MICHAEL!! You’re the best! Stopped in here for a gel mani because I’m getting married and he convinced me to get sns. I don’t normally love how thick it feels and they pop off but let me tell you he was so detail oriented and I can already tell this is the best manicure I’ve gotten. I showed him a Pinterest picture of the shape and he exceeded my expectations. Also side note their organic lush pedicure is the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten in Atlanta.

So listen you have to see Tiana to do your pedicure! She took her time and she did an AMAZING job! When I come she will be the only one touching feet!!!

I had TERRIBLE service at this salon.i had to wait an entire hour just to get a nail color change. Not only that, but there was other people who came AFTER me get serviced before me. When I finally sat down the nail lady got an attitude and REFUSED to do my nails because i didnt like the color that she put on and wanted it changed. Then the guy at the reception desk tried calling the police on me because I said that Im paying whenever I leave. Not to mention his attitude was poor from the beginning. I came in at 2 pm and left at 8, wasted nearly 5 hours in this salon just to get a nail color change. I honestly dont even know why I stayed after he said an hour wait . If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

Horrible plain manicure, she didn’t do my cuticles, scrapped my nails instead of pushing my cutiles out, and the polish looks like a 3 year old painted, her nails were 2 inch long for her to even be able to hold an instrument. For my pedicure, he barely took off my cuticles, didn’t grate my feet, the massage was barely any and I paid for an option to have extra massage. Just poor quality. Plus it didn’t feel clean at all. I’ll never return.

Love the pedicures I’ve had here this far but my biggest complaint is the male receptionist. He always greets guests in a very curt and dismissive tone. He’s usually on his phone or iPad and acts as if you entering the building for service is a huge disruption to his screen time. He’s rude and dismissive and I hope management understands that since he’s the first interaction one receives when entering their establishment, he sets the tone for their business. Please talk with this young man, you might do better with a replacement.

My toe nail broke the day after I got it done. They refused to take responsibility and were rude.

I’ve been to this place many times. It’s conveniently located close to my house. I’ll say that my pedicures are always done very well and turn out nicely, but lately the last few times I’ve been there I haven’t been satisfied with the service and this time it was the front desk receptionist. He’s very rude and inconsiderate. I expressed to him that one of my nails had cracked and my real nail had a cut. I wanted to make sure when the nail tech went to take off the sns they were careful. He basically brushed me off then came over for me to soak my nail anyway. I expressed again that I had a cut and didn’t want it to burn. His exact words were “you’re just going to have to tough through it”. I was upset cause they could have easily shaved the nail down some so I wouldn’t have had to soak it as long as I did and he basically didn’t care one bit. Then when the nail tech came to do my nails I expressed (yet AGAIN) that my nail had a cut and it was in pain. He proceeded like normal and was filing my nails so rough. When I pulled away from the pain he literally started laughing. Honestly this was my last time coming here. The lack of professionalism is enough for me to go spend my dollar elsewhere. The only reason I left three stars is because the ladies that do my pedicures are always consistent in quality and professionalism.

This is the second time Ive left this place looking like a child did my nails. Disappointed I paid for something so bad that my husband offered to do my nails next time.

After dealing with the rude receptionist who was super short with me, I sat for 30 minutes in a chair, watching people who got there long after me get served. No one even made eye contact with me. Didn’t feel comfortable asking the receptionist for assistance after my first experience with them. So I left.Super disappointing experience, especially as someone who rarely treats herself to a manicure. Won’t go back. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my day!

