If I could leave 0 stars, I definitely would. For starters the pool is shut down, the other pools available are GROSS with worms and all types of dirt etc in it. Who knows how long it’s been since it has been cleaned. The jacuzzi is the same way, but it’s not working anyway. Some gym equipment hasn’t been fixed for over a year. Staff doesn’t answer the phone and there is no more outsourced phone hotline for the complex. No way to get in touch with security if things happen.. but security isn’t present anyway. No valet trash but they want to charge for it. Where is maintenance because they haven’t come to fix any of the orders I’ve put over a month ago? Gates are always broken. I’m ready to move because new management is a mess. Definitely it worth what they are trying to charge for rent

New management “Rangewater” has been a mess. Nobody cleans the hallways I have never seen a cleaning person on property. Recently they changed guest parking rules and guest can no longer park behind the gates ( there is dozens of free spaces that go unused) now you have hundreds of units sharing less than 20 guest parking spaces. They limit your weekly guest parking hours to 48 hours so basically if you wanna have a small gathering or get together you cant. I’ve never had roaches in my apartment but here they are all over the place, good luck getting maintenance to come to your apartment. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone I honestly wish 2924 kept the property because you can tell new management is being strict to get people out.

New management is horrible. They have been in the office for at least two months now and theres a big change. After I contacted them twice about the hallways being clean, no one has yet to come clean the hallways like before. You can never get in contact with anyone in the office, no one ever answers the phone. New management recently partnered with Fetch Package and the company does not even deliver on time and also has very bad ratings and reviews. The previous management was definitely more effective with these issues. I would not recommend.

I wish I NEVER moved in.I can hear my upstairs heavily walk steps, open the drawers, close the drawers, open the balcony window, close it all kinds of noise at 1-3am or 5-8am, and woke me up basically everyday!I just moved this unit not even a month yet, I’m so scare to walk in unit now, especially at night I barely have any sleep. I work 7 days a week without the good sleep, imagine that.I have requested change the room, fix the issue since week 2 when I noticed this noise is bothering my personal life, had to wait manager came back from vacation for a week, the end of week 3, we met in office showed her all the video recording that they asked me to do, she told me she could have an inspection walk to mine and upstairs unit, if found anything abnormal there will be a transfer fee and application again( doesn’t make any sense to me) but I’m just trying to wait on the inspection first.I had work travel and asked my friend lived in my apartment in case the “inspection “ happened, from Monday to Wednesday, 3 days my friend won’t able to have sleep at 1am, 2 am and 7am, and NO ONE SHOWED UP for “inspection “. I emailed them AGAIN, no one replied.Ask yourself before you move here, do you want to pay and get no sleep? The fact that management don’t even care that bothers me the most, I been requesting since week 2, how terrible is this community? Not event mention gate always broken, 24 hr cyber room/game room/club house MOST OF TIME ARE NOT 24 hours.The unit itself and community is good, the management just horrible. In Brookhaven so many apartments have almost same price, same feature but much better management.I am posting this cross finger hope that someone upper level could solve this matter soon. If not, I have no choice but terminate the lease, and they might require for termination fee. I am going to either have no sleep stay till lease end or pay more to move out the unit.Overall, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Management sucks.

The place used to be called twentynine24 now it’s being taken over by new owners and it has become even more of a nightmare. Gates and doors stil are broken, roaches all around the hallways, the landscaping is awful. They rarely fix anything but send an email that things were completed. Don’t let me get started on the parking policy. They are changing the rules and guests will only have about 15 spaces to park in. Hundreds of residents will have to share 15 guests spaces. Ridiculous! Also guest can’t visit for more than 48hrs in a week. That is only 2days. So if you have anybody coming to visit for the upcoming holidays you better tell them to Uber because they will get booted or towed if they stay longer than 2 days. The rules are absurd. I understand the desire to clean up the place but don’t penalize the tenants doing right by the place. Recently someone car was broken in to and some spray painted the N-word all over it. No emails or nothing were sent out. Guess what the place doesn’t have cameras and I’m sure the office won’t do a thing about it. In order for this place to be luxury apartments they would need to tear down these raggedy buildings and start over. I would only recommend living here if you plan to stay for a month a 2 and you have no friends or family.

My roommate & I just moved to the community in July and so far we have not had a pleasant experience. The parking situation is horrible. Our leasing agent told us there was visitor parking on the 5th level of the parking deck and clearly there was a “Visitor Parking” sign in the area where our guest had parked, yet 3 of our guests vehicles were booted. My roommate went down to the office to dispute it, and no one was even there.Now- the new management is implementing a new Parking system called Parkeaz where you have to register ALL your guests vehicles or else they are subject to get booted. Not only that but, we are only Alloted 48 hrs of guest parking a week. This is super inconvenient because we have to get our guests vehicle info such as their License plate, everytime and register it in the system to order a guest pass. Plus, guest can’t park inside the gates anymore, they have to park behind the gate where there is about less than 15 parking spaces. This makes NO SENSE. This is a big community, and if they are enforcing us to register EVERY guest vehicle including ours, then they need to have more visitor parking on the property. Also, we have to select an hour limit for the guest passes, There is no peace of mind when having guest over with this new system. I HATE IT HERE.And let me mention, they don’t clean these halls as often as they should. There was a stain right outside our door for almost 3 weeks. I had to call the office and let them know to come clean it, and it took them 3 days to take care of it.New management needs to do better.

