If you are looking for quality nails and great service THIS IS THE PLACE! 🙌🏻 Been going there for over a year now, never had any issues and don’t want to go anywhere else! My always to go girls are Vi ( for manicure) and Angela (for pedicure)!!! But if they aren’t available, I’m not worried because ALL of their nail technicians are doing great job 👏🏻

We had exceptional service from the time we walked in. We came in not knowing we needed an appointment but the sweet ladies at Serenity made us feel welcome and fit us in anyway. The facility was clean and well kept. Ivy and Vee asked our names and engaged with us throughout our services. They went extra steps to ensure our nails and toes looked perfect and even made some great suggestions. They were both so friendly and kind. We will absolutely be back every time we visit Atlanta. Highly recommend if you’re unsure where to go. Extremely affordable for the quality service, cleanliness and lovely attitudes.

I went in to get a pedicure and the service was sub par at best. The young woman was inattentive, wanted me to put my feet in an empty, and then cold tub of water. So that as she said make adjustments. I was very displeased with her service. She said I need to come back every week for good service. I will NEVER go back there. I will travel 30 to 60 miles to get better service, even though I live right around the corner.

This is one of the best nails in Atlanta! Every time I come here — it’s the best manicure I’ve ever gotten!! Each nail tech is so detail oriented and takes their time to give you the best quality nails. I brought my mother here, and she is very picky about her nails. She loved them too! Highly recommend.

Took me a while to find a good nail place when I moved here and this is my favorite place for SNS and gel! I love Lizzy. I like to go during my lunch break. But be sure to call ahead sometimes they are very busy on the weekends.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice, but I always ask for Taylor. My nails are consistently flawless, and it’s a clean and peaceful atmosphere. Cathy greets you, and somehow remembers every guest by name.

Ive been going to Serenity for years and Ive always left happy. The shop is spotless and they aim for a truly relaxing experience and everyone is very polite and professional. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else to get my nails done and Ive felt that way from the first time I tried the shop.

Hands down one of the best nail shops I’ve found in the city. I’ve been going here on and off for years. The only thing that keeps me from going more often is the traffic because I’m OTP. I absolutely love their service, friendliness and skill. I don’t have a regular nail tech here but every single one I’ve used has done a fabulous job. Keep up the excellent work Serenity!

Ive been going here for over 4 years and wont go anywhere else. I now have to drive out of my way, but its totally worth it! Its always clean, the employees are nice, and they do the best work in the city.

This is my favorite nail salon in Buckhead. Always welcoming and prompt. They also offer wine or bottled water with service ;) it’s also nice that they have discounted pricing Mon-Weds during the day for those trying to pamper on a budget.

I have found my new favorite nail spot! They do an amazing job. I swing by on a Friday afternoon during my lunch hour and they got me in/out in 30 minutes for my pedicure. And they did an amazing job, so then I went back after work for my manicure 😂 Had different technicians for each service, and they both did a fantastic job!

The service is good, but you have to wait two hours for service which is horrible! I always make an appointment and have to wait all the time. It’s very expensive the owner needs to do better!

They were nice. No one spoke to me when I arrived and the wait was 20 minutes but once in the chair they were kind. Im from out of town and needed something quick!

Went in for a manicure. I called and asked ahead of time how much they charge for a manicure, was told $15. My sister and I go in, they offer gel nail polish instead. I asked what the difference was between the standard manicure and gel polish, I was told no difference just faster drying. Agreed to the gel polish. After it was said and done, asked how much I owed for both manicures and was charged $60. The difference was $15 more for the gel polish. Great manicure itself. Would be 5 stars, but double the money when told no difference was not okay.

Best nail salon in the city, hands down. The technicans are very talented and super sweet. You will love the spa chairs, sugar scrubs and fun nail art! I highly recommend Serenity for their quality and customer service.