I had high hopes for this place because my mom has been to this salon many times before, but for it to my first I didn’t have the best experience and neither did she this time around. First and foremost I would like to give credit that the salon is clean, the workers overall had a decent attitude and the location is convenient for me. But for the price I expected a much better experience and quality of work.We went to the salon on my mom’s birthday on the 16th. We asked if there was a wait because we had an appointment elsewhere in a few hours and we know how long nails can take but we were assured that there was not one. They took my mom immediately and then told me the gentleman who is doing my nails is coming. 30+ minutes pass and by this time I just told myself I will come back later that day to get my nails done (which I had no problem doing). The worker finally comes to me and tells me he’s ready and I explained I’ll come back but he asks me what time my appointment is and assured me I will be done in time so I take his word for it. To sum it up, I ended up being late to my appointment and my nails were too long after I expressed at least 3 times that I wanted them shorter and then was told it wouldn’t look right if I got them too short. Which I have never heard of, I always get my nails done short and love them.Now for my mom’s side, the first person who did her nails did a terrible job, her nails were crooked, the polish was lumpy. The nails were so bad that the gentleman at the front desk agreed to let her come back so that they could fix it. Once we came back they realized the first job was done so poorly, they had to take off the entire set and start over. We ended up spending another 2.5+ hours in there...on top of the 2 hours we spent earlier that morning..my mom spent a good chunk of her birthday in there when it should’ve been done right the first time. A very draining experience to say the least.And to top it all off, one of my nails broke 7 days after I got them done..7 days! And only the tip broke off. As many times as I have gotten my nails done I have never had a nail pop off. Ever. I personally think it’s because the nails are too long but it could be because it wasn’t properly done. Who knows? I just know that I will not be back personally. I spent a lot of money and time there that I can’t get back..

Went there and they basically acted like they didn’t want to service me . and the week before this i had came and they were acting the same way . this time was different it was worst and i will not be ever coming back and not at all recommending them, man did not tell me to have a seat or pick my color as he normally does and was rude and told me 35 minute wait but whenever someone else walked in he serviced them quick and was nice and i’m just really upset about it and will most definitely not be returning. also whenever the lady was doing my nails i told her exactly what i wanted and then she did something totally different and a totally different color and i told her i did not like and she had a problem and started cussing and trying to call the police on me . so i will not be returning.

Came to get my nail fixed. They made up a ton of reasons why they couldn’t do it, first it was “oh the wait is waaay too long then it was oh did u get them done here and so on and so on... afterwards I just told him if they didn’t want to do it just say that. And here I am. Been to them in the past and me and my cousin haven’t been pleased before just convenient location for me. But won’t ever bother them again!

I enjoyed my pedicure and my feet looks much better. My guy took much needed time with my feet. Just wish the massage part was longer. I love foot rubs.

I had a horrible experience with this shop and do not plan to return. The lady who serviced me had a disgusting attitude and made me feel highly unwelcome. I was so unsatisfied with my nails, but her demeanor made me hesitant to mention anything wrong. I’ve been seeing a lot of bad reviews about this place lately, but did not expect for me to be next. 3rd time Ive been here. Im a regular now. I never expect them to recognize me with my mask on, but they still do. LoL Very welcoming feeling!! My tech is always very patient with my requests and keeps it neat. 🥰I kind of didnt want to share this review, bc I dont want my new fave place to become overly crowded, but everyone is ALWAYS patient to wait for the next available tech, regardless of the time. He rushes thru the job and makes you feel as if what youre requesting for him to do is not his problem and youre asking for too much, with the sighing and seemingly poor attitude. As hes using the handheld tool on my cuticles, he didnt care to really clean them up. Even as I finished and after washing my hands, Im thinking that hanging skin is going to fall off, but it doesnt. I even make sure by washing my hands twice! My cuticles look horrible compared to my previous work done. Then he acted as tho me asking him to paint my nails clean to the edges was a diligent task, when hes the only one that DOESNT. He did a sloppy, rushed job and Im kind of upset about it. I paid, mainly because I got the fill-in that I asked for, but the aesthetics are horrible. Next time, Ill wait as long as I need to for SOMEONE ELSE.I WILL CONSISTENTLY UPDATE MY REVIEWS AS NECESSARY UNTIL I CAN COMFORTABLY BE SEATED WITH A NAIL TECH THAT I KNOW WILL DO A CONSISTENTLY GREAT JOB. I have real nails and went there to get a polish change. He soaked my nails too long and after I got them done they kept breaking off over the course of a month! Also, he didn’t paint the entire nail bed and within 5 days it looked like I needed to get them done again. It’s hit or miss depending on who you get, so you may get a better experience. Only go here if you’re desperate!!!