Do not move here. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. And when I say everywhere, EVERYWHERE. On every level there is not only a roach problem but a spider infestation as well. In the parking garage, around leasing office, in the units, spiders, dead and alive roaches in and around the complex. It’s actually ridiculous. It is extremely overprice and not taking care of. It wouldn’t be as bad if the property was managed and taken care of properly.

Since this place got new management this place is filthy. I advise anywho and anyone to not even think about living here. The trash is so bad that it will eventually have rats here. They hired new cleaning people here and these people can’t even sweep the parking deck or even sweep the steps in the neighborhood outdoors. I miss the old management. This neighborhood USED to be the definition of LUXURY

I accompanied my sister in her new home search and I must say I am extremely impressed with the community presentation, the leasing specialist Quentin confidence, and the location. We were given a self-guided tour to view two units and both of the units were spacious, true to form as far as, including all the apartment amenities that are listed online. We also took a peak in the community amenities as well and love the layout. Our agent was very knowledgeable about the community, gave us insight on what to expect and ensured that there was no hidden fees. I must say his professionalism was superior, provided a welcoming environment, and greeted us from the initial start of the tour. The tour was excellent so good that The Mille has exceeded our other choices off of the customer service that was demonstrated today.

The new Property Manager has been absolutely brilliant since joining the community. I cant say enough about Sam, she needs a raise immediately. Sam brings the Millie community together and shes a real person who cares and is always trying to assist. The new office staff has been a pleasure and are always positive. The Millie is only a few adjustments away from being a perfect place to live. Keep up the great work and service.

I rarely ever leave reviews but please do extensive homework on this place before moving here. By far one of the worst choices I ever made. The gate is always broken. The entry point doors are always broken. Anybody can walk into the building. Carpet in the hallways are filthy. The parking situation was the tip of the ice berg for me. Just please do ya research and TRUST the reviews.

Great community! I work with Ari in the leasing office any chance I get! She has provided nothing but superb service (but all employees have been awesome!)Pros:- Valet trash- Competitive pricing- Modern finishes- Awesome amenities- Fun game room- BEAUTIFUL courtyard and pool area- Again... very professional and helpful staff- Plenty of parking- More guest parking spaces than most communities offer- Online portal to pay rent/report issues- Gated resident parking- Friendly maintenance men (one even offers to help me take larger items out to the trash bin if he sees me struggling--this has happened on more than one occasion)- Quick, professional maintenance--I have only reported one issue (burnt out bulbs in my appliance) and it was addressed within hours of being reported- Regular community events (we have had 3 already this month)- Loading/Unloading areas set aside in front of the doors for easy move-in/move-out and unloading of groceriesThe only con I have is that my upstairs neighbor is less than considerate when it comes to noise, but there is not much that can be done about that. This is city living, and thats what one needs to expect when living in a community.I have attached photos of my spacious studio apartment (530 sq./ft. with a washer and dryer).I would like to note that they are currently running a marketing promotion for online reviews as mentioned by others, however everything stated above is accurate and I would rate this property 5-stars over and over again!

I HIGHLY WOULD NOT Recommend this apartment. You pay so much money in rent for absolutely nothing. I’ve only lived here since may and I put my 60 days notice in to move because this apartment is so horrible. The trash is always piled up. This is not wheelchair friendly. Elevator was broken for like 2 weeks to get to the fourth floor. My air has broken every month since the day I’ve moved in this apartment. They just keep doing quick fixes instead of fixing the underlying issue. This is really the worst apartment to live in. It’s cool if you enjoy going out but other than that I wouldn’t recommend. Worst experience of an apartment I’ve ever lived in. I don’t even write reviews but please save your money &Find another apartment. Listen to the reviews because these people are not lying. I really wouldn’tRecommend this apartment especially if you are disabled or have a disabled child.

You get robbed plus the apartment don’t care about anything as long as they get the money. Stay away from this place. It’s on the media. There is only one camera in the parking deck. Hallway is dirty. Every time you write a review they say sorry about your experience. Other than that there no solution. Read all the reviews. Ask the residents before you move in.

There are a couple things that bother me about living here.1. They are delaying opening the pool for pretty much the whole summer it looks like. This isn’t just because of the pandemic. They did the same thing last summer... they said they needed to order the proper chemicals and get the pool inspected... why did they wait so long to take care of the chemicals two years in a row?2. They jacked up the price for my lease renewal right before construction began at the entrance to the complex... they definitely should’ve been upfront and honest about that one. This is my second time renewing and typically customer loyalty is prioritized.The apartments are nice but the investment needed to maintain condition of everything is lacking. Thus, the age of the complex and the current condition don’t match.I don’t blame the front office staff for any of this. I blame the management group.

