I would like to say Maria the nail technician was amazing. It was my first time doing a manicure and she did an amazing job! It was a night and day difference! I never knew something like that makes a big difference on the appearance! My girlfriend loves it! Browny points for the guys trying to make their girls happy. You won’t regret it! Amazing service and very friendly staff! The place is like a 5 Star hotel that’s how great the inside looks! Very clean and sanitary! Will definitely be back soon!

My first time there and my nails red long broken off hurting and looking rough because I detail cars everyday I detail in a week later my nails still look great definitely will be back for my fill.

Very poor service my granddaughter got her nails done there two weeks ago. And started complaining about her finger hurting from the nail. And they wouldnt do anything about it. Law suit!!!

I have been going to About Nails for almost 7 years! I love what the nail technicians do. There is a wide range of colors to choose from and the manicures and pedicures I have had done have lasted a long time. I try to go every 2 weeks and I have not been disappointed once! From a very satisfied customer!

Great customer service, poor product delivery. Simple natural manicure. Color change on toes. The removed color and quality of work which I procured from a different salon 3 weeks prior was in better condition. Paint was still streaked after 2 coats and dual. (See pics taken 2 days post service)

Do not go here very bad service. They over charge me and lied about the money my daughter gave them. Never ever will I go here again. Very very bad business. They deserve no star but had to give that one just to leave my comment.

Services were ok. They rushed in doing my friends nails and charged expensively. They overcharged me. I don’t think I will be returning. Bruised my fingers and toes from cleaning cuticles. Friends polish came off after one day and she had gel on her toes.

A very nice place got my nails done 2 weeks ago all of a sudden my pinky stared hurting so bad out of no where !! I don’t work or nothing like that, just not going there again!!!

Ive only gone 3 times and I get different nail techs every time. I have nothing negative to say about them. Of course, Tom makes me cry in laughter every time Im in but.. Im a very regular customer at About Nailss and always enjoy my visits, but I wanted to give them a shout out for making my birthday pedicure extra special. The management is very nice and they always know me by name. Highly recommended!Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m pampered and spoiled with the best customer service. Walked in and the place stank! When I asked for a manicure she said $30 👀 she said she only does gel manicure... question Why do this foreign ppl come to our neighborhood over charge us and dont offer upscale atmosphere. You want me to pay $30 for gel that chips the same as regular polish so you can make more money you dont deserve. Your place is nasty and stank. Ill go back to Sandy springs and enjoy a $16 manicure with a glass of wine served and it doesnt stank plus its clean

30 bucks for a rush job. RUDE. She cut me and made me bleed. I ask for a square shape she gave me this.she wanted to argue everything i asked for. The paint and thing and not smooth. This salon is so beautiful its comfortable and everyone is so welcoming when you enter. The manager talks with you and they are really personable with the clients. I’ve been coming here since it was opened under the old management. It was good then —and is GREAT now! Karen is AMAZING! Every time I walk in it reminds me the old TV show, Cheers. Bee happily greets everyone by name when they walk in. I highly recommend Bee! I receive so many compliments on my nails and she’s so much fun to chill with while I’m getting my nails done. If Bee isn’t available, Boo is also fantastic!

Okay so first let me say this . I’ve been going to this nail salon for 2 years because I’ve always liked the way they’ve did my nails . But what the reason why I stopped going for about two months now is because as soon as you walk through the door the manager specifically named Maria or Marie is very very rude . She cuts you off before you can even finish telling her what you want done and she always tell people what she will and won’t do to your nails . Then on top of that their overly priced . You’re pretty much going to pay the same price for a fillin as you would a full set . Don’t waste your time poor customer service then on top of that you’ll be in there for hours !! The workers stop in between doing your nails to answer phones and talk or to finish other people’s nails . Very ghetto

Was waiting on someone and she was late so I walked in to get my brows done. I have never been here but impressed. The place was so clean and bright. Everyone smiled and said hello. They had music playing which was nice. Beewaxed my brows. I had to bring 2 kids with me and she was so nice to them. Will try next time for a fill in!

I absolutely love About Nails! I had a pedicure done by Bee (I think) the first time and today I had a manicure from Boo! both great experiences. The shop is super clean and has a great atmosphere. Everyone is soooooo sweet so if youre going in not sure on a tech, youll be in good hands no matter who you go to!

Upon arrival in the salon I noticed a notice on the wall that once you leave the salon and have paid no changes will be made for free, any changes you want you must have changed before you leave the salon. The salon itself is comfortable and vibrant, service in the salon is also quick. Walk-in’s are also accepted which is useful!Would recommend to anyone.

Came in this weekend for the first time to get a powder dip manicure and WOW! New favorite salon! Not only is the salon beautiful and very clean, everyone is so friendly and does amazing work! Thao did my manicure and was so efficient and did impeccable work! So pleased and cant wait to be back!

Very unprofessional highly disappointed there was no where else open 😩 disaster place no one can perform basic services had to wait an hour with only several other people in chairs. Waited for a service i was told after waiting couldnt be provided.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The About Nail shop has unlicensed nail technicians working there! I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint because of it. The owner got pissed off when I called her out on it after my nails were jacked up. This is coming from someone who has been getting their nails done since acrylic was the only powder used. I kept telling this young tech that my nails did not look or feel right. He kept saying he is going to fix it. Well, they were not fixed. I left the nail late for work and was to returned the very next day. In one day my nails were chipped and the gel polish was discolored as if I worked in construction. The owner would not fix it and would not let anyone else fix it. She told me to pay $20 to fix it. Wait what! After I told her no, another tech said he would fix because he remembered me. He even said it was not right. Do you know this B#%@% yelled at him in Korean and he had to walk away. So then I told her she got the right one. She started to cuss, which was very funny and I returned it to her as well. This, is not over.

