I have been coming to nouvelle for years with my aunt for pedicures, and it truly ruined me for getting pedicures anywhere else. The exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail is unmatched. It truly is a pleasure any time I visit. I also greatly appreciate their efforts amidst the pandemic to maintain a safe environment implementing a temperature check and handfasting upon entering the salon.

I tried this place for the first time and was very disappointed. The girl who did my manicure and gel was too harsh removing my cuticles. My nails were tortured and I said it hurts. She responded and said something but I couldnt understand. She kept doing it very harsh with strong pressure and my fingers started to bleed bad. She wasnt bothered and started to pour some blue liquid to my nails that forcefully stops the bleeding. Almost six of my nails were bleeding or cut and the pain lasted about four days with scars. No alopogy or anything and the nail tech did not care about the bleeding even though one of my fingers was bleeding so bad that it was dripping.

After Googling and reviewing this salon, I was very disappointed with my visit. I wished that the pretty decor match the truth in advertisement and menu. I am attempted to expressed that truth, but I dont want to put that energy in the universe where people go to find peace. .Which is why sadly, I paid and left a tip. Knowing that karma will pick up the tap by way of universe. I wish you no ill words as you are only using this source as a way to provide for your loving families.I will say to you..please correct the errors in your advertisement or live up to its truth.I felt angry and hot with ALLLOOT of southern spice when I left the salon Thank you for the experience, but never again. My go to place for nails!! Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The nail art is perfect and the atmosphere is relaxing and soothing. Honestly, this is the best place Ive ever gone to for nails. The pricing is fair, the nails are always phenomenal no matter who your nail tech is, and its truly a wonderful place to go to no matter what you need.

I went to the new location near West Egg. Initially, very excited from the reviews and overall look of the salon. I arrived to the salon and was told to sanitize and all that good stuff.First Issue - I proceed to the chair and a nail tech comes over and does NOT introduce herself at all. She just picks up my hands and gets her tools to start. Now mind you, in faster paced/larger nail salons I would expect this sort of behavior because they’re much busier and have like over 15-20 techs. BUT I chose Nouvelle because it felt like I would receive a luxury, boutique style nail salon experience. So this was upsetting as I heard other clients nail techs greeting them and asking them what service that wanted today.Second Issue - The nail tech was watching something on her iPhone AT THE SAME TIME as she was doing my nails. Mind you her nails were as long as talons so she was already taking a precious amount of time just to apply the nail, acrylic powder, and shape. (To be honest, I arrived at 3:15pm. She didn’t finish this process until 4:45pm. I’ve never sat almost two hours just for this part of a full-set! - she hadn’t even applied the color or anything.)Third Issue - They tell you to send in your designs ahead of time for an approval process. So I had an initial design picked up end was ready to receive it. After taking the almost TWO hours to just shape the nails, she asked “wait what are getting done?” -________- I’m like “they didn’t give you the picture ahead of time?” I had to pull out my phone and show her the design (which was a bit intricate). She then proceeds to walk away and do what it looks like was trying to see how to even do this design or see if they had the correct tools for it.At this point I’m already bothered as hell for having to sit there this long with the tech not speaking to me, with her headphones in watching her iPhone, and filing slow with her long nails at the same time. I proceed to walk over to the front and just say hey, “we can do something more simple if it’s going to take another two hours to do this design. I didn’t anticipate having to sit for so long.”So I get this foil design which eventually turned out cute. But after all of that, I was honestly ready to go. I even tipped the girl due to the fact that she “took her time”.FAST FORWARD to less than a week later.Fourth Issue - My foil was peeling and the acrylic is coming up. I’ve never in my years of getting a full-set and gel polish top coat have I EVER had this happen so soon!!! So I send them a text saying how unacceptable this is and that I’d like it fixed. I arrive and they say they’re going to use some “stronger” top coat to seal the foil and powder.FAST FORWARD to less than 4 days later.Fifth Issue - The “strong” seal did NOT work. My foil is peeling. AND on top of that my nail started cracking and eventually due to the weakness of how she applied the powder (so thin) my nail BREAKS in half ripping off my real nail so close to the skin and proceeded to bleed. I was soooooo upset! I then took a video and picture of my bleeding nail and terrible state of my full-set to ask for a refund at this point.This was the SECOND time in less than two weeks that something was messed up with the nail job. I don’t work in a heavy labor environment for the nails to be in this bad of a state. I type on my computer all day in marketing so this was most definitely not my fault.They proceed to tell me after sending the videos of my horrific nails, that they DON’T offer refunds, but can let their “leading” nail tech do my nails for 20% off. -______ - again I’m like are you KIDDING! After all I’ve dealt with so far.So I accepted the appointment because at this point I’m looking tragic. She then asks my availability and I say this Friday after 2. She then scheduled me (after clearly not reading the text) for the following Friday. I’m like “you mean this Friday?” She then claims she told me the “leading” nail tech wasn’t available this Friday. YO this is ridiculous, because she never texted that once. DO NOT GO HERE!

