This is in my view one of the worst rental car service companies Ive ever visted. The staff had me waiting on the curb for 20minutes before they asked for all my documents. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes just for them to tell me about some bogus insurance reasons why I couldnt rent a car. They offered no solutions just a dry apology I highly recommended everyone to use other car rental companies they might cost you a little more but at least you wont have the headache and waste of time doing business with these people.

American Auto Rental is the best!!! Friendly staff and very helpful...I needed a 15 passenger van at the last minute and they made it happen..they will continue to get my business and anyone else that I know needing a rental.

Car was not clean wanted unlimited miles and did not get it so e d up paying for extra miles

This business is truly special, it doesnt get the credit it deserves, I had been trying to get things moved for MONTHS and at the last minute they helped me when u-haul left me stringing along. I cannot thank this team enough-

Great that they offer curbside service but employee did not wear a mask. No smoking car strongly smelled like marijuana.

My husband and I had been searching around for a car rental that wasnt so expensive and had a car available at the moment we arrived. We went and they took care of us speedily. They were very well priced compared to other rentals in the area.

Did not have the truck I reserved, told me I would get a 35% discount on the phone and then told me once I was there that he could only do 10%, took almost 2 hours to pickup a truck, was told I would receive partial refund when truck was returned due to all the issues with pickup, still have not seen that. Unprofessional, dishonest, and disorganized. Do not ever plan to go through them again!

On a very busy day, when waiting room lobby was full and folks in paeking lot waiting, the staff remained cool and courteous and got everyone taken care of in the most expedient way possible. We had 1 question about our bill and they took care of the issue with no questions asked. The vans looked and ran great. This is our fourth year in a row to rent from American for this particular yearly event and I assure you that well be back for the fith year. THANKS American Auto Rental for a great experience.Jeff

Unless you have full coverage Auto Insurance, this company does not accept American Express car rental insurance and will require you to pay $15/day for their coverage.
