Don’t go in there wearing jewelry or wearing your nicest clothes, because you will charged depending on how you look!!! TAN did my nails and he charged me $75 for a simple 1 color fill in. He told me it’s $40 for a fill-in and $25 for gel color. He did NOT charge me that amount the last time he did my nails. Then a lip wax was $15!!!!!! Lip waxes are normally $6-$10. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The prices they have listed aren’t the prices they’re going to tell you and the nail quality isn’t good!

Melissa and K hooked me up. It was a rainy day and what impressed me the most the power went out in the middle of my visit. They teamed up to make sure I was safe as well as themselves. My nails and toes came out so beautiful. Hey if you can do my nails in the dark you know Ill be back. Thank you

I got a beautiful green color of suns but when my nail tech finished putting it in he did not buff until smooth.I also asked for a black tip of nail polish on top of the nail and it was very splotchy and not cute at all. lastly he put on a nail tip coat but when i went home to remove the black polish i couldn’t, so i had to spend an hour buffing the polish away to keep my green base.

I like the tech Jay and Kay for my manicures and pedicures. I think that they do an awesome job I love the color choices attention to details very convenient for me to go there after work and go on home

This is a horrible nail salon. The owner has no interest in customer service or customers period. I used to come here once I met the owner at my job. He seemed personable and friendly at first. He started by doing an amazing job on my nails. About a month or so into going here, the quality of his work completely went down. His attitude is atrocious and he over files your nails. The rest of the staff looks at you like you do not belong there, and I have had my own natural nails crack and break due to excessive filing.He actually tries to discourage people from coming! I have never seen a thing like this in my entire life! DO NOT GO!!!

Poor customer service. They closed before their posted closing hours. I went on a Tuesday right before 7 pm and was told they were closed. The door states they close at 8 pm. Ridiculous.

Marie gave me a wonderful pedicure experience. Best experience I’ve had in Atlanta in the 4 months I’ve been here. She gave me a French tip and did it perfectly. I will be returning and requesting her on the regular. Absolutely satisfied.

This was my go to neighborhood nail salon, but in the past few months they have raised their prices and lowered their services! If youre not getting a deluxe service, they treat you like second class. I paid to have my feet be pet and I had remind the guy to actually scrub the other foot because he was so busy talking to his coworker that he forgot. The paint job on my nails is chunky and gooey. Gross. Not coming back.

To be honest, I have been searching and so determined to find a salon that just does a good job. Granted I was sort of rushed, I remember telling the nail tech ‘please don’t feel rushed, but don’t do anything extra to me, just trim my cuticles and paint the nails’. The paint and the filing are less than superior for that. Some nails are unevenly filed and some nails do not have paint covering the nail bed. As I was in there another girl came in and complained about how her nails were already falling off. I have photos of my work but am not sure how to post them to this review, but beware. Less than satisfied

This place is the worst nail salon in Atlanta. Owner is mean and nasty. I came in for a pedicure and sat in the chair with my feet soaking for TWENTY FIVE minutes and all the techs were still busy. the water was cold and no one was clearly about to come help me so I dried my feet and started to walk out. The owner says, “that’s fine, let her go, we don’t need her business anyway.” Who says that?? Extremely unprofessional and I have warned all my friends not to go there.

Love this place. I have never been happier with how my nails look. They do a great job and my nails look exactly how I like them... I attribute that to they all speak English well so they understand when you explain to them how you like your nails. I highly recomend this place! They greet all their regulars by name. Great place!

I gave a one because I cant give a ZERO!! THE WORST . There was a woman who clearly understood what I was saying and did nothing to help. Charge $50 for a crappy job Nails uneven and lumpy. Color is hideous. My fingernails look like they were dipped in ballerina pink nail polish. And I went in for pink and white acrylic. I came out with a dip job.

One of the worse salons Ive been to. The first time I went was fine. The tech told me that theres been a lot of ownership turnaround which I encountered the effects on my second time there. The owner was rude and grumpy. I clarified what I needed and he seemed annoyed to assist with the tech. I got up and left. Never done that before. Highly do not suggest going here

Upon walking in 30 minutes before 8pm, the first thing the owner shouted at me was WERE CLOSED. I was so confused because every chair was full and everyone in those chairs was staring at me. Im thinking hes joking because... Who does that right? So I chuckle and actually finish walking through the door. At this point he gets out his seat and starts pointing towards either me or the door hes suggesting me to walk back through and says again, WE ARE CLOSED. At this point, Im like okay maybe hes serious. So Im feeling a little embarrassed because he just yelled at me like a child in front of the whole salon. I felt so awkward, so I left. I hadnt been in there more than 2 minutes and that was one of the worst salon experiences ever, which sucks because I heard they are decent and they are right across the street from me but no place that completely disrespects me should expect to still get my money.