I got a gel nail, and loved how it looks. My nails turned out great because an experienced person helped me, but if you get unlucky and get a new staff like my friend did... fingers crossed!*update*Its been two days and my nail piece fell off! So sad.

It was easy to make an appointment and easy to get to with parking right there. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. My service was GREAT!!! I couldnt have asked for better. I got a basic Mani with gel nails. I absolutely love my nails, theyre gorgeous. Ill be back in two weeks to get my nails done by Isha again (forgive me if the name spelling isnt right)

Recently moved to midtown and have been trying different salons all around the city. I’m a simple gal, I get a basic mani pedi, nothing fancy! Haven’t had much luck until today! Came in a bit before closing and was seated right away. Fran did my mani pedi. Very good price, great quality, and great atmosphere... Great color selection too. Very cute salon with good decor and friendly staff. I also like that the technicians were all of different ethnicities. Felt very comfortable here and will be back next week to see Fran again!!! Thank you guys! Also the girl next to me got an awesome design and matte finish. I was very impressed with the girl doing her design.

This place does very POOR gel pedicures! My gel polish was peeling soon as I left the shop! I returned for them to “fix” the issue and it did the exact same thing. The technician did not know what she was doing! I will not return and recommend you don’t either!

The decor of this place is super cool and the people are very accommodating. I’m rating this lower than my level of service because the price for the manicure is so high compared to others. I got an SNS manicure and it was as about $42.

This team of pros can do it all. The shop is located in an awesome location for people watching or grabbing a bite before of after your appt. Oh...the chairs! The chairs fully recline and you feel like youre on a cloud while they pamper you to perfection. Recommend!

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years! Alayna is the master at acrylics! My mom, sister and I drive an hour to get here! My nails never chip and I’m super hard on them. I would never go anywhere else! They are the best I’ve ever been to!

I have been a client of Nouvelle Nail Spa for about 3+ years now and I can never stop giving this place compliments. I do have specific technicians that I see but I have not been disappointed at all in any visit I have had. If I have ever had an issue, it was fix swiftly and conveniently. I always make appointments regardless. My nails always look great and I get endless compliments. They are the best nail shop I have been to and I will continue to come here.As far as price, they are priced higher than other salons. I have been to cheaper places and they have done great jobs as well but the overall experience I receive here is phenomenal and to me they are worth every penny!

I had a mani pedi a few weeks ago at this salon. The staff are quite friendly, and my technician was very thorough. This was my first time at this location; I went to their old location years ago. Definitely plan accordingly to find parking. The salon is clean but I was surprised that they don’t use plastic to line their pedi tubs. Given how much bacteria are in nail salons, especially the pedi tubs, I likely won’t return.

The only thing was that the music was a bit loud but I really enjoyed my experience! My nails look and feel great, my tech took her time and made sure I was satisfied, the rest of the staff was friendly, with a nice and relaxing environment! They gave me exactly what I asked for!!

The atmosphere here is amazing. Appointment booking only. On Saturday and Sunday, walk in is available. Nothing is ever filthy. The owners of the salon are incredible and relatable. Every nail artist is absolutely amazing with their work. Ive never walked out angry or displeased.