OMG!! Stepfanie is the best!! I’ve been searching for a good nail tech for over a year…after bouncing around to different nail techs I finally found one who I absolutely love!!! So first off she does the best pedicures…my big toe often hurts due to dead skin building up on the sides…when I say she takes her time and gets every piece out leaving my feet looking and feeling great! So many nail techs usually rush through this process which is one reason I love her. Then I can’t even explain how amazing the leg and foot massages are that she gives🙌🏽 Have me feeling like I’m at “Treat Your Feet” spa!! It’s the thoroughness for me!! When it comes to my nails she has also always been on point. I usually get SNS…for the longest when other techs (at various salons) would do my SNS, my nails would often chip in between. Since I’ve been coming to Stepfanie I can honestly say I haven’t had any chips (except last week when I mistakenly bit my nail eating fries🤦🏽‍♀️ I was hungry🤷🏽‍♀️)! She even put me own to a new shape for my nails, which I love and get so many compliments on! I love how detailed she is with everything…designs, manis, pedis,polishing, etc. She’s truly one of the best at what she does! Not to mention her dope personality…Stepfanie’s so cool an funny. So grateful that I finally found a nail tech that I can trust to get me right every time and that I’m comfortable with.Oh, almost forgot the best part…I’m able to schedule with her in advance to make sure I don’t waste a trip to salon bc she’s in high demand (obviously bc she’s good at what she does). I normally book after each visit to make sure I get the day & time slot that works best for me.

In general, I like this place and have been several times. This most recent time however has been a horrible experience. The same day I got my nails done, my thumb nail had a very noticeable chip in the polish. The next day, I called the shop, and they asked that I come back later that evening. I came back, and was initially told they had no one to fix my nail, even though I was told to come there. After persisting, they finally agreed. Although after waiting, they could not find the matching color (despite it being 24hrs later). I was asked to return the next day when the person who did my nails would be in. I returned, and the person at the front stated since they can’t find the color, I should just do a polish change. As now 3 of my nails were chipping I agreed, picking the closest color to what I previously had. Once the change was complete, they had the audacity to try and charge me $35. After making two trips to fix their error, I thought it must be a joke, but no, he was serious. He then tried to advocate for $25, then $20. Considering the polish change was his idea, and I made two trips back to the salon to fix their error, I don’t believe I should have been charged at all. I eventually agreed to $15, which I shouldn’t have had to pay at all, in concession for the labor of the tech who redid my nail. I definitely will not be returning.

I have never ever had a bad experience here before today. I got a full set with powder color short. I asked for square round.. the nails were not what I asked for at all. I informed her that I did not like my nails.. I usually only go to B but he was booked today. So I went to pay and I asked how much for a shape up if I came tomorrow and booked with B ( willing to pay, even tho they should’ve been done correctly the first time) as the cashier is telling me the nail techs interrupts and says “ you said you liked your nails what’s the problem” in a very aggressive tone and proceededs to go back and fourth with me about her below average work. I never said that.. ever. I actually informed her I did not like my nail shape at all! B is amazing but for this reason I’ll never come back.

So I contacted Stephanie around 4:30 asking if she had anything available for today or tomorrow,,she told me to come before 6pmI was there by 5:30 because I came straight from work,,,I go in and the front desk person tells me it’s about 30mins,,,I walk across to Kale Me Krazy to get a drink,,once I come back the front desk person tells me Stephanie has appts and can’t take me,,,I showed him the messages between us and he called Stephanie up to figure it out,,,she just stood there with a blank stare,,,I always spend NO LESS than $200 every other week but this was definitely unprofessional especially for them to fluctuate their prices as they do,,,I will not be returning

They are super nice, beautiful salon! I just wish they did better nails, I had to correct and repeat what I wanted numerous times and still it did not turn out as I wanted. They also didnt do a very good job at cleaning up around my cuticles as you can see in the photos. For the price service was exceptional however nail technique was definitely a miss.