This place looks better than their services! I ask for a full-set, with gel polish and it doesnt even look like I even have gel polish on my nails! It looks like a top coat! $35 dollars went towards this! Their prices need to add up with their services!And had to deal with stank breathe to get none of what I was looking for! Smh.Have to stick with previous nail salon, even if you have to travel.

This was my 2nd and last time visiting this nail salon. First of all, when I came in I felt rushed to pick out a polish for my pedicure. Secondly, the pedicure was very basic. The guy did not ask if I wanted a scrub or did he place a hot towel on my legs. When I tried to get a design, he only used 1 color and acted as if he didnt know how to do designs.My full set was not done to my complete satisfaction. Although I showed a picture of what I wanted. The lady was very rude and my nails are still too long. Needless to say, I stopped coming to this nail salon, for years, and still wont return.

Probably the worst nail salon Ive been to. I live in Midtown, but had to come to this side of the town for something I cant get in my area. So I decided, while Im in the area let me get a pedicure. I am 8 months pregnant and when I spend time to get a pedicure...I am expected the best experience for my money. Oh, not here! First let me start by saying that the employees are not impersonal at all. They walk around like robots. This is what I disliked the most. Second, I thought it was hilarious that they have signs posted in the salon about Narcissistic and Paranoid Customers. Basically having to explain to them that when they speak in their language their arent talking about us. I thought this to be extremely rude. And lastly, my pedicure was HORRIBLE! She was rude and didnt even rub my legs & feet (which is the part I look forward too). Overall, I think this place is a waste of time and money. I know of way better nail salons in the Atlanta area.I guess you get what you pay for. But I will most likely never come back here again.

This was the worst and most awkward experience I have ever had. It was also my first time and I wont be coming back. I picked this place because it had a 4.1 rating. After my visit I find out they switched owners and managers so dont expect that same experience. I visited on a Sunday. Salon was busy but nothing out the norm for any nail salonI was not greeted. There wasnt any flow of check in communication. And the manager there counted the money on the counter in front of her customers. Then there are signs up advising their customers on how to act. I didnt notice them until I was getting my nails done and i was bored looking around. Then the same female manager that counted money called a customer stupid repeatedly after she paid and left. It was awkward to hear a business owner talk about their customers that way. So bold. Please dont go here. Go some place that will genuinely value your business. This place is not a 4.1 this place is a 1 star that feels entitled to treat customers poorly because of where we live.And p.s: my nails have looked better. So its not like you HAVE to go here to get the look you want.

I have been here several times and I will say that they do the best full sets and gel manicures out of any of the shops I have tried in the Atlanta area.They also do eyebrows really nice here. I would suggest going Monday-Thursday because it is less crowded and you will not have to wait as long. If you come on a Friday or Saturday it is best to come before 6 pm or you will be waiting a while. The customers can be rowdy, but you cant blame the establishment for the type of people that frequent. My only complaint would be the pedicures, sometimes the job doesnt last and you will have a chip in the paint within a week from getting it done. Polish changes last though, ironically. I mainly come for my finger nails and eyebrow waxing.

This place is so beautiful and relaxing!!!!!! Lee makes my fake nails look real!!!!! They did have a pretty big price jump on pedicures......that was disappointing but the perfection of Lees dipped nails made up for it this time.

We (my nieces,nephews, son, daughter in law, sisters, grand daughter, and friends)loved celebrating my great nieces 8th birthday with a mardi gras themed spa pedi party! Boo and his staff set up a table for us to bring in our cupcakes and food while they pampered us all with excellent spa pedis for the adults and spa pedis and nail polish for the girls all at a reasonable price! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I came here for a big toe nail repair and left with one big toe cut uneven. When I mentioned it to him he began painting my toe nails as if he was rushing to finish so he didnt have to fix it. The energy in this place is horrible and they are rude. They have a sign for every season. One sign say, Stop being paranoid we are not talking about you!. The only reason I gave them 1 star because there is no negative stars. I use to come to this place all the time before they moved and became insanely rude with mediocre workers. Look at how uneven and short it is compared to my other toe. Very disappointed.

I have been here twice my first time I came when website said they own and they weren’t open and decided to give me discount so I came back seen in here yesterday I came in with my husband at 4:30 didn’t leave until after 6pm they did his nails first 4 different ppl worked on my nails because they are short staff now I get up today and notice nail is cracked so now I have to go back and complain after getting just a regular full set get polish and pay 45 dollars I refuse to let them get away with this the service is horrible and they are short staff and I wouldn’t recommend it here

This was my second time visiting this nail salon. They deliver quality service but they need a lesson in customer service one on one. they have several signs posted throughout the shop telling the customers how they should behave. I understand they may have had bad experiences in the past that caused them to think posting signs telling customers to be polite or leave was warranted but it is not and it is not a good look for this place of business the tone the signs set is not pleasant. I was supposed to have 3 services done but after getting one service done th y said I needed to wait to receive the other 2. I understand that not everyone does everything but my issue is was that nothing was communicated to me. I just expressed my concerns and the young lady stated with an attitude that I had to wait for someone who does nails to do my nails. This is my neighborhood nail salon and I wanted to do business with them, but after my experience I do not plan on returning

Customer service and service itself was good but they over charge. They use cheap gel polish that doesnt even last a week and while I was getting my nails done I heard other people come in and complaining about it and they were trying not to do refund or fix the issue.

The owner is very rude, every time I come in there she changes the price every time . My little sister and I came in there to get a full set and toes done with gel polish ( short nails ) . Total came up to $100 . We came another time and got the same thing the total was $123, so my little sister had to get regular polish on her toes .
