This was an amazing experience they really care about their clientele at this location. Its not like the factory nail salons that treat you like a dollar sign here they actually talk to you and care about making it a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this nail salon because of the quality of service and the level of enjoyment I experienced at this salon. This is a good place to bring a group without worrying that anyone will be leaving unhappy. Please consider using this salon next time you get your nails done!

What a special and amazing place. Small and out of the way tucked into the little shopping center near Starbucks on the corner of Briarcliff and LaVista. The staff and owner is Amazing. So kind, sweet, funny..... and really good at what they do!!This is not the usual run in and run out big salon that does not address issues and only churns you out. These ladies take the time to give you the BEST manicures and pedicures in the city!! They have a very loyal following and thrive on their repeat clientele. I cannot recommend any better Nail Salon!! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

BEWARE! She can harm you and not make it right!I got waxed and she dripped hot wax on my face, leaving two large blisters the width of my eyelids, 3 small ones under my nose and one at the brow line. I had a convention and clients in town for several days after that and could not cover the swelling on my eyes and my dark peeling blisters that hurt every day! I went back on Saturday, after my busy week of clients and showed her the peeling remnants of the damage. She refused to refund me for the waxing tip, payment only offering me only $10 (essentially the tip money) and yelling, YELLING at me that I should have not gone to my convention but just come in there the next day and it was somehow my fault! I am the one who suffered the pain and embarrassment of her actions and she had the nerve not only to refuse to stand behind the pain and damage she caused, but to yell at ME?!

Dont waste time here.