Had a great first time experience! Got a gel pedicure and my technician did a great job at cuticle cutting, massage, and polish! I asked for a white matte gel, which I received. Service was efficient as I wasn’t rushed AND it didn’t take all day! I would be back again to see my technician though I didn’t get his name, I’ll remember his face and our conversations.

They are very disrespectful and do not want to service people they basically pick choose and refuse on who they want to assist they are very bad and they all got an attitude did not say hi when I said it and they made me wait for how many hours

Quality of the manis/pedis are hit or miss - some great, some not as great. I get frustrated with payments at this salon. There are AMEX signs all over the salon, but the owner has repeatedly told me to pay in VISA and not AMEX due to servicing fees. Yesterday, the owner wanted the whole payment in cash- no AMEX, no VISA. Yet, others were seen paying by credit card right in front of me. Not sure why I keep getting singled out over this.

Service is great and atmosphere is comfortable. Receptionist helped us pick colors and we waited about 5 minutes for techs to get started on a Saturday. Chairs are clean and comfy, service was personalized and we were not rushed to leave once they were finished.

Lush is always super clean, I have had ha pleasure of having multiple different employees help me with a pedicure- all equally talented, thorough, personable and skilled. Love my time every couple weeks relaxing and getting a super affordable priced spa pedicure

Having been a couple of times, I hate to say this, but this is not a spot for an SNS manicure. I have had a few manicurists before, but I am not going to give them my money anymore. Shoddy work, as pictured. And my manicurist forced the wrong color on me, I was convinced it was not the correct number, and he did not address his mistake. This is a picture fresh out of the salon.

I absolutely love coming here. I have been looking for a great nail salon since I moved to GA in 2016, and I have found that at Lush Nail Bar. The people at Lush are always kind courteous, and ALWAYS do an amazing job. It’s also very clean, which makes me feel comfortable. Parking is free, and the location is convenient.

Let me start off by saying this was one of the cutest nails salons I’ve seen in Atlanta and very clean. I also have not been to many nails salons that employed black nail techs, so that was nice to see as well. I was however disappointed by the limited color options and how rushed my pedicure was. The nail tech cut my toenails unevenly and ended up having to cut them embarrassingly short in order to correct them. I ended up not getting a full set for that reason. I will also say they charge an awful lot for a gel set considering they don’t have many gel color optionsIf you’re looking for a basic mani pedi by all means I’d recommend this place. The staff was friendly as well, but if you want designs and colors or don’t want to feel rushed maybe go elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience! The young man who gave me the pedicure was so gentle around my cuticles that had been mangled by other nail places. My feet have never been so well taken care of! I would highly recommend and will be back on a regular basis.

Horrible place. Very judgmental and gave me a hard time after I complained. They were rude to me from the time I walked in the door. I payed 152 for my nails, toes both gel and got my husband feet done. Been awhile since I felt this way about a nail shop.

Upon coming into the nail salon on yesterday at 6:45 I was greeted by a gentleman that was kind and professional; he picked out my colors and even gave my daughter his iPad so she would calmly sit down. Vivian and Rachel did my hands and feet & did phenomenal. Even after they closed at 8, they didn’t rush or absolutely anything and my nails are exactly how I envisioned. I took them a picture and they created it flawlessly!

