It’s simple. I like this place. They are efficient and effective. I like how I can get my toes and nails done at the SAME time. Great customer service and a neck massage with my pedi. I drive an hr to get her every two weeks. I go during the week so it’s not so busy. I will say I keep it simple here. Just a fill and pedi with same gel color on both. Nothing major.

Didn’t listen to me at all. I told her multiple times to stop using the electric file on my nails. It’s ruins my nail beds. I wanted to soak off my gel polish. She told me it takes too long. It only takes a few minutes, I do that every single time. She wouldn’t stop with the file. I had to get up and leave with jacked up nails.

Very clean atmosphere. Great customer service! Ammy is my go to person for mymanicures! I would definitely recommend this salon for all your spa needs.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this shop did a horrible job on my nails. Terrible shaping. Some nails crooked and even after asking to correct multiple times, still just bad! They did not execute nail design well after saying they could. Eventually, I had my nail tech switch to an easier design and the line work was absolutely terrible. I ended up walking out with plain nude nails with some gems ($50). Overall the work is sloppy and if you like trendy nails/Pinterest designs, don’t even bother. My friend got a pedicure and it was solid.

Autumn is the best. She always does an amazing job and I would definitely recommend a pedicure from her too!!

I went to get manicure/pedicure with my eyebrows wax & neating plucked. 1st, I would luv 2 give praised to Ms. Kym. She were awesome. She did my pedi. This is the reason why I didnt give it a 5. 1st, the other stylist make sure that your work is immaculate. I received an SNS, & when she were putting it on she didnt cleaned it up or the excess from around my finger & under my nails. And whats even worse, u ask me to put my fingers in hot water & hot wax. If u cant put your fingers in it, then it might be too hot. Thats just common sense. And as for my eyebrows, I always get my eyebrows wax & plucked for neat & penciled in. The 1st thing she ask about me getting tattoo eyebrows. I am a modern, but tattoo is not one of them. If u cant do what I ask, ask one of your co-stylist that can. Customer service is a plus for me. They need to take lead from the experienced nail stylist. Ms. KYM IS A PLUS!!!Annette

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Would never go back here and I recommend you don’t even waste your time going here. The nail tech rushed through my nails and finished in 30min which was very suspect. 1hr after i left I had to return because my nails started to chip when I paid for Gel. Gel isn’t supposed to chip at all. So I came back and she fixed. A few days later two of my nails chipped completely but I couldn’t make it back until a few days later because of work. The lady fixed but fussed at me the whole time & rushed through them again so I said something. Then the receptionist and nail tech both started yelling at me! At this point I felt threatened because I was the only customer in there. They even told me dont come back they’re not responsible for what happens to gel after I leave which is crazy because I always get gel but it never chips! I was treated horribly and it was a horrible way to start my day. They said alot of slurs to me as I left their salon. I have never been treated like this in a customer service setting.

I went a couple weeks ago. Spend $140 with tip. My acrylic nails not so much . Didn’t last two days smh. The hot stone pedicure was definitely great . But not enough to return to the salon. Facility was clean. They do provide masks. Thanks though !

Pretty sure that was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Like many nails salons, they don’t speak a lot of English, but the atmosphere and services are phenomenal! They really took their time, and were very detailed.Highly recommend the hot stone pedicure!

Great service my girlfriend and I went here to get our nails and feet done. They did an amazing job and even offered us wine . High recommended.

The only person I recommend is Amy. I just paid twice for having to get my nails fix. I am very kind and a nice, but I am upset for having to come to back for something that should have done right the first time. The part that made me give them 2 stars is that I had to pay again which upsets me. So, make sure you be cautious of who does your nails or you will come back and redo your nails again and pay again. And, on top of that, they talk in Vietnamese about you like we all know you’re taking about the client. Not professional.The only person I strongly recommend is Amy.

I’ve gotten my nails done here before and remember it being cheap and that’s why I returned. The woman at the front told me it would be 35 for gel and acrylic, at the end the lady told me 50 dollars, and got an attitude when I questioned her as to why. She did a good job on my nails but clearly are running prices up for certain customers.