Ive been a resident at The Mille for about nine months now and have recently renewed my lease for another year! Since move-in day, I have experienced nothing less than exceptional service from the property management, leasing office as well as the front office staff. Even the maintenance staff (very efficient folks btw - all of my requests have been completed day of/next day) are quick to say hello and ask how youre doing when seen in the halls.Apartment rates are incredibly competitive here especially since the units are well-kept with quality appliances and finishes. Living here is the perfect fit for my lifestyle - my commute to work is 7 mins (I hop right on 85 and zoom south to Peachtree St.) and all the good eats on Buford Hwy are literally right up the road!Apartment living can be complicated and uncertain since youre dealing with neighbors of all walks of life, different backgrounds, etc. There have been some incidents at the complex since Ive been here but management is sure to uphold a commitment to communicate and working with you to find resolutions to issues as they arrive - so thankful!

I have only lived here for two months and it has been a complete disaster since the day we moved in.On move in day, we were informed that we had to schedule a move in time. We did so and changed our moving plans to accommodate the move in times available and our unit was not ready at our appointment time. We had to wait an additional hour after our appointment time for our unit to be ready. We did not receive our mailbox keys until 2 weeks after move in. The elevator was broken on day of move in so we had to take the stairs to move our belongings in. We spoke multiple people in the leasing office who literally could not care less.After moving in, the leasing office was so careless as to give a key and instructions to my apartment to a random man who was touring the community and considering moving in. Completely unacceptable!! What if I wasn’t home? All of my belongings could have been gone!!This place is a dump!! The carpets are stained, multiple light fixtures are out resulting in the hallways being very dark and dingy.The fob system is always broken! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been locked out of the building or locked in the parking garage due to the fob keys not working. If you want peace of mind about being able to access your apartment when the leasing office is closed, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!The trash is often overflowing from the trash shoot and into the parking garage. It is completely disgusting and unsanitary not to mention we are in the middle of a pandemic!!!!!!!! A complete health hazard!!The fire alarms are also always going off at random times during the day and night and it sometimes takes them over 45 minutes to turn it off. If you want to have reliable and enjoyable nights rest, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!Overall, they do not care about the tenants here. The actually amenities look nothing like the pictures online. This place is a dump!!I will say that maintenance has been very pleasant when I’ve spoken with them. They are probably the only positive I can really take away from this experience so far.

I moved in fairly recently and I would say the average 3-star rating is accurate. The pros of the complex is that it does offer several nice amenities, and the floor plans are some of the best I’ve come across during my search. It’s the unit floor plan that lead me to choose this complex. Also, Nichole at the leasing office is very nice and is motivated to help you. I appreciate her friendliness. The maintenance staff and supervisor, Chris, are very nice and have thus far responded quickly to maintenance requests.The reason I would not give this establishment 5 stars is much to do with how mediocre the care has been for the apartment. Allow me elaborate: the quality of the appliances and the materials used are low, and management is loath to replace imperfect appliances. For a complex that markets itself as luxury, it is not protecting its ‘luxury’ investment, nor catering well to the residents who require that their unit be in good shape upon their arrival. When we moved into the apartment, it was dirty with a stove top that had been aesthetically damaged, and a fridge that did (and still does not) close properly. The carpet in the hallways of the entire complex is riddled with stains, thus enforcing my hypothesis that they are not interested in maintaining what was a nice apartment. Though this apartment is young in age, due to the lack of stewardship it has begun to look dingy and will continue to decline unless internal investments are made.

As a parent it makes you feel at ease to see that the place your daughter lives is beautifully kept. The location is perfect and the grounds were impeccable. We would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone looking to live in a safe and beautiful complex.

The Mille: The community has definitely improved from the past summer. I can see where the company has made some efforts to change up some things. Unfortunately they do not communicate much with residents and the manager, Stephanie, has the worst customer service. She will argue with you about her perception and make sure you know it is better than hers. She argued with me about the street parking and my experience. Now the solution is to rent my parking to others in the community, which the spot is the reason I wanted this unit. They do not clean up dog poop on the property and many of us dog owners step on it constantly. I am here as I am saving to purchase a house. I would advise anyone looking to wait a while as this company continues to improve or not. This place is nice at first glance and you may have an ok experience. It isnt hell, but it is not HOME! Stephanie needs to find a way to show she likes her job and working with people.

I lived at the Mille Brookhaven for several years. It started out being a nice complex. But just as in previous reviews, it drastically declined.My apartment flooded in December of 2016. They damaged additional personal stuff in my absence while attempting to clear the apartment. Upon entering the unit to gather my belongings I was greeted by roaches. My furniture was stacked in the bathroom with damages as well.I’m addition to that the nee unit I was supposed to never into had several unacceptable damages. Therefore I wasn’t able to move and had to stay with family during that time. I have pictures of all those damages, emails back and forth with property management stating that they will see how to compensate me for the time being technically homeless. Only to respond of they do it for me they have to do it for everyone. (Assuming multiple apartments got flooded while a pipe busted during the cold winter month)Now I have a $279 collection charge on my account for the time I was NOT in the apartment.I am planning on filing a civil lawsuit if this is not removed by them as this hinders me, years later to move into an apartment.

