Nail tech Linh is the bomb! I love how my nails look everytime. Shes been doing my nails every two weeks for the past 5 years.

Most of the staff do not speak English now. It makes it impossible for the customer to have a good experience when there is a language barrier. Finding somewhere else to patronize. The quality of work is just fair at best, it was much better when I first started 2 years ago.

I have had three appointments with Lynn. I have received a Mani & Pedi each time. Twice I have had my eye browers waxed. Her work is exceptional.

Jimmy does great work! But manners are not good enough for me to be spending my money with. Henry is great with pedicures. He is accommodating and courteous. Go see Henry!

This place is very rude dismissive nonchalant try to use they dnt speak English which the lady spoke English very well it was to the point my 11year old daughter did not want to get her nails done at this spot belive the low rate reviews the energy the lady gave my daughter and the way she spoke was so rude I dnt pay and beg and I refuse to spend my hard earn money with ppl like them I will not recommend I walked out and told them no thank you. The manager is unprofessional too. WARNING!!!!!

I had an appointment at 4:00. I arrived at 4;04. Henry was doing a pedicure. My appt was to be with Henry. I was told to wait 20 minutes This is unacceptable. What is the point of making an appt? Poor customer service. I will not be back and I suggest you find another spot.

I havent gotten my nails done in a couple years because I am always disappointed and hate wasting the money. My friend told me this place was worth it and I was nervous but I am so excited and pleased! I will be coming back and it feels good to finally trust a nail salon! Thank you!!!!

They did a decent job in my nails. The owner or main female nail tech was a bit rude. They were clean and used new equipment on each person which is a plus.

On google it said they closed at 7:30. I got there at 6:56 and the door was boy locked. I signed in and sat down for 5 or more minutes and the lady Said to me and said “sorry we closed ma’am. “ I explained that I drove 25 minutes as I found them on the Internet and it was before 7:30 and plus the door was open and then she said oh we have 2 people waiting. ... what a very unprofessional place of business. If the tings on the Internet said they close at 7:30 then you need to correct the time on your site. Not only that lock your damn door.

Ive never had a bad pedicure & manicure before I visited this place.

I’ve been going to this salon since Rose owned it years ago who is now gone. They do really good work here. Tina is my nail tech & she always gets me right. I show her a picture of how I want my nails & she executes everytime. Beware the manager Jimmy, however. He has a TERRIBLE attitude & is very rude. Not manager material at all! For the most part, I’m able to avoid him but thought I’d warn others. If you decide to walk in, try & talk to Lee, Amy or Tina..

I came here on my daughters recommendation while visiting from South Carolina.Clean, quiet, friendly and relaxing atmosphere with reasonable prices for a variety of services.

My normal people cost less but were closed and I had to leave for vacation. Its kind of tight in there and was hot when I went but I understand probably not wanting to have too much airflow circulating but it was packed. You cant really keep social distancing in here.

Poor customer service. I wanted my acrylic removed. She wanted me to purchase more services, and when I refused she just ignored me. She kept.taking other people in front. I walked out

I went to this business for a fill in and a pedicure. I paid 92 dollars for these services. The pedicure was ok and that is all I can say. But the fill in was horrendous. The young man cut me at least 5 times. I had to tell him to not be so rough. My nails look awful. They are uneven and incredibly thick.Some nails are longer than others. I told the young man and he disregarded me. Never again will I come here. I cannot believe that I paid this much 😭

I came in on a Monday morning for a walk in appointment, the manager and other staff were welcoming and friendly right off the bat. The place looked clean and appropriate for a salon.My nail tech, showed me all the gel colors they offered for said service and I chose a purple theme for both hands and feet. The procedure took about an hour and a half, the outcome looks amazing! Very clean and nicely done!I totally recommend this place! Affordable prices for all services, Im definitely coming back

Business was open when my husband and I arrived to get our pedicures before we left for our trip the time stated they close at 7:30 it was only 6:45 when the owner very rudely said we closed and without saying welcome or asking any questions and everybody in the roomjust looking

Beautiful nails! They care about the results so the techs take their time with your nails. Would recommend to anyone looking for modern nails.

I just got my nails done and I am so happy! Technician worked with me to figure out what I wanted to do with my nails and made different suggestions until we came upon something that I loved. She checked in a lot to make sure I was happy and I never felt rushed. I think she even had fun getting creative with me. Yes it gets crowded here, but I was willing to be patient and was rewarded with beautiful nails that I have been dreaming about all week. Everything was very efficient and everyone was very helpful. Im already looking forward to the next time I get my nails done.

Exotic Nail & Spa is my favorite local pampering place. My manicurist does excellent work on both my feet and hands. I feel so relaxed when getting a pedicure. Their prices are very reasonable. I have been to many other places in town, no other place compares to Exotic Nail & Spa. Just make sure to make an appointment, they are so good at what they doI recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I had a great experience here for the first time. All the techs were friendly. The place was calming and relaxing. My friend and I got the gel manicures which came out great. They really took their time and didnt rush to finish. I definitely plan to return to try other services.

I had a 3:00 appointment and its 4:00 and I was told that the walk-ins were here before me so they have to go before me. Guy who runs place is very nonchalant about the situation. I definitely wont be back here again. I can understand business being busy or short staff but communication is everything, you dont just let a person sit around and say nothing and get attitude when I ask questions.

Definitely recommend for a spa day! The manicure and the candle wax pedicure was amazing. Also if you have a chance to try the facial I would also try that. The 30 min facial was great!