First and last time I will EVER step in this place! Super rude and unprofessional. I kept telling the nail tech she was hurting me while she was doing my SnS nails which she made bleed but instead of being more gentle she only got more rough. My toe nails are extremely sloppy. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Very disappointed but not surprised with the other reviews I have read.

Ive gone here many times because its close to where I live. Here is what I think....Pros:- always well staffed. Ive gone at different times on different days and I dont think Ive ever had to wait more than 5 minutes- The prices are good. Ive paid less here for a gel manicure and a standard pedicure than most other salons Ive gone to- They have a large selection on gel PolishCons:- Its disorganized. The Polish choices are not brand or color organized and all the gel colors are just thrown in disarray on a table- its not clean. Sometimes I wonder about the tools that are being used on my manicure, if theyve been sanitized. I went 2 weeks ago and saw at least 20 ants on the floor. They dont serve food so why are there ants?!!I dont think Ill be going back. Every time I go I wonder why Ive gone here again because it never seems to be any cleaner than the last time.

I went to this nails spa faithfully for months until I was taken advantage of TWICE! They tell you one price and then when its time to pay they change it, or the price is not communicated to you properly. I was very unhappy with the way that I was treated and will not be going back to this establishment. I want to warn anyone that is thinking about going here to seriously reconsider. They are after your MONEY, thats all they care about!

Had a manicure and pedicure and use the same technician 4 years. When something wasnt right I went in and have them fix it. After all that time and all the referrals they told me that they would prefer me pick another technician. They just wanted me to use somebody that wasnt there big money maker to fix my problems. Needless to say when you find somebody that does a pedicure and make your feel brand new especially when you have problem feet you dont want to just be with any technician. So I have switched salon that you know that all of their technicians are experienced and have been there for a very long time. I especially like Tina and my mother uses her as well and all of her friends. The name of the salon is solar nails in Sandy Springs in the shopping center where Lowes is. yes they do SNS nails and every other kind of nail you could possibly want. And they are not as expensive as I nail. And I nail in Dunwoody doesnt matter how old you are as a customer every time you sit in their chair they are instructed 2 trying upgrade the type of pedicure youre getting so that this one will make more money and that the technicians will get a bigger tip. Most of the comments or reviews that you will see mention that they are being pushed by the technician to upgrade pedicure and try to get you to get waxing massage of course dont really like to do just a plain manicure. Anyway if youre not happy with them I suggest you change salons or continue to get nails that peel and come off before they are due to be done again. Usually within the first week or two. And they get incense when you go back in and tell them. then they give you a technician it didnt do the job to begin with because youre technician is a big money maker for them and they dont want to take of her time with fixing things.

Great services for a reasonable price. Very clean (they use bags to cover the pedicure basins) and they even offer wine or tea during your visit. I get both a manicure (gel) and a pedicure one to two times per month. I used their waxing services (bikini) once but was not overly impressed; I would recommend going elsewhere for any major waxing.

This place is fantastic! Great service! Finally a nail salon with beverage service and reasonable pricing. They also have nice group packages. I am a believer!

Customer service was good however their products are lacking. I got my nails done on a Wednesday (gel with a “manicure”) and by Sunday one had already come off. The manicure did not consist of my hands being soaked in water or any type of liquid. She a type of gel on my cuticles then cut them. I am very disappointed to say after only ONE week I had to take the gel off of my nails.

Ive been a loyal customer for over a year now. They used to be extremely friendly, reasonably priced, and clean. I travel from Stone Mountain for their services but lately their customer service has failed my expectations. Yesterday,I had to ask 3 times for a remote for my chair so I could adjust it for my back. I was ignored. My gel manicure has little to no shine. As I was leaving I tried to tell the owner(who was standing right outside the door smoking) about my experience but he just brushed me off. I guess I was interrupting his smoke break and phone call.. Anywho, I wont be back and I dont recommend this place.