I am from Florida and was in Atlanta today - found Serenity on google and the shop had overall good reviews. Lynn did my manicure and gel on my nails another girl did my pedicure. Lynn was very serviceable and advised me not to take off my acrylic as my nails would be very thin. Instead she filed my acrylic down and put gel on top. This made sense to me. My pedicure was relaxing and done very well. I would go here again when I come back. Thank you. :)

I was looking for a salon to go to around my new job and since Serenity had such high reviews, I thought they would do an awesome job. I was wrong. From the moment I entered the salon, the woman who appeared to be in charge was very uninviting and slightly rude. She offered me a drink though, in which I decline and later regretted. The people who work in this salon are all very cold. I got a fill-in, gel polish (on my hands), and a regular pedicure on my feet. This came up to $70. I was completely shocked and blind sided. I paid my bill, tipped, and left. The next day, one of my nails had broken (easily, I might add) and the polish on my both of my big toes had chipped off. My gel polish had dings and dents already. I am very upset that I paid so much for such crappy service and results. I didnt even return to have them fix it. You couldnt pay me to have them do my nails again. I have since gone to Lush Nails, which is almost right across the street and they did a wonderful job for nearly half the price!

This place should be called “serendipity”! We happened upon it because it was closest to our hotel and I’m SO glad we went! Angela was the best (friendly and bilingual! if that matters for someone you want to talk to). It’s $32 for a pedi and they do offer drinks. We didn’t have a wait (called for an appt) but some others around us did wait (it IS a Saturday in Atlanta, after all). Also, lots of male customers in there so guys don’t be shy!

Very clean. It really depends on who you get to do your nails. Tiffany, Natalie and Jeanne all do an excellent job. If you get Tin, you’ll end up with all different length and shapes, and an attitude when you ask her nicely to fix it. It’s apparently my nails that are the problem.

My very first visit and I LOVED it!!!! I needed to find another shop as they haven’t been doing a good job. They are right down the street from my job and I am very pleased with my service!

I L-O-V-E this place. ALL of the staff are friendly and attentive. My nails always look flawless and draw compliments. Their service is impeccable. With no tv and a waterfall with melodic music in the background, this is truly a sliver of serenity to treat yourself to. Whether it is being in front of clients or speaking in front of an audience, appearance is important. This is the place I trust my hands to.

Two hour pedicure. I came in after work on a Thursday with no appointment. They said they had availability for a mani-pedi and handed me a glass of wine to wait in a massage chair. 30 minutes later, I looked up from my phone and asked if someone would be attending to me soon. They said it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes after that, someone came to do my pedicure, which took well over an hour. I had a dinner date, so I had to leave. I made an appointment for an sns manicure first thing the next morning. I arrived on time, there was no wait for someone to start. And still, my manicure took over an hour.Both my manicure and pedicure were impeccable, but who has that kind of time? I will not be going back.

Loved Serenity for girls weekend from out of town. Very friendly and attentive, and fabulous job with our nails!! Couple of regulars commented that they drive from across town to get their nails done at Serenity because they are that good!!!

Been getting Sns over my real nails for a year now with no breaking issues. Came here for OVERPRICED nails and not 1 but 2 nails broke in just 3 days.I called and made an appointment to get them fixed.I was told it would be FREE because of the poor job they did in the first place...Drove 30 mins in traffic after work to have them charge me $10..they said because they had to add a tip. How else would you fix a BROKEN nail that matches?Even when I initially called to get the full set of ombré Sns done, the lady over the phone said $42 but when I got here they said it would be $52. I paid that and still tipped well. They are way better and CHEAPER salons around.I highly do NOT recommend this place and WILL NOT be back.

I have been a customer of Serenity Nails for about 2 years now. My first experience was very late at night like 30 minutes before they closed and my tech was TIN she was such an angle.She took her time even though they were closing, she didnt rush one bit. Ever since then TIN has been my nail tech. Everyone is very professional and take their craft very seriously. You will never walk out disappointed. Kathy is the owner and she is very sweet by my surprise she remember my name from day 1 and i wasnt even her customer, If you ever got service at her salon she will greet you by your name as soon as you walk through the door!! which is very rare. The place is spotless! they have wine, water, and soda. Big selection on nail color as well as services. I totally recommend this salon !! Even my friend from Jacksonville, FL is coming down this week and she can not wait to get her nails done because they are just that amazing and good nail techs are hard to find. If your a stickler like me about your cuticles i recommend TIN but everyone is awesome there!

