Today was my 2nd visit here and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon. Even though they were extremely busy before the holiday, the nail tech still took his time and didnt rush through my service or cut me like other salons have. I am so happy I found this place. Plus the work is beautiful! Prices for nail services are high like other salons in the area but you get your moneys worth. Pedicures are decently priced.

I arrived around 5:30 on Friday the 24th. Got seated immediately and the guy doing my nails got started by 6.I had told him about previous bad experiences I’d had and I was wanting to avoid a couple things. The most important to me being that the nails actually last… and that he tries to match the style and color I wanted.With the color he wasn’t helpful at all and I felt rushed and just went with something I didn’t really love.He did great with shaping and didn’t hurt me at all laying the nails. Some of them are sort of crooked but the majority of why I can tell is because the French tip polish is so badly done. It’s a huge lump on the top of my nails. I asked him to bring the edges of the French tip down along the side of my nail and he just wasn’t understanding but I didn’t want to keep them there after close and everytime he kept going it started looking worse.The lines are also pretty bad and uneven on all the nails.Not even 5 days after getting them, my pink nail popped of.3 days ago- about a week of having the nails my ring finger nail broke with minimal pressure, 2nd nail doing this so I took a picture.That’s just unacceptable. I paid over $70 for these and for them to not even last a week is embarrassing for this salon.I was biting the bullet on the terrible styling and painting job but this?? Not cool. Just save your time and money, go elsewhere.The first photo is what I showed him I wanted!!2nd is my nails breaking.

I had a great experience. The attention to detail of my nail tech was exceptional. I did have to spend a decent amount of time waiting around, but they were very busy and did their best to accommodate everyone and were very kind and professional. This will likely be my new go to spot for my nails. Glad I found this place!

The Shop is pretty and Clean. I hate my nails. They were not shaped well. I asked for coffin nails and they look square. I asked for an “american manicure” and my nails look french and the sides are brown after two days. (I have not done anything with dye, make up or paint). I told him about the black dot ⚫️ on my pinky finger and he said that he could not remove it. It is a particle, not a fungus or anything so, I didn’t understand why.

It was my first time visiting here and I loved it. I was a bit scared coming in because I had asked for quite an intricate design. The gentleman doing my nails was so patient, he helped me pick the colors and perfected the shape I wanted. The general atmosphere was very friendly and you could tell the people enjoy working there and want you to like your nails, I’ll be back:)

Got a mani/pedi and love it! Sweet ladies working here - fun to talk to and they have good movies playing. Set my next appt for a Halloween acrylic set!

First time visit here had acrylic nails put on pink and white polish on tips because they didn’t have white tips cost $20 more to polish. Got a deluxe pedicure also total $90. Pedicure was worth the $37. Didn’t like nail job at all sloppy painted on pink and white, acrylic put on to thick nails don’t look natural at all. Had a better job done for less. Not happy customer.

Nails fantastic is my go to place. I’ve gotten SNS and gel nails here, and all were great. Recently, I got these gel nails done and they lasted for over 3 weeks without any lifting and chipping!!! Thrilled, especially for a good price.

Please is beautiful and friendly. Prices not listed online or inside. For gel manicure and gel pedicure it was about $77 per person. One person was under 10. I was a little shocked. Normally I pay about $50 for adult. I still have no clue what a child manicure and pedicure cost. Child was charged regular gel manicure and regular pedicure + gel polish charge (yes, said child got gel) and I still never paid that much. This is for basic service. I mean basic. Nothing fancy - barely foot / leg rubs, barely pumice scrub on bottom of feet, simple. While the place was clean, employees had mask (some customers too), beautiful Atmosphere and friendly beings. It was just surprising how expensive it was. I highly recommend putting prices online and inside the facility. No one can explain the prices and seems odd. For fair game and everyone knows (no secrets) just post / show prices.

They did a great job. They are next to Brooklyn cafe. They had to remove the acrylic nails and isnt replace them with just gel ..Winn and Tint the two professionals that I helped me.. I have been to 4 different nail salons in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody and so far this was the best.

I was trying to find a place that I didnt feel stressed in and Ive been here twice. Each visit has been great. The staff are very attentive and social. Thoroughly impressed by their work and customer service. They are always pleasant, detailed and quick without making you feel rushed.

I am in search of a new nail salon to call home and decided to try Nails Fantastic out. Beautiful professional place! Pros: I like what I like and they totally impressed me by not using the nail drill on everything....definitely a plus and less damage to my nails. Andy was everything the reviews say about him! Kudos!! Kim did a Great job with my pedicure. I will try them again!! CONS: The one major thing was time....I did come as a walk in BUT I was there for over 3.5hr for a 1hr services at the most. I DID NOT like that but the GOOD out weighed the BAD. Next time I will make an appointment and see how that goes (timing wise). Nevertheless...thumbs up.