I love this place. Staff does my acrylic and she is absolutely amazing. I would never go anywhere else. The whole staff is super friendly and prices are lower than anywhere else.

This is a horrible place that does poor work. I went in there yesterday to get my nails done for a wedding. In less than 24 hours, the nail polish has completely peeled off 2 different toes. It did not smudge, or chip. It peeled all the way off like a sticker. I called to complain and ask for a refund on my toes since I am now out of town for the wedding and will have to pay to get them redone. I was told they would not refund me or offer a complimentary service for my next visit. Trust me, you’re better off going some place else where they stand by their work. I will never go here again. I only wish that I could give zero stars.

I actually do not like leaving bad reviews but it was my first time here. I walked in to see how much it costs to getmy eyebrows waxed and a lady told me the price; as I was standing to decide if I wanted to get an eye wax. One of the nail techs who addressed me seemed very impatient and rushed me to make a decision; because of their attitudes I said no thank you and as I walked out she made a very rude gesture towards me and her and the other nail tech both laughed. It was quite rude and I wonder if they would’ve have treated a white woman who walked in that kind of way. I was willing to be a paying customer. But honestly; I sensed racism from that women who “greeted” me.

Six of us went in today for pedicures and it was an okay job. However, at the end of it they charged way more than they originally said. They were just adding extras without telling the customers the charge would go up. A definite rip off, I do not recommend.

I am so I found this nail shop! I had a fill-in done for my acrylics, and the girl there (wish I got her name!) did a much better job than the previous person at a different nail shop.I will definitely go back to her when I get my acrylics redone!

Ive been coming here for probably 10 years (I meet up here with my girlfriends from college) and have always gotten great pedicures here. This is one of my favorite affordable nail salon in Atlanta.

Came here for the first time and got my nails done with SNS. Amanda helped me out, she was awesome. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Will definitely be coming back.

This place WAS GREAT with Amanda there! I went there last Thursday at 5:00pm, they close t 6:30pm. I asked to have a fill in and pedicure after a white woman before me was given the wait time of 15 minutes for a pedicure and manicure. When is my time to get situated, I ask for my fill in and pedicure after being greeted by a older Asian lady, different from the man that is normally there. I tell her what I need and ask if Amanda is there to perform my fill in. She says You come too late, she inst here. So I am like, Oh okay did she leave for the day already? And shes like she no work here any more. And I was sad to find that out but still said I guess whoever can do my nails can just go ahead and do it. She then says we dont have anyone who can go your nails today. come back tomorrow. At that point I had to ask why did the white woman in front of me get seated, she says because she does regular, I am assuming she is referring to the gel manicures. Since, I do try a lot of glitter powders, glow in the dark powers etc. But before leaving, I couldnt help but notice that out of the like 10 chairs that were full that I was the only black woman there. I hoped this wasnt a act of racism, since I NEVER FACE it in dang on 2017. BUT after consulting with several people, they have all identified this as racism.That is soooo sad, I would not advise anyone to visit this establishment. Not just African Americans but anyone the believes racial injustices shouldnt prevail. even if it is just nails!----Jauntel

Id give this a out right zero if I could! Absolutely by far the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. First let me say that I was quite confused by the fact that they had all of the black women seated on one said and clients of other races sitting one the opposite side. While getting my pedi done I say and noted this was a intentional thing as I has open chairs beside me yet only black women were seated next to me. I asked for a simple fill in and pedi and was told it would be $50 dollars, upon checking out the very same women said my total was $90 but couldnt tell me why. She constantly helped another client ( older white gentlemen)while servicing me and when asked about the price offered me a discount card for future visits. Absolutely unacceptable and above all else my nails arent even to my liking smh

The manager guy who sits at the front is very rude and disrespectful! He needs a customer see class ASAP.

I had a really good experience here. Prices are about average.

I came here last weekend to get my nails(gel), eyebrows, and lip done. All together it cost me $58. That is outrageous! It was not even a good manicure. The nail tech didnt even do all the steps that a manicure involves like the lotion hand massage. Also, the tech was rushy and a tad bit rude. Even more, the prices on the wall were covered up by a board, so I just trusted my gut that it would be the price of every other manicure and wax out there. I have never written a review for anything before, and I hope this review helps the company because I want to see them succeed.
