Beware of customer service, this company is nice to you but when something happens and it is the Companys * Fault and not the Customers you will figure out what they truly stand for, Being in the Cosmetology industry for over 30 years I recommend you to beware

Terrible,after a manufacturer recall on a nail dryer I bought and onIu had for 2 days before I quickly figured out that the warm setting gets extremely hot i called berkeley beauty the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. I will never buy anything that comes from them.