Wonderful experience! Greeted right away, very nice staff, and offered a choice of beverages. The lemon pedicure was awesome! girl really took her time and every element (cleaning, scrub, massage, etc.) was relaxing and my polish looks great. Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for an appointment after work. They make their own bath and body products and let you take the instruments home - no recycling between customers. Definitely coming back! Best pedicure Ive had by far.😇😀😛😂😂🌴🌲

Very convenient and directly across the street from my office. I hate going into nail places especially because Im usually the only guy there. This place has a few private rooms. In terms of cleanliness, they have they open up sterile packets for each customer. To handle callouses they have a fresh head each time. Highly recommend it. Price is very reasonable!!

The owner / manager is always very rude to women. I only go here in an emergency and am quickly reminded why I NEED TO FIND A BETTER PLACE TO SPEND MY MONEY

Best Nail place in the area

Tina was great! I went in after work, Saturday evening. Initially I came in for a fill in, but my nails were so bad :( Tina tried, she really did try to fix my nails. I came to the conclusion I needed to just get rid of them. She was so patient and was not pushy at all. She was gentle with removing my old nails. Its been my experience in the past, that nail techs would rather pull the nail off and be done with it. We were there past closing time, because she made sure every detail was perfect and I was happy. She never rushed the job, even when everyone was leaving to go home. She is so sweet and a perfectionist! She also did my eyebrows for me. I want to point out the fact that she washed her hands and applied sanitize before touch my face :)))

I love love love Exotic Nail & Spa. Ive done my nails here many years ago and I loved it. I stopped going because I no longer worked in town and it made no sense for me to come from the west side to get my nails done. I figured I would find another place that would be just as good. Boy was I wrong. I recently started doing my nails again and everywhere I went never took the care and time to do my manicure. I got glitter with holograms and I havent been able to stop staring at my nails. Yes, its a far drive for me but if i want it done right theres only one place for me.

My first time here I was tired of getting disappointed in what I wanted done to my nails, They would say they could but really couldnt. So I looked up the best nail salons in Atlanta. I chose this one cause the great review with technician and he lived up to it.

Very nice visit. Greeted when came in door. Told would be a 20 min wait and it was a little longer but there were customers with appts. Nice quiet location. No angry customers cursing at workers (like at a location on MLK). My manicurist greeted me, apologized for the wait and offered me a cold drink. I was going to have several repaired but she ended up putting on a new set. So pleased with results. She asked about the desired thickness which no one had asked me before. She cut the nails down for a natural look. I will be back. 5🌟

Best Pedicure Ive ever had! The massage chairs are amazing, and although its pretty basic inside, the shop was clean and quiet. The lady who did my pedi was professional and thorough, and my feet look great. The extras included in the deluxe pedi are absolutely worth the extra. And I was in and out in under an hour without feeling rushed. I will be using their services again. 💐🌹

Theyre always crowded for a reason. The best nail form/foundation Ive experienced in ATL. Not too thick & clunky. Almost like a piece of art, not just nails.

They are getting slack when it comes to customer service. Lee is my favorite nail tech. If they could do their schedule different so that shes not ALWAYS running late I would be a happier customer. Been going here for 4 years and Im loyal but I will find another shop if I have to.

Great nail Solon

Horrible used to always come here but will not be returning anymore. Have came plenty times and had the same service done for no more than 35$ now they make up prices as they go. Talk about customers right when they walk off. Ridiculous. Do better. Only thing nice in there is the chandelier.

Question: Why do my fingers itch after getting acrylic nails?Answer: Because, they do not clean their nail tools/drill heads after every customer. If you observe them you will see how they will use the same nail tools on every customer with out cleaning any of those tools. They are always in such a hurry to get to the next customer they have no regard for spreading germs and bacteria through unclean nail tools/drill heads.Every nail technician should take the time to clean and disinfect all of their nail tools/drill heads in between customers. Also, they should use Lysol disinfecting wipes to clean their nail station after every customer. When they do not germs and bacteria are spread from one persons body to another. Which results in itching, burning, and, swelling of the fingers.

Absolute terrible experience here. I went to get a fill in and immediately the nail tech picks up a drill to use on my nails. I told her that I don’t want the drill but she couldn’t understand me. She proceeded to dig the drill deep into my nail and destroyed my nail. I told her that it burned and she still didn’t understand what I was saying. I removed my hands from hers and was prepared to wait for someone else to assist me. Long story short, I’ll never go back. Happy enough I went up the street to the nail salon in the next marketplace next to Publix. Thank you Judy!

The wait is ALWAYS RIDICULOUS! They make no attempt to let you know there will be a long wait. They need more staff asap. They will waste your time if you let them.

It’s average but I specifically come here for one person, chair #6 Lynn. You more than likely will need an appointment for her but she’s worth it. I don’t really go to anyone else because the one time I did it was the best experience so I stick to who I know.

Their customer service is bad... when walking in I was not greet at first then a man from the back of the nail salon yell how can I help you. I stated I want to get my eyelash done. He didnt say okay or have a seat...just nothing. I wait 10min just for a lady to come to me and say can you come back later, because Im busy.

Was just there to get a basic manicure. I promise you 2 people went before me. Had, I not gotten up and said something, I would be still sitting there. They came to America for better opportunity therefore, you should speak English. Dont come here talking about your customers in your language because you are to afraid to get your feelings hurt by one of them. They know nothing about customer service at all. Get disposal tools for customers. That can be a liability when you never clean them.