I turned in our notice on our unit in advance of our job relocation only to have our plans to move abruptly change. The complex has a convenient location and our unit had already been rented out. I can’t express enough gratitude for how the new property manager went out of her way to find a workable solution for all parties involved. Great staff!

Recently I have inquired information on these apartments. Look beautiful online. Great location. Not sure if I want to submit my application as of yet... I have been working with Sam and although she seems to be a nice person. Not very knowledgeable nor helpful. It took almost a week to receive a call back. We even sent emails trying to get pricing and get a self guided tour... Makes one uneasy. I have had to continually reach out to her. If the staff is this way before you even apply. I can’t imagine how bad it may be living at this place... on top of the reviews. I’m uncertain... if we do decided to live at Mille it would not be due to the leasing and that is for sure. These apartments are close to my job. Just not sure if I want to deal with begging the staff to call us back for important matters. If she’s a reflection of their team, oh my.

Do not waste your time or money here. The trash rooms in the parking garage were disgusting and overflowing, I could rarely use the pool because it was either always closed or dirty with loud, obnoxious parties going on. The hallways always smell like weed and the parking garage gates were broken basically every other week, allowing anyone and everyone access to your car. Security basically doesnt exist and I never felt safe. Especially when there was a shooting in the building and we didnt hear from the leasing office/management until 24+ hours later. - had to steal this review from a previous person that commented because it is absolutely correct.Also if you get booted in the parking deck because your temp pass falls off of your car. They will charger you $75 a day until the boot is removed. Maintenance takes forever. Also there is a zero smoking policy even in the privacy of your own apartment like we are a bunch of college students.The apartment if very misleading and management should be fired and replaced.The photos of the property may seem great, but once you move in you will quickly realize that the property is not even close to being as nice. Run, fast.

I just want to start of by letting you guys know how extremely satisfied I am with being a resident here. I’m not from here, but I do believe that choosing to stay at the Mille was a great idea. I love my place, the environment, the benefits, everything. Not only that, but with this new management, I haven’t had much to worry about. When I present them with an issue, it’s like they immediately begin to find a solution to resolve it. That’s what it’s all about to me. As a resident, they make me feel just as important as they are. I’m also very well pleased with this new manager, Emmanuel Gray. He’s always on top of things and seems like he’s always looking for better ways to make the residents’ stay here more comfortable enjoyable. I like the fact that he cares about his residents and what concerns us really does concern him. I’ve noticed that he operates in an orderly fashion and ensures that protocol is being followed the correct way and I think that’s wonderful. He makes being a resident worth it, and as a resident, I feel that’s what it’s all about. Thank you guys for being so amazing to me here.

I’ve visited several apartments this weekend trying to find a new place for my sister and I. These were my last stop before I gave up. The young lady in the office yesterday was so helpful I think she said her name was was Sharon or Shannon she went above and beyond trying to help find us the perfect apartment. We are extremely happy to be moving her and hopefully my living experience will be just as well as my renting experience with the agent.

I have had the pleasure of being a member of this incredible community for a year so far. It is truly a rare thing to be able to say that I love coming home everyday. I feel like family here and I am proud to call this my HOME. Everyone who works for this community genuinely cares about our living experiences and are always there to help. I consistently receive warm welcomes and smiles. I only have two complaints about this property- (1) The inconsistency of the car gate working correctly. I have had the arm close on top of my car causing damage the day after it was installed as well as many people following me in&out of the gate. This leads to some issues in security. (2) Many residents do not pick up after their animals. Thankfully the management has people come clean the property everyday. Having mentioned those two things, I continue to be beyond impressed with this facility and its employees. I have lived in many apartment communities throughout the years and this is by far my favorite! I would HIGHLY recommend moving into The Mille at Brookhaven!

I cannot get any sleep here. My neighbors below me SLAM their balconies ALL NIGHT long until 3:30-4am in the morning. They scream, yell at their children. It’s ridiculous. I call and call security. And yes, I live above them and they are this disruptive. I’m told they are given notices/warnings but nothing helps. I have had other people live below me and I never heard what I’ve heard with these new people. They literally become worse and slam their doors purposely when they are told to settle down. I don’t understand how you want to behave worse after you’ve been told you are acting so rude? Do not move here if you want courteous neighbors. I live on the TOP floor and because this one family below me is horrendous, it is ruining my life! Your peace here depends on who they move next to you. I would love someone to help me but there’s no more after hours security when I call. A new company took over a couple weeks ago and there’s no more security after hours when I call.

So I have been dealing to no air conditioner for the past two months now after getting my apartment maintenanced multiple times. I have let management know and they have repeatedly ignored me and swept my issue under the rug. Management has REFUSED to get back to me via email after multiple tries to contact the GM and the overall management company called trinity properties. They are perfectly fine taking my rent every month but refuse to help me an any way, please be wary before considering moving here. They do not care about their residents as the have too many to be bothered.