I searched out a place that would do any kind of nails you could imagine and Nouvelle is that place! I loved everything about this place. I even drove from outside the city just to come here. They have free parking which is rare. Theyre really nice too. The color selection is awesome and I wish I wrote down the color I got cause its gorgeous! They literally can do anything you want! I just did matte nails this time but next time Im getting fancy! The prices for fashion style nails are higher than I am used to but that was what I expected from a top notch, clean, cool, friendly place. You get what you pay for and they did a super job! I will definitely go back, I would definitely recommend. Just ask how much what you want will be up front if youre budgeting. They are worth the extra flow though. Theyre a jam! 💅💅❤💜

Ive been a faithful client of Nouvelle for 4+ years. Their service is amazing. Im allergic to some particular products and Alayna (the owner) has taken care that I have been reaction free for years. I always receive an overwhelming amount of compliments for my extravagant nail art. And whats more is that the salon is always upbeat, diverse and good vibes. Ive never referred any one here that didnt love them as well.

I wouldn’t say my experience was horrible just very amateur. I came to this nail salon willing to try it because it was close by where I stay and seemed to be very upscale and professional. My gel manicure cost around 45 dollars which is a little higher than most places in the area. The original job was poorly done. However the young man I had was so sweet and talkative and made me feel like coming back. The next day I realized the nails were just so bad and dull I had to go back and say something. So I did. He then added more coats on top of the 3 coats I already had, instead of doing a whole new paint job. That only made my nails look blocky and thick. Today is my second day with my gel mani and 3 of the nails chipped from the build up of paint. I’m so disappointed! People want to spend money on quality.

My manicures and pedicures always last a long time in impeccable shape. It wasn’t until a few weeks ago I got my first and only bad manicure at Nouvelle (the nail technician responsible for it is no longer there). Alayna was kind enough to give me a complimentary manicure to make up for the poor job that had been done. They are truly the best!

I have been going to Nouvelle for about 5 years now and have never been so happy with a nail salon. The staff is amazing, the salon has a great atmosphere and they give a luxurious spa-like experience at a great price. More importantly, the nails are the best I have ever had. Unlike pretty much every other nail salon I have been to, when the staff at Nouvelle fill my acrylics, I have no problems with my nails lifting or breaking between appointments. Also, if you want the best pedicure/leg massage of your life, this is the place to go.

Would not recommend. I visited the salon Friday to get my nails done. I paid $47 for SNS and it chipped the same day. Today every one of my nails are chipped and some are completed off. Really disappointed.

They give me eclectic vibes with dope/modern designs (what I would originally find back home). I went in for walk ins on the weekend and Ang took care of me - shes super cool and I love my nails. LOVE NOUVELLE!!! The employees are so sweet and friendly and they do a great job. My feet are incredibly ticklish which makes pedicures sometimes a struggle for me but they are always patient and gentle. One of the best things is how clean their salon is. Im talking spotless. I really wish they allow no stars to be selected. Choosing one is no where near how I feel. I went into the shop at 11am today for a fill-in. I waited 10 mins, ok cool no problem then a lady calls me to the back and point me towards the seat I will receive my services. I sat there 20 mins then she stated the acrylic lady will be with you shortly. So I’m like wow only one person here can do acrylic! So I sit there another 15 mins and the same lady states she will get me started for the acrylic lady. So she proceeded with removing my gel polish. Cool after she completes I sat there another 20 mins then she come back and apply the acrylic. I’m like really you had me sit here and you could of did it the whole time but she apply it so sloppy she had a attitude cause she didn’t know what she was doing then the acrylic lady finally is available so she then starts to file one had while the other girl is attempting to apply the acrylic while throwing my hand around cause she have an attitude. So I asked was it a college or a real salon 🙄To shorten this up I was there 11-2 They states I got 10% off so I paid $53 I didn’t even complain yet so they clearly knew they destroyed my nails I had a video shoot at 3pm that I was late for!!!!! I am beyond upset and I promise I’ll never be back

The girl who did my nails was excellent. Great work! Waaaaaaay over priced. Price was very inflated. Twice the amount I would pay in New York. I was charged for $20 for gel, $10 for the shape of my nails, $45 for the fill in! Tuuuhhh! Absurd! I wish I could take the nail tech back to NY with me and never return the that over price nail salon again. When I returned to New York two days later the gel was peeling of my nails. I then had to pay extra for a polish change. If you have acrylic on your nails... DO NOT GO THERE! For that price it was supposed to be perfect. I would give this place a zero it I could!

