Me and my wife stopped by, we use to come to this nail shop all the time. But since we moved out of city limits of atl, we have tried different bail shops. But noone has more quality then these people, if you aint got time to wait keep moving. But if you want your nail shop experience to be a one check them out

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to this time. As you can on my thumb I was cut in several places with the nail drill. There were speckles of blood. I was getting SNS, she then proceeded to dip my finger with blood on it into the entire container of SNS dark pink and Touch of Pink. Which is not only unsanitary for me, because now bacteria has entered straight into my blood stream, but also for other clients. God forbid if I had any blood Bourne diseases . After 3 hours of trying to fix what I didn’t like about the nails, I finally gave up, paid, and left. I’ve been here a couple times before for pedicures and always left satisfied but this time I won’t be going back...Atleast not for hands.

They did a TERRIBLE job on my nails. Had to go somewhere else to remove them and get them redone. They were embarrassingly thick, misshapen, and ugly.

I went here for 3 years and they did my nails okay. Nothing special or extravagant designs but they were okay. BUT then after being a loyal customer they had me wait 3 hours just to tell me I had to wait longer behind people that arrived after me. Never again.

I frequented this nail salon as a college student (before their renovation) and the service was always fantastic. more recently the staff has been cut down and changed, and service has severely declined as a result. understaffed nail salons = snappy, overworked nail techs + unhappy customers. plus, they are not doing enough to combat COVID-19. there are no plastic screens up, they sat guests next to each other in pedicure chairs, and there was no sanitizing done to assure guests of the shop’s cleanliness. they did a decent pedicure but i won’t be returning.

If you get your eyebrows waxed or razored here, they dont clean their utensils. Im pretty sure they dont clean the utensils for nails either. I came to get my eyebrows done and I was told to wait in the waxing room. I happened to look at the utensils which were full of hair and dead skin. The lady who usually does my eyebrows was not in the shop I usually only let her do my eyebrows but Ive needed my eyebrows done so I allowed someone else to do them. I usually dont like the older women to do any services for me because theyre rude, they Rush, and theyre rough. The older woman did my eyebrows and she did a horrible job that doesnt even look like I got my eyebrows done she left hair she was extremely rough she smashed her thumb into my eye ball while she was waxing my eyebrows. She was rough at kept shoving my face from side to side I could tell she was taking her anger out on me. She got an attitude with me after I ask her to clean the utensils before she used them on me because I seen the hair and dead skin on them. I dont even think she cleaned them she didnt even put the alcohol on my eyebrows before she started doing services. We have a right to receive services in a sanitary area and you shouldnt get an attitude if I asked you to clean something. I will be calling the Health Department on them.

I had a great experience! The staff was very professional, and they had great prices. To top it all off, I love my nails and will be going back.

I got a pedicure and full set here. All together I paid $52 and my nails are very long. I loved the two guys who did my pedicure and nails. One was a younger guy and the guy who did my nails was older. I forget their names but they were great. Only reason I’m giving for stars is because I broke one of my nails and came back to get it fixed (which it was only $3 to fix) and the guy who did my nails wasn’t there. The lady who fixed my nail did a sloppy, fast job like she was ready to go home! I was upset and when I gave her $5 she decided to tip herself instead of giving me my change back. I wasn’t go to tip her ANYTHING because she did a terrible job on just ONE nail. But this is still now my go to place I just won’t be going to that one lady.

I went to many nail salons and this salon has to be the worst! I sat in the pedicure chair for two hours! Also, when my pedicure was finished I wasn’t greeted by someone to do my nails. I sat there for another hour before anyone asked if I needed anything. I would never go here again and suggest others to find another place with better customer service.

Worst service and nail job I have ever had! I just moved to Atlanta and tried this place out. I had SNS done and three of my nails broke the next day. I don’t do any heavy work at all. Lest than a week later two more broke. I went in to have repairs done and Kevin(that’s what he said his name was) told me I should trying going somewhere else. How unprofessional and rude! I had every intention of paying and was not upset at all. That comment was completely unnecessary. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Ye it the best on the nails (natural) he makes sure he pays attention and takes great care of your nails. I let the older lady not sure of her name do my feet and she cut me plenty of times and was extremely rough but it will not stop me from coming here.

Ive been going to this nail salon for over 10 years and Ive experienced the best nail professionals in Atlanta. Their shop is clean, they offer fast service and can do the best nail designs ever!On top of that, the friendships built with many of their longtime customers is beyond comparison. Theres not a lot of shops in the West End area that are not super clean or you can tell the owners dont care about their business and their customers. Nail Etc. definitely stands out from the rest with their honesty on your nail care and eagerness to ensure their customers leave happy. Prices are reasonable and their eyebrow waxing service is a definite must try. Not a hood shop but the nail designs they do for me get attention from all races and sexes. Try them and see!

My last experience was horrible.I’m not sure if the staff member was new but he cut my nails super low and round. I’m used to a square shape. He also cut the skin around my toes. There was nothing he could do to fix this.