I absolutely loved living at Encore. Unfortunately Im moving out of town for work and I wish I will find another apartment like this one. I lived in a studio-- perfect size for one person (wish there could have been a liiiiittle more closet space, but I made it work).Never really heard my neighbors... the occasional thumping from upstairs was my only issue, but its really not that bad 95% of the time. You can hear people in the hallways, but they werent rowdy, very respectable people. Not once did I have trouble falling asleep or waking up from others so I dont mind the slight noise otherwise.Maintenance requests are done in a timely fashion. Never had any issues. Office staff was always friendly and made everything super easy. Love the modern style of the entire complex. All over great experience. So sad to be leaving.

I moved into the Mille in April and my experience has been great. The staff is very friendly and professional and the amenities are awesome. I havent had a chance to meet many of my neighbors yet but I look forward to attending several of the activities the Leasing Staff has planned. This is a great place to live.

These apartments are cool, the location is good for going downtown to Decatur or to Chamblee. There is a parking garage and the features that are separate from the apartment are really nice. I think the office people have been helpful. The maintenance people good but just a little slow, most things I can do myself though.I haven’t had any problems and I would recommend living here.

I came in an applied with leasing agent Jasmine and it was such a nice experience. The tour was very exciting and furthermore made me feel excited to move in. Despite the negative reviews I understand that not everyone is going to have a positive review because some people feel the need to complain about things that the staff can not control (I.e the noise in the hallways). Overall I encourage everyone to develop their own opinion of this complex. Personally I’m excited

My hot water heater isn’t working again (2nd time). I put in an emergency request for repair. On the second day without hot water, I went to the office to ask for assistance because the access door to the hot water heater is locked and could probably fix it myself in 2 minutes. I was told that it normally takes 72 hours for maintenance to respond to these requests. 3 days without hot water?If you you like hot water, helpful staff and prompt maintenance, this is definitely not the place for you.It’s now day 4 with no hot water.

One minute everything is available to use and the next it isnt. I signed my lease based on the full use of the very nice amenities here. The pool and clubhouse is now only available during the week. If they try to tell you otherwise, beware! Not renewing my lease in September. Would have given them 1 star if it werent for the friendly staff. The maintenance guys, ladies and leasing staff has been very accommodating. Cant say so about the rules and where this place is headed.

Do not waste your time or money here. The trash rooms in the parking garage were disgusting and overflowing, I could rarely use the pool because it was either always closed or dirty with loud, obnoxious parties going on. The hallways always smell like weed and the parking garage gates were broken basically every other week, allowing anyone and everyone access to your car. Security basically doesnt exist and I never felt safe. Especially when there was a shooting in the building and we didnt hear from the leasing office/management until 24+ hours later.I have moved out now and when I did, they sent me a final bill. I paid this bill and they additionally subtracted the same amount from my security deposit. Now they owe me money and Lynne OBrien, the Area Manager, has stopped responding after telling me they would send me a check a month ago.The photos of the property may seem great, but once you move in you will quickly realize that the property is not even close to being as nice. Run, fast.

After new management took over there is a car being broken into every night. Houses are now being broken into. They are letting low level scum into the complex. Can’t use the club house anymore without paying $300 and reserving it ahead of time. Arguements and loud neighbors with police out here almost every other day. It was nice but has turned straight hood. They use a third party security team that hires just anybody. Many believe security guys are apart of this huge crime wave. The place is in a great location and looks very nice but is not safe at all! Management please save the rhetoric response because I’ve recently spoke with you on these concerns. You simply stated we are not aware and if your apartment got broken into it was probably someone that you know. Just terrible!!

I just moved to this community and must say that this has been my best experience moving...EVER! Usually moving is a huge headache and could be a drawn out process but the leasing agent Jay was super helpful and prompt! I needed to be approved and moved in within 2 weeks and Jay just made everything so seamless and pleasant! Anything I have questions about or need he has been very helpful and ready to address everything! He really do look out! The community grounds are clean and maintained well and the amenities here are awesome! I have to say after searching for an apartment for over a month I’m happy with the Mille Brookhaven community and if anyone is reading this if you want to live here make sure you ask for Jay!

Definitely nice apartments I moved in a year ago enjoyed the first couple of months when the community was half way empty amenities are nice even though residents dont take care of them. Someone attempted to steal a computer out the business center so they removed all of them temporary then eventually put two back. There is never any visitors parking on the weekend because residence park their car in visitors spaces then leave them so on the weekend you have to fight for parking or risk getting booted. Gate works half the time. The property is very clean I must say that immaculate. The apartments themselves are clean no bugs but the walls are thin. I can hear my neighbors engaging in sexual activities every night. This is one of the reasons why Im moving other then the ghetto, noisy residence from preclude and encore late nights people will have parties and talk extremely loud on their porch. People will drive by blasting their music or use their car to have blue tooth conversations. If you have a reserved spot people will always park in your space and ignore the sign. I do hear about a lot of home and car break ins. Break ins have definitely been reduced since they switch security companies and the guys working currently actually patrol and have guns which is a good safety factor. The last security guy would drive park in the corner and smoke cigarettes during his whole shift and contemplate which apartments he can possibly break into. With some adjustments I think this place will eventually be worth the money because currently its not. I must say the new staff is far better then the last and friendly.

