Lahcen did a fantastic job today when he showed up to do maintenance. He wore a mask. He was very respectful. He was absolutely the best.
I recently had a severe issue with the unit I loved in. Within 3 days Khalid Nadir (Resident Relations) jumped right into action. He contacted Reggie Steele (Head of Maintenance) and his crew and took care of the issue seamlessly. Andrew Cole even checked to make sure everything was up to par. (He made sure my gas connection was working properly and the stove was as well). There is an entire new crew in the office. I must say they are a breath of fresh air. Everyone is friendly, diligent, and compassionate. Especially Regdrick Byers.Give this new management a chance. They really care about their residents.
I have lived here for 5 months now and I personally have no issues anything that i do have an issue with which has been nothing too major Shawn will come and fix it even if I see him walking by and I let him know something he will take care of it right away he really is the best maintenance man ever! The whole maintenance team does a good job better than any other complex I lived in they don’t give you the runaround

I’ve been a resident of the Legacy at Druid Hills for a few years now and I can say that since Gold Oller took over managing the property, there has been major improvements! Khalid Nadir in Resident Relations is one of the biggest reasons for this! He addressed all of our maintenance issues & made sure they were done quickly, & efficiently.
Being a new resident at Legacy for a month now hasn’t been smooth far as maintenance issues. It wasn’t until Lahcen came 9/22 & he’s back again 9/24 to assess the issues and properly complete and fix them. Feels good to know he is indeed a reliable and honest maintenance employee. 5 stars to Lahcen!
Lahcen was extremely helpful! He came to the apartment to fix an electrical issue we had and he realized that we had another issue with one of our appliances. He took the time to see what was wrong, and didnt leave until the issue was fixed. Thank you!

The amenities are broke. Pool has been closed for months ( they told me it would open in July but it is October )Maintanance never arrives. My requests have been pending for over three months.The gym lights are broke and several machines do not work. Forget working out after sunset it is dark in there.
Leasing agent Regdrick has been so great since I moved in last week. He has made it his personal responsibility to make sure me and my boyfriends needs are met.Everyone has been friendly and kind. No apartment complex is perfect but Legacy is definitely doing their best.
Been here since April . Put in over 5 service request for the same thing. I’m fed up. This place is a joke… There is absolutely no light outside of my apartment. It’s super dangerous at night time considering the area we live in. I’ve informed everyone multiple times. This is unacceptable. Ground zero service but expect there money on time. Feel like I’m getting robbed. Real talk
DARIUS WAS AMAZING! He truly exceeded our expectations! He was very helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend this beautiful community. Everyone is helpful and their costumer service is great! The manager Rashad was AWESOME as well if we had a question they worked hard to provide it in a timely manner!
Regdrick was awesome. My wife and I were selling our home and our housing plans fell through. We were in a tight bind and Regdrick moved mountains to get us into an apartment before we closed on our house. The apartment itself is acceptable. Its a little older and the longer I am there the more small things I see. Nothing major just cosmetic stuff. The washers and dryers could use some attention. Overall, we give high praise to the entire staff that we have met so far. I havent had to report anything to maintenance.
DO NOT RENT! Single worst customer service experience of my life. I’m co-signing on an apartment for my daughter and the list of complaints ranges from administrative to safety to health.Literally impossible to get in touch with anyone and, when you do, there’s zero follow through. She’s currently three days without hot water with no response from the emergency maintenance line. What’s the point of an emergency line that no one manages? In addition to this MAJOR issue of no hot water, there have been a handful of smaller maintenance requests that have gone completely unanswered for 3 months.The apartment is old, terrible customer service, shady rental and on boarding experience and it feels like most of the employees hate the job. PLEASE read the reviews and live somewhere else.
Worst living experience of my life. Constant noise late at night from neighbors, bath and faucet water is off color, hot water is spotty at best, staff is apathetic to any issues you may have, Ive had multiple packages that were delivered go missing off of my doorstep because the office refuses to receive packages for tenants, communal laundry facility is gross and usually only about half of the machines work. Ive never lived anywhere as bad as this, my lease is up in 2 weeks and I cant wait to get out of here, this place is truly awful.

I wouldn’t dare do business with this company. I walked in and applied for an apartment on July 15th for a September 1st move-in date. I was approved and submitted all documents and monies requested. Two weeks before move in I kept calling and emailing just to make sure everything was good to go on move in date. No one ever returned my call. I walked in on my only day off before moving in to pay first months rent. The guy was so rude. His literal words were” I will call you when I look at your file” He said the same thing three times and walked away. Finally he send me my welcome letter with my move in date, time, amount, etc.. Fast forward to move in day and I am homeless!! They do t have an apartment for me ready and then decided with loud my knowledge to cancel my rental agreement. Stay away from this place. Unprofessional and corporate doesn’t care because they haven’t returned my calls. I had to seek further counsel to get my issues addressed.

