I have only had my nails done for 8 days and this is the second nail that has split like this. I tipped them $40. The first time it split on my right hand on the 6th day of having them done and they fixed it for free but did not mimic the same shape. This time they said I have to pay to fix the nail but why should I? This is the only time this has happened to me and I’ve gotten my nails done for 10+ years. I paid $60 for these and the and I don’t appreciate the non professional service. They HAVE to use cheap acrylic because HOW do two nails break in 8 days?! I don’t type on a computer and I don’t use my hands in a strenuous way. I use them to wash dishes in my home and that’s about it. Horrible service. Do not come here.

I paid $65 for a pedicure. it was messy as hell. i was soo disappointed. the gel. is already lifting and it has only been 2 daysi gave 2 stars because the guy did a great job on my refill

Came here with my bestie. The guy who did my pedicure was great. The guy who did my nails ruined the experience. He was distracted kept getting up and tending to others in the middle of doing my nails. My nails look like it was rushed. Waste of money. Because of him I will not go back. I spent $190 here on my bestie and I, not including tip. I will take my hard earned money to a place that treats me like Im a welcomed paying customer.

Booth 10 shes the only one I like so far doing my nails. 2nd go around and she did a good job again. The $60 pedi is okay but the $30 one is wayyyyy worth it. The wait is a little not much.

Going here for years (like 1990s), two generations of owners. Always kind, no problems. They have done a beautiful job of renovating shop but it was always clean, neat. Workers have always been great & professional.

Nail tech, Kelly, did such a great job on my nails. I go back every time my nails grow out. I loved how creative she is. I don’t have to tell her what color I want because she knows what matches me. Love how friendly everyone is and the look of the shop.

First time coming here was Pleasant ! Second time coming here not at all the nail tech rushed doing my nails didn’t listen very rude not friendly didn’t greet got an attitude when asked to fail them down more because I don’t want bulky nails but still ended up with them wouldn’t give me her name when asked I’ll never return here just because of her !! Me and my husband both came in today 07/01/2021, just for a pedicure. These people are hella rude ! Unprofessional!! & very inconsiderate of your time. They did my husband’s toes, while I sat there ain’t patiently waited, nobody ever came to attend me they just had my feet sitting in the water. This establishment should really be shut down, very unsanitary. This is a horrible establishment.

Open location ten minutes late. Very unorganized. Four people serviced before me, and I was the first in the parking lot. I was told I had to wait for a full set technician. Tech have nasty attitude. I stood in line to pay, and the tech yelled... “Have you already pay?!?” Sir it’s four ladies in the very small lobby. Please... I’mNot standing closely to someone during a pandemic. Furthermore, my nails are not smooth, and I definitely should have left long before all of this happen. Never again.

Terrible terrible service. I left there years ago after the original owners left. I only took my 5 year old there because my shop had a waiting list and I wanted her nails painted before we left town. The technician was so mean and rude and even snatched my daughters hand. I had to tell her to let someone else do her nails. I instantly reminded myself why I left and will never come back no matter what.

This place is very unprofessional. First off the lady who did my nails had a bad attitude and rushed through the job. When I paid she asked are you going to give a tip. No ma’am. I tip but I will not tip someone with a bad attitude. Also I told her I wanted my gel manicure white and she said white is ugly color do pink! Don’t tell me what color to get my nails! Not to mention in a couple days my GEL nails started peeling right off.

This is the only place I will get my nails done! They are always perfect and they last me 3 weeks, never crooked, they never pop off, never chip and I always wear them long so that’s saying a lot. They always have the latest thing in stock; color change, cat eye, ombré, matte, chrome, iridescent. Whatever you want they have it. Thank you Andy, love you!!💕💖

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. They are incredibly rude. I should have known from when the customers called the police on the owner. The young lady with the brown hair that sits in front did a wack job on my nails. They were very in consistent, the acrylic is thick on some nails and thin on others. The glitter tips are inconsistent as well, some have glitter further down and some not as much. I expressed I was very unimpressive with my nails and her having to redo them she was yanking my arm the whole time she redid them. She somewhat fixed the glitter however the acrylic are super inconsistent still. When I asked to talk to the owner, the owner told me “he wasn’t there, no owner.” I clearly know this man was the owner because I have been to this shop multiple times. I am so appalled with the unprofessionalism and disrespect I have endured. On top of this, the lady who did my nails stated I owe her $38 for the fill in plus the tip. I’m so disappointed, I have seen them disrespect other customers here however I usually only come to get a pedicure from my usual lady. I wanted to try to get nails this time, and it was such a horrible experience. Please do not go here. You can get more respect at new nails across the street.

I came in with my disabled mom and the tech told me she had to get gel nails because she had a cane. After repeatedly asking for service he finally said hed do it. I asked him how much longer for her nails to dry and he said he didnt know because he doesnt do regular polish nails. Before this I told the other tech she wants a pedicure with regular polish she proceeded to go back and forth with me on why she needs to do gel nails as if I asked her. I use to like this place but me nor my mom is coming back.