Terrible experience. I lived there for two years for the location, the unit itself is okay the staff is terrible. Stephanie Gilmore the manager is very unprofessional. the staff is never on the same page with corporate policies I suffered a domestic and wasnt allowed to leave my lease security allowed my attacker to get to my door. Ive been harassed and had no help from the office other than i did not report the abuse fast enough. Madison is very rude as well they are not concerned with tenants safety at all. Printer in computer room has not worked in two years gym equipment down for months at at time without repair and maintenance staff will perform quick fixes that will not solve issue. there was a murder here in 2018 and didnt inform the tenants at all found out on the news for the prices they are charging i recommend moving any where else!

Before actually leasing at Mille I was a little sketchy of the apartment! Hearing horror stories of previous management from friends made me uneasy. I experienced the new management and a guy named Gray gave me exceptional service along with my leasing agent Sharon. They make me feel like family and heard. My washing machine we out the other day right before a big interview and I panicked I let them know and immediately Jimmy came in fixed my issue and had me ready the next hour! I recommend this property may not be perfect but the efforts behind it makes it a better experience.

I currently live here and i can’t wait until my lease is up. This is not luxury living. The trash rooms are filled to capacity with trash and it’s spilling into the parking garage. It’s been like this for over a week and management is doing nothing. The parking garage smells horrible. There are bugs all around. You call and tell them and all they say is we are working on it. It’s not an urgent matter to them. We pay too much in rent to be dealing with this. At one point i wanted to resign my lease but after this i don’t!

Excellent experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my year-long stay. The staff was very courteous, respectful, and available when I needed them. There is no perfect apartment, but definitely got my moneys worth with the amenities, the people living within the complex, etc.. Will definitely be taking a look at coming back in a few years.

Encore @ Clairmont is #1 apartment community that I have lived in hands down!We initially met Kathryn who professionally shared the community with us and sold us immediately. A great staff makes all the difference.Which leads me to Desiree, Derek and Gerald. Every time we popped into the office or saw them around the community, it was like seeing family. DJ was our favorite maintenance team member. We rarely needed him, but when we did he was wonderfully impressive.Finally, the community is gorgeous, family friendly, pet friendly and kept spotless. What an experience.Thanks for everything, Encore!P.S. There are no words to express how phenomenal the pool is.

(DIRTY) The place is nice if it had better management . the halls are super dirty cleaning staff dont clean it its trash everywhere and the halls rugs are to even vacuum never . the pool is dirty all the times and the game room is destroy . the commune areas are dirty and whit a lot of trash . when ever you address this to management they dont care so why bother. There are broken glasses on BBQ area at the pool and again its really trashier and gross . if the had better management this place will be amazing since it has a lot of potential .

I put in a work order yesterday for my AC and the Asst Managers in the office Kyjuna Curry and Cheryl Byrd were absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! I left my Patio door open and my window up and my ceiling fans on. When I returned my AC was fixed, patio door closed and locked, my window was also closed and locked and my ceiling fans were turned off. That made me so happy that they took care of those little things and I didnt have to ask them to do it. Thank you guys!

Ive been here at the Mille for over a year now, and Im beyond satisfied.From my first tour, Samona in the leasing center made my experience fantastic! She is truly one of the best leasing agents Ive ever interacted with! Since then, Samona and all the staff + maintenance crew have been very responsive, professional, enforces rules, and always friendly. Ive never encountered a rude or unprofessional staff member which is SO rare for apartments these days.I love the amenities here and covered parking, having access to elevators, etc. Ive only had to submit work order request for minor issues with my apartment, and all times maintenance got the job done timely and thoroughly! You can pay rent, submit work order request, sign up for text alerts, and register guest all through an app which makes things so much easier.With this complex being only 6-7 miles from downtown ATL, and right next to I-85, going to work in downtown/midtown is a straight shot. The price is also great for its proximity to ATL, shops, etc.Crimes/Theft: Thank God I havent had to encounter, nor hear of any encounters that involved crime or theft, etc. Complex feels very safe.Totally would recommend The Mille!

Be sure to ask about the amenities very carefully. They are quick to take away from what is actually stated on your lease agreement. It may be one thing when its time to sign but youll soon notice a difference when living here. By the way this is the second time theyve shut down the clubhouse amenity that is stated for use on our lease and now the pool which is only now for use Monday - Friday. This place is becoming a joke. A petition has already began with this place and how they operate.