I work right next door and have been coming to them for a couple months. Always nice but they pick and chose who goes next. I sat in the store for almost 45min and watched ppl go in and out while they ignored me. Maybe they should look into getting ppl to sign up. I felt so disrespected bc ppl would literally come in after me with no appointment and they would start on them. Meanwhile I’m looking crazy in the waiting area. I will no longer be visiting this location and I will not recommend it to others.Update: I will not be returning. I found I much better place

Nail tech was friendly and professional and gave me a comfortable pedi. The nail polish looks great! Another tech drew a beautiful fern design on my toes. They even held my baby for me so I could relax!

I would not recommend this nail salon. The customer service and hospitality is poor. I am only giving a star for the exception of the gentleman that works as receptionist.He was the only one who appeared inviting. The technicians actual work is terrible.My nails looked worse after going.They were crooked, uneven lengths, and they cut my skin twice. Then they didnt even have courtesy to even offer concession for the inconvenience or apologize for that matter.The worst part is how over priced they are. I believe the average salon charge $14-17 for fill in and my total somehow came to $22 for regular fill-in, then for poor work on top of that.Then when I tried sparking conversation,because the atmosphere was so cold, the tech was unresponsive and unfriendly.I didnt even get a thank you for coming or a bye once I left like most nail salons usually do. I will NOT be returning nor recommending this salon to anyone.

This was absolutely the worst nail shop experience of my life!! If you’re looking for a nail shop DO NOT GO HERE!! First of all, this place is absolutely nasty & has a smell. Also the woman who was doing my nails CUT my nail too low and it started bleeding pretty bad.. she didn’t even apologize and I asked for alcohol and she REFUSED to give me some!!!! What kind of place!!?? Plus the place is wayyyy to pricy for the service that you receive.

I have went there over there past few years for manicure and pedicure. Im always overcharged. Meaning one price is discussed but at check out it is completely different. They are extremely pushy with additional services. I went a week ago for sns nails and they have literally lifted or popped completely off like some clip on nails from Walmart. I usually pay 30 but this particular day it was 45.95. I will not be going back. Shouldve stopped giving them my money a long time ago.

I tried so hard to like this place and I did at first but these people are soooooooo pushy. If I say I want one thing, they try to get me to get another. I get it, they are trying to up-sale to make more money but it is annoying that you ask me the same questions 5 and 6 times when Ive already said no. This place is just not for me, I want to go and relax not feel pressured to get other services that i dont have the desire or need for. Besides that, the place is really nice but I prefer not to spend my money here.

Hmmm. I dislike being upsold. This pedicure was a series of negotiations. The technician pushed pricey spa services (no thanks, just a regular pedicure). Ten minutes later I was told I had to upgrade if I wanted my callouses addressed. Ten minutes after that I was offered the chance to pay for an extra five minutes worth of massage. All in all it was the shortest pedicure Ive ever had, but not the cheapest and certainly not the most relaxing.

I like going to this nail salon every 2 weeks because of the SNS selections, the early bird special, and the wine they give you. But as of lately, every time I go I have to wait over 15 minutes for someone to see me and the person that they assign to me is an old man who does NOT know what hes doing. First off, hes very slow (which makes me late going back to work because I go on my lunch break, normally it takes roughly 45 minutes when another tech does my nails), it takes him around an hour and a half to do my nails. He also doesnt know what hes doing in regards to the process that it takes to do SNS nails. Lastly, on my last visit, he waited until he was 40 minutes into doing my nails to tell me that they didnt have the color that I had chosen. Once I decided on another color, it took him an additional 10 minutes just to find it. It makes me contemplate not even going to this shop anymore because they always assign him to me. I will start making appointments to see if that helps, but if not, I will be going elsewhere. My advice: PLEASE find some new, experienced nail techs.

This was my go to place for SNS. It was convenient to where I live and work. However, i wont spend my money here ever again. The price for SNS changed every single time depending on which tech did my nails. They recently told me the price for a fill was much different than what I just paid two weeks ago. I asked them to show me the price list that explains the change. They showed me the price list but no change was on it. Not to mention my nails cracked less than a week after going. When you dont agree to the additional services offered they act like they do not want to work with you anymore, which is terrible customer service. Ive spent anywhere from $25-125 in this place for months. Wont be back.