Even though it wasn’t his division, he installed a completely new garbage disposal and fixed the shower promptly. Very good service
Updated review after I have spent a year in the complex.Maintenance can be slow at times but generally they are good and get things taken care of.The property is well maintained and I really like my apartment...The office staff has been very understanding and patient with me. GOD WHY DIDNT I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE MOVIG HERE!!!! Crazy ole me smh!!!If 0 stars was an option, that wouldve been my choice. Im not going to even write anything long because id be here all day! Ive been here a little over 6months and my advice, DONT MOVE HERE! Your HARD earned money will definitely be wasted. Dont get me wrong I have a house and not living on the street BUT I work HARD for my money and I dont get my moneys worth. I wish getting maintenance orders filled and hazards fixed was as important as posting the rent monthly and adding extra fees. I havent enjoyed a moment in this place and CANT WAIT TO MOVE!

The AC in my apartment has been down for more than 3 weeks in the month of July where the outside temperature is up to 96 degrees. Multiple maintain requests submitted online, lots of calls made and texts sent, 2 inperson office visits, nothing has been fixed. One week after I first submitted the requests and made several calls and texts, the agent finally called me and told me that they need to order a replacement to fix the AC. Another 2 weeks passed, they said they are still waiting for the order to arrive, and they have no idea when it will arrive. And they also said they will get a portale AC for me that day. They didnt. I came to the office the next day again and they promised again to get me a portable AC, No, I get nothing. I still live in this hot place while its 95 degree outside and it can easily get to 85 degree inside when I coke. And I still dont know when will they fix the AC.
Lahcen was amazing, he came and helped me out twice in one week, first with the leak in my bathroom sink and then when my a/c unit stopped working and started leaking. He was efficient, very nice and the response to my service request was quick. Thanks a bunch