Nails Fantastic clearly has a positive reputation in the community, which I witnessed today while they were VERY busy. Turns out they had some employees call out today, leaving them short-staffed. I had to wait a while for a technician to become available, but they made sure that I didn’t feel forgotten, and the manager/owner (I’m not sure what her exact role was) was kind enough to give me a discount for the wait. I have never had a gel manicure of this quality before - it’s not chunky or gloopy at the ends of the nails, and she did an excellent job recreating what I wanted. I can tell that Nails Fantastic cares about their customers and I’m impressed at the work they did. I heartily recommend Nails Fantastic and will absolutely be returning.

I went in for a pedicure this past Sunday and it was quite busy which is understandable for a weekend. The place was really clean and the staff was professional. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and it was okay. She did a good job filing my toes and shaping however the leg and foot massage was uncomfortable...so uncomfortable that I just had her paint my toes clear and decided to go somewhere else to get another pedicure with a gel polish. I think this place does well with nails but not toes

The nail tech I had cut me and then tried to overcharge me at the end of it. When I questioned him about the prices all of a sudden going up… he promptly dropped the price because he realizes I caught him lying.I wonder how many other unaware customers their employees are trying to cheat.You need to train your employees to have some integrity or you should figure out a way to curb this kind of behavior.I used to like this place but I’m definitely taking my money and business somewhere else.

Great nail salon in my experience. Customer service was on point. Jerry did an amazing job with my pedicure. I always get nervous when I go to a new place for fear of having my cuticles sliced and diced, but Jerry was great. I have to admit the highlight of my pedicure is the foot and calf massage, and my oh my, I was not dissappointed! Bella did my nails and she also did a great job. Some salons are super pushy with service suggestions, but when I told Bella what I wanted, she gently recommended something else, and Im so glad I listened. I will definitely be going back!

Ive been getting my SNS manicures and pedicures here for two years now. This salon is very clean, they do meticulous work and the people are super friendly.

They were super nice. David does great work.

I went for a fill in and although my nails looked really good after; they did not look filled in AT ALL. By the time it was abou two weeks later, my nails looked over a month old. Im hesitant to go here again because i payed almost $80 for what ended up just being a color change.

I love this place. I’ve been coming for months and I’m never disappointed. It’s very clean and everyone is so friendly, and my girl Mina gets my nails looking right everytime ! 10/10 recommend

I unfortunately am not the biggest fan of my nails. It also doesn’t help that I waited over an hour before i was serviced. The three stars is for the good customer service and even that’s a stretch. However my nails are unfortunately ugly. They were cut too short and it looks like too much acrylic overlay was used because the nails look too thick. I paid $80 for gel and a pedicure. Thank God my pedicure came out nice but i’m embarrassed of these boxy nails. Safe to say, i won’t be returning here.

This place used to be my favorite spot but I see a lot of new faces & the services aren’t the same. I waited 30+ minutes for my appt & was thoroughly disappointed in my pedicure & gel manicure.. my nail shape is different on every finger, the polish is clumpy & I can see the layers of polish with my nail still visible on most fingers. I’ve never been the person to write a review but here I am…Save your money & go elsewhere.

I had an issue with my nail application about a week ago that caused some lifting. It was my first visit and the customer service was excellent by the way- however (2nd visit) Tiffany fixed the issues with NO problem today and i left again completely satisfied and kudos to the customer service! Can’t wait to go back!

I cannot say enough good things about this salon, the staff and the owners.They began the mani pedi at the time of the appointment.Tina was very attentive and gave me an excellent pedicure (and was gentle.)Andy listened to exactly what I asked for and honored my request. And what really stood out to me was that he checked his work and when he saw something that required adjustments he just did it. He didn’t ignore it. And that goes a long way.I am so glad that my friend Darleen recommended this salon.

Great customer service, friendly and humble staff. I always get sns and they do a fantastic job. Definitely recommend. I love their new location (four stores over from their old location) - they have a lot more space now, I think 20 pedicure chairs and about 10 manicure stations and tons of colors to choose from.

Best experience I have had with SNS. I don’t like when sns is super thick and they took the time to make sure my nails looked exactly how I wanted them to look.not to mention it’s much cheaper than other places around Atlanta. $37 for sns!! Super pleased!