Kelly was so nice she did a great job on my nails, lashes & eyebrows. I was visiting from Houston Texas and felt like I was at home.

While waiting to get serviced, I noticed the nail technician did not change the plastic bags between customers - not only one but twice. I informed the manager and he stated that she does as it is routine practice. Another customer saw the same exact thing. It was then that I had to leave this establishment. Not only were they nasty but were not practicing social distancing as the place is small and every pedicure chair had a client sitting in it. Definitely won’t visit again.

September 2020 while receiving pedicure I was told by Kelly that she would do a full set of eyelash extensions for 50.00. When I arrived for this service while waiting I noticed the price was listed as 100.00 when it was explained right before receiving the service I was given to different prices one for thick stiff lashes 80.00 and the soft mink lash price was 120.00. I selected classic style being 65 years old I wanted them to look natural. When Kelly completed this service I was looking like I was Betty boooo. Lesson learned do not go to a nail shop and let unqualified nail technicians do eye extensions. I’m returning today to have them removed, and from the other reviews they will probably be unprofessional with me as if I’m asking for my money back. Please go somewhere else for eye extension service.

This nail salon by far is worst. The service isn’t good and they will rush doing your nails and toes. The prices goes up depending on who’s there. And the shop is filthy. Since Covid-19 you would think that they’ll clean. But its not, its dirty and you can residue on the walls, tables and floor. My first time experience with my moma here, we was good up until time to pay. We sat at chairs #11 & #12 and was told by our nail techs that our pedicure service with the detox with the black hot coals was going to be just $17 a piece and then we both obtain a eye brow arch service as well; which was $10 a piece = $54.00. But when my mom got ready to pay for our service, her nail tech was speaking in her language to another employee there and my moma made her repeat in English on her message. Our bill ended up being $160.00 instead of $54. The entire staff will scam you out of the quality of your service & money if you are not careful. I will never go back here or referred anyone to this location. A while ago i was attempting to locate a new nail salon in my area. This one was the first to check out. I walked in there was a women sitting behind a work station nearest the door. She never said a word just looked at me. Finally, I said I’m a new customer I would like a new set and a pedicure. She still sitting yells towards the rear of the salon in her language. Someone comes out. They talk back and forth a few seconds. Someone else comes out. They talk back and forth for a few seconds in their language. I raised my hand up they looked at me I said it’s okay I can keep my money. That’s no debate. Turned around and walked out the door. I haven’t returned.

This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL. The place is dirty and old. The massage chairs make loud noises. The nail techs are rude and talk negatively about customers in their language if you decline an upgrade or service. They don’t greet you when come in the door. The tools aren’t sanitized...I can go on and on! Don’t patronize this place!

Nail Tech Andy has been doing my nails for 6-7 years. I followed him from another nail salon at Camp Creek. He is THE BEST!! And his wife Helen is awesome as well! They keep their clients moving for sure.

Just moved back to the A. Im off MLK and when things opened up during the pandemic I went here. Me and my daughter got pedicures. Service was fast. Today I went and got pedicures and eyebrows done. Fast service again and perfect eyebrows. Thanks Yvonne!!! Ill be back tomorrow to get my lashes done.

The old owners were great and the new owners have over charge us. They are rude, liars and disrespectful. I asked for one thing and I got another thing instead of what I asked for. I got charge for something I didnt asked for.

Every technicians is warm, professional, and good at their craft. The owner was my nail tech of choice a his previous employer and ventured out on his own and the experience has been stellar. His wife is super sweet and give a great pedicure. My mom is still raving; which is saying a lot. Drop in, you won’t regret it!

The woman doing my pedicure got mad because I didnt want to upgrade from a $28 service to $45. She started half doing my pedicure and talking to her cultural associate about me.. Oh I am sure of it! When I mentioned it to her she ignored me. We had a 5:00 appointment and waited 45+ mins before we were seated .Attitude, poor service, unprofessional...why do we as blacks keep giving this culture our money and receiving sub standard service AND get talked about in front of our faces!Im done with them. I will go to Buckhead and GLADLY pay $45-50 for a pedicure - with ambience, relaxation, professional and RESPECT!

Staff needs to learn a better way to approach customers. tools looked old and unsanitized. my nail were entirely too expensive. i paid a total of $110 for and manicure & pedicure not to forget they only could accept cash app or zelle (very ghetto) and my nails were shaped very sloppy oh yea and they dont have many gel colors to pick from.

Since this pandemic they have gotten lazy and they rush with the service just to get others in the seat. I got my nails done may 27. May 29 my thumb came of I went to get the nail fixed. The guy took his time walking around and talking on the phone. My nail came out wrong and broke again in 3 days. I won’t be coming back

Nail salon is convenient. The wait is not long and whatever style nail you would like they match it. Only thing I disliked was while getting a full set when filing the nails my skin had gotten cut but other than that I would come back just try a different nail tech.