The color on my nails has come off in literally one week and this is AFTER I went back the second time because they were done incorrectly. Won’t be coming back

I went in for an upper lip wax and ended up with first degree burns on my lip. It’s been a full day, and the marks have not faded at all. Not only was the service terrible, but I had an awful experience with the staff at this nail bar as well. One of the nail technicians asked to hangout during a previous visit and friended me on Facebook, and I politely rebuffed him. He acted very strange when I returned for my upper lip wax, and I’m not sure if that’s the reason this experience was so rough and unprofessional. I went back in when I realized the marks weren’t fading, and the staff was unhelpful and unapologetic even then, only offering a $10 gift card for a future service, meaning I would have to come in again and also wouldn’t refund me for the wax. Even though I went for convenience, I would not recommend this nail bar at all when there are so many other options in Atlanta.Update: I called in response to their reply to this review. They said they would refund me if I returned the $10 gift voucher. At this point, I’ve spent more on ointment and gas on this matter. I usually am all for supporting small businesses but rejecting someone doesn’t mean they have the right to burn your skin and I highly suggest you go elsewhere so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.....

Moe did my granddaughter nails. Shes very kind, caring and very good with girls. My granddaughter enjoyed talking with her and loved her nails. Excellent nail tech. Very happy with service, salon and staff. Price is reasonable.

I was a first time customer. Very clean and sanitary establishment. I received a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow arch. It was a great experience and they did a really good job on my nails, feet and eyebrows. Ive found my neighborhood nail spot.

I walked in on Sunday at 12:30. No appointment but I was not greeted upon coming in. The receptionist walked in before me and looked at me and walked off. A second lady asked what I wanted. I explained before I could finish she said ok. Pick color never came back to seat me. Two other customers walk in and where told the same thing. But they both were seated before me. I just politely walked out and wrote the review. They got 2 stars because the location and parking is ample.

Expensive for no reason. Heck, I was expecting a complimentary mimosa or something lol. My daughter chose this salon as a treat for us. Initially the staff was to say the least rude. My tech was kind & my daughter said the same of hers. Probably will not return or recommend.

I think I found my new nail spot in Atlanta. The prices are reasonable and my nails look great. I haven’t loved the outcome of my nails in a WHILE before I came here. I just pray I can find a equally great nail salon in Warner Robins when I go back to school 😭❤️

Lisa is absolutely wonderful, and I will be back for her services.I am admittedly the worst customer for a nail salon - Ive been biting my nails off and on for 30 years and I have eczema all over my hands and cuticles. My nails are damaged, misshapen, short, and all around a hot mess. Im also picky, and I normally do ALL of my cosmetic work on my own at home. 9 times out of 10 when I go to a nail salon I regret wasting my money, and half the time Ill actually take the polish off when I get home and redo them myself. Not with Lush Nails.Lisa was kind, gentle, quiet - I was having a rough day and I appreciated the time to let my mind relax. She was also a perfectionist! She took her time and paid close attention to each mangled finger.The polish I picked out wasnt painting like the swatch I picked out, and instead of asking me to pick another or to deal with it (like many other salons) she jumped up to find a matching color to use as a base. And she did an amazing job. My nails look even more glittery and glossy than the swatch, and I cant believe how healthy and normal they look despite the damage I did over the past 3 decades. This was my first time coming to Lush Nail Bar and I am pretty disappointed. Besides not getting what I asked for, the nail tech was very rough and dismissive as he cut my thumb with the drill and kept working. I requested an almond shape Full Set with Gel Polish and my nails are uneven as well as the polish. I paid $45 for horrible work. When I was asked if I liked my nails I began to explain, however my nail tech was in a rush to leave. I hate that I can’t leave a good review, but my nails look awful.Update: After calling the salon at the owner’s request he was very dismissive and asked me to call back tomorrow because the salon was very busy. He didn’t even try to hear me out, as I thought that was the reason for him asking me to reach out in the first place. I’ve never been treated this way as a consumer so I decided to come in to see what exactly was going on. I requested a pedicure and then asked for my nails to be fixed. The gentleman at the desk had an attitude as if it were my fault that my nails looked awful. To make this matter worse, the salon is not busy at all and to my surprise I was seated in a chair quickly for a pedicure. So far it’s great. I can’t say whether or not I’d come back though. I changed the review from one star to three for the pedicure.

