I chose the organic pedi this time just for a little more pampering and what I got was a rushed job that cost me an extra $5. The nail tech is sweet but not a perfectionist by any stretch of the imagination. After 2 visits here. Probably won’t go back. Lots of color variety and services though.

They are all Sooooo very attentive and kind. Their work is very professional. I got the cats eye polish. It turned out BEAUTIFUL. I received so many compliments!

Really cute spot! I don’t normally get my nails done so I was completely ignorant of what nail shape I wanted or type of treatment I wanted. But Sunny took care of me and really didn’t make me feel out of my element. The design was not exactly what I wanted but I really liked it! The massage chair was GREAT and everything was clean, there was a huge color selection and everyone in the shop seemed to be enjoying themselves. Overall, I definitely recommend!

I’ve been a regular for many years since I live nearby. I was always getting decent manicure for a good price. Today I managed to squeeze an appointment on my work lunch break to get pretty nails done for Christmas and New Years. I explained I wanted dark navy sparkle nails - something festive - and proceeded with their recommendation. The color had no sparkle and was green! I noticed right away and asked for a change. The nail tech insisted I get second layer which I did, and guess what...still green! They eventually suggested pretty color and ... just painted over green nails since it was gel and they didn’t want to remove first layer. Well I may have the ugliest done nails for holidays but I’m never stepping into the salon again. Merry Christmas!

What a wonderful experience! called ahead and they were not busy so I was seen immediately. my nail tech was so detail-oriented—she really went above and beyond. everyone is so friendly and the salon itself is lovely and extremely clean! i will be back.

I came here because a friend recommended it and I was really excited to finally find a good nail place. The ladies where very nice and welcoming but the nail tech that did my nails was rushing to go home and did a very mediocre job with my nails. She filed so close to my cuticle that it now hurts to even touch water. I have gotten SnS done at other places and it always lasts a good 4-5 weeks before it starts peeling at the top. It’s been two days since I got my nails done here and it’s already peeling. Needless to say I will not be back. You can tell in the pictures below how she didn’t take care of my cuticles. There’s hang nails and redness from how much she filed with the drill. You can also see how the shape is uneven and crooked. You can see how on my thumb she made it super thick in the front and there is a visible and tangible bump.

I went to the salon to get a manicure and a pedicure I received a quick manicure in the pedicure chair and my nails are painted clear theyre very next day my nails turned brown I do work as a PA so I do understand that they may have chipped a bit and that is no fault of their own but turning brown not okay. Im trying to add the oicture

Ill definitely return to this nail salon! Sharon did a great job shaping my natural nails and saving one broken nail that was hanging on by a thread. Haha! The ladies on the staff are extremely sweet and they greet all their customers by name. I just love that! It made me feel welcomed and I can see why their customers are so loyal. 💎

Great staff and excellent services

I live all the way in McDonough but was in the area and decided to get my nails and feet done here. The staff was amazing! My nail technician went above and beyond. She made sure I was content the entire time and she thoroughly worked my feet and legs. I received the deluxe and it was just that! I had multiple options to choose from for my therapeutic treatment. The prices were reasonable and the actual work was phenomenal! I will ALWAYS keep this location in mind when I’m in the area.

I have been a customer at this Salon for over 10 years. They are fabulous and efficient, warm and friendly. Never have I seen it dirty as one review noted. They have added some new services. Convenient to Lenox and Phipps Malls. Make an appointment today!

I first walked in months ago for my first-ever acrylic nails. Sharon saw me right away and Ive been a regular ever since! She and the other ladies have always been friendly, knowing most guests by name. They work efficiently and I have yet to be dissatisfied with a manicure. They recently upgraded and now have very nice massage chairs. Affordable, nice atmosphere, very hygienic as well. Couldnt have asked for a better place to walk in!

Its really an appointment only spot (not super accommodating to walk ins). Clean and good services. Have gone to 3 techs. Funny, it is rather warm in there!

I love this salon. I only come here to get my gel nails done. They are quick and efficient and are always friendly. I dont recommend going for acrylic and if you want a pedicure - their chairs are not the vibrate kind

I recently moved to Atlanta, and have tired five different salons. This is the best and Donna is an angel. Most salons are drill happy but here, they barely pull out the drill, thereby leaving your nails healthy. I tried SNS and it was a disaster as the other salons drilled down my nail bed leaving them weak. They are so patient here, especially if your nails are sensitive.

This is the worst place ever! Do not waste your time. I made an appointment three days in advance and somebody showed up 20 minutes late and we were bumped by some Buckhead Betty! This location is on Lenox road at 5 oclock in the afternoon they had two people working they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! They did not even acknowledge the fact that I walked into the place ! The place is dirty and it doesnt have massage chairs and its hotter than Hell! You would be better off going to a dog salon and getting your nails done ! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would!!!

Excellent service . Sunny took great care of me by reshaping my nails very carefully and made me hot tea ! Would recommend if youre looking for great nail artists that truly care about your nails and comfort.

I love this place and have been going here for 5 years. It is very clean and the staff are wonderful.

I have tried to visit this salon three times. Each time without an appointment but, ample time before closing (most recent attempt was for a no polish manicure arriving 45 minutes before closing). Each time they have told me that they will not take me. I cannot tell you if their services are any good but, I can tell you their customer service is not. Walk-ins Welcome? Not quite.

I moved to ATL a year ago, and found this gem on my first mani/pedi run. Ive tried two other salons, including Sugarcoat, when they were busy or closed, and was extremely disappointed. I will NEVER stray again. The best mani/pedi Ive ever had, and for a very reasonable price. Learn from my mistakes... Dont go anywhere else!

Called tryed to make a appt but the communication was horrible over the phone so I decided to drive there and give it a shot . Walked in there were pretty busy so I went and tanned then came back they werent busy anymore asked if they did matte one lady said yes the other said no and they went back n forth and I asked again do you do matte they said yes so proceeded with the services at the end lady finished and I said no matte and she told they didnt have matte for top coat and thats what I wanted :/ should of just left and went to my normal place ..
