I get the best compliments on my toe designs! This the only salon I recommend to my friends!

Didn’t cap the nail and used a fast dry top coat without letting the other layers dry. (Now I have wrinkles and some smudging in the nail because even though it was dry to the touch all the other layers had not dried.)Did not clean up the skin around the nail so nail polish was left on skin.Left debris on nail and as a result it was covered with the nail polish (so now my nail has a bump in it).Would not recommend.

I love Nail South! I moved to the GA about 4 years ago and have not strayed away since finding this place. The prices for their services I have found to be quite unbeatable and their customer service is awesome! I typically get SNS and their color selection is out of this world. I havent seen anything like it! Theyve done some recent renovations and the place looks amazing. While Nail South is nowhere near my house, I will drive to have my nail services taken care of by them. Theyre amazing!

Ive been going to Nail South for years not only for the the great service, but also for the relaxed and friendly environment. Services are delivered efficiently and professionally with large doses of warmth and kindness. Id recommend treating yourself to a little pampering here any day!

They give good tips and tell you what is best for you, my daughter used to get abs which is more expensive than gel, but when we went here the lady at the front desk said it is too much for her nails and she should get gel, she didn’t want our money..she wanted what was best for us. I have been coming to this salon for almost two years now and ALWAYS receive great service!! Their pricing is competitive, everyone is friendly, Im greeted as soon as I walk in the door, and Tenny is one of the best nail techs there!! I usually get SNS and love the variety of colors that are offered. Ive tried other nail salons in the past, but none come close to the level of service that I experience at Nail South!!

Im very frustrated with this place. I have been there several times and gotten the S&S nails. The first 2-3 times I had them done, they were beautiful. The last two times, the technicians (different ones) seemed to take short cuts, rush through the procedure and made a mess. The first time it happened, the girl had to completely re-do three of the nails. The nails are initially thick. She wasnt going to file these down until I said something. She was moving onto the next step. If she would have taken her time and done them right in the first place, she wouldnt have had to re-do. Last night, I got s nicer girl but she too took shortcuts. The bottle of one of the solutions was almost empty. Instead of getting a new one, she kept using it and I didnt get good coverage on the nails. The colors came out lighter or darker all over my hand. It looked like I had different colors on. So again a re-do. I arrived there at 4 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I was one of the only customers when I arrived. I left at 7 pm. I like the owners here but Im not putting up with this kind of workmanship.

Nail South has been my go-to salon for 4 years now. Every month, I take 1 or 2 days out of the month and allocate time here for my “pamper days”. I always go and get the SNS powder on my hands in various colors or designs, and a signature pedicure. There are normally 2 people working on my hands and feet at the same time (if it’s not too busy). The staff has excellent customer service and is always polite. They have newly upgraded their furniture to make it even more fashionable and appealing to customers. The staff offers water, mint and occasional lollipops to customers to provide even more comfort. Looking for rewards? Well when you sign in using your cell phone at the kiosk, you gain points towards earning money off of your visits. I just earned $10 off my last appointment after visiting 10 times. That’s just only one example of what they offer! If you’re looking for a quality nail salon, with affordable pricing in the Toco Hills area this is the PLACE TO BE!

They do great work however it’s not the same now that Sam is no longer there! He was the highlight of the place and made all I’ve bought to the shop feel welcome and warm

This is the only place I come to get my nails and toes done. I have been going to this salon since I moved to Atlanta. Every is so nice and they all do such a great job! The service is everything!

I went here for the first time the other week. I just moved to this area and was nervous about going to a new salon. Everyone there is very nice! I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. I had to get my acrylics taken off and they did a great job. I mean its an uncomfortable thing to sit through but the woman who did my nails was very kind and kept making sure it didnt hurt. Prices are very reasonable too! Will definitely be going back.

My first visit, and not my last. Very friendly staff, no wait. Offered bottled water. The tech gave me options without forcing anything on me. I went with the SNS nails with tips. In the midst of everything, I received a call about a close family member being rushed to the ER with heart problems. The tech was very patient with me while I made calls to other relatives. She did a great job with my nails. She shaped them the exact way I told her. I can remember her name, but I will be a repeat customer.

My last visit to Nail South, in Toco Hills, was truly awful. The distasteful disrespect that I received from nail technician Kim, will never be forgotten. Depending on your nationality, it is automatically expected for you to not speak nor understand multiple languages. This is an unprofessional and sadden mistake that several nail salons make while servicing African Americans. I am a resident in the Toco Hills community and Ive never experienced such mistreatment from any other business in my area. Although the owner reached out to me through text, it was nowhere near enough for me to trust that my issue was addressed properly with his staff. Ive decided to never spend my money where I am mistreated and not valued as a customer. If you still decide to go, ask for Teeny. Go no where near Kim.

I visited for a pedicure after not having been to this place in years. I was able to be seated right away for a Friday afternoon. I told the nail tech I didnt want the grater on my feet, but she started using it anyway - maybe she missed my request - so I politely told her no again. The pedicure was okay. They charge you extra to rub some scrub on your legs, would have been better if they scrubbed my actual feet. My polish started chipping only 4 days later. Pros - they have a loyalty program and perks for your birthday.

Went here for my sisters birthday with friends and one of the workers went out of his way to get us champagne to celebrate while we got our nails done. Always a good experience!

The good is that the price was very affordable. they did my pedicure very well. my feet felt soft after the pedi. i loved the shape they gave my toenails and they added the nailpolish very evenly which made me happy. I got my full acrylic set done here as well and they actually turned out horribly. the set was put on super thick and i noticed my index fingernail was put on kind of crookedly and the acrylic didnt cover my whole nail....so theres this weird space between where the fake nail starts and my cuticle ends. it makes it look as if my nails have been on for weeks and not 3 days not to mention the nail polish was added unevenly. i think overall i wont be visiting this salon again.

Ive always had a positive experience at Nail South. Everyone is nice. You cant beat the prices. And I get better manicures at Nail South than at some salons in midtown.

This is my 2nd time and Nail south and I am definitely pleased. David hooked me up today with my cotton candy ombre nails (thanks again David!!!). Theres a large selection of sns colors to choose from and the staff is very friendly.

Update. August 16, 2019. I went in for a pedicure and SNS. Three hours -- THREE HOURS -- later I left with a couple of nicked cuticles thanks to the electric file. The manager did not offer an apology, or even an explanation, for the excessive time I spent there. To make matters worse, the staff finished several clients gel manicures and pedicures before mine. I am not pleased.Today was my first visit to Nail South. I got a mani-pedi. Mai did my pedicure and was very considerate of my special requests. The young lady who did my mani (Sorry, I forgot to get her name!) also did a great job. Overall, customer service, the cleanliness of the salon, and tons of polish colors - regular polish, gel, SNS - make Nail South a salon Ill go back to.

First time at this salon - oh my word, I hated this place. I will never go back. Water for pedicure was nearly cold. My daughter was to get gel nails - they gave her a gel polish manicure. They said the only other thing that they could do was acrylic - huh?Place seems dirty and unkept. Workers CONSTANTLY jabbering in Vietnamese. I couldnt even read the book I brought because I couldnt concentrate with all the chatter. I couldnt wait to get out of these. Honestly, I left with a headache. If I could give them minus stars, I would.