The experience I had with the company was not like any Id ever experienced with a leasing company. I came in and toured with Sam, a very nice lady. I told sam I am a educator she said I would qualify for no admin fee. I let Sam, know, I wanted to move in on the 20th of December. At that time Sam did not tell me they had a 3-5 day screening process. When I went online to fill out app it said I stated I needed to pay $225, which included an admin fee. I called Sam she said, their company process was for me to pay the $225 and they would deduct from my move in fee. I did as the company stated. I filled out the app on the 18th, they allowed me to pay the $225, and choose the 20th move in date. I was approved. I did not hear from anyone so I called and I was told the company would not be honoring the price online because it would take 3-5 days to do all the checking. I didnt feel like I should be penalized for that, however the company did not budge and said I should have known it would take some time to get the information back. I asked why did the system allow the process. Then they informed me my company was not on the preferred list so they would not honor the full admin fee discount, finally my sales rep spoke with someone and they split the discount with me. I did not get the full discount. The last thing, on the day I moved in I got a welcome letter, I moved in on the 27th, that i needed to pay Jan rent before move in. WHAT a shock. I expected to pay the next month rent on the due date. I was told I can take it or I could find something else. I had no where to stay, I had the flu and I sitting across from Stephaine with no options. If you are looking for a decent low cost place in the city, this is it. If you are looking for compassion and integrity this isnt the place you want to deal with. I was extremely upset, more because I had no options, my lease was up. My lease was up on the 2oth at my old place, I had to store my furniture until I moved in on the 27th. This was the worse process. I really dont want another tenant to have this experience. I suggest, getting everything in writing, I suggest asking alot of questions. I suggest not taking the price on the internet as your rate. Since I moved in things are ok, its been only a few days. I do have a business and I would never unrate a business. I have a business google page and I understand what it means to a business and consumer. I want Mille to do better.

Horrible community and poorly ran! After 3 years of being on time with my rent, a technical error happened and the office disregarded and was very unprofessional. The Regional Manager even threatened to evict me. I am in utterly shock that Trinity would hire such nasty people to represent their company. Elsie Ramos and Regional Manager Erin Smith should seek another career outside of service as they did not exercise how you run a business.

The Mille at Brookhaven are luxury apartments at its finest. The amenities are nice and up-to-date. I like the fact that I do not have to leave out of my community to go to the gym or to go for a swim. Those things are provided for me at The Mille. I must admit, at first I was thrown off by the gate situation with my fob, but it was fixed immediately. I also like the fact that I am only minutes from Buckhead, which is a huge convenience! I enjoy living here!

These apartments are extremely beautiful. Not only that, but the manager, Mr. Gray is an amazing manager for these apartments. I’ve dealt with my share of rude and disrespectful apartment managers, but he is serious about his stuff and makes sure the job gets done in a timely manner, and I appreciate that. It takes a lot of stress off of me because I know I can trust him to take care of things. I really enjoy living here, and couldn’t ask for anything better. Keep up the good work guys. You’ve gained stars in my book.

People talk loud in the hallways after midnight even during the week.I get it apartment living but theres also a such thing as consideration. Live here at your own risk. Maybe youll get considerate neighbors.Ive never interacted with the new management but the prior was pretty attentive. Maintenance is a lil slow for the requests made but they werent end of the world requests.

Terrible place to live!!! Worst apartment I have ever had and I have lived in multiple around the area. The walls are paper thin, and the floor even thinner, I constantly hear everything my neighbors are doing. Complaints fall on deaf ears about any issues, they just sweep it under the rug and tell you they are working on it. The security is some dude in a chrysler with a flashing light that sits outside the parking deck for a few hours a day, its a joke. When you call after hours, the property management compqny just tells you to call the police since there is no actual security on premises... which most times, they are already here for something else. In the 9 months that I have been here, my next door neighbor had his sliding glass door shattered and everything stolen, Ive lost count on the car break ins, and a murder.The place looks great in pictures and even upon first moving in, reality sets in soon after. The pool in constantly overcrowded and not taken care of, last season it turned green multiple times..A few of the office staff are very nice and helpful, the others are there to tell you what the dont do and why they cant help you.Do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else, this past year has been more of a headache than anything else.

Im always moving and on the go. Finding a decent place to stay at a reasonable price with management that actually cares about the needs of their tenants are hard to find. Besides all the trash issues and the maintenance not responding in a timely manner, which Im sure are problems that can be fixed. If not for the great management team and Gray, I dont think this apartment complex would be what it is. Hes always in good spirits and somehow manages to remain calm even after I blew up on him. He remain professional, consistent and was very apologetic about the issues that I encounter.Outside of all the dirtiness of the carpet in the hallways and the trash, I can truly say that theres no place like home. Thank you for making this feel like a small town community and not just another apartment complex.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is party city, if you enjoy peace & quiet this is not the place for you. It’s sad that this place has become this way, when I moved in March 2017 It was so nice I thought I found a gem until new management came in the spring. Management is rude as hell. Our security team is useless & a joke. Management has “temporarily” disabled the courtesy officer call on the mainline, which has been down for several months.. So if you have an issue you have to go straight to the police. Gates are ALWAYS broken. Elevator is ALWAYS broken. Everything you pay for in a luxury apartment here is a joke. There have been Multiple break ins. Fire alarms that go off in the middle of the night with no explanation. I literally feel like I’m living in a college dorm. Tons of sketchy people in this complex sometimes I don’t even feel safe walking through the halls alone because of the shady people that come in & out. Trash is left through the halls. It’s just a mess.