Phenomenal work. I got a regular pedicure and a gel nail manicure, and it was worth every penny. Regular nail polish will last a day, maybe two, on me so I only get gel nail and this is by far the best Ive had.

Best manicure & pedicure ever...

My manicures (not gel, just plain paint on nails) last about a week, sometimes longer. I dont know how they do it, but they know how to make polish stay and nails grow. They are always EXTREMELY meticulous, no matter who you get, and give you perfectly even shaping.

My experience with the owner was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE my nails werent painted properly. After displaying my nails on social media she said I was business shaming her.I told her that the receptionist offer to fix my nails but ciuldnt wait because i had some where to go. He didnt even offer me another appointment time for me to come in so they can fix the problem.

OMG. While on a mini vacation, I decided I wanted to get me a pedicure. This business is amazing. Amanda did an amazing job. Everything I asked she did and my feet feels amazing!!!

Have been a few times for a decent mani/pedi. However, I have walked into this place 3 times on the weekends when they dont take appointments to be told the wait was over an hour when nobody else was waiting. Front desk guy is rude and unhelpful. Will not be returning.

Nouvelle has been one of my favorite pedicure spots for about 3 years now. I really loved the atmosphere of the old location. Very relaxing, calm and spacious. But, it seems like ever since Ive been coming to the new location, the environment/vibe and their appointment policies have changed. Theyve also hired a lot of new employees. I dont mind paying top dollar for a quality pedicure, but the service I received today was the absolute WORST. The manicurist was nice, but he was CLEARLY an amateur and needs more time training on less expensive pedicures than the Zero Gravity Pedicure that I purchased. He kept dropping things, knocking things over, kept putting pure acetone on my toes (I wear gel polish on my toes, but he kept using uncomfortable amounts of it throughout the entire pedicure), he massaged my feet ONCE, roughly with no kind of technique for about 5 mins TOTAL in the beginning, and did some funky, awkward things with the hot stones that lasted about 3 mins on my feet that didnt feel good AT ALL. He also TOTALLY neglected my legs the ENTIRE PEDICURE. I got irritated because it was two ladies next to me recieving the same service, and they both recieved AT LEAST two oil massages on their legs EACH, while I wondered why I didnt get the same treatment, which further irritated me. I will admit that this is NOT the service that Im accustomed to receiving at Nouvelle, but ever since theyve moved to this new location, with each visit, it seems to get progressively worse between wait times, atmosphere, and quality of service. Im sad to take my business elsewhere, but when I feel like Ive literally just been robbed out of $82 for a pedicure, when I know of a couple of places that I can go to in the area thats about $20 less and receive better service, consistently, its hard to come back from that. Saying that Im disappointed with todays service is an understatement. The only reason this review received 2 stars is because he did a decent job painting my toes.

I get sns elsewhere for the past 2 years and they were booked so i decided to try nouvelle. My color wasnt painted all the way down to my cuticle. I had to go back the same day because the top coat peeled off. Not even a week later a different nail had the top coat peel off. I wanted to love this place because my nail tech was so kind but i cant justify paying for work that falls apart. Like i said, i wanted to love this place. Its super cute and i loved the decor but if Im paying more than what i typically do for my dip powder then i would expect a better outcome. Also, i realized that the top coat makes my nails feel like theyre rubbing against rubber if my hands are wet. It was pulling my clients hair when i was washing them. Ive never had the UV light before with dip powder so Im unsure about the products they use because Ive never had this happen with sns.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been here for 4 hours and I only have my pedicure complete. The owner has just been walking by like nothing is wrong with the ridiculous wait times!