Don’t go here, I just got my eyebrows done and not only are they uneven and over priced, there are bumps forming already and I haven’t even left the parking lot. They don’t look finished and she was basically rushing me out when I was asking her to make them thinner, and she only made adjustments to one eyebrow as if it’s not supposed to match. Although I liked the way Andy did my nails (hands & feet), the business is not run professionally. I have gone twice in the past month and both times they have pretended that their card reader is down so that customers will pay with cash, (cashapp, zelle, venmo) to avoid paying the credit card fees by processing cards. They do not have a sign posting this, and will try to bully you to go to an ATM to withdraw if you claim you do not want to use these services. My last visit, I specifically asked if they were accepting card and was told yes. It is up to the business to resolve their card reader issues, not the customers. They have been reported to the BBB for this scammy practice.Oh, and they also raised their prices.. Double check each thing you want beforehand. Other customers had to clarify their bill at checkout. If you say you want something, ie(I requested a matte finish, instead of a shiny top coat), they will charge you without verifying. How was I supposed to assume that applying a different top polish was an additional $5 for each ($5 for hand, $5 for feet) when a regular shiny top polish is included. Beware.You can go to Chipotle, 3x a day, and they will remind you each time that guacamole is extra, even though it is clearly visible on a sign. Thats the point.

I needed a new nail tech and location. I tried this place and LOVED it! Amy was amazing on my nails and Laura was amazing on my feet.

This was my first time going here. They have great customer service and everyone that walked through the door was greeted and seated immediately. Their are no bubbles on nails with the gel polish which is a plus. They were very nice and if I didn’t like the design they corrected it with no problem. I will be returning with my mom.Review update as of January 2020I no longer go to this salon, they did a great job at first. But the more fill in you get the thicker the nails get. They don’t take care of the nail itself and they start to break very quickly. The products that they use to do the nails is not good quality which makes the nail break fast. I’m now currently getting gel instead of acrylic now at another nail salon.

There was an attempt to charge me more after being quoted a different price for a regular manicure and pedicure. This was $45 and there was an attempt to charge me $55.I am pleased that I had my entire face, upper lips, chin and side burns waxed for $25.Nonetheless, I am not returning after having patronized this business for 2 years.

Been going here for 8 years

All my friends went to this place frequently and we all loved it. The last time I went, my friend and I had an appointment for 6 we got in at 6:30 and didn’t leave till 8:30. My nails were not done well. The anc was thick and were very uneven. Also they all broke after a week. I will not be returning.

Ive been going to Andy and Helen for years, but I moved and so did they, causing us to lose contact. I havent been able to find a decent nail tech since. Sooo glad I ran into Andy and got a fill and pedicure done. My nails have lasted a month. No chipping or breaking. I get compliments often. Im so relieved to have found them.

I really use to love this place . I been coming here for over 10 yrs. my nail tech is tony she is great. But the others are horrible Amy did great brows and lashes is no longer here. The customer service her sucks but u never paid it no mind cause I knew tony was going to take care of me. I think I need to find me a new spot

They jack the prices up without telling you as you are receiving your service. You come in to pay the price on the board and they do extra services supposedly and dont tell you that theyre adding onto the price until its time to pay.

And says I had a problem on the design he did last time. So I replied if I had a problem then why would I ask you to do my design again . And I said you have the wrong person cause I havent even been here in a while. And when I come its just to get my eyebrows done. NEVER again will I come here to get my feet done. I already stopped coming here for my nails because some of them dont know how to do nails properly let alone the shapes of them. It started out well, they seated me promptly for a mani/pedi. After several attempts to add on additional services, I finally came across to the 2 techs to just add gel polish for the mani. $56. No scrub, no massage, no attentiveness to my feet or hands once I declined deluxe services. Just quick fast and a hurry. For $25 pedi and $30 mani I should receive a service worth that. Not a polish change treatment. I didnt like their nonchalant vibe either. 35 min service. Welp, please take note of how some 1st time clients may feel. Just because I didnt order $100 worth of nail service, I shouldnt be treated as such. I pride myself in giving all of my clients the exact same treatment, no matter the service.

The tech got an altitude when I mentioned not to rub my feet hard with the blade that they use. Also, there were missed areas on the feet. Thats an unprofessiona treatment and inefficiency. The pedicure was $23 for talking badly about customers. I dont have to speak their lanuage to know the tech said something bad about me. Its the way she said it. I will only go back in an emergency situation with no tip.

This place since being sold to incompetent owners. They are not courteous. Only certain ones do decent work. The attitude from the people that own and work here is as if they are not providing a service. They over charge not matching what they advertise. Stay away from this place. I have been coming to this location over 14 years. I had to call the police to get the correct charge. I will never come here and I suggest you dont either!
