The Deluxe Spa pedicures I’ve had here are AMAZING! They really pamper you with the massage portion!! I usually keep my nails short & my gel manicures turn out great too!!

What I asked for and what I got where two completely different things. I believe my tech did not even try. I understand that it would be very hard to replicate the inspiration behind my design but it is completely doable. Not even the length is similar. The colors do not much. I Paid $60!!!!!

Pedicure was fine. nail paint is very sloppy. Massage and scrub was very good,I got the upgraded on sen version. (Pics are posted same day as pedicure)I was also asked if I wanted the bag of wax on my heels without telling me it was an up charge... found out later it was an extra $10. Didn’t appreciate that.

Not worth your time or money! We ended up waiting an hour for them just to tell us that they could not do our nails tonight. This is super frustrating because we have been coming to them for over a year now and have been very generous on tips. Turning people away after an hour of waiting is unacceptable and very unprofessional! We will not be coming back here.

They were good 6 months ago. Not anymore. Even dont try it.

BEWARE! Went in for one sns nail repair - took over an hour to fix and two different people to get it right (it was a French tip, nothing crazy). After the first person messed it up, she told me sorry she was in a rush and didn’t have time to fix it, someone else had to take over to try to salvage the poor job she did. This was my first and will be my last time at this place!

I’m usually not the kind of person to complain but I just don’t know how this can be called a good gel manicure. I’m so disappointed. The picture is right after I left the salon. Both the cuticle work and gel application couldn’t be sloppier. I would never make a scene at the salon but planning to give them a call and talk to the manager.

Wow. I cannot express how much I loved this place. I felt pampered like never before. It looks wonderful (nails and toenails) they were so accommodating and nice! I highly recommend this place. We even had a large bridal group!

I got my nails done here and the next day one broke. I got it fixed the following day. The day after that 3 nails broke. I got them fixed ($10). A day after that another nail broke and by this point I was over it. I was told my nail beds were too short and that’s why they kept breaking. However, this has never occurred before. I would literally just roll over in bed and a nail would break. In addition, they painted my toe nails the wrong color. After showing me what the right color would look like on a mannequin hand. I didn’t notice til after she was done. I definitely won’t be back.

I have been here several times. The service itself is good. My nails and feet look great but the price gouging has to stop! Each trip gets more and more expensive for the same service! I will not return!

Amazing nails is the absolute best nail salon in Atlanta in my opinion! They do incredible nails and are very professional. I have gone in without appointments during busy times and they always squeeze me in. The nail technicians here are experienced and their work is highly detailed. One of my biggest concerns is having my nails done at a sanitary salon, and I don’t even have to question that here. All of their tools and supplies are fresh, and the salon is very well maintained and a beautiful and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Li (sp?) for a manicure and Lisa for a pedicure, as they did my nails for Valentine’s Day/my first day of work and I loved the result. I believe all of the technicians are fantastic. The services provided are excellent for the price!

Love this place and Hang is my girl for my nails! The place is clean and COVID precautions in place. Tons of options for SNS or gel nails. The chairs are amazing and it’s the best spa for my self care day. I can always get an appointment and the staff is friendly.

Im 90% sure they overcharged me.. $46 for a basic pedicure ($28) with gel ($18?) seems like a little much. I shouldve said something. Other than that, good experience!

I’ve been coming here for years and love this place. Lily is so sweet and kind. I’m also very happy with the way they have handled Covid-19 upon reopening. All staff and guests were wearing masks. They separated work stations with at least 6 feet- no one was sitting next to anyone else. They also have plexi glass blocking the guest from the technician when you get both a pedicure and a manicure. I saw staff cleaning constantly during my time there. The only thing I would warn folks about is expect to be here for longer than normal if getting a manicure and a pedicure, as you can only get one at a time to keep you as safe as possible. I could not have felt safer. I love it here and will never go anywhere else!

Love this nail salon! It’s close to work and the gel manicures last forever. A lot of bang for your buck too, with massages and length of service.

Great nail work. Employees are lovely and dedicated. I walked in at 4:45 for an SNS manicure on a Sunday. They stayed until 6pm (30 minutes after closing) to make sure my nails were perfect! I highly recommend this salon.

I came here while visiting ATL, when I walked in they were not friendly at all! The lady did my pedicure very rude. But I saw several Caucasian women walk in and they rolled out the red carpet was very u fortunate and she just lost a really good tip! Sad it’s 2020

After trying a few places around Atlanta, I finally found a good one! They are always friendly and patient! The prices are good and the atmosphere here is relaxing. In an excellent location. This is my go-to place.

Best manicure that I’ve ever gotten and all of my friends agree. We never go anywhere else now. They do an incredible job filing and shaping and everyone there is extremely nice.

This place is called Amazing Nails because the service and staff are Amazing! Ive never in my life had such an Amazing experience. Not only did they do my nails at 7:31p which is pastat closing but had a great attitude while doing so. Complimentary snack, drinks, coffee, hummus (yes, I said Hummus! Lastly, the salons decor is Beautiful. You must go visit this Amazing Nail Spa for yourself. I couldnt imagine myself going to another nail salon after my Amazing experience. 💅-Winnie

I went in to get gel manicure and was politely greeted by everyone there. Tam did my gel manicure and it is the best Ive had so far. She did an excellent job and I am not one to say that easily. Would certainly recommend!

A wonderful place to get pampered. Beautiful, peaceful and clean interior with very friendly and efficient staff. They even do complimentary lunches for customer appreciation. I had a mango salad that was out of this world. I can not recommend this salon enough!