I loved my experience here! My sister and I were walk-ins at 7pm and met a lovely, friendly staff. We were treated with a glass of wine and fun conversation. My nails look very well done. I definitely will be going back!

After calling ahead, they told me they could take me in 15 minutes. As soon as I walked in the door, I was seated and taken care of. John was so nice and did a great job. The location is easy to get to with lots of parking and the salon is beautiful and clean. Great experience!

Had a great experience here. Ashley listened to my very particular shape request and did a flawless job. I forget the name of the other technician but she also did an incredible manicure. Both spoke English which is always nice and makes it easier to communicate. My friend’s mani/pedi also looked great! Would definitely recommend!

This is my fifth time getting my nails done here and I personally love it. All of the nail technicians are so nice and funny and it’s a lovely experience. I’m very indecisive but they are so patient every time and help me to make my decisions on colors. Inside it’s so nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back!

Vin did an excellent job with my SNS polish. I have been reluctant to go back to SNS because it has been to thick and bubbly for my liking. However being a new mom, I need a polish that will hold for at least 2 weeks. Vin was able to do mine thin just like I like it. Thank you!!

The nail tech I had did a great job. He was friendly and did my nails quickly but did a good job. He also did my brows and they are fabulous! I came home and tripped up my steps and broke a nail I went back and he fixed it quickly and free of charge. Upon coming home at the end of the day I do notice that my nails feel tight and my nail beds seem to be burning? I got SNS and Ive had my nail beds feel tight and hot before when getting a gel manicure, but I dont know maybe its just because I just got them done and theyre a little tight well see what happensOthert that it was a great experience usually not my regular nail salon.

Excellent salon with great customer service! I messed up my nails after I left and they fixed the next day free. The also redid my matte that didn’t look quite right.

It’s rare that I walk out of a place having gotten exactly what I wanted but today, @ lush, I did. Thankful that they took the time to make the few opportunities I get to pamper myself so rewarding!

I really love this nail salon. The people are great, they have lots of nice colors, and really nice chairs. Its super clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Do not trust this salon to give you a pedicure. last week when i went, they technician was being so rough on my foot when working on the cuticle that i said ouch and asked her to be more careful. twice. to the point where the other technician had to say something to her stop. she then resumed cutting the inside of my toe cuticle which hurt so bad that it started to bleed uncontrollably. i then stopped the service and went to the bathroom and called my friend who was also a technician at a different salon and had her speak to the manager in vietnamese to ask him to remove the nail polish, disinfect the area and put polish on again. they did not. they simply dropped a few drops of disinfectant on the side of my toe. my toe is now infected, swollen and leaking pus. i have to go to a dr and am livid. please be safe and do not give this salon your business.

The Male receptionist was rude and is not a good public face for the hardworking nail technicians in the shop. This was my second visit to my neighborhood salon and customer service has not improved. I would prefer to go here, but will gladly drive to Inman park for better, friendlier service. While the brochure touted complimentary beverages, none were offered to me nor anyone as I observed. I sought a design (understanding an additional cost would be required) and the female technicians wholeheartedly supported a male workers ability to complete the design. From his seat in the pedicure chair, he refused in a loud, disespectful tone. Certainly he can refuse the request, but again customer service requires more. During the time of my visit (Saturday from approximately 1:30 - 3:00), there were 4 people in the shop, including me. Three technicians were resting in salon chairs.

I work above Lush and always have a wonderful experience when I visit my neighbors. Gel pedis mostly and the occasional mani. They are a brand new(ish) nail salon, so go take advantage of spotless, clean and sanitary work space where the bottles of polish are fresh and the employees are taking their time on you.They are working hard to earn their cred on this side of town; so I hope they keep the reputation of a peaceful lovely space where you can unwind and relax. If you’re looking for that experience this is the perfect place. Lisa always takes care of my feet so carefully. She’s the best!
