The WORST pedi in the HISTORY of pedicures!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Horrible.

Pretty decent service nothing special. No complaints with the services provided but they ALWAYS open late!

The greet soon as you walk in! Friendly and kind towards the customers . The workers really take there time and don’t rush . I get my toes and nails done all the time I’ve never been more satisfied like I was ! I recommended the deluxe package!

Got a mani and pedi. She asked if she could cut and I told her yes but only a little, not to low. She did the opposite.Then, my pedi included cucumber but they used oranges without even telling me. Glad I’m not allergic.A different chick did my mani and I told her the same the to not cut my nails too low. She did the same thing just cutting away, and cut my nails to the meat. Then she tells me I was crazy, they did a good job on my nails. I told her get out my face.Not only do they rush on your nails to get all the walk ins in chairs, but I made an appointment and they didn’t take the time to provide the service they expect me to pay for.Look for yourself and be the judge, but in my opinion, I wasted $45 even though I made them stop because they continued ruining my nails.

I came there yesterday to get a fill in and when I got done and got in my car my pinky nail broke. I decided to come to today to get my nail repaired by the time I got there two more nails came off. I called the nail salon to inform them then I was told to come in. I came in around 2pm and the lady told me the guy wasn’t there who did my nails but she went and did them anyway.After I explained to her what happen for the second time. Then two more ladies walked up to me asking the same questions over and over. One of the ladies was basically trying to make it seem as if I was lying. It made me so uncomfortable and I’ve never had this happen to me. I felt disrespected and disgusted. They vibes were off you could tell the lady who Was fixing my nails didn’t want to do it. It just was a bad experience and I will never ever go there again.

Ive been a customer of this Salon for 4 years. They all know me by name and give great customer service. Tina is the best for individual lashes.

Worst salon I have ever been to! I asked for stiletto nails when I sat down when I noticed she was doing them she got mad snatched them off and tried to put me out not to mention when filing my nail she was going to far it was burning I said ouch she said do you want your nails done or not please don’t waste your time here. They’re not busy for a reason!!!

Terrible!!!! For starters customer service was horrible, charged me $40 for a pedicure (way overpriced) and left my nails looking messy (see pics) NEVER going back!

My experience was wonderful. My techs were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my spa time here. The only issue I had was my initial nail tech wasn’t listening to what I was requesting but it could have been a language issue as I do have a strong southern accent. But it was all smooth sailing after that and not enough of an issue for me to reduce their rating by even a half star.

First time here. I needed a pedicure quick. It was 1230 so that may have been a factor but i walked right in set down and was started on. My pedicure came out nicely and the place was quiet and clean. I would visit again. Very pleasant staff.

Walked in and was asked what you want. No real greeting. Took me a minute to get seen. My lady was damn near done by the time they got started on mine. She didnt even tell me if I was done or not. She just got up and left. They still left a few rough spots on my foot. Ive only done this twice in my life so being this my third time, it wasnt that good. My massage chair helped me get through it.

I was in the area and needed a gel manicure. The staff is friendly, and this location have a large variety of colors. I’m rating four stars because I didn’t like the way my nails were polished. It looked sloppy after the polish was cured under the uv lamp.

They not only did such a great job with my pedi, but did an outstanding job on my daughters mani/pedi!! Kind, friendly, really cared about doing a great job!!

Rude and lied in my face!

35 dollars for a polish change on my toes. The man didn’t even put water in the tub. I will not he returning. And this is not the first time I’ve heard about them scamming people

Me-Me was sooooooo great and the older guy massaged the heck out my calf muscles. It was my first time trying hot rocks and the warm towels on my legs but it was AMAZING! I will be back in 2 weeks...

Friendly service and you can expect to be greeted when you walk in-a trait you dont see at all nail shops. My nails looked beautiful too!

It saddens me to say, i will no longer be going back to this shop. I tried to hang in there and wait for Lee to come back but my service the past 3 times in particular have been piss poor. Each time before i allow a tech to start on my nails, i show them a photo of exactly what i want and ask are you able to do this and do you have the colors in stock and they say they do. Then when it comes time to paint all of a sudden amnesia occurs and they aren’t able to do it for whatever reason and the substitutes that they come up with leave my nails looking nothing like requested. I have been going here for 4 years off and on for this reason, but since Lee has been ill I’ve had to deal with others and i have yet to leave satisfied, past 3 times in particular. Today i have decided to leave after my nails have been primed and prepped bc he wasn’t able to do what i originally requested. I refused to give them another dime of my money for dissatisfaction. I opted to leave so that i May get my nails painted elsewhere. Lee as much as i love you and your service i will never come back here again. I would go out of mutual way to come to this shop when i live downtown passing several other shops just to go there. If you want great color this isn’t the place it’s like once they run out of colors reordering isn’t a priority and when you come with your own color they look at you funny.

Went in for a pedicure & I absolutely loved the service. Very friendly atmosphere & my nail tech did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend giving Top Ten a try.

Always very professional and pay close attention to detail. Good pricing for the service. Very satisfied!

Lee is the best

The lady that has done my daughters nails is the absolute best!

I got my nails done here for prom it was nice at first then the nails started breaking and pulling my nail with it which never happened to me before. So now I have half a nail on my thumb and both my fingers are ripped at the top.