New management is committed to making aesthetic changes to the complex (new paint, landscaping, etc) but cannot figure out anything administratively. Maintenance requests need to be filed multiple times to be completed and their billing system has failed to bill correctly for the past 2 months. Now that they have successfully posted 2 months worth of water bills they were unable to post previously, their resident portal will not let me pay my half of the rent (have a roommate who pays their half, both of which we submit on the 1st like clockwork). I have not brought this specific incident to property management yet but because of my previous experiences, I know exactly how it will go: They will tell us it is their way or the highway, and that we will have to give them a check for the rent in full, even though it should be coming out of two bank accounts. Not pleased at all with new MGMT at all

Ive been at Encore at Clairmont for two years and its been a great experience. The office staff is friendly (especially Cassandra) and theyre always trying to improve things around here. The development is practically new, so I really appreciate the new appliances and I havent had any maintenance issues that have plagued my previous apartments. Definitely recommended!

I lived here for 4mths now, and i love it, the staff is very courteous and kind, they are always willing to help with issues such as mail and packages getting lost do to outside handlers. Miss Sharon and Ari are the best resident consultants you can find anywhere, and there team leader Mr, Gray is a person who understands the residents needs and luxuries. I am from nyc so i was not use to the VALET trash which is very convenient, there has been no brake ins or violence on the property AT ALL, i feel safe and happy living here.

This is a relatively new apartment with nice amenities and great location.Walls are thin and there are no sound barriers between the walls and floors. And what makes it worse is that many people living in it are extremely inconsiderate and oblivious to courtesy hours. I have been constantly bothered by my neighbors excessively loud, heavy-beat party music in the last several months during day and especially late night. I have contacted the office for many times but the problem still exists. Last time when my neighbor started to play music loudly again at 11:00pm, I called the security patrol. But they did not do anything to address the issue--I had to knock my neighbors door at 12:30pm to ask her volume down her music.Plus, due to the ultra-thin ceiling, I can hear the neighbor above me stumping really loud through the floor and dropping things on the floor ALL the time. I dont mind stumping during the day time but it is particularly annoying in the middle of the night. I complaint twice about the issue but the problem is still unsolved.As a previous reviewer mentioned, many people talk loud in the hallways at late night. Also, kids can be loud--they run wild, yelling and screaming in the hallways especially on weekends.I have been living here over a year. My living experience had been superb in the first 6 months but it has gone down afterwards after new neighbors moved in. So Id say your living experience here might depend largely on your neighbors.

This used to be a stellar community. Since Trinity property management took over the property it has simply gotten worse by the day.The hall ways smell like trash, because the apartment allows residents to leave trash in the hallways on the days the valet trash does not come.The management fired the valet trash and cleaning companies before hiring others so the trash in the residence has piled up so much that you cannot open the doors to the trash rooms, so trash is sitting outside of the trash rooms.The previous property management company was very responsive, maintenance requests were taken care of the VERY next day, etc. With the new management they literally ignore your emails, calls and voicemails. The same problems linger. The lights on the 5th floor of the garage had been out for months (5) and they have not fixed this small but dangerous issue. This is just one example.Management is who makes the calls and they dont seem to care about resident problems. The new cleaning company that replaced the old one does not even wear uniforms- they dont have carts to carry their supplies. It seems like they hired their family member to give them a break.It doesnt seem like this management is in tune or cares about the issues that are important to residents.

I lived here for about 5 months before I had to leave. The parking garage is gated however the gate worked less than 1/2 the time I lived there and my Jeep was broken into when it wasnt working. I can count 5 different times that residents let their dogs poop inside the building and never picked it up. There are people yelling constantly outside. The hallways smell like trash because people leave their valet trash out every night outside of their trash cans. You can hear everything above you and you can hear conversations in the hallway. We also had our utensil drawer break after putting our utensils in it and the maintenance person that us that we shouldnt have that much stuff in there (we had a normal amount of utensils like anyone would have). We were also told wed have a key to lock our outside storage (this was marked on the initial walk through as an action item). Up until the day we moved out it had not been taken care of. We also had an additional charge to our water bill each month that wasnt supposed to be there that took 3 months for them to finally remove.It looks great from a first time visit but just wait a couple of weeks and you will regret it. This place is more of a hassle than it is worth. Once we left, we were sent a letter to pay our early termination fee (which makes sense!). We were given 14 days to pay this however they sent us to collections after only 9 days. Not knowing this, we sent our check directly to the office but then were told we need to cancel our check (which costs another $25) and re-send another one to the collections agency. After only 2 days after the 14-day period ended collections sent another letter with an interest charge as well. I have asked to speak with the regional manager and so far nothing after a day...we will see what happens but after all that weve seen I am not getting my hopes up.

I went to this complex to aquire about a possible move, I was greated by a smile as soon as I walked in the door. The leasing agent Ari I believe is her name assisted me and my wife as if we were family. The apartments were clean, quiet, and affordable. I saw a few potential neighbors who greeted me with a smile and seemed genuinely nice. Thanks for an easy and heartwarming experience, especially being that Im not even an Atlanta native.