This salon is ok... tried them for a second time on yesterday, not that thrilled with the way he did my nails, the acrylic used looks like plastic, I was very specific about how I wanted my nails shaped and the guy that did my nails made it seem like a problem, he was also very rough, pulling on my arms and hands, also the shop should know in my opinion its very rude for you to yell out, talk and have constant conversations in your native language when working, makes the customer feel you are talking about them and that doesnt feel good.... doubt Ill be back to this nail shop.

Almost sets the bar too high! This place can’t be matched let alone beat. They listen to exactly what you want and deliver. They don’t rush you and they take pride in everything they do. Neck, shoulder, leg, and arm massages included in the most basic packages. The prices are competitive and they are so friendly. Complimentary wine for our group of four, too! Amazing, relaxing, and well worth every minute and dollar.

The place was clean, and they lined the tubs with a plastic liner for each pedicure. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If youre in Atlanta Id say give Amazing Nails & Spa a shot!

Where do I even begin. The first issue was that she was not properly trained on how to wax legs. The lukewarm wax was applied to my legs and then she attempted to forcefully pull it off with multiple strips. Of course this is painful and left my leg still hairy. I now have one smooth little spot on one of my legs and the rest still hairy. Then she used a cotton ball and some ACETONE to try to get it off. I had to tell her multiple times to stop. They don’t tell you how much anything is. I blame myself for not checking with her a second time about the cost of my gel pedicure, but it’s just poor business practice tonight tell people what they are paying for. And the prices were ridiculous. The spa pedicure was 25, but adding gel polish made $45. That is insanity! Almost double just to have gel polish? That makes zero sense especially when I can buy the same exact gel polish from the store right now for $10. Then they tried to charge me for having longer nails, again something I was not aware of when I got there. It’s already unfortunate to have to find a new nail tech after moving to another city, but to have this be my first experience getting my nails done in Atlanta it definitely leaves a horrible taste in my mouth about the type of business is that the city offers. I will never be back and I hope that they take this into consideration the next time a new customer walks into the door.

Amazing place very attentive & great customer service

Went here today for a gel manicure and pedicure. While I was sitting in the pedicure chair looking at colors I saw one of the technicians, Na, start to reach for the nail color swatch in my hand so I told her that I was still looking at the colors. She proceeded to snatch the swatch out of my hand and gave it to another customer that just walked in and told me that she would give it back when she was done. I discussed this with the other manager Megan who didnt seem to care much but did apologize for the incident. If youre looking for good customer service go elsewhere. There are too many nail salons in the area to settle for one that doesnt treat all of their customers with respect. This wasnt my first time visiting but Ive had another incident happen here so it will definitely be my last.

We came in from NOLA and had super achy muscles from the drive. Decided to get pedicures for leg massages and enjoyed it immensely. The staff was friendly, professional and talkative. I felt they went above and beyond. When we left, we were relaxed and feeling good. Not only that, we got great looking nails!

The nail tech is very graceful and sweet to chat to. I wanted shellac on my toes, so she did standard. Plus, the salon doesnt smell like chemicals at all and no - axeton. 100% pleased!

After trying out several salons in the Buckhead/brookhaven area, this is now my go to place. The salon is clean and tidy, and they use sterilized equip as well. The staff is friendly and attentive, I dont feel that they rush to get you out. My gel manicure lasts longer and looks great. More importantly, my pedicures are awesome! They look great, last longer, and my calluses are taken care of. I recommend Trina Nails!

Friendly management but overpriced and the quality just isnt there. Ive tried this place 3 or 4 times recently and sadly, they just dont quite get it. The last time was the worst - a technician who kept waving me off when I tried to tell her what shape I like my nails.. so she then did them wrong and filed SO hard on my foot that it took the skin off the end of my big toe. Whats more, I had gel polish (which never chips on a pedicure!) and when I got home, I realized it was a really bad application - not only were the nails not filed the same but they were painted with bits missing, not to the cuticle and not with a clean edge.. so chipped. Give this place a miss. There are much better who are much cheaper.

I am not from the area, and picked this place pretty randomly. It is clean, everyone is friendly and helpful. The tech that worked with me was the nicest and friendliest person to ever do my nails.

Went to get my nails done and it was rushed . No one was there waiting and it wasn’t busy at all. I told the nail techs I have ingrowns and I need these fixed. They did not do that and now I need to spend more money to fix my toes . Not worth it .

I had just got my nails done Tuesday 2days later one broke in half and 3 cracked because they were so thin. Customer Service was excellent, but they poorly did my nails

The nail salon I usually go to was closed today but Ive been looking for somewhere to go because I do feel rushed there and I might trek back to Amazing Nails & Spa because I did not feel rushed at all! Totally relaxing!

This is my go-to nail spot. Everything is immaculately clean, they have a nice selection of polishes and the staff is great. A basic pedi is $25 with manicures coming in around $10. The shopping center gets jammed with lunch people midday so parking can be limited. Sundays from four oclock on, you might get caught in a rush and have to wait. I promise its worth it! #buckhead #mesopretty

I find the folks at Trinas to be very friendly and helpful. (Also, they tell you how pretty you are.) They have tons of colors, can do gel or regular and have a lot of packages to choose from for manis and pedis. I get the deluxe with gel on my fingers. Sometimes I get french with gel too and it lasts for a long time. The best thing for me though, is that do the mani and pedi at the same time if they have the staff. For me, the time savings is helpful. I am usually getting my nails done between other errands or when I have time in my day, so I appreciate the service at Trinas. they will also do them separately, though, if youre on a more relaxed schedule. I highly recommend getting your nails done here.