My $54 mano/pedi got me peeling skin on fingers. It was so bad. The lady that did my manicure also kept on selling advanced packages. Not going back

Walked into this salon to wait out the traffic after work, but was very disappointed. Not only was it very overpriced, but my nails dont even look good. Im talking splotchy coverage, nail polish (gel) all over my finger tips (hardened under the light so I cant get it off) and uneven lines. These look like I did them myself- not at all worth the price. On top of all of that, the manicure was/ still is PAINFUL. The guy cut me while clipping my cuticles multiple times, removed far too much cuticle making my fingertips feel like my nails are cut too short (that burning, stinging feeling) and did not properly remove polish from my fingertips while painting (which looks bad, which we already covered) leaving hard chunks of gel polish under my nails. Additionally, the pedicurist also removed too much cuticle so my toes are sore today too. I will never go back to this salon- I would rather sit in traffic.

Theyre the only nail salon Id go to. I live in Buford and I drive past at least 50 just to go there! Went in last Tue for a gel mani and pedi by Friday three nails were already chipping/cracking! I went back in on Sunday (my only time off to go) and a 50 min drive! Only to be charged for fixing my nails. Gel isnt suppose to mess up that soon so they should have fixed them for free. I could have saved my gas and time if I would have known this would be the outcome. I did love their shop but this is the second time their customer service has failed me. Time to find another nail salon to call my favorite.

Told us to come back for massages. We go back and they tell us its only massages for women. No sign posted etc..but they gave my husband and I pedicures and not once did they say no males...I was very disappointed.

THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK NEVER GETS THE APPT CORRECT IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE FOR EVER

**FAKE GEL NAILS** Ive been a loyal customer for almost a year and Im just now finding out that the so called GEL POWDER they use and up charge you for is fake, THERES NO SUCH THING AS GEL POWDER, they are lying and using acrylic! A lot of salons do this and people need to know what theyre really getting, basically they are charging more for gel powder but there is no such thing, so disappointing

From out of town but needed a pedi and a new set of nails. This place was close to my hotel. Overall my toes and nails look good and they were fast and friendly. but they asked to do gel about 4 times and each time I said no. They said the could do designs but when I showed them what I wanted which was just a simple swirl pattern they couldnt do it. That was dissapointing. It cost more to do white tip than clear tip for acrylic nails yet the process is the same. My home town salon doesnt charge extra for the white tip and can do almost any design I show them. More expensive for everything that I am use to paying in small town north georgia. It was fine for this one time visit but wont go back even though I here from out of town often.

Im busting from Miami ans after reading reviews I seen a lot of people complain about the upgrades as soon as I walked in the gave me prices based on mani & pedi basic the lady started on my pedi and once one of her regulars came in she left me and started on her and I was given another person to handle me then once this lady started she kept trying to upgrade me and get me to buy a 45$ pedicure saying that if I didnt upgrade she would not remove dead skin from my feet I told her I refuse to pay that when I get my feet done and skin removed for 20$ back home and it comes out great then she told me pay 27.95 and she will remove the skin I then agreed which I feel is still a ridiculous price I havent yet finish my treatment but so far I am unpleased with these prices so they better be worth it

Nightmare! Scheduled 2 basic mani/pedis for nieces & confirmed when we got there. I waited for them, got to the register & it was double the price. Apparently there were upgrades w/o my permission & made me pay for it despite cut fingers and smudges!

Horrible first experience and last visit (I believe first impressions are eveything0 - they are not good at what they do, High Prices, an extra price for every little thing, they are not good nail design techs, somewhat friendly.

I like this place, but every time I go I get upgrades or pressured to get upgrades, even when I say no. Maybe its just Tina who does this, but I went for. $45 pedicure that turned into $100, because she kept adding on- and the language barrier makes it hard to understand that she is doing this. Probably wont go back- there as too many places in the area that dont pressure me