My girlfriend moved in around the middle of may and has had so many issues from day one. None of them are resolved. From gas coming from the stove to having no a/c at all in her apartment. So sad. Management is never available and the other staff is rude and careless. Tried breaking the lease but of course they won’t get back to us.
Lahcen fixed our garbage disposal in less than a minute! He was very polite and helpful. 5 stars!
Cockroaches, bugs, TERMITE infestation going on year 3. Water shut offs on many occasions due to the old pipes breaking, no notice, not able to shower or brush your teeth for at least 2 hours. Water has been BROWN on many of occasions in my shower/bath who knows what were drinking! They allow the gutters to get so clogged weeds grow into tress. GAS LEAK in my building and we all had to evacuate & gas company shut the gas off for the entire weekend, so no hot water/cold showers. One building caught on fire, completely engulfed due to gas leak, luckily no one was hurt. The TRASH is a big issue here, over piled, RATS around the trash due to residents leaving their trash on the ground! They increase rent every year with ALL of these problems and NO amenities. They forced us to switch to their Bulk Xifinity Internet and include the charge in our rent at a LOWER SPEED than what I already had. When trying to call the office to reach resident relations, the voicemail prompt wont allow you to, so good luck getting a hold of anyone on the phone. NO washer/dryer connections here either and they charge for water. When trying to email their Corporate Offices their email doesnt work/exist.
Regdrick is great! He assisted me during the apartment tour. I enjoyed his positive energy & attitude. He answered all questions, all my bombarded emails & assisted me in my application process. So far it’s been a pleasant experience & I hope the living experience will be the same.
I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t even live here and management has already shown it’s true colors. I went on to there actual website and setup an appointment to take a tour at 9:30am. I received confirmation and reminders via text and email for the appointment. When I arrived 5 minutes early for my 9:30am appointment the leasing agent and or manger came to the door and stated they do not open until 10am. I informed her I setup the appointment on the website. She was rude and took no accountability for the website being wrong. All she kept telling me is they do not open until 10am. She was rude and cold towards me. First impressions are everything and with that I’ll take my business elsewhere. I highly recommend not wasting your time even looking into this place.
The location is fine the staff & management is horrid. Our licensing agent Regdrick was accommodating but our email responses were nonexistent unless we called them.Our application process felt like a scam. The unit was never renovated or viewed within the weeks they said it was going to be ready. Our move in date pushed back several times.An welcome letter followed by an unexplained denial email 3 days later. Possible mailed refund for an admin fee but no mention of a refund for a holding fee we paid.The location as stated by them is currently understaffed* (the licensing team quit in droves the maintenance affected by COVID). Management is too busy to reiceve any calls from my job whuch they they left voicemails at requesting further verification. My boss shouldnt have to call you 3 times a day and still not get in touch with a manager.
I lived here for two years and rent increased by $600. Water and electricity shut off so often I didn’t even bother changing my oven clock. Walls are paper thin. My car was broken into 3 times and management wouldn’t consider cameras. The pool never opened and the tennis courts are always taken by people from surrounding neighborhoods. Management NEVER answers the phone. Maintenance walks in unannounced months after I would put in requests.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone and drove over an hour to tour this property and the leasing agent told me they were not doing tours today due to the rain after I already arrived. *it was lightly drizzling and the sun came out shortly after* Clearly, no one wanted to do their job today. Very poor customer service and waste of time.
I feel totally disappointed by the way the gym is just two weeks after its opening. It really is very dirty. They have not made an effort to clean it for at least a week this afternoon I took some photos and it is disappointing that one is constant with the payment of the rent and you do not do anything to keep the common areas clean.
My AC was fixed by Lahcen and he was able to do it quickly without any hassle. Appreciated the hard work.
Remarkable Service!Just recently I needed to renew the lease and had some questions about it. When I went to the leasing office, I was greeted by Sierra Johnson who not only answered all of my questions, but also helped us sign the lease online! Not only that, but despite being busy and short staffed, she was courteous, patient, helpful, and light-hearted. She told us if we had any more questions or issues to contact her on her business card. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and will certainly contact her for any queries I have!
I have been looking to move from the apartment complex where I reside now and fell upon legacy at Druid Hills. I believe to be a great area. I gave you all a call, Sierra happened to walk me the the process. She is so awesome and professional. Hopefully, I will have a decision soon. More than likely, I will probably choose you all. Make sure you take good care of her.
So the other day my apartment flooded, I went to the office and they sprung into action. The manager Stephen is soo sweet and nice, him, Alyssa, and Darrius, also the maintenance team Kept me in the loop every step of the way. They got my carpet and my apartment cleaned. I love these guys for stepping up when most complexes wouldn’t even care. Wish I could give 100 stars
**UPDATE*Zero idea why they claim this was a tour in their response when I clearly stated Im a resident here. Obviously not reading what I wrote.We moved in on the first of July, we were told that a new track was placed for our sliding glass door, a sheet/tarp thing the previous tenants put up on the patio would be removed, and our tub resurfacing would be dry upon moving in.So far our new track has become dislodged and bent, leaving a half inch gap in the door. Our dishwasher has not been operable, and the bath tub is tacky to the touch and peeling. We issued matinance requests on the 6th and 9th for these issues, so far none of them have been addressed. We have contacted the front office continuously only to get looks like someones scheduled to come today on a few separate occasions only to have no one once again show up. I really dont want to write this review but I do believe if we are paying rent, especially for appliances of convenience like a dishwasher, we should be able to have them work properly. And Im terrified of a possible insect infestation if my patio door continues to go unaddressed.

Management is unresponive, after waiting 6 weeks to have my dishwasher repaired he did it when he was only responding to another repair issue. its always nice to deal with someone that cares and has integrity. Especially after dealing with a flood issue that has yet to be addressed, and that was over 6 weeks ago I truly regret renewing my lease.
Lahcen was awesome, he came out immediately to fix my garbage disposal I accidentally turned on with a shot glass in it. He was done in under a half hour and was masked up appropriately!I also had Mike and Sean(Shawn?) come in later on when I had a leak and they replaced my old faucet with an awesome new one super quickly. I can actually fit medium sized dishes and pitchers in my sink now!

Honestly this is the hardest apartments to deal with. I did a roommate release form last year and I stopped being a resident. I found outnot only was my name still on the lease because they didnt complete the form but I. Still considered a resident in their system and I am continuously getting emails from them about an apartment I have not lived in for a year. AND they sent me a link for a portal to pay rent and I dont live there!!!!