I will never get my nails done here again. I got a gel manicure last Sunday and by Wednesday my nails looked horrible. I could tell that my cuticles had NOT been removed well. I called ahead and booked an appointment to get my nails fixed. When I went to Nouvelle today thinking ok Ill get my nails fixed no problem the manicurist was EXTREMELY rude. She became extremely defensive and started arguing with me telling me she doesnt see a problem etc. That she knows she did a good job, wrong you did not . Let me just say I paid good money for my manicure as a once in a blue moon treat to myself so I expect good work. I didnt go in to argue with her I just wanted three nails max redone. As a customer who paid good money and tipped well the least I could have asked for was common courtesy. Especially since Im coming in less than a week after the initial service. Did I mention the owner stood there while the entire interaction was going on and did not say a word. Im not in the business of arguing, but I will never give them my business nor will I ever recommend them to a friend. I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to share my experience. This was the second time I had been here with my wife. Our first experience was nice, but this last one was painful...literally. The person doing my pedicure seemed like she was new and had never really done one before. It was apparent that she really had no training. She would trim the corner of my nail on my big toes partially, then rip it the rest of the way. I would flinch and she would say sorry. This aggressive tactic on my toes had her apologizing probably 10 times. She was digging so hard underneath the corners of my big toes that I could barely walk the next day. I should have stopped her while I was there, but I didnt realize how much damage she was doing. It has been almost a week, and I still have a lot of pain on both of my big toes on the sides. Im hoping there isnt an infection or a need to go to the doctor. I wont have a choice if it doesnt clear up. I called Nouvelle the next day to inform them of my experience, and they said they would tell the owner, but never really received an apology, nor was I offer a refund unfortunately.

Ive been coming to Elayna for two years now. Couldnt have asked for a more talented nail artist. She always has my nail looking amazing.

How do you not give refunds to your customers that are to happy with the service they receive? If some is blasting you over IG and you still dont try to fix the issue what happened to customers service?

Giving one star because the manicure turned out well but horrible horrible service. i went in for a gel manicure and acrylic soak off and the lady was working on two people at a time. would not give her full attention. took forrrever. ended up being there for almost two hours. kept acting like she was in a rush and did everything so fast. no care. will not be returning

Cool atmosphere and decor. Most comfortable seats Ive ever had for a pedicure, relaxing experience and my nails look great after getting the basic option.

The presentation and staff are nice. Execution of services didnt produce positively. There are visible ridges in my toenails after the polish, my cuticles on my hands are fraying, and it took 3 days for my polish to begin to chip and peel away, again on my hands. It served a purpose for the day, but didnt last.

Neither my daughter or my nails last the week. She put gel clear coat on sns.

Love the atmosphere and the service at Nouvelle. The salon is calming and the beauticians take care and pride in their work.

Just moved to this area and got a pedicure with Kim!!! It was AMAZING!!! Best pedicure Ive had in Atlanta!!!! She was so nice, professional and did a great job!! I was soooo relaxed!!!

Nowhere better

This place is AMAZING! The staff is patient, the reclining chairs are the ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, and I have NEVER left not enjoying my manicure and pedicure.

It took them 2 hours to do an SNS manicure. They then put gel polish on top of the SNS which I hated. Also, their pedicure chairs are not massage chairs. They make you put a credit card down to hold the appointment and charge you if you dont cancel within 24 hours. I will not return.

The nail techs are very nice and polite. They show special care to their clients and nail art.

They soak your feet for 2 seconds. Other than that its great.

Pricing doesnt match the service at all. Just a tip for the ladies doing pedicures....there are things to do on the bottom of the foot. Polished nails dont excuse rough skin on the heels of the feet.Chairs are nice but I dont like walking bare foot to them....ew..I will not be back. Oh and parking is non-existent. Prepare to walk after that fresh paint job....and I mean that literally...its just a paint job here ladies no actual manis or pedis...😟 So disappointed.
