This cute salon is conveniently located in Buckhead. The decor and atmosphere is amazing. The chairs at the pedicure station are a little uncomfortable but very cute. The woman who did my nails took her time and she was friendly. Highly recommend this salon especially when compared to other Buckhead nail salons in the area.

My go to salon! The environment is so calming and peaceful.My SNS is flawless every visit (I have to get very natural nails since I am in nursing) perfect shape, not thick, and no cracking or breaking before my fill in.I also get gel pedicures here and it lasts so long. And to top it off everyone provides such a luxurious experience. You will not be disappointed!

The salon was very clean and comfy. Everyone was nice and attentive. The ladies that took care of my friend and I were very friendly, took great care of us, and maintained interesting conversation. You can select different levels of care and service for your needs. There is a great selection of polish and my friends nails looked amazing! We will definitely be coming back!

Few months ago, Ive been there with my friend to get her nails done for her baby shower, and we both realized not too long ago that one of their staffs was tested covid, but they opened their business the next day as they were supposed to be all quarantine and closed down for at least two days for a sanitary purpose. The sanitary system here was not professional at all during the service as they DID NOT sanitize tools while my pregnant friend was getting hers done.

I LOVE Gloss! It’s by far my favorite nail salon in Buckhead. They are SO nice, the salon is so cute, and my nails have never looked better (they lasted for a month without lifting). Also, the prices are great! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Got gel polish mani/pedi. The nail tech was really nice and fun. She did all the prep work and made my experience feel luxurious. Very relaxing atmosphere. The onlyyyyy thing that I was a little hesitant about was the lack of liners in the pedi tubs. I got this service with a friend and we were both happy with our services and had a great time.

I am very happy to have discovered Gloss Salon. The staff is very talented and always cheerful and in good spirits. I often have a hard time going to larger nail salons because I dislike the smell of nail products and the production line type of environment. Gloss Salon is the opposite of this; its very clean, they have a relaxing environment and they do a really good job.

I’m receiving so many compliments on my nails! Janae takes her time to make sure her customer nails are exactly how they want them. My pedi’s are always A1, the music here is great, overall the service here is incomparable. Thank you Gloss salon for your amazing hospitality 💅🌹💎

Buckhead prices, but Bankhead service. Paid $110 for a pedicure and SNS manicure with a gel top color lol uneven nails with bumps and ridges and way too thick. Asked for TAPERED square shape and this is what I got lol. I decided to try this salon, but I will NOT be coming back as it is way too overpriced and the technique is just not there. Clean and cute salon, but I guess youre paying for the ambiance and not the service. They also try to upsell you except for giving you what you ask for.

I am in town visiting from Houston and Gloss Salon came highly recommend. I literally just left, but I had to write this review now, that’s how pleased I am... I am so glad I stopped by. I was treated with exceptional customer service, and my nails were done beautifully for the event I had to attend that evening. I broke my nail and I was in a bind because I couldn’t go out with my nails looking like that lol. They fixed me up in no time. This will be my go to place every time I’m in Atlanta. Ive had a hard time finding decent nail salon in Atlanta. This is by far the best salon Ive been to. The service was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The manicure was a solid 9/10.

I went to this shop about a week ago a young lady did my pedicure and literally cut me three times I AM A DIABETIC! Afterwards another tech did my nails but I seen they never cleaned the bowl where blood had went everywhere they were setting it up for someone else to sit in my bloody bowl no one there is licensed ... if you make an appointment you’ll still be waiting for an hour because they don’t know anything about time management literally paying 110 dollars for a service that my newborn could’ve did better SAVE YOUR MONEY !!

Happened to be on this side of town . Stopped by gloss nails with no appointment and luckily they could take me in . From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed . The salon was trendy and spotless . I opted a basic mani and pedi . I enjoyed thoroughly. Love the music . this is absolutely the best salon I’ve but ever been to .

I recently just left a review and the manager deleted it .... this manager was very unprofessional and she hired non licensed professionals I literally watched a client and her nail tech fight because the nail tech was giving improper service..... I was cut twice during my service and I am a diabetic they cannot polish and THEY DONT DISINFECT I Literally watch them set someone a bowl up right after I just bled in it i immediately stopped if anyone knows who to call to report this let me know people are seriously going to get hurt going here !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY !! You’re paying over 100$ for what felt like a 20$ service

I tried SNS for the first time and they came out absolutely perfect. Kayy is the best, she really took her time with my nails & pedicure, really giving me a chance to relax and enjoy the service. 🌷 I will be back in two weeks! XO

I was just serviced yesterday and with the manager was rude as heck! When I wanted to change my polish color because it didn’t come out the same as the bottle she rolled her eyes and I was cut twice during my manicure process that I didn’t even have them continue you were think they was unlicensed and THEY ARE CHARGING 80-100 dollars for this unacceptable non professional service

I love this place! I’ve come here three times now and the staff are all so sweet and friendly. Genae, the owner, is amazing! She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. So far I’ve been serviced by Genae, Kayy, and Lisa. They were all sweet, attentive, and made sure my nails were to my standards. I took my sister here yesterday for her birthday and she loved it as well. I appreciate the ladies making her feel special. Her technician was Areli, and my sister loved her service. Genae and Lisa even jumped in to help get her nails done, I love their team work and they kept great attitudes even though they were working past closing time. I normally like to do my own nails, but they’ve got me hooked.