Unfortunately today I was not pleased. I have been to this location before and have loved it. Good work and good prices, but today wasnt so great. Me and a friend visited and my nail artist was very pushy about upgrading my nails, about extras but I wasnt interested. I tried to remain friendly but her attitude became short. I simply wanted a fill-in and She asked me several times if I wanted gel nails and I simply said, no thank you I would like regular acryllics. I also wanted to keep my nails vs getting a new set but she kept on insisting. I finally agreed because they were looking a little yellow. Her attitude was very short after I would not choose the upgrades despite my efforts to be friendly. She finally finishes and walks away for about 5-7 minutes with no word. She comes back and asked if I wanted to pay (unless its free. Ha!) I gave her my card. While she ran the machine I felt bad and thought, you know maybe she has had a bad day. Well, she then charged me $40! I said why so expensive?? She said you wanted gel. I explained to her that is definitely not what I wanted. I was frustrated and they said, oh no mistakes happen sometime. I was aggravated but I didnt want to argue and paid the total. Because of my positive past experiences I do plan to revisit, but I was not happy with this visit. I did not catch her name.Please make sure to listen to your customers :) better luck next time?

Terrible nail techs! Pictures says it all!

They did a good job overall, however I am used to being asked whether I want a manicure with the ANC/SNS prior to the work being done. They talked to each other so much that they forgot my answers to their questions almost immediately. Nice, friendly staff. A little difficult to find.

Came in and got seated right away, while the man was drilling my nails, he scraped my skin a bit but the lady was very patient with me and helped with choosing a color for me, all and all I recommend this nail shop

I love Jenny. I have been going there for 4+ years. I make an appointment to ensure that I will be serviced promptly.

I would give 1 star but their pedicure techs do a decent job. Their work is sufficient but nothing special. The pedicures are good and Ryan does a great job on pedi’s and will work hard to please you. I only get the basics which is pretty much all they do. But you’d better bring your earphones bcuz they talk very loud in Korean. Their volume gets really bad if they actually have a client they’re working on. You’ll find when they are sitting idle in the back or in an empty chair waiting on a customer to walk in, there isn’t much convo between them and it’s somewhat relaxing. But if they have a customer they’re servicing, they are talking up a storm with each other (not customers) from way across the room! It was annoying. But I worked around that by having a fully charged phone w/ music and my earphones! However, I made my VERY LAST VISIT there recently after recovering from a major illness (major stomach flu thru the holidays). As my daughter helped me into the shop, Amy welcomed me and wondered where I had been. I of course explained my situation and she seemed genuinely concerned. She noticed how frail I was due to weight loss associated w/ the illness. Amy did both my mani & fill that day since Ryan had another customer. To try and fast forward this review, Amy finished my pedi and was beginning to wrap up my fill with multiple coats of polish. As she polished each nail, I began to notice there were small bubbles forming on most of the nails. With each coat, I placed my hand in the dryer while she polished the other hand thinking the polish would settle and the bubbles would be a non-issue. But each time she polished...more bubbles they weren’t going away! When I brought it to her attention she actually accused me of causing the bubbles and that I must have hit my nails inside of the ultraviolet drier. I simply looked at her & said, “Really Amy?” Now I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20+ years. I think I know how NOT cause damage to wet polish! So without Amy admitting the darn nail polish was old and should probably have been thrown out, she proceeded to wipe the polish w/ her finger and quickly repolish each offending finger. BEFORE I could put my hand back in the drier I saw bubbles forming AGAIN! So I tried to point it out to her. But this woman completely ignored me!! She would not acknowledge me or make eye contact with me as I was trying to show her the 2 fingers that had more bubbles. Now imagine...she’s ignoring me as I sit in front of her (knee to knee) as she polishes my other hand!! I addressed her 2 times and waited with no response. I called her name a 3rd time then she yelled, “What!!!!?” The whole shop stopped and looked over. She still never looked at me. I was so embarrassed, stunned & humiliated! Now she knew I was in recovery and not feeling very strong. She even helped me in the chair when I first arrived. We talked at length and she knew I was trying to get my strength back & was extremely vulnerable. I believe that’s why she had the courage to give me the response I got! Now if this is the way we’re spoken to right to our faces, what are they saying (in their language) while taking our $$$? After her loud, rude reply, I decided to say nothing (a response my daughter watched & still can’t believe). I just pretended nothing happened. When my daughter finished her mani/pedi, I paid for both our services. My daughter tipped her nail tech and although Amy was going to get a GENEROUS tip, I counted out the tip in front of her (which included my holiday bonus tip I like to give) then proceeded to roll up the the money and put it in my wallet! I basically ignored her like she did me. Her look was priceless! She never even apologized and I will NEVER return! *CUSTOMERS* go where your buying power is appreciated and respected at ALL TIMES! My favorite nail tech (Amy/Meme) works out of this shop, and she is FANTASTIC! The staff and the premises are quiet and professional.

This has been my go to salon since I have moved to the area. They have great service and do a good job on my nails feet and lashes.

It was the worst experience EVER!!!! They moved entirely to slow... after being there for 45 mins before I was even seated, they were still working on the only THREE customers in the store. Their prices were very high and the next day my $30 GEL NAIL had chipped completely off... I will never return there again. and I will tell ALL of my friends to never go there either.

Waited, with poor customer service only to finish with the poorest nail job Ive ever seen... he literally filed the sides of my real nail bed and ruined then to try and fit the fake nails. It looked as tho the sides of my nails had been butchered. Waste of money and time. Never returning.