The Issue stated below in this post was resolved a few days after I posted this review.Unprofessional staff, and Mismanaged Property . ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The security deposit refund check that was due to me was sent to a 2309 Willow Lake Drive B Atlanta, GA 30329 this address has never been associated with me. This is very suspicious activity and needs to be addressed by Corporate.ALSO,On May 25, 2021, I completed an online application for a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a property owned by Goldoller Real estate Investments; the name of the property is :The Legacy At Druid Hills. This property is located at 1491 Druid Valley Drive Atlanta, GA 30329. A few days later Janet Burgos (leasing office representative) showed me a model apartment that was a 2 bed room, Janet Burgos explained to me that they did not have a 3 bedroom 2 bath model apartment to so me. I asked Mrs. Burgos did the 3bedroom and 2 bath room I inquired about come washer and dryer connection and was it remolded. She replied yes to both questions. I proceeded with giving Mrs. Burgos the information and funds required to proceed with the leasing process with in the days leading to our move in date . I continued to check in with Mrs. Burgos. My move in date was scheduled for June 16, 2021. I couldnt move into the unit on the move in date of June 16, 2021 as I was informed that the and the apartment was not cleared for occupancy by property management because of the fumes that were lingering from the sanding work that was done to the counter tops. The apartment didnt have washer and dryer connections as promised. I paid movers to move my items on that date and unfortunately I had to forfeit the funds, even though I did not move into the new unit located at the Legacy at Druid hills .I have recipes of all the moving fees that had to be paid out . Along with the security deposit that was paid and never refunded.Also the information contained in this email has been mailed to my local news station and the better business bureau.To all Concern,Good Afternoon, i was contacted by the Legacy at Druid Hills on July 13,2021 at 11:16am. A gentleman called my cell phone inquiring about my refund process. This gentleman wanted to know if I had received the refund check or not? To which I replied, no. The gentleman stated that i should’ve received the check by now. Then he went on to explain that it would be mail over night using either fed ex of ups overnight delivery service. I asked the gentleman if it were possible for me to receive a tracking number so I can be at the address he’s sending the check to. He replied yes. I have not heard from this gentleman and no check has arrived as of this hour today. I notified my lawyer regarding a possible harassment situation. Please advise me regarding this situation. Thank you.
We went and got a tour. We were told to apply as soon as we could. So we did, we paid $275 for the application itself. Then we went the next day and we were told a bunch of new information we were not told prior. Basically, it feels like information was hid from us and now we are informed that we don’t qualify to begin with. Lost $275. Janet Burgos was unclear and told us that our income needed to triple the rent only after we applied.
Im new here and i have never lived in a place that doesn’t answer the phone or deliberately leave residents without hot water for over 72hours. Corporate needs to hire new management. This is totally unacceptable and unsanitary.
Please save yourself the time and stress. I moved in March 2021 and it was a easy process. Once I signed the lease they dont care about your maintenance request. I first reported the water coming out of my bathroom brown and dirty. The water is nasty and you have to let you water run a few mins to clear it out. Its July and they are still waiting for the management company to replace the hot water heater. Thats 4 months of dirty filth water and who knows when they will fix it. My air wasnt cooling my apartment properly and they did nothing for weeks until it stopped working completely. Its been 7 weeks now and my air still isnt working and NOBODY will return my calls or text messages. Im thinking about not paying my rent to go in front of the judge and show her my PROOF (photos, text, and calls) so they can fine them and make them fix it. Plz save yourself the stress - I should have listened to the other reviews.
The tour was 5/5, the staff was friendly, but the customer service was sketchy and smelled like some malpractice. Right from the get go, Janet Burgos, my leasing agent, was fetching for positive reviews; failed to tell us about the extra rhino form fees (I had to call twice to get a clear answer on what the hell a rhino form is in the first place); failed to tell us about how the application fees would actually run us $75 over the amount she told us; instructed us to apply ASAP; when I went in the next day after applying she told me that I had to make 3x the rent. Which makes sense, just tell me that from the start.Is it so hard to run an honest and well-informed business?
Shawn is very helpful and always makes sure my maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely fashion!! Lahcen is also very good at what he does and made sure he got to the bottom of why my AC went out and fixed the issue.
I visited Legacy Druid Hills the other day looking for an apartment for my daughter who recently turned 22. I was met by Michelle and she reminds me of my daughter with her high spirit! I am a little nervous as this is the first time my daughter is leaving home and moving away to a different area. Michelle was such a delight and seemed really responsive and was doing her best to make me comfortable. I feel confident that when I bring my daughter back she will love what she sees. If at all possible I would like Michelle to help her since they would have so much in common. I will suggest this community to everyone I know! I hope her bosses show her this. I loved Michelle!

I came to The Legacy to tour for an apartment and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Rashad the Leasing Manager. He offered me refreshments as well as a mask because I forgot mine. He was so helpful throughout the entire process. I would defiantly recommend anyone living here because I defiantly did a application the same day. Quick and easy process. This is a fantastic community. The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are fantastic. I absolutely love having the lighted tennis courts and having two pools. The apartments are spacious and a great deal. The best thing about this community is the management. They are very responsive and are on top of everything. Maintenance does a great job maintaining the apartments and the grounds. I highly recommend this community.