6/29 - I went here earlier today around 11am-12pm. It wasn’t too busy since I was a walk-in. They sat me right away & started working on my nails. The technician I got was Mari. She was very kind and sweet, seemed quite soft spoken. She took any requests I asked for and was very patient and understanding. It was nice since I’m an introvert and my mother came with me so it was nice to be able to sit and talk with my mother even though she wasn’t getting her nails done. I had got an SNS overlay which turned out pretty great. It had a few dipping leftovers around my nails but nothing too terrible. The SNS was cheap compared to other prices nail salons priced ($38, I usually spend around $35). I did get a matte top coat which is an extra $5 (as other places have charged). She took her time on my nails even though a lady came in for the technicians to order food, she waited til she got finished with my nails before talking with the other lady. The place overall was very clean and pretty luxurious looking. I did notice she didn’t put any oil on my nails which most people typically do at the end. I also got my eyebrows waxed which was $12. The prices are listed on top of the countertop at the register. My phone had dropped while i laid down on the table but she picked it up for me and kept it aside until she finished waxing my eyebrows, but overall she took her time and waxed my eyebrows as I usually get them waxed. Nothing extraordinary. Other then that, I usually don’t get the machine on my nails since it does wear and break down the nail bed which they said they use gently and won’t allow it to mess up the nail bed. I will give an update to see how long they hold up. As I was listening to the lady next to me, 2 of the technicians were talking about her in their language and was laughing quite hard and mentioned something about her being too loud. Props for being clean overall and having high patience but I most likely won’t be back.7/18 (now/3 weeks later) - my nails held up pretty good to be SNS but I’ve had SNS that lasted longer but nothing to complain about. My nails did start to lift about 2 weeks and a half in, then around 3 weeks my nails did start to pop off. A little bit of my nail bed seems a little like rough. Overall, it would’ve been 5 stars if I would’ve just stuck with not getting the machine done on my nails.

Katie is the BEST!!! I will sit with her and tell her the ideas and colors that I have in mind for that set, and she will tell me her opinions as well. She knows exactly what shape and length I prefer my nails to be. You have to come get your SNS/Gel full sets/manicures from Katie. Tiffany, at the front desk is also great at managing the place and is so sweet.

Didnt need an appt and my clear acrylic nails are so beautiful (minus 1 black mistake confetti that somehow got mixed in my pastels). Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is bc of this and they share the nail files and clippers (I didnt see the sterile pack opened in front of me and the file looked VERY used).UPDATE: Ive come here many times but this past visit wasted my money. I came in for acrylic matte black nails, simple. Got a great shape but I guess with being so busy first thing in the morning they rushed bc the gel she put on top bubbled and I had to remove it all myself at home. Didnt even last a day :(

I have been coming here since the beginning of the year. Due to covid I stopped coming but all the staff are taking all necessary precautions so I was comfortable to return. Each and every visit I receive great care and customer service no matter who it is or if I am running a little behind. Today was my first time getting a pedicure and I brought my mother and we are both extremely satisfied. We are super relaxed! This was much needed after all the Thanksgiving cooking lol. Love this place!

If the technician could not replicate the image from YOUR website, that should have been communicated to me. Girlfriend stopped by and got a $37 pedi. Toe nails cut near skin. The girl file skin because nails were too short. Deluxe pedi was not relaxing. Foot massage was terrible. That reassured me that I would not be getting one here. She will return to her usual location in DunwoodyVillage. Oh and she was going to get a manicure but they do not use the warm mitten or wrap hands with platic. Just the cuticle lotion. Ridiculous for the price and you want t o call it a manicure. Nice place but not a good experience.

I absolutely LOVE my nails. I’d been searching for a nail salon that had a tech who knew how to achieve them”marble nail” look I was going for; but to no avail. I walked into Nails Fantastic and was greeted by Andy who did a fantastic job! He paid close attention to detail and really took his time. I’m so happy I found this gem!

They did a great job on my nails - I asked for minimal filing and they kindly complied. I also brought a 90 year old friend with severe dementia and they were very sweet with her and answered her many questions. I didnt have any concerns with germs as they diligently clean after ever client and all wear masks. Thank you!

Me and my best friend came yesterday for both sns & deluxe pedicure. We were satisfied with the service until we realized they overcharged me $82 because they charged my best friend $72. We will never be coming back!

I received a gift card from my daughter for mothers day. Long story short, I used it in a month and a half later. It was for a manicure (hot stone). I really loved the end result. The service was wonderful; no wait. I also got my nails (real) cleaned up and a clear coat at a reasonable price. I plan to visit again .

I recently moved to Atlanta in July and after visiting 3 different nail shops I believe this one is the one for me! The customer service here is beyond great. My nails were shaped to perfection and the guy who did my nails was very detail oriented. The ambiance of the nail shop was very soothing. I’m going to make this nail shop my new go-to! My first time here and the service was great. I rushed in around 5:30 and they closed at 6. The technicians still took their time. It was very clean and they all had mask on. They also directed us to wash our hands due to Covid 19 which I appreciated. I got a gel mani and pedi and I love the results. I dropped a laptop on my toe a while back and had some damage to my toenail and they all were determined to make sure my pedicure looked good. Will return.

I am salon owner and stylist in the “city,”And i am so impressed with the customer service and their work. I would say I’m picky to say the least, but I really enjoyed my experience here. The lady who did my pedicure gave a great massage, and the gentleman who did my sns nails was great. It’s worth a drive for good service.