I got my acrylic nails done here and they were horrible. It cost $37 for acrylics with gel which is already kinda pricey, but when you look at the service you receive its absolutely ridiculous. The acrylic nails started about an eighth of an inch away from my cuticle which meant I was ready for a fill in as soon as the manicure was done. Not only that but the nails were insanely thick! Average thickness should be that of a credit card. Mine were as thick as four. My mother got hers done here at the same time as me with a different technician and had the same outcome. Her acrylics were ready for a fill in as soon as the manicure was done, but hers were close to the thickness of 6 credit cards. I absolutely do not recommend getting acrylic nails here.

They are okay... good color selection and quick service. I got a gel polish on my hands and color change (no gel) on my feet for $30, which is the best pricing Ive ever had really. But I see why now... I got that done on Sunday, but Tuesday it was chipping... as if there wasnt enough polish 😑 on every single nail?! So I went back that day and told them. Ironically, there were other women that came in for the same problem! I let Helena know, that maybe there was no top coat on it so thats why it was chipping? She let me know there was definitely top coat on it, and all she did was file the nails a lil so the chipped polish wouldnt spread. Of course, the next day they started again on all nails. I think its the application and not enough coats. Since my nails came out exactly how I wanted, I will go back but definitely ask for more coats and two layers of top coat lol.

Ive been here dozens of times. Even without an appointment, the wait is rarely very long. They are quick, efficient, and curteous. I usually do a gel mani/ regular pedicure and it lasts. They offer you a beverage when you sit down, and everything is clean. Ill be a customer for years to come!

Worked with Danny my experience with the salon was absolutely amazing there was a high level of profession and everyone had a great attitude its not your average Nail Salon theres many more colors nail jewelry and and so many different designs not just your basic flowers but so many theres not just average things its honestly above and beyond and Im in love with the salon Ive been struggling to find a good nail tech for about two years and Im definitely gonna be staying here!!!!

Got my nails done Sunday supposedly chrome nails by Sunday night my nails were chipping and half the chrome came off! Came the next at 9:30 am wasn’t opened yet then the lady had an attitude with fixing them. Don’t waste your time or money.

Went here the for the first time with my sis and was satisfied. Came back but this time I went I went to get a nail fixed. The nail tech fixed it, doing a rush job and put on the wrong color after I waited in the pedicure chair for 40 mins. I asked if she could put on the right color and she said that was the closest match, when I clearly got the color from them. I also got a pedicure that had to be re coated. As I was leaving I paid with my card and didn’t add a tip bc I had cash to tip. As I was reaching in my wallet to grab my cash, the nail tech who did the nail with the wrong color walked away and told my pedi nail tech that i didn’t leave a tip for them and said some other unpleasant words assuming that I didn’t understand her but I’m an international business consultant fluent in several languages. I always leave a tip even if people are ugly and rude so I asked the owner if I could add a tip to my card bc at this point i didn’t have the amount of cash that i wanted to tip...it was my minimum of 10%. Needless to say I will never come here again. Moral of the story, never assume the wrong things of people and render service based on an assumption. You were wrong and you lost a very good customer.

Me and my girlfriend drove from Alpharetta with an appointment . We were seen 30 mins late only to be seated at empty stations waiting on a nail tech availability. We waited another 35 mins for availability for my girlfriend whom wanted to have a pedicure . I was able to get a completed manicured without anyone ever starting on my girlfriend pedicure.It’s pointless to request an appointment when the place doesn’t have a system set up. This place also doesn’t have good hospitality etiquettes, no one speaks to the customer greeting them saying hello, sorry for the inconvenience, have a nice day etc .I do not recommend this place if you hate waiting .

The space is spotless, the staff is awesome, and the polish choices are great. The hiccup is the parking, with only a few spots out front and all other spots a small hike around the building. Also, accessing it during rush hour is a pain. They run a great deal on a mani/pedi if you come in before 2pm Mon-Thurs. Follow them on Facebook to learn more. #prettynails