Just bad unprofessional service. I went to cosmetology school so I am a little hyper aware when I go into a shop and this was just not clean.

Had a run in with the owner and she was very unprofessional! Very rude and nasty! Their establishment is always dirty with nail shaving everywhere and pedicure bowls are never sanitized after use. Just trashy. Do not go here!!!

The owner Genae has a terrible attitude. The pedicure bowls are dirty and they do not use liners. I believe they underaged and unlicensed people working there.

Cute place but 2 nails cracked within an hour of being there. Noticed a bubble on one of nails and nails are not the same length. Very overpriced as well.

UPDATE: Ryan from Swatch Box called me to tell me that in fact they did ring it up wrong and overcharged me. So he refunded me $60, which I appreciated.Original: Extremely expensive—they charge individually for SNS and a manicure, whereas other places it’s only one fee. They also charged for a special callous remover. My SNS, manicure, and pedicure came out to be $97, and with tip it was $114. Kind staff, but I can go elsewhere for a better manicure and pedicure for cheaper.

This is definitely my new favorite nail salon! I came in and saw Maria and she is absolutely wonderful! I love her work and I truly appreciated having someone that knows exactly what they are doing. Monique does a great job!! I have found my nail salon. I got SNS and she makes sure that the powder goes on the entire nail! It always would frustrate me when the crevices are missed. She deserves a raise or something because she does a great job!

I just found my nail salon. This is the cutest nail salon I have ever seen: The decor alone is reason enough to return. Ade is a MARVEL!! I was embarrassed by the state of my toes when I arrived and I was summer-ready by the time I left. This experience was so refreshingly luxurious and personalized. I can not wait for my next appointment. I highly recommend!!

I was a walk-in and was seated after about 3 minutes. The shop is very cute and cozy; very well decorated and appointed well. I was greeted at the reception desk and offered a beverage (service goes a long way). The shop is clean and there are no jet/massage chairs (btw, jets arent the cleanest!!!). Tools come straight from for for sterilized pack.Monique was great and took time with my manicure. Its hard to find folks that just do a great manicure (no gel, SMS, just straight up manicure)!I was pleased with service, as well as the competitive pricing. I will definitely come back! I gave 4 stars so I could see if my next visit would be consistent with the first.Side note: more parking is located in the back

The salon is pretty and the staff is very friendly (this is why I’m giving 2 stars), however I came for a hand gel polish (which always last 2 weeks or more for me when it’s done with the appropriate nail preparation) that lasted only 3 days! It started to peel off just like that on the third day and by the end of the evening it was all gone. The technician that did my job here (Maria was the name) did ZERO nail prep, no nail oil removal, no nail surface filing, no bonding, NOTHING, she just started applying the base without doing the basic first steps for a gel polish application (which I’m fully aware about since I’ve been getting gel polish applications for almost 10 years in a monthly basis)... Besides starting just like that she wasn’t detailed and careful in the application of the polish layers, she didn’t cover my nails properly, she left HUGE amounts of polish accumulated in parts of my nails, I mean, the job was done with a huge lack of professionalism and even though she was a sweet person, I would rather to sit and get the job done RIGHT by someone unfriendly than getting all that talk and a very bad experience.

I had the most amazing pedicure with Rhonda today! The facility is beautiful and classy. It is immaculate, clean beyond belief. I wont go anywhere else. So...I called in today and spoke to AMANI to book my appointment. Her positive energy comes thru the phone and you can hear the smile on her face. She was, of course, amazing! And even though I had to call right back and move my appointment Id just made for personal reasons, she was so happy to assist. Then, when I got there, I saw TANYA for a Lash and Brow Tint. Again, her positive energy and flawless accent knock you over the moment you meet her. The brows and lashes are perfect! I look like I have a really good Snapchat filter on. :)I will definitely be back again and again! She is very soft spoken, but extremely knowledgeable about skin and skin care. She did an outstanding job on my facial and I would highly recommend her for future services. I booked in for one of the menu facials, but I told her as she was examining my skin that it was dealers choice...to just do what she felt would best benefit my skin. Very satisfied with the results!!

Visiting Atlanta and found Swatch Box looking for a mani/pedi. Location is easy to find and they were kind to accommodate me coming earlier than my appointment time. Monique did both and did a great job. Highly recommend. Beautiful place and very friendly.

My first visit was today for SNS with Gaynor.I did not have an appointment but Ally was wonderful in checking every Techs schedule and I am extremely pleased that it was Gaynor. She has a great personality and attention to detail. I will return although the entrance steps do not have rails and is uphill. I will try to enter from the parking area on my next appointment.

UPDATEDI just got an SNS manicure from Swatch Box - the technician did a decent job, not as good as I am used to but it looks good enough for me to feel pretty content. They only have about 10 colors to choose from though, so if you are used to having a large selection you wont find that here.I initially gave this place one star because I was overcharged for my service, and I felt very taken advantage of. But after writing the review, the owner called me right away and offered me a refund. I am impressed with her professionalism and customer service! For that, I have to give this place 5 stars. Train up the staff a little more, get more SNS colors and this place will be the #1 salon in no time!
