Super friendly staff. Lisa the hygienist is amazing! Very bright and bubbly even in the midst of Covid. New dentist is wonderful as well.

I like Forward Dental because they have so many locations in the area, so it’s easy to get an appointment on short notice in case of an emergency, which is what I had on Sunday night/Monday morning. I also liked that the first thing the dentist said to me the last time I was there was, “Hello friend!” The only thing I don’t like is that they see so many patients that at times I feel like the dentist is rushing.

I had a great experience at this Forward Dental. The receptionists Sammie Jo and Victoria were friendly and the dental team of Amanda, Lisa, and Dr. Baker were skilled, competent and quick professionals! If corporate is reading this review, every single one of the people I mentioned deserves a raise for how good they are at their jobs.

Stay away! They will tell you that you don’t owe any money. Then months later send you a threatening letter, because you didn’t pay the bill that they never sent you. They can’t tell you in the office accurately what you will owe, so they just charge you later when you can’t make a proper decision on if you want the service or not. Go anywhere that can give you transparent billing. This place will lie to your face.

My husband and I made his first appointment there after moving from Hartland. We arrived at the office admittedly 5 minutes late. From the front desk check-in to the cleaning hygienist everyone was incredibly rude. We had our two-year-old there to try to soften the burden for his first appointment and I was told that we were pressed for time and were not made to feel welcome at all. And, in not so many words, told to leave. Not even a smile to TRY and be friendly...the front check in girl barely made eye contact with us! What a great first experience for my son! And what a great first impression for a first appointment for my husband! I understand offices have appointments scheduled back to back but things happen and the rudeness that we received no matter how late you are to an appointment is not warranted! Further, there was tons of paperwork to fill out before we sat in the chair. If youre THAT pressed for time have us fill it out as were sitting in the chair waiting to have the cleaning done!?

Very unprofessional would no forward my xrays took over week and when they did they where elongated and blurry as if they did that on purpose..... wouldn’t recommend them

Super nice and helpful, definitely worth giving them a shot if youre on the fence.

My dentist and the hygienist that cared for me erased the obnoxious fear of going to the dentist that I have! Great staff and location. So glad Im established there!

If I could give negative stars I would staff is extremely rude beyond belief!! I would never come back here.

Got 5 texts to confirm my appointment INCLUDING ONE ON THE DRIVE OVER and when I got there was told the dentist was unavailable and needed to reschedule.