The Legacy at Druid Hills is in a super convenient location. Close to the interstate. 10 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to the airport. There are lots of amenities. I love the staff they are always professional and friendly. Aja in resident relations is always a pleasure to work with and always keeps her word. I would definitely recommend anyone to move to the Legacy!

Ive been living at the legacy at druid hills 6 months so far I can tell you this property is well maintained, friendly and located in a safe and pleasant area .quite neighborhood and the lake view is amazing. Update: after my first day, I started to truly see what kind of place this is. I have been here for about a month now and have lost power at least twice. I haven’t even added more appliances or things that would draw power. Every time I call GeorgiaPower, they say that full power is going into the apartment. I have had no power collectively for over 24 hours now and maintenance doesn’t answer the phone. In fact, they turn it off when they start to get too many calls. Their mailbox is full and the phone number for the office changes without notice. Even the call center didn’t know there was a phone change. They make it impossible to reach them even when you have pertinent issues that are a result of their bad components. If you think that no power, no AC, quietness, and lack of communication is a deal breaker, you might want to reconsider.It has been one day since I’ve moved to my apartment. It was nice and comfortable. Coming from Florida, the cold weather was something that I was not as sustained to. In the morning, I called to ask some questions about it and Lahcen came to check it out and help me. He was very responsive, communicated about what the problem was and even went out of his way to make sure that everything was running smoothly. He was very professional and rapid. Im in a Love Hate relationship with Legacy at Druid Hill- but this review is for Lahcen the Maintance man....He has literally been my hero with a few service request! Ill put in a request, somebody would come and fulfill the request but its always something they havent finished, always.Lahcen comes and do the request- everything is fixed, no issues afterwards, even if its something not on the list, Ill tell him and hes on it! and his attitude stays positive no matter how much I cuss and fuss about the issue. Get more people like him who understands your at work to work, not just get a paycheck. :) Thanks dude forreal.
I came to stay with friends for a week because my daughter is moving to this area. We stop by to take a tour to see if this community was nice and safe for her. The staff was very sweet and professional and addressed my concerns since I’m not familiar. I loved how a gentleman by the name of Rogger stated for me to be assured she will feel like family there. Community looked well maintained and clean and prices were very reasonable. Definitely coming back once the holiday is over and closer for the day my princess has to move. Thank you 🙏
I am a former resident of the legacy at druid hills. I really enjoyed my time here. Super convenient location, great amenities, awesome staff. Aja that works in the back office was so nice and professional and friendly. I bought a house and that is the only reason I moved. I highly recommend!
This is an old apartment complex and yet well maintained. It is close to Downtown and I-85. There is ample parking space and walking areas. There are lots of trees in the complex. There is a little dog park for pet owners. Although this is a large 400 apartment community, maintenance has been good so far. One of the maintenance staff, Mr Lahcen, has done work in my apartment. He is polite, professional and does his work whole heartedly. People in the service team are professional too and have responded on time.
My wife and I just moved into The Legacy at Druid Hills, we were impressed with how friendly the office staff was 1st off. We have Alyssa for our tour, she had great energy. The apartments are well kept and spacious. We did have an issue with a leak, I reached out to Alyssa she helped us with the work order request. Also lots of shopping close by!

Unprofessional, I scheduled a tour for 3:30. As I arrived it was slightly drizzling and was told we could no longer tour because the weather. Was not told when i scheduled that if it rains they will not give a tour. I drove about 45 minutes just to see the place, proves that management is just lazy and doesn’t care.

The are some really nice apartments here. Nice and spacious. Decent view from the balcony. They are very up to date and modern and nicely done. Was only in a one bedroom apartment, well i have 2 different friends who live in 2 different apartments here. Would love to see a few different floor plans and 2 or 3 bedrooms if they have them. I cant really do high rises but these are nice.

Lahcen was very professional, and proficient with his job. I’m very please with prompt response and fixes done my Air C unit. On July 7th 2021 Lahcen once again assisted me in fixing a faulty kitchen outlet. In which he did another great job.
Came in last weekend to tour with Mr. Fuller. He was one of the best leasing consultants I have ever encountered.
Lived there for 2 years. Rent is too high considering the problems present: roaches the size of my thumb, at least once a day. With maintenance, it was a constant dice roll to see if they would come the next day, next week, or next month. They signed us up without our consent to a trash removal service, which came with extra monthly payments, surprise surprise. Good location though.
